Beachfront is nice!

It's a massive complex of individual villas. Ours was a 3-bedroom that had a private pool in the back, then a grassy area, then... the beach. Absolutely stunning, highly recommend. The place was spotless, very clean. And very comfortable, it accommodated our group of 7 with no issues. You get around either with a "tuk tuk" (large golf cart with seating for ~12) or by walking. There are a few restaurants on the property, in descending order of quality: the beach club (good Vietnamese food), then the Level Lounge (made to order breakfast was nice), then the buffet restaurant in the lobby (avoid at all costs). They got everything else so right, I don't understand how they got the buffet so wrong. So net, I would invest in being close to the Club and on the beach to maximize enjoyment of your stay. Go to the Club and the Lounge for meals and just avoid the rest of the resort, you won't regret it.

Our family really enjoyed the hotel service. The staffs were super friendly and attentive to every little things to make sure we had a memorable experience.

Fantastic all around!

Absolutely amazing. Service was exceptional and the place was awesome. I don’t think I can ever go to any other resort besides Meliá after this experience. Wow. Wow. My family and I loved it. We are a family of 8, with 3 small children. Everyone enjoyed the stay, the amenities and the staff.

We were that at the end of new year. The staffs were great and set up some traditional games for us which was great. I had good time. The staffs ere nice and polite. The beach was great. We will come back.

We booked the oceanfront 3-bedroom villa and were advised by the staff to go to The Level for breakfast instead of The Merkado buffet restaurant. It’s supposed for VIPs, has more quality food and selections but actually not the case. The Merkado has more food selections.

Fantastic Holiday!

Fantastic service always welcoming and happy to help. Specially all the chefs on the first day we struggled with food options as we are strict vegetarians and don’t eat any seafood. We mentioned the fact that we were struggling and the next morning the chef had created a special veg menu for us. All the staff made our 10 day holiday extra special. We made lots of new friends too. Thank you Melia Vinpearl cam Ranh beach resort for a fantastic holiday.

The hotel is located in a very good location with a very beautiful beach.

I liked the privacy. Walkable distance to the beach even my villa a little far from the beach. The staffs are nice and polite. I had a good experience at the hotel.

Property is so beautiful and amazing. A lovely get away just minutes away from Nha Trang. Alice, Vin, the GM, and the entire staff were attentive and made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing! GREAT STAY

STAID IN A 3 BEDROOM/3 BATH VILLA WITH POOL ON THE BEACH. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY AND CONSTRUCTION. FOOD WAS ALL INCLUSIVE AND ALWAYS ABLE TO EAT WELL. DRINKS WERE NOT INCLUDED.

It was my second visit, but it wasn't the same as before. The room was not properly cleaned and there were many ants in the bathroom.

The garden view and staff's kindness was excellent. It was dream house that is to live on.

This is a beautiful beach front property! The spacious and luxurious villas were more than we expected. And the private villa pool was a nice option in addition to the usual main pool and beach. If you’re looking to plop yourself in one resort for a few days, this resort is great. The beach is so nice that several other resorts are going up next door. Two things that could be better. One is food quality and options. It wasn’t bad but the food is passable. The only options were the main restaurant and room service. The second thing is location. While it’s only 15 mins from the airport, it’s about 25 min to town where there are better food options but also a lot more moped traffic and the accompanying chaos. But the overall property and villas are so nice, we’d gladly recommend the Vin Pearl on Long Beach.

Awesome experience

We all really had a great stay in Vinpearl long beach for 3 nights! It is suitable for big family holiday, we stayed in villa with 4 bedroom, everything is wonderful. We enjoy to taste with difference kinda Vietnamese, western, chinese styles breakfast everyday. And love to join the free yoga class in the morning. The best thing to do is swimming in the hotel beach in the morning. All staffs are kind and helpful. We also join the vietnamese cooking class for a great fun! Awesome!

Beautiful resort and gorgeous rooms with very subpar service and amenities.

The Villas were really beautiful, but pretty bare in regards to decor. The private pool was great! Language was definitely a challenge... we didn’t know Vietnamese and they knew just enough English to get by. This place was still a work in process... some of the restaurants weren’t open yet and the main restaurant was too bright and had a cafeteria feel. We found an incredible restaurant down the road at another resort though. Glad for that! We only stayed 2 nights, which was fine but probably would try something else if we ever came back.

