Spacious and a great pool.

Great location. Pool and villa design was great. Staff friendly. Bathrooms were an issue - felt very dirty and old and being outside the kids struggled with the bugs and mosquitos on the toilet. Not enough hot water and only a trickle at times. Time for a Reno?

Good property very close to everything

Our stay was absolutely amazing and nothing was an effort. I loved how easy it was to get around and so many different dining options at your doorstep. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

I was extremely impressed with this Villa. There was nothing i didn't like. The Villa was huge for a 2 bedroom with a massive pool in a fantastic location just of Eat Street. The staff were great and very helpful. The onsite restaurant had a great selection and the food was wonderful. I will stay there again .

Amazing stay

The villa was beautiful and great location at the center of Seminyak. Love the in villa massage services. Some parts of the villa is old but service was great and overall an amazing experience.

Large Villa

Very large Villa bit tired thou. The bed is OK but the pillows are terrible worst sleep ever came home with a sore neck. Staff lovey big thanks to Martini

Amazing villa, myself and my new wife cannot honestly recommend enough. Fantastic villa in a great location, fantastic in room breakfast, and service. We have since moved on to Nusa Dua and wish we were back at this villa.

I loved this villa it was stunning and the private pool was huge ! Service was great and the staff were all lovely and so friendly. The location was great we were so close to everything we hardly had to catch a cab. Next time I’m in Bali I will certainly stay here again

The staff were fantastic, always prepared to make sure you had everything you needed. Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful, private swimming pool, breakfast made for you in the morning and served to you at the table, we felt like royalty, but then just around the corner were all the hustle and bustle, plenty of eating places. Very worth while place to stay, exceptional value for money.

Nice spacious clean property and close to restaurants and shops

Excellent location offering privacy

The Villas are located in the heart of Seminyak but offers amazing privacy from any noise or other surrounding buildings. I recommend this place for a couple as in no time you can go for a walk while have privacy. The only drawback is the internet connection which is really bad. If you plan to work from here maybe consider a mifi with mobile internet.

Exactly what I was looking for in a villa, great staff, nice location. Villas are the newest but they were wonderful regardless.

A sanctuary in Seminyak

We loved our time at Maya Sayang - so close to the busyness and excitement of Eat Street, while being a quiet and private place to escape to. Having our own pool to having our breakfast prepared for us each morning in our villa added to the specialness of our stay.

Quiet getaway

Villas are in the heart of Seminyak but once in the Villa, you are unable to hear any of the hustle and bustle which is not far away. It is close to dozens of restaurants and cafes and has great shopping opportunities as well. Staff are attentive and prompt to providing assistance. Villas are beautiful and well maintained.

3 Honeymoon Nights in a Private Villa

Overall we had a really good stay. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our Bali honeymoon. The room was in excellent condition. The villa was huge, with plenty of outdoor and dining space outside of the bedroom. The private pools are quite large, and deep enough to swim in. Most rooms are very private and quiet enough, which is surprising given the location within a very busy part of Seminyak. Location is very convenient. Breakfast prepared in your room every morning is also quite nice. The only drawback is the villa on the end (where we were originally placed) shares a wall with a bar with live music that lasts until midnight every night. We requested to be moved and were given a new villa within 20 minutes.

Worst accommodation experience in out life

Very bad maintenance. Toilet bowl not working in our villa was forced to change villa. Stay was ruined as a resort. Staff compensated with free message.

Wonderful poolside villa with plenty of space

We had a wonderful time. Room is spacious and clean, staff very friendly and attentive, and delicious freshly cooked breakfast!

Badly maintained property

We stayed at the hotel after the ratings and viewing the pictures online. however we were highly disappointed, the property was not well maintained. the fittings and furniture needed renovation. we had a big issue with insects which were all over the place including on our breakfast.

Beautiful, relaxing oasis

Fantastic stay in the villas. Very relaxing, feeling that we were in a totally remote location as once you were in the villa it was a private oasis. On the first night, we arrived late and we were put in a very noisy room right next to a bar, we complained the following morning and were instantly moved to a quieter villa and given a complimentary massage. Very happy with the service.

