It’s a great hotel and being there for Christmas was great other than being very disappointed with there Christmas Day lunch the food was excellent, the layout excellent but the band they had was so loud in no way could you talk at the meal plus being so loud we had to eat the meal quick and get out of the room, we would have had a very bad headache with the noise. Will go again to this hotel but never again for Christmas unless they do not get it with ideal sound.
1st of all this is my 3rd time at the Mediterranean beach hotel. I adore the place . The staff are helpful and always smiling . The room was clean and i got an upgrade to superior sea view room , as a Expedia gold member with a bottle of wine and late check out. As for the breakfast u can find everything from omelette to English breakfast plenty of sweet choices and bread choices. The underground parking is very convenient and safe. We got a cake also for our anniversary. By the way the rooms are spacious and there is a kettle in the room with water coffee milk and tea. The spa ia very clean . We used the indoor heated pool . And the outdoor area is very clean and nice to chill or for.a nap.
Overall very good experience.
A Great Place to Stay
Amazing location, fantastic service, nice large rooms, great veiws
Have stayed a few times. Lovely hotel.
The best hotel I have ever stayed, definitely coming back.
Hotel was good. The breakfast was average.
Hotel too humid and hot. Pool small and overcrowded hotel. Needs upgrades and enhancements
Hotel and staff were fabulous. Can't wait to go back there.
Slippery floors. Beware
The room is nice and spacey. The breakfast is good. The area around the pool gets very busy as expected. Some guests liked to hog a lot more chairs then they need. The drinks at the pool bar are good but not so much the food (a bit of a let down) The biggest concern was walking down the stairs to the beach, there was ponding around the taps that are used to wash feet. I slipped and fell and ended up with a bloody knee and foot. After limping to reception, i asked if there was a first aid kit to clean the cut. They said no and to go to the spa. Absolutely no mention of how i fell on their premises. I ask at the spa theybonly had some wipes. Im not entirely too sure why there isn't a first aid kit. There was no concern that a guest slipped. Lack of customer service in this. I also nearly slipped some days later in the same spot. Ruined my holiday as i wasnt able to enter the pool or sea due to possible infections with an open cut.
Beautiful hotel, clean and luxurious. Always great to return to.
Amazing
Great location, lacks attention
Nice location by the beach, basic hotel amenities. Would have been nice to receive some info about breakfast times upon check in and location of beach towels. Also I’ve seen some guests with welcome drinks but not in my case. Finally, there’s no complimentary water in the room which I found strange
great for short stay clean and comfortable do it
clean and comfortable with good AC a great fridge and a nice bed. value for money is outstanding. staff were very helpful storing my luggage and giving me cold water bottles while i waiting on a taxi
The only thing I didn’t like is that the swimming pool closes at 6:30pm we went end of June
5 star hotel
We had a lovely stay at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel. The staff were amazing. We got a very early check in. The resort has many facilities. The pool and beach front area was huge with many sun beds. The service there is five star. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of food. Overall 5 star.
Great hotel with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The pool area is great and there is a shallow pool for little ones which we really enjoyed.
Hotel is old but in good condiotion... staff is very nice. Pool and see are fine. Breakfast can be updrage to more things to eat life fresh fish, tuna fish and more milk things
Very recommended.
This is our fourth visit and we just love the relaxed vibe. Great just to chill out and take it easy. There’s stuff to do if you want to - water sports, trips etc - but we love the hotel, the staff and the local restaurants and bars
NOT A 4 STAR - would’ve written more, out of so sp
- they allowed me to check in early, however I still had to wait a bit. I noticed others waiting were offered a beverage, I was not. - no one offered to grab my luggage even though they had bell hops that were there & available. - the room was nice (it has a balcony, but my view wasn’t the best as it looked out on a construction) - there was a lot of amenities but very weirdly every day the bottled items (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap at most hotels) were just 4 hair/body wash combo. They never replaced the other things like the vanity kit (qtip & cotton pad). No bath robes in rooms. - cleaning staff was HORRIBLE (through the entire hotel. In room - all they did is pull the covers back (they don’t replace the decor pillows) one night i left a (clean) tissue in bed & the next night it was there…most maids would see that & dispose or move. The bed was never made like I saw it day 1. spa - one of the rooms smelt like sulphur & I found the grossest longest hair in my spa bathrobe. The pools- lounger cushions are gross with stains & bird poop. It was hard to find 1 clean. They had a cave at the pool & it was like an uncleaned fish tank in there. Breakfast was good (but they didn’t label anything with allergies so you have to guess). The sushi restaurant is horrible and a waste of money. Also, they serve you bottled water but NEVER refill it. Some serving staff was good (still never refilled my glass) and was tipped accordingly. But I’d never EVER stay there again.