Loved the villa feel of this place. But it was run as a typical hotel room. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Pho and bun coun everyday! Staff and facilities were great. The tuktuk service was pretty good. It’s 24hrs and very handy. The room service menu wasn’t great. Not a lot of choices. There were some other things that weren’t great about this place. Eg. We stayed in a 4bd villa designed to fit up 16 people. There were 11 of us and there wasn’t enough towels, and they don’t understand the concept of “bath mats”. When we arrived there was no cutlery, plates or cups. They also didn’t provide sponges and dish washing liquid, why have a kitchen?! And personally, I can’t leave dirty dishes laying around. And my biggest peeve was that there was no laundry so we could do our washing. I think it makes sense for a villa to have a washing machine! Each villa has its own pool and then there’s the gorgeous main pool and beach. It’s hot and sticky and we can’t just simply chuck our clothes into a washing machine. We were there for a week with small children. We were in the pool every day. It would have been so much more convenient if we could wash our clothes when we needed to! The Vinpearl laundry service is ridiculously expensive. We were lucky that a few of us can speak Vietnamese and was able to find a very inexpensive laundry service in Cam Ranh. Here’s my tip to fellow travelers, make friends with the taxi driver! Lastly, would we return here?? Yes. Despite the negatives, Y E S!

Not for family with babies

We booked 3bed rooms villa for 5 nights in Vinpearl. We have 2 babies with us. It looks perfect for few minutes then we figured out there were no kitchen equip to use. No microwave, no plate, no detergent to wash and stove is not connected. When i asked for microwave they refused to provide but said they will come an get the food and heated up for us. Our babies are less than 2yrs old they don't have much patient. But anyway we asked reception to hear food for babies and bring some plates for them as well TWICE!! We didn't see any one come to us to help that night and I had to bring the plates after the day from restaurant by myself. And because the resort was big we have to use 'tok tok? (I'm not sure correct name of it)' often but it took more than 20 mins to come with prompt and some of bell men looked us like we have them too much trouble. Housekeeping was done well most of time but they forgot to empty some bins. Last, the location was to far away from the city, it took more than 20mins with car which was expansive. The resort have free shuttle bus but it only work 5 times a day and you have to book at least one day before. We couldn't manage to took the bus because our babies condition were fluctuated. In general, our experience with Vinpearl was way too much expensive for the service!

Nice hotel close to the beach

Nice beef noodle in breakfast buffet. Although A la Carter dinner is not hot enough and their rice was undercooked, the supervisor replaced it at once when he knows it and offered us some dessert.

Wasted of time

The worst part is that when you decided to take the free shuttle Nha Trang city keep in mind if they stay they pick you up at certain time don’t expected. The drive the was less then 30 mins but the drive back to the hotel is about 3 hours because they have to do a lot of stops. To pick up theirs workers.

Staffs are extremely friendly and well trained, especially Trung Nguyen who is very nice and well take care our family. Our family like him very much. There were some unwanted experience happened during our stay but it was not their fault , just an incident and bad luck that caused power shut down. However, I appreciate for their sincere effort to support and fix the situation. It was really lovely to arrange us shuttle bus for see-off out of their appointed time for daily shuttle bus, just for our family. Only one thing we wish that they could improve is their à la carte menu, it was quite pricing compared to the quality and there weren't any restaurants nearby, it takes almost 30km to go to the city so it's narrow options. Besides that one little point, we enjoyed it all and definitely will be back there again soon.

Brand new, roomy facilities

We only stayed one night after a longer stay elsewhere, as we needed a hotel close to the airport for an early flight from CXR. Vin Pearl villas were brand new and roomy, with very friendly staff. The villas were perfect for a family; very spacious with kitchen, dining, living areas and a nice veranda with pool (which we didn’t use). However, the food at dinner was horrible... such a shame for Vietnam which has wonderful cuisine. I ordered a stir fried beef which smelled like the meat had spoiled and was a strange color. I did not eat it. My son ordered a steak, which was unrecognisable as a beef steak... it looked like a cross between tripe and short ribs with all connective tissue and fat. The staff was kind enough to remove it from the bill. But honestly, it was enough to make one become a vegetarian. So, while the villas are wonderfully spacious & comfortable for a long stay, the food is a problem for only one night.