Location Location Location

Enjoyed a totally relaxing time at this resort. There is no communual swimming pool as all villas have their own pool, breakfast is cooked in your room each morning with a decent selection of various styles. Staff very friendly however I found 2 downsides, firstly they double booked my villa so spent the 1st night at another resort however they did upgrade me to a double villa for the remainder of my stay once back there and provided a one hour massage for free due to the inconvenience. The other thing was despite having 3 airconditioners in the main living area, they could not keep the villa cool however the unit in the bedroom worked magnificently. Excellent location being within 50 metres of the main street in Seminyak where all the bars/restaurants are and around a 20 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Fantastic find

We loved Maya, the location is fantastic, the facilities are beautiful. It was a wonderful romantic getaway. the only downside are the mosquitoes though the staff came around each evening with coils etc. The pool is amazing and crystal clear, so refreshing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Seminyak !

This villa is in a very good location, close to many restauraunts, there is a pharmacy and COCO supermarket about a 5 minutes from the villa, There is a mini mart just outside the villa, 1 min walk. Walk out to the main road and there are plenty of taxis/drivers , you can also ask the villa to organise a driver if you require. Staff are very friendly !! Bathroom in need of a little TLC but honestly not a big deal , swimming pool was spacious , Me and my fiancee had Villa Helikonia.

We had a great stay at Villa Maya Sayong. Somedays we didn't even have to leave the villa, private, comfortable, relaxing and quiet. When we did leave, all the restaurants and shopping was so close. Loved our 6 day stay.

Amazing location

Our first time staying in a villa and we were very happy with the location and layout of the villa. Unfortunately we had a few issues with privacy as on the building overlooking us we could sometimes see heads pop up so don't know if they were workers or not, but it was only a minor blip. The staff were all so lovely especially Ria the front of house lady and the lovely ladies who cooked our breakfast were always so calm and sweet. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend staying a villa for just a couple. We tend to go to Bali with our kids so thought this would be a nice novelty and it certainly was. I wouldn't stay in a villa with the kids as they'd miss the communal pool and interaction with other kids but for out stay it was a blissful relaxing holiday.

Beautiful Villa's and Amazing Staff

We stayed for my Dad's 70th Birthday. The staff are extremely welcoming & friendly and could not do enough for us. They decorated his villa with banners and brought a birthday cake to top off the festivities. The villa is always clean, the location is really handy for restaurants and despite reading previous reviews on hear, its very private and quiet. We had a few issues with our room/villa - but they were minor and resolved almost straight away. There were a lot of Mosquitos, but I understand that this is Seminyak in general and not really unique to the Hotel/Villa.

Close to everything, but still quiet and private

The staff were very accommodating. We had an electrical issue that was attended to immediately. Also we were allowed to use our room's bathroom facilities in the afternoon after we had checked out to freshen up from a snorkelling trip. Nothing was a bother.

Travelling to Bali for the first time, i had an amazing experience. I booked my transport via BaliKu and they were very helpful and on time. I stayed at Maya Sayang, the staff were AMAZING and very helpful and kind. The Villa itself was awesome, it could do with a fresh coat of paint but other than that everything was on mark. the pool was devine and the room service was spot on. They came and cooked breakfast in the Villa each morning, which was great. I saw the most beautiful parts of Bali, if you are going please go to Ubud its the real Bali. the food and people are humble and kind.

2020年3/3〜3/5日の滞在でした。 雨季なので心配しましたが昼間は殆ど晴れていて暑かったです。 私たちは2ファミリーの利用だったので3ベッドルームヴィラでした。 7名での利用だったのでハリウッドツインにしてもらい、エキストラベッド1台入れてもらいました。 ヴィラは とても広くプールも大きくて最高でした。 リビングも広くみんなでのんびりする事が出来ました。 朝食も美味しく頂きました。 夜は歩いて10秒程で大通りに出られるし、レストランも沢山あるので困る事はありませんでしたよ。 またバリ島に行く事があれば利用したいと思います。

６回目の滞在です。場所やビラの設備は満足してます。以前と比べて朝食のメニューが増えましたが、質が低下した印象です。オーナーが変わったから⁇。
