We stayed at the hotel for a week and tried all the facilities including 5 days of treatments at the medical centre, ski rental, spa and dining at both restaurants. Great hotel, everything is clean and very new. The only upsetting was there was constantly lack of information on how to use the services in the most efficient way. All notices about the prices, promotions and discounts in the hotel are in Russian. What we have noticed is that the place would be very tough to navigate by a non-Russian speaker. Finally, if you have made an error by either purchasing the wrong type of ticket or getting it at the wrong price (obviously not on purpose), it is almost impossible to put things right and the staff is unfortunately very unhelpful in these situations.

Отель хороший, но персонал совсем не старается. Схемы курорта на ресепшене нет, записаться на процедуры - целый квест (все занято по словам администратора, а оказалось места есть), в лыжной комнате - не удобный график работы сотрудника. Утром не нет в 7.30, когда начинается катание и нужен шкаф. Но сам отель отличный, виды и расположение на 5+

Великолепно было все: номер, ресторан, спа, вид из окна. Это первый раз, когда мы отдыхли, каждый день обновляли воду и туалетные принадлежности в номере в полном объеме. Персонал вежлив и доброжелателен. До моря на машине 1 час езды. Я бы обошелся и без него, если бы не ребенок.

TravellerОтель находится в очень красивом месте, хороший интерьер и приятные люди. Проживали в сентябре, на улице было холодно, в номере тепло, регулировали батареи, кондиционер практически не использовали. В номерах, выходящих на отель напротив может быть очень ярко по утрам, не возможно было даже открыть штору, солнце слепило глаза. При бронировании просили номер повыше и с хорошим видом, был номер на высоком этаже, но вид был на отель, практически без гор, хотя позиционируется как отель со всеми номерами на горы. Но это было не очень критично, поэтому ничего дополнительно просить и менять не стали. Завтраки оч. хорошие, небольшая территория, но все оперативно доносится, если что-то закончилось. Несколько раз доплачивали за ужин-тоже довольно-таки неплохой выбор всего. Голодными уйти сложно. А уж вид на горы из ресторана-прекрасен. Спа-зона тоже порадовала, дойти да, нужно приложить определенные усилия, но это не напрягает вообще. пару минут по территории, и вы на месте. Бювет с минеральной водой-оч хорошее дополнение. Минусов как таковых вообще не заметили.

Великолепный отель. Только в сравнении с прошлым годом начали немного экономить. Уменьшили рацион питания, но он по прежнему разнообразен.

Гордимся, что такие отели стали появляться в России. Рекомендуем всем друзьям и знакомым. Жаль лишь, что домашних питомцев нельзя привозить с собой.

Hence this review is for English speaking audience, my advise is not to go there unless you want to experience something truly Soviet-style vacation. Even though the place is almost new, the facilities are so strangely outdated: elevators take ages to arrive, the corridors are long and feel like a maze. The layout of the building is very strange and uncomfortable. The pool and the sauna/turkish baths are not bad, but to get there is an unpleasant adventure - 15 flight of stairs and multiple doors. Breakfast is vast, but again very soviet-style, not for a gourmet type. I came in the off ski season, I suppose the hotel is nicely located for that.