Pros: Everythings new, villa itself is very beautiful and comfortable. Suit who want a quiet place to rest and relax. The food is great. Staff is very nice. Kids room is the best for parents. Negs: If you want to close to the city its not for you, taxi to city center cost around 500k VND, 30 to 45 mins depends on driver. You can't cook in the villa although they have provided the induction cooker. Night buffet depends on occupancy and request rate.

Very comfortable villa. It's relaxing to stay here to enjoy the view. Also, the villa is large and have a private swimming pool. The staffs are attentive. They help us to contact with travel agency to book a four islands tour. Furthermore, the villa provides breakfast for th guests. They provided different flavor for us to choose. The staff are spontaneous to ask us to try the Vietnam flavor of coffee. Finally, the villa provides their own "Villa Passport". It includes some coupon to enjoy Villa's facilities.

It is ideal for a family vacation as it is easily accessible from the airport(13-14 minutes by car) and easy to get to downtown Nha Trang. The villa was spacious enough for our family of five to stay, and we had a very comfortable and pleasant time. Each villa has its own private pool, and there is also a large main pool in front of the ocean. We enjoyed swimming everyday and also played pickleball at the pickleball court inside the tennis court. You can also rent a bike for free for one hour, and you can easily get around the property by taking a tuk-tuk, which runs 24 hours a day. The high-quality breakfast served in the Level Lounge overlooking the lake was one of the most impressive parts. The food at the restaurant in the main building and the restaurant by the pool was also excellent! The spa experience I had with my two daughters was also amazing. We took a taxi or Grab in front of the lobby, which is always waiting, to go to downtown Nha Trang and enjoyed shopping and sightseeing, and we also enjoyed local cafes near the hotel. All the staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. We would love to come again!

We would like to thank the receptionist who was considerate of us when it was raining heavily when we checked in. And we would like to thank the female manager who kindly handled our slightly tricky room service order. I am very sorry that I cannot remember her name. She personally took the order and served us and was very friendly to us. We had a satisfying family dinner with room service food that suited our taste. I think I saw her briefly when we had breakfast at the main restaurant in the lobby. In conclusion, we made good memories at Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh Beach Resort and returned home. However, there seems to be a problem that needs to be improved as it took a long time to call the tuk-tuk, the transportation within the resort. I wanted to have a cocktail at The Level Lounge, located at the end of the lake on the left when looking at the lobby, but we were unable to go due to lack of time, which was a bit disappointing. Ah...I just looked it up and the receipt says Linh Pham Thi Hong. If that's you, then thank you again.

인생 최고의 숙소

풀빌라로 조용하고 한적하게 잘 지냈습니다. 해변 모래 상태 좋고 비치에서도 한나절 잘 놀았습니다. 매인풀은 작고 바닥 타일 상태 안 좋아서 아쿠아슈즈 가져가라고 팁을 받았는데 도움이 됐습니다. 화장실에 ㅂ선생 나왔는데... 다행히도 죽어있는 상태로 발견됐습니다. 배달음식은 리조트 정문까지만 배달됐습니다. 룸서비스는 양이 좀 적은 편이지만 가격이 한국에 비해 싸서... 룸서비스는 멜리아 포인트로 일부 결제 되지만 미니바는 안 된다고 하네요.

I recently stayed at this resort for a 5-night trip, and I must commend Lam for his exceptional service. From the moment we arrived and were whisked away in a tuk-tuk cart, Lam was attentive to our family’s needs, consistently available via KakaoTalk messenger from morning till evening. His care made navigating the resort seamless, ensuring we enjoyed the buggy rides, the swimming pool, and the private beach, all of which were perfect. Whenever we reported issues, such as the bathroom door malfunction or the swimming pool lights, the response was impressively swift and efficient, adding to our overall satisfaction. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness under the beds and behind the sofas was not up to the mark, and the breakfast, while adequate, lacked variety and did not meet the exceptional standards set by other services. Additionally, while we were aware of the distance from the city, the requirement to reserve shuttles for travel was somewhat inconvenient. Overall, our stay was delightful, largely due to Lam's dedication and the beautiful facilities. The resort’s prompt service response and the meticulous attention to ensuring guest comfort have certainly set a high standard, making this a memorable vacation.