Good location , eco friendly and good qualified staff
Had a lovely January break. Beds very comfortable, and the food was of good quality and plentiful.
Service was poor
I stayed in your hotel 4 nights. Enjoyed every moment of it. Very kind sfaff ij reception and every area they work in, Quiet, clean, comfortable hotel with all included what you for need for perfect vacation. Next time I will stay with you again
The room conditions can be better.
Everything was perfect
Beautiful Hotel, Good Value, Average Staff
My wife and I have stayed at Mediterranean hotel several times over the years. Overall it's a pleasant experience, clean, and good deal for a 4-star hotel that looks and feels more like 5-star. Recently renovated and modern, good sized rooms. We got sea-view but it was honestly more like partial-sea view due to the angle of our room location. One issue we continually have is a lack of customer recognition and royalty program. We had our wedding here many with hundreds of guests, we have stayed on many special occasions, yet each time we are treated like strangers. No welcome back Mr. & Mrs... Overall the staff is professional but minimal in friendliness. The last few times we checked out, nobody asked "how was everything", and not even a "hope to see you again". Usually it's literally as follows: "Anything from the room fridge? No? Okay, bye" Hotel breakfast is great and the dinner too (depending on the theme). This time it was Lebanese night and they have very loud live music which started around 6 or 7pm. Around 10pm I called reception when it will be ending, they told me around 11pm. I kindly asked to inform management that is VERY loud, even with the air conditioning fans on full and the sliding door closed (3rd floor). It stopped about 10:45pm which is quite late for people who want to rest. Still a good hotel choice in Limassol, but don't expect above and beyond service or friendliness from most staff (although there are some rare gems here and there).
Great experience
The resort has very nice beach. Easy access & clean. Would recomend.
air condition is very bad
it was not very organized. i had to argue and fight for my room upgrade, even though it was available. I know that because the manager offered me the room upgrade at the beginning for a fee. the location is good.
Great Complex
Well presented and maintained complex. Provides for everyone - service, staff and food great. Options at the pools, sunbeds on the grass on on the sand. Great experience.
A enjoyable holiday, although spoiled by the misrable ill mannered and aburbt Mr Sanros (Think that his name) who I think is the manager at the pool bar. A most unattractive attitude and most unpleasant and certaintlt his mannerism, unprofessionalism attitude spoiled my holiday.
Couple weekend
We could listen to people sitting on the veranda from our room with closed doors and the workers working on the building site next to the hotel. The breakfast was ok.
Very enjoyable
restful break
we have stayed at the Mediteranean hotel many times and always find it a relaxing place to stay
A truly lovely hotel
Poor follow up on room maintenance
We were not given welcome drink upon check in. The room aircon was not working well despite our request for the maintenance to look into it. Tap at basin is too tight to operate.
It was nice, the staff were very friendly. Area was OK, I’m just fed up with cats being all around the restaurants.
Convenient hotel, most of the staff are very friendly, except few that you cross here and there Food overall is Less than average The Japanese restaurant is a complete disappointment The Sunday buffet was disappointing as well Breakfast is very poor and morning service is deceiving
Super nice
Friendly Staff, Nice view
Great room
Horrible spa
Our stay was was good. The service was very good beside the fact that we asked for late checkout and got negative reply. The room was with enough space. Breakfast was ok.
A great place to relax with wonderful staff. Some building work nearby meant noise at times.
The hotel was great. The inside swimming pool was not heated enough, no more than 28 centigrade . Far from the center . Bus stop to the center for 1.5 € on the side.
Nice hotel
Fantastic place to stay.
All good
Check out process was not good, but did not overshine the rest of the stay
Hotel and staff where absolutly amazing can not praise them enough!! Would definitely stay there again!! Only con would be its a bit far away from everything, ht nothing a €15 and 15mins cab ride doesnt solve
The Staff was really sweet and helpful! The beach and pool areas were amazing and the breakfasts were great!
relaxing get away
we found the hotel freindly and welcoming
Everyone was soo friendly and helpful. I will go there again
The room was not finished, three socket covers for power, telephone and fuse were missing which had I had children with me would have left me very concerned about dangers for them
Stayed for 10 days for a wedding. The prices at the hotel bar and dining at the pool are extremely reasonable. The staff is professional yet warm. They have an extensive breakfast buffet which is included however there is no variety from day to day so after 10 days it gets a bit mundane but barely a complaint. Everything about the hotel was lovely. Enjoyed my stay and would go back!
clean warm beach, nice rooms
Beautiful property , excellent service with all staff and specially Ehab… met very nice and great people . Definitely I will go back
Great place to go with family or alone
There was construction all around the property at neighboring hotels and it was very distracting. The hotel should inform their visitors about this. Staff was sweet. Drinks were expensive.
