The best is the value you get for the winter price!

Stayed with my family there for three nights. The property is out of dated. Shower is leaking and carpet is not clean. Service is mediocre. No shampoo when checked in and even after i requested three times, staff didn’t deliver the right thing. I believe it is because they didn’t speak English.

The selection of meat and vegetarian options was excellent. The beach was a highlight—it’s a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel with stunning mountain views, and the service there was fantastic. For convenience, there’s also a frequent shuttle to and from the hotel. Another plus was the Starbucks coffee on-site, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Our sea-facing room offered breathtaking sunrise views, making mornings extra special. However, there are areas for improvement. The hamam and indoor pool were disappointing—the ventilation downstairs was poor, which made the experience uncomfortable and far below expectations. The hallway carpets weren’t clean and need upgrading. The night shows were also underwhelming, with only one good night during our week-long stay. Instead of relying on nightclub trips, the hotel should invest in better on-site activities for families and elderly guests. Lastly, the window soundproofing could be improved for a quieter sleep. Despite these issues, we had a great time overall, thanks to the friendly staff, beautiful location, and excellent beach facilities. I’d recommend Megasaray but hope they address these areas to enhance the guest experience.

Overall it’s an amazing experience, especially the front office staff and the restaurant staffs took care of us so well. The food was amazing with variety of items to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The food is great and available almost all the time. There are always some activities to do. Saturday night live music is awesome. It was a very pleasant experience for my family. Most importantly the staff of the hotel are very warm and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Megasaray Hotel. The location is excellent, right on the Mediterranean coastline, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. I would like to express my gratitude to the front office staff, especially Omer and Berkan, for their outstanding service. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was impeccably clean, and I greatly admired the open buffet concept. The food was not only fresh but also exceptionally delicious, offering a wide variety to suit every palate. My room was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. I commend the hotel manager and the entire staff for their dedication and hard work in providing such excellent service. I will definitely return to the Megasaray Hotel in the future.

We had an excellent stay at Megasaray. The rooms were comfortable, the spa and amenities were good, and the food was top notch. Would recommend it for the food alone.

5 star hotel on Konyaalti Beach, Antalya

I was travelling alone in November. This hotel is directly opposite the beach in Antalya in the Konyaalti Beach area. In Winter some of the facilities are not open so you may be best to check if you wish to stay here to use specific facilities. The room was spacious and well appointed, nice bathroom (I had a deluxe sea view double room). The balcony was a 'Juliet balcony" so no chance of sitting on the balcony on a sunny day. The hotel was fully inclusive so the cost was inclusive of any drink at the bar, plus all meals / snacks and even the mini bar was included. The restaurant was buffet style and there was always a huge choice of cuisines available. The hotel is spacious, but not so the grounds, however the two pools are a nice focal point. Even in Winter on a sunny day, it was nice to use the sunbeds next to one of the pools and read my book. Staff were always kind and speak very good English.

Uncomfortable bedding

For a 5 star hotel there is a lot of room for improvement. The old and well used bedding needs replacing with crisp new ones. I had two disturbed nights sleep because of uncomfortable bedding. For tea total the hotel is not good value for money. The food is not labled properly for someone who is allergic to fish and cannot eat chicken either.

Room view was amazing Shame the hotel beach was a shuttle bus ride away The outdoor pools were not temperature controlled Main Restaurant, poolside snack bar was good.....the smaller food bars such as fruit counter not so good as some of the food was sitting on counter whole day and not freshly prepared. There were very limited vegetarian options however I was able to put in a request for vegetarian option few hours before main restaurant opened and chef prepared what I asked for, which was very good of them. Allergen information was incorrect or missing on quite a few occasions. On the whole staff were quite friendly but there was a language barrier with some Unfortunately we did find eyelashes or hair on a few occasions in buffet food, so maybe hygiene needs addressing a little more

Excellent hotel with nice beach views. This hotel provides all inclusive meals - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner , snacks & drinks. Food Varieties is top notch. Beautiful views over beach promenade. 10 min taxi ride to old town/marina. Night time entertainment & music also there. Only one negative issue is poor house keeping. They fail to provide tea bags/ Sugar & even forgot to provide Quilts/blankets in bedroom. Overall Highly recommended.

My overall opinion is that this was a lovely hotel with excellent dining options. I could not fault the food, it was excellent! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the room being a little dated (but was clean). Also it would be nice to have an outdoor area where there is no smoking. The outdoors are pretty much a smokers paradise and the constant smell of tabocco everywhere is very off putting for non smokers. So many children around and yet people are smoking near them, this must be a serious health hazard. I do however recommend the hotel as it has a very freindly and welcoming vibe

Abysmal. Past its prime if there ever was one. The properties mediocre state could be forgiven, but the poor attitude of many of the staff was staring you in the face at every turn. Can’t believe this is a five star hotel and only writing this review to spare others the mistake of staying here.