가족여행에 좋은 리조트에요!! 워터파크같은 어트랙션은 없지만 우선 개인 풀이 꽤 넓고 수심도 어느정도 되서 수영하고 즐기기 좋아요!! 메인풀에서 먹는 맥주맛도 끝내주고 저렴해요~ 비치도 놀기 너무 좋아요 만족스런 숙박이었어요!! 4박중에 2박은 플로팅 조식으로 했고(추가요금 지불) 2박은 조식 레스토랑 갔었는데 대부분 한국분들이라 그런지 음식이 한국스타일도 꽤 되더라구요 복잡한거 싫으시면 floating breakfast 추천합니다^^

환성적인 가족 풀빌라 휴양

베트남 해변가 풀빌라 처음 있었는데 조용하고 깨끗해서 아이들도 너무 좋아했어요. 그런데 프라이빗풀에 길고양이 한마리가 자꾸 왔다갔다 해서 보기 안좋았어요. 빌라 내 이동은 툭툭서비스로 자유롭게 전기카트를 타고 이동할수있어서 또하나의 재미였어요. 경치는 너무 현실적이지 않을 정도로 환상적이었어요. 강추합니다.

가족 휴가 숙소로 멜리아빈펄깜란에 왔습니다. 전체적인 만족도는 좋으나 수질관련해서는 이슈가 있을수 있겠네요. 필터가 10분 사용하면 검정색이 되어 매우 우려가 큽니다. 이부분은 반드시 보완이 필요할것 같습니다. 재방문 의사가 있지만 수질개선 문제가 나아진다는 전제가 필요합니다.

풀빌라 레이크뷰 너무 좋았아요! 조식도 맛있고, 룸서비스도 맛있고, 툭툭 부르면 바로 와서 데려다주는게 너무 편하게 지내다 왔습니다~룸매니저가 많이 신경써줘서 불편함 없었어요!

아이와 가족여행(태교여행)

35개월 아기와 함께한 가족여행 중 세 밤을 이곳에서 지냈습니다. 꽃나무와 식물이 가득한데 방 안에 벌레도 없고 호수가 있는데 물 비린내도 거의 없었습니다. 프라이빗 비치의 모래는 꾸준한 관리로 부드럽고 깨끗한 편입니다. 객실마다 있는 개인 수영장도 아이와 놀기엔 충분히 컸고 깨끗했습니다. 놀이터에 키즈라운지도 작지만 괜찮았습니다. 아이가 너무 행복해해서 더 좋았습니다. 음식은 무난했습니다.

가족 9명이 조용하게 편안하게 쉬다가 왔네요 시내에서 떨어져있는 단점빼고는 다좋았어요 조식도 한국인 입맛에 맞게 나왔어요 다시나트랑 와도 선택할듯 하네요

가족여행으로 최고입니다. 수영장은 메인풀도 크게 붐비지 않았고 방에 딸린 수영장도 충분히 넓어 놀기에 나쁘지 않았습니다. 수영장에 공용 튜브가 여럿 있어 활용하기 좋았습니다. 하프보드 패키지를 활용했는데 뷔페는 3일쯤 되니까 좀 질리긴 합니다. 프라이빗 BBQ도 따로 신청해서 먹었는데 좋았습니다

아주 좋습니다. 다만 WIFI상태가 좋지 않은 것이 아쉽습니다.

대족여행에 추천

가족여행으로 너무 좋았어요. 리조트가 너무 예뻐서 아이들이 낮잠잘 때 부머님께서 산책을 즐기기도 하시고 아이들은 잔디밭에서 놀기도하고 수영도 안전하게 할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 아이들 프로그램도 많지는 않았어도 수영하며 즐기기에 카쁘지 않고 특히 연날리기 좋아하네요. 제가 이용했을때에는 날씨가 아쉬웠었는데 그건 어쩔 수 없지만 날씨가 좋아도 바람은 많이 불어 바다수영은 어린아이들은 힘들것같아요. 다음에 다시 간다면? 부모님과 어린 아이들을 데리고 가는 대가족여행이라면 여기로 갈 것 같네요.