Excellent hotel with excellent service.
Hotel let down by the housekeeping and general maintenance of the rooms. Rooms were not prepared to a hygienic standard and previous occupant had left nail clippings and other bodily items. The dining made unhygienic by the cats on the table and around the food, with staff very reluctant to deter them. By the pool, service is very slow, with animal droppings such as bird lime on the seats. Overall a very poor 4 star hotel, in a area which needs improvement. Price can not be justified at the moment. Housekeeping hoover is broken, this is why the rooms on the 5th floor were not cleaned as I left this was the statement.
Clean comfortable and friendly staff
Nice. A little dated, but the staff is excellent.
The score doesn’t represent the place!
I order 3 rooms for the company, my room had an horrible smell on it. Like a chicken soup. My college room, found a dirty man sock after a daily’s cleaning, and her pants send to a clean dry by the hotel after she tried to iron them and a lot of rust coming out of the iron. The buffet dinner was nice,
Hotel was clean and pool area was good sized. The hotel lacked a number of facilities for a 4* property at this price range (no ironing board in the room, no shower gel or conditioner, no orange juice at breakfast etc.).
Clean. Nice pool. Restaurants way over priced
On arrival we got our upgrade to Pool view room and free bottle of red. Which we drank on the balcony that evening. Nice touch. Very Clean 4 star hotel. Breakfast great choice, nice relaxing music and helpful staff.. No rush and time to relax with coffee after.. Pool is clean, beach area nice. One issue is the cost of the restaurants and bar area... For evening meal 3 course would be 150e per head... quick taxi to town to the mezze house 15e each for the best in town.... Would of been nice to try in the hotel. no chance at these prices.
.
Hotel was excellent breakfast very good rooms good ,right on the beach, staff very good ,arrived late ,man there took luggage to your room.
Excellent hotel and resort. Beautiful place.
Everything was brilliant
Good hotel, sub-par service
Stayed here for 5 nights. I was born in Cyprus but never visited the Mediterranean hotel before. Overall the stay was good. The hotel was clean and the service was just about ok. For a 4 star hotel though I expected a bit more. For example when checking in we got the usual script on what to do which was very quick and rehearsed but was never asked if we had a car or how we can enter/exit the parking. I had to ask that myself on a separate occasion. In other hotels that was one of the onboarding questions I had received. During our stay the staff serving the drinks at the pool were great, however there were two members of staff that we sorting out the sunbeds and for two days straight they kept fighting between themselves in Greek (which I can understand) saying how they're not afraid of the boss and that they going to tell on each other and just bickering all day long. When we went for the buffet the first night we arrived, we were given no information on how things work. We just sat down and waited for 10 minutes and then had to ask someone what the process was, where the food was, how we get drinks and even how much the buffet would cost. I would have expected the host to ask if its our first time or not and explain a few things when we sat down. I know its a buffet but even then you have to give people some information. Also it was a themed BBQ night and most of the meats were burnt. In general I enjoyed my stay but I expected a little bit more from the staff and service.
Amazing holiday
We have had an amazing stay at this hotel! Absolutely amazing if you want to relax at the beach (the beach is better than in the more expensive hotels next door: Four Seasons and Amathus). We had a sea view room and I would totally recommend that for the full holiday experience. The biggest highlight for us was the food and the overall service at the restaurants. We went for the full board option and had no regrets whatsoever! The quality of food for all three meals was brilliant! Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, pulses, meat, fish… so much choice! We were a mixed group of vegans/vegetarians/meat eaters, and everyone loved it and always found something yummy to have. And omg the desserts were just out of this world! I will really miss it. And the service was excellent! I particularly would like to mentioned Angela and Agapios… they were so friendly and made the holiday that extra bit special for us. We would totally go back to this hotel again in the future and would recommend this to friends.
Location
Dated hotel, overpriced
Was an enjoyable stay The hotel is a dated, it is not worth the amount we paid (£160 per night). The floor in the lobby looks like it hasn’t been changed for 20 years. The room had a shower curtain which is something I cannot get my head around, I haven’t seen a shower curtain in a hotel for 15 years. There was also carpet in the room which had stains (not majorly stained but a few here and there), another thing that suggests they haven’t done any renovations for many many years. Also, I booked a room called “mountain view” but there was no mountain in sight, I had a view of a pharmacy and some shops On a positive note the bar just past the lobby seemed quite modern The outside blue bar was also quite relaxing To sum up, I feel a few renovations (which wouldn’t even cost that much) would really improve the overall feeling of the hotel I would not stay there again paying that price as it is just not worth the money - £160 a night to have a shower curtain is obscene. I would say it’s worth about £110 a night MAX
Fab hotel, well worth the price!