We received a very nice welcome on arrival and was suprised that food and drink was still available at midnight. Through out our stay we received the most amazing service, always with a smile. The choice of food and drink was fabulous and top quality. The beach was a short 5 minute walk where we visited most days. We really enjoyed having lunch and drinks during the day. We rented the electric scooters, great fun and very fast. The hotel is a great place to relax, Antalya old town is not walkable ( we took a taxi £< each way ) Although the hotel is quite tired ( carpets and furniture) we found it clean and very very relaxing. We loved whiz

I really enjoyed my week long stay. The food is amazing with so many options! Dont’t miss awesome grill station outside the main dining hall. The sea is great. Waves tend to be a little bit more rough in the afternoons. I was there in September and the water was warm. I overhead that earlier in May it was very cold. Walk to the beach is not long at all - 5 min. The staff is attentive and polite. Carpets outside of the room are not as bad as some people make it look like. Frankly, I was stressing about it and wanted to change hotels last minute - I’m glad I have not! The rooms are clean though a bit dated. Don’t let it stop you though. One negative I can say was the noise level coming from the boardwalk restaurants. There is one that plays music very loud and into the wee hours. So make sure you bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Few necessities like sun block you can get at the store located at the gas station next door. If I get the chance I would stay at Megasaray again.

This hotel is a top class staff are excellent/ food wide choice pools / spa lovely - outside snacks fantastic / plentiful , rooms city/ sea view clean spacious, hotel has its own beach well worth a visit also serves hot food and Drinks , 5 minutes walk or free mini bus from hotel, lots to do in and outside the Megasaray , 3 visits now and can not fault this establishment

One of the best we’ve stayed in staff can’t do enough constantly bringing drinks over the pool

To start with, we were upgraded from a single room to a suite. This is already an excellent point because the room was just amazing. The hotel is an excellent all-inclusive with a buffet that varies daily and options for eating or drinking at virtually any time of day or night. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away on a very pleasant promenade, with a bus available every 20 minutes for those who don't want to walk. The same all inclusive applies to the private area on the beach: cocktail bar, drinks, burger or pizza for lunch on site. An ice cream bucket is available too ! The downside would undoubtedly be the evening entertainment and activities. Very redundant, the children have exactly the same music and choreography around 9pm, then we have entertainment for adults until 11pm and then lights out (for reasons of noise for the hotel). The staff then suggest (some evenings) that you go to a tourist nightclub 45 minutes away from the hotel by bus for €20 per passenger - on this club a beer coast €10 and a cocktail €20. The hotel is not really ideal for single men or women to have fun or meet people. On the other hand, it's a great place for a relaxing vacation for couples or families, or single people who just want to be chill. Thank you to the whole team who were very friendly!

I have made a complaint which still has not been addressed or resolved. We as a family booked 4 family rooms and stayed for 6 nights. Whilst we were there we found that the staff are not as helpful. We were not explained the services available properly and a lot of the staff do not speak English/ understand English. There was an incident where we as a family of Hindus who do not eat beef kept having to ask if any of the food contained beef. The labelling of food is not clear at all. Then there was food which looked and on checking with the kitchen staff was confirmed to be beef and another beef liver. Therefore me and family including my son ate the food . As we were a little doubtful after consuming it , went to check with kitchen staff again and they then went onto say that it was beef and smiled and told us the labelling hardened been changed from the week before. I went and complained to customer relations lady at reception who then took me to the kitchen and spoke to the chef who then confirmed that it was beef and smiled . He then asked me if I have eaten it and the. Clapped and said bravo. I felt it was extremely rude and disrespectful of other’s religion. When I pointed out that would he be happy if someone had given him pork and said it was beef as he is a Muslim . They all said oh no we don’t serve pork here. They are so ignorant and disrespectful of other people’s religion. I asked for this complaint to be made to the manager and I requested a detailed email.

Great staff members

The Hotel had everything we needed for a safe and relaxing stay. The staff were helpful and charming. We enjoyed the cocktail list, the food was excellent. Safe and towels were free. Mini bar was well stocked and the rooms were comfortable. For what we paid it was excellent. Negatives? The carpet was in need of a change near the rooms. That’s it.