주방도구는 없지만, 몇번의 룸서비스로 그릇과 도구들이 확보되어서 불편한 것은 없었어요. 숙소도 대단히 깨끗하고 서비스도 적당히 좋았습니다.

리조트는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 매우 넓었습니다. 4베드룸에 7명이 숙박하였는데 숙소가 넓고 쾌적하여 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 서비스가 너무 좋았고 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 또 오고 싶은 곳입니다. 매니저와 툭툭기사님이신 MR. Viet-D.manager 님과 Chien 님께서 특별케어 해주신 덕분에 특별한 경험이었습니다.

숙소의 상태가 좋았고 만족스럽습니다. 버기카의 운용 숙소의 청소상태 직원들의 서비스수준도 높습니다. 단 로비의 바의 직원의 서비스 수준은 좀더 보완이 필요할것 같고 나트랑 다운타운과의 거리가 좀 되는것을 인지할 필요가 있습니다

셔틀버스가 좀더 여유가 있었으면 합니다. 자리도 그렇고 시간도 너무 적어 계획에 맞춰 이용하기가 다소 어렵네요

10명의 인원이 이용했습니다 킹배드3개 싱글두개 4룸이었습니다 함께간 모든 인원 만족도가 최상이었습니다 일정중 일행 어린이가 망고알러지로 급히 병원을 찾을일이 있었는데 호텔상주의료진이 확인하고 빈맥병원에 연락도해주고, 직원분증 chien이라는 분이 엄청 신경써주셔서 무사히 병원진료와 치료를 마치고 무사히 여행을 마칠 수 있었습니다. 인원도 많다보니 호텔내 이동시설 툭툭을 정말많이 요청했는데 매번 친절하게 응해주셔서 너무나ㅜ좋았습니다 다만 주방에 그릇이나 냄비류는 일체없고 아주 적은양의 컵만 비치되어있다보니 알고간다면 미리 준비해서 가는것도 좋을 거 같아요 나투랑시내 롯데마트에서 망고 정말 신나게 사다 먹었습니다 행복했던 여행이었어요. 감사합니다

Sehr schöne, riesige Anlage! Die Villen sind sehr großzügig. Man könnte viel mehr Strom sparen, wenn man die unbenutzten Räumen nicht beleuchten würde. Die Handtücher werden täglich getauscht, ebenso die Bademäntel. Auch hier könnte man etwas mehr an die Umwelt denken. Das Restaurant ist sehr teuer im Vergleich zu den allgemeinen Lebensmitteln. Das Hotel liegt weit abseits und man muss einen Roller mieten oder ein Taxi, um zu den Restaurants in 3-5km Entfernung zu kommen. Der eigene Pool ist super! Die Auflagen für die Liegestühle sind ständig nass und feucht, weil es oft regnet. Hier sollte man sich etwas anderes einfallen lassen, was schneller trocknet. Für ein paar Tage ausspannen ist die Anlage sehr gut geeignet.

숙박시설은 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 교통편은 그랩뿐입니다. 시내까지는 35~40분정도 소요됩니다.

체중계가 있는것이 좋습니다 풀장도 좋습니다 꼭 해먹튜브가지고 가세요 전 조식포함만 했는데 아침에 밥 계란 김치 닭볶음탕 먹었는데 넘 맛있었어요 미역국도 나오고 볶음쌀국수도 나오는데 향이 한국불고기맛이라 맛있게먹었습니다 툭툭타고 메인풀장가면 바람넣어주시니깐 튜브바람 넣을거 안 가져가셔도됩니다 방도 넓고 쾌적하고 개인풀장 바나나잎? 같은것도 주워주시고 좋습니다 담에 또 올것같아요 모두 감사해요

Nice trip

Greatest staying our first family trip in vietnam,,,kind staff, great roon condition,, very good access to beach and main pool, highly recommended.