Love this hotel, I had a lovely view of the sea from my balcony, and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel ensures Covid measures, and staff were friendly. Lunch was fantastic at The Nautica. There is a pleasant breach to enjoy. My second stay, and I would stay again.
We had an amazing holiday the hotel was lovely clean, staff were so friendly. Pool always clean and tidy, beach cleaned every day. The food was excellent quality and so tasty. Will deffinately be going back.
Fine location and (fab) dinner with live music
It's okay, good standard and pleasant stay.. what else too say, breakfast will suit many folks as well as dinner with live music connected to specific cuisine (Italian cuisine with Italian music) Nice folks around and handy location for live music outside hotel, which is called: Trippers, so (if) you get tired of Guaba vibes or Marina locations.. just come back to the hotel and chill, you can always visit Amathus ruins next day or evening time. Keep one thing in mind while visiting Cyprus during summer (if) you want to travel, rent a car so you can use A/C.. walking is not pleasuring experience with 45C :) but you will get it very quickly.. folks coming over from hot locations such as Nevada or Arizona and other (burning steak) weather like locations are fine.. Irish and Brits need to get used to it.. This hotel is part of Amara and Elysium so you can expect quality :) Cheers from Ireland, Swav.
Great hotel for a family. Attentive staff
Good value deal. Great location
Excellent hotel right at the beach. Our room was 5 star with ocean views. Amazing famliy stay, pools, beach, restaurants very nice “high end”. Staff and service extremely friendy and helpfull. Amazing room service quality food, free parking just in front. We had a great stay, hotel has fair pricing overall, minibar, roomservice and restaurants very affordable! Definitely recommend !
Brilliant hotel, lovely staff very family friendly
Amazing as always.
Amazing as always. Looking forward for our next stay!
Very good location in Limassol, friendly especially for those who Combine business and leashes travelling
Terrible communication
I requested the date of my stay be moved and received feedback confirming the change but the website never communicated to the hotel itself of the change. Waste of money and time
very good thanks
A Little Paradise
From checkin to checkout the air felt lighter, the food awesome and drinks ice cold. On the beach and nice pool. Had a sea view room, well worth the extra
Hotel staff and service is amazing .Special thanks to our waitress Mrs .Eleni she make us feel exceptional and takes care of all of us .Rooms maybe need a bit of upgrade but overall location and service compensate everything else .Staff is very friendly and would recommend to anyone to stay there
erfect
Excellent!!!!!
Perfect locasion and very clean staff very friendly and very clean
good hotel a bit unprepared for the carnival w/e
Very good hotel. Very slow check in and being a very busy carnival weekend a long que formed.
No Parking Creates a Mess
Staying at the Mediterranean Hotel was not as good as what we have been used to by this hotel. Most of their parking lot is gone and the hotel no longer has adequate parking on the premises for the number of guests who need parking. The problem was even more profound on weekends when more locals from Nicosia will descend upon the hotel. The rooms are definitely in need of freshening up, particularly the carpets that had visible stains all over them as well as the bathrooms that are already past their prime. We expected more from this hotel. Lastly, the hotel did not offer a free upgrade even though I asked, which I thought that as a Gold VIP member I was entitled (given that there was plenty of availability). The wine that the hotel provides as a Silver VIP welcoming gift (Island Wines) is honestly not drinkable and does not do justice to the many good wines that Cyprus has.
First 3 nights very noisy from neighbours Apart from that the hotel was excellent And we are already thinking of returning in October
Hi the room was to warm as the air conditioning wasn’t working properly , and we couldn’t open the door as we were situated on the front of the hotel the noise from the traffic and the building site next door was horrendous we were offered to be moved , but they wanted to charge us which we thought was a cheek .
Good location, lovely staff and service
The hotel is really nice, plenty of choice for places to eat, good pools and on the beach. Great service and friendly staff
!!!!
Great accommodation and service! Please fix soon the underground parking!
Nice rooms, kids each had a sofa bed which was good, shower had brilliant pressure. Nice indoor pool that the kids enjoyed. Breakfast could have been better
Nice stay
Clean space good breakfast polite staff
Christmas break
our Christmas stay was made all the more enjoyable by the friendly and attentive staff
Quiet location away from the Old Port Marina area which is very busy. It takes about 15 minutes to drive there this time of year and that was perfect for me. Many restaurants still in walking distance.

Excellent hotel
Lovely high quality hotel with excellent service. They even noticed we had a birthday and sent a birthday cake and bottle of champagne complimentary. Superb touch. Very good buffet breakfast. Would certainly stay again