This is a five star rated hotel/resort. It is by the beach although to get to the hotels private beach is around 500 m away and so a shuttle is provided every 15 minutes or so. Slightly inconvenient but not a dealbreaker by any means. The communal hotel facilities are really fantastically well kept and modern. For example the main lobby area, the restaurant and the general seating areas are all in good condition. Areas are very well kept in terms of cleanliness. The swimming pools Have generally good availability for sun loungers throughout the day The hotel does not generally seem too busy. There is a fantastic variety of food throughout the day. The main restaurant has really good Turkish style foods of varying types there are different foods on different days reflecting the overall Turkish cuisine. The room level landings-when you get out of the lift to the room lobbies these are actually quite dirty with stains on the carpets bashed up walls where the plasterboard is flaking and it really does look rundown and this is a bit of a letdown for a five star hotel and this really needs urgent redecoration , the rooms themselves are actually quite good and do not reflect the state of the building just outside the room. The air-conditioning system were quite slow to cool the room down. service from the waiters is variable. They are constantly trying to remove old plates and drinks glasses without motivation to take new orders . They also does not appear to be enough staff

My family and i just spent 6 nights at Megasaray westbeach hotel in an all inclusive package and it was completely worth it!! You get more out of it, the staffs are very friendly. Although everyone does not speak english, there are a significant bunch that do, so lamguage is not a barrier at all. There are actives around the hotel during the week to engage you for. If not interested, spending the day at the beach ( with free internet, drinks and meal) is glorious. My teenage son loves basketball, so there is court adjacent to the beach where he played daily and dipped into the beach afterwards to cool off. The view to our room was spectacular, watching the sun set and rise. It has been truly magical.

Where to begin. We chose this hotel because of the positive reviews, which must be fake. When you enter the lobby and bar area, it does look pretty and inviting, and that’s about it. This was our first time in Antalya and we booked 4 nights, specifically requesting queen/king bed and non smoking room. Our request was not met, our room smelled like literal cigarettes and we had two beds, lots of dust everywhere, in the bathroom soap bottles and hair dryer was covered in so much dust, I have never seen anything like that. Rooms have no proper insulation, you can literally hear people argue, cry and fight. The balcony door doesn’t seem to be sealing well when closed, and you hear every thing from the outside. When we brought this issue to reception staff they refused to give us another room, promising that they would do it the next morning. When we wanted to speak to the manager, manager was unavailable. Things started to get moving when I contacted Expedia to change my reservation and to check out earlier than original date, while Expedia didn’t really do anything claiming that the manager of the hotel would have to approve early check out, hotel staff did give us another room that was non smoking… food was good. In conclusion this hotel needs major renovations, carpet is disgusting in common areas,has so many spots. Bath/shower area smell kinda moldy. Overall our trip to Antalya was wonderful, just disappointed with the hotel and service. And we paid $1500 for 4 night. ✌️

We had an amazing time in the Megasaray hotel. The location was amazing. We could go for late night walk by the sea. It was very safe. Food was delicious and lots variety. The animation team was great, keeping us company and entertaning every day. The entertaining programmes was great and very interesting. There was something to look forward every evening. All staff was amazing, very helpful and caring. It was one of the best holiday for us.

This property was good value for money, clean with friendly staff. the only criticism would be of the excursions prices, they vary depanding on who you speak to, in fact one of them was very unprofessionally and disrespectful. but that doesnt represent this establishment

Our stay was amazing overall but i would advise staff to mention areas that are slightly unsafe. Myself, Mum and Mother in law all had falls. I fell at the indoor pool, my Mum fell at the outdoor poolside and my mother in law fell coming out the shower. So perhaps some signs to mention slippery floors. Everything else was faultless and we loved our stay

It was great experience staying there. Everyone were very friendly and helpful. Guest services ladies, Anahita and sadaf were great with all the questions. Also the tour desk gentleman was excellent in offering different types of tour and answering all the questions.

The property itself needs a nice renovation in order for me to return back. The rooms and hallways have a smell from old furniture and rugs. However, staff is amazing! The young kids at the beach work so hard to please everyone and make everyone happy! The entertainment must change! Not even one night we heard Turkish music. Nothing special!

Great hotel, no complaints at all, the Ultra all inclusive is exactly that. Plenty of food options, drinks options, staff very polite and pleasant, staff all around the hotel constantly cleaning and attending to guests.

Dining was exceptional! Good food was available for the majority of the day. Managers were good at keeping waiting staff up to high standards. We spoke with managers - Devlet and Aykut who were very kind and understanding and quick to resolve the issue we had with a lazy staff member. Our regular room cleaning lady Bilku was very kind and friendly. There was a lady who was always smiling whilst preparing bespoke omelettes every morning that was very welcoming and gad an all round positive aura. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend 👌 😀 Love from UK!