직원들이 매우 친절하고 숙소도 깨끗해서 너무 좋았어요. 풀빌라가격도 좋고 다음에 또 가고싶을정도로 만족합니다.

小朋友在kidsdom 嘅體驗好滿意，也有很多給小朋友的活動👍 員工親切有禮。 別墅內的地方很大，乾淨整潔，設備也充足。 有機場接送巴，也有免費車到市區和碼頭，非常好。 唯一缺點就是太少大人方面的體驗活動。 商店也只有一小間。 希望可以增加水上活動，例如香蕉船呀，小朋友的游泳設施等。 整體體驗好滿意！ 下次有機會亦會再次入住，也會推介給朋友👍👍

가족여행

가족여행으로 다녀왔습니다. 침실과 침구류들은 청결하게관리되고 있습니다. 식구들과 휴양목적으로 최적이며 직원들도 친절합니다

이번 휴가에 멜리아 빈펄 캄란 리조트에서 3박 묶었습니다. 우선 리조트 시설이 매우 쾌적해서 만족스러웠습니다. 음식의 경우 리조트 조식 부페, 룸서비스 2회, Cape Nao에서 1회 식사 했는데, 음식도 맛있었고 아내와 아이들도 잘 먹었습니다. 또한 리조트 내 직원분들도 모두 친절했습니다. 다음번에도 꼭 방문하고 싶습니다.

4쌍의부부와 아이한명해서 9명의 여행이었는데 9명모두 만족하는 숙소였습니다 프로그램도 훌륭했고 신경써주시는 호텔매니져님께 너무 감사드려요 부대시설또한 만족하며 한번더 갈생각입니다 너무좋았고 감사합니다

가족여행으로 큰 방 잡기엔 굿

직원들 친절하지만 풀장의 물이 깨끗하지 못했다. 조식은 그럭저럭 먹을만했지만 룸서비스 음식들은 기대 이하. 레스토랑 음식은 기대 이상으로 좋았음. 침대시트도 4박 동안 정리만 하고 한번도 안갈았던거 같음. 룸클리닝은 3~4명이 한꺼번들어와서 순식간에 끝나서 좋앗음

여행마지막날 깜란 비치에서 아주 조용히 가족여행을 보내기에 최적의 장소였습니다. 아이들이 풀빌라를 너무도 즐기더군요. 또 가고싶네요

시내에서 멀리 떨어진게 불편하지만 나머지는 좋았다.

가족, 연인에게도 좋은 휴양리조트

가족끼리 갔는데 너무 즐겁개 잘 놀다가요. 아이들이 이용할 수있는 각종 프로그램이 있고, 어른들도 오전에 요가와 플라테스 수업이 있었는데 리조트 즐기누라 참여하지는 못했어요. 리조트 규모가 생각보다 꽤 컸고, 조경이 잘 되어있어서 버기카 타면서 방으로 들어가는 재미도 쏠쏠 했답니다. 비치와 메인수영장도 너무 좋았고, 숙소가 정말 넓어서 공주 된 느낌이였답니다. 체크아웃후에도 시내가는 셔틀과 공항에 가는 셔틀을 뮤료로 이용할 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요 !

숙소는 아주 깔끔하고 좋습니다 몇가지 조언을 드리자면 숙소가 아무래도 멀어서 시내까지 차 타고 30분 이상 가야하고 그랩 택시비용이 최소 40만동부터 시작이라는 점 그리고 조식은 좀 빠른 시간대에 드시는것을 추천합니다 살짝 늦게 먹으면 사람도 많고 음식도 살짝 아쉬워져요 같은 음식이어도 ㅎㅎ 뭐 당연한거지만

Super Urlaub. Erholsam. Toller Service

Facilities were great! But had hard time communicating with employees because of their lacking English. Their overall systems must be improved. I can’t believe that this resort was rated 5 stars. The quality of the restaurants were low and their services were poor as well. I hope they teach English to their employees in order to serve better. They all seemed very nice people but can’t communicate well.

직원들이 매우 친절하였습니다. 다운타운으로 나가는 셔틀버스가 있어 편리하게 이용하였고 마침 설날 연휴여서 호텔 측에서 주최하는 소소한 행사가 재미있었습니다! 수영장이 조금 작지만 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다