The hotel is situated close to the beach and within walking distance and transportation to the beach was also provided. Food selection was excellent and the facilities were clean and staff was friendly.

A lovely hotel in Antalya with excfellent customer service. The Hotel itself is a little old and could probaby benefit from refurbishment but everything is in good condition and works well. The food is excellent as is the location. But their biggest asset is their staff. They are incredibly helpful and accomodating and they go out of their way to help you. Special mention to Sadat and the other staff at the Customer Relations desk, they really helped me with dining options outside the hotel and with places to visit. Highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel and excellent staff. The reception staff and all service staff were so welcoming and helpful. More of a great 4 star hotel, some areas need refurbishing. We got an upgrade to the Kings suite which was incredible however the air conditioning was not fixed. Overall an excellent stay with great food and service.

Generally very good standards.

A very good hotel with great Turkish cuisine. Few British clients here. Service is generally excellent and the staff are very friendly with the exception of the outdoor eating areas where both were appalling. The entertainments team are the best I have seen in any hotel - it’s top notch! An annoying issue for me was the drying of clothes on the balcony. I am so surprised that is allowed. This is a 4 star UK standard hotel but still very good indeed.

I had a great stay at Megasaray. The place is clean, everyone is friendly and speak a few languages. The choice of food and drink options is quite impressive and they feed you in between the meal times too. There is a shuttle bus to the beach, but it’s only a 5 minute walk. We ended up walking there every day instead of waiting for the bus. The beach itself has a bar and serves food as well. Hunger is nonexistent at that place. For not included services, I had a few massage sessions at the spa service downstairs and my back thanked me for it. Highly recommend. One not so convenient thing is that the property closes the gates for the night and they don’t get opened until 8am. I understand that it’s done for safety but they should unlock the gates way earlier so that early swimmers and joggers could get out and back in.

Excellent hotel

Its a good hotel but not for 5 stars there are not many food options it gets boring its very limited the staff is nice but they are not very helpful they seem lazy dont explain the all inclusive to you the rooms are nice but old and outdated its an ok resort only has 1 restaurant the pool closes very early and the activities offered are mediocre overall good price and location

We spent a lot of time researching the right hotel before our trip to Antalya. Megasaray had great reviews, but was at a slightly higher price point to the rest - I would like to say that it was MORE THAN WORTH IT. We had a fantastic trip, made better by the amazing staff who were always there to help. The main thing we would recommend is the FOOD. The all-inclusive options were not only flavourful and healthy (and a vegetarian's dream!), but more than made up for the additional cost of the hotel vs others. We will definitely be coming back again!

Positives: - VERY polite and welcoming staff, from reception to cleaners and everything in between. - Pretty much everyone speaks English, housekeeping and cleaning teams not so much. - A la carte restaurant included, have to book. - Indoor pool, sauna, gym included. - Lots of food choices for all meals in the main buffet as well as the outdoor restaurant. - Lobby bar, pool bar, beach bar and outdoor restaurant all have QR codes to scan for all available drinks/food. - Pool sunbeds not reserved at 6am and there is no rush to pop your towel there. Found spaces next to each other as late as 10 and 11am, and people generally take towels off when leaving, so spaces available throughout the day. Negatives/neutrals: - Temperamental WiFi across all territories. - Beach not directly in front of the hotel, 8min walk or shuttle bus every 20min. - Food at the beach is paid. (Drinks and ice cream are free). - No counterfeit brand shops around (this was a positive thing for us, but if you are looking to shop, you will have to drive someplace which has markets). - Evening shows are mostly either live music or dance groups, alternating each evening.

Great hotel that I would recommend. Delicious food at every meal, super clean facilities, quiet room, entertainment during the day and evening if you want to take part. Super close to the beach, just a couple minutes walking. Really enjoyed our stay here. The only things is my husband got food poisoning after eating one of the midnight snacks (chicken) they offer in the buffet so maybe avoid food at that time..

Great family vacation

This was a family vacation with extended family, 6 adults and 2 kids under 4. We have always avoided all inclusive and this time we decided to give it a try just not to have to worry about different people wanting to eat different food. I was surprisingly surprised of the quality and variety of the food. Snacks and fully stocked bar with quality liquor and cocktails available at all times. Staff extremely helpful and kind. Two outdoor swimming pools with two smaller kid pools kept us and the kids entertained. Great entertainment at nighttime with kid stuff and live music for everyone to enjoy. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, the carpet in the hallways could use a cleaning though. We used the transportation service provided by the hotel to transfer to and from airport and go to the city. The service was professional, on time, and reasonably priced. Overall great place to stay with lots to do and plenty to eat. Definitely stay here again if we come back to Antalya.
