Everything was excellent 10/10 !

Such a wonderful resort. We booked this trip for just my wife and I. The resort feel was very intimate, food was fantastic, and the service staff was amazing. Would definitely recommend and return for another trip!!

Property offered amazing views of the ocean and situated along a beautiful stretch of beach. The staff were amazing and very attentive. It would have been nice to have one of the pools designated as a quiet area vs another for those looking for more of a party atmosphere. It was a little hit and miss as to whether you would find a quiet area to relax. Otherwise great stay!

This was resort was okay for me but could have been better. Not a lot of food options. Being vegan, I saw on the website that it said specifically that there are vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian options. When I checked in, I asked again and they said yes. Once I got to two of the restaurants and told them I’m vegan, the waiter and waitress looked very confused. Maybe there was a language barrier but I didn’t feel comfortable with the food because I didn’t know how to was prepared and if they understood what vegan was. Vegan and vegetarian isn’t the same. If you don’t have vegan options, then your website should not say that! The only place that was actually accommodating and trustworthy was Sakke (Xochitl was amazing). But there are NO vegan options at Dos Mares or Vista Ballenas according to their menu. I paid for all inclusive and was disappointed because all I ate that week was veggie tacos and chips and salsa. I would not stay here again and would warn vegans from booking. The Cape has actual vegan options unlike this hotel. Another thing to note was that I mentioned it was my birthday to the front desk staff and I didn’t get a cake or a sign on my door like others did. The Cape gave me a cake and printed out a personalized message for me. Lastly, the French restaurant wasn’t included in the all inclusive! Staff was nice in person (Andrea at Suspiro was also great) but stopped responding to me when I texted them asking about vegan options. I felt completely ignored!

Accommodations were wonderful, staff and all the employees very attentive very kind and very welcoming. Wonderful entertainment every night food was excellent. Facilities were very very clean. The rooms were excellent cozy and every room has a front view to the beach. Excellent stay.

Loved the ser uce and quac!

The food and service was excellent. The resort was very clean and staff members were always available to assist. The pool service was above expectations and there was always someone coming around and asking if you needed anything. The only negative was the bathroom set up. It was difficult to get around and the glass doors were awkward and in the way.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property and staff were great. I would highly recommend.

Marquis Los Cabos was AMAZING!!! We loved the activities!! Staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone there made the are trip awesome. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone going to Cabo. Two Thumbs Up!!!!

Awesome place for a romantic getaway

Very relaxing resort, wonderful food at each of the restaurants, great pools overlooking the ocean, nice and quiet rooms and great service. Fantastic to see the whales out in the ocean all day, and a unique experience of a young humpback whale swimming very close to the beach that drew attention from everyone at the resort. Fantastic time!

We loved our Casita which included a rooftop terrace with privite plungepool! Service and staff were exceptional. Food was above and beyond what we expected from an in inclusive resort. Wonderful experience!

Amazing

Wonderful! We loved watching the whale migration from the infinity pool. The food, service, and facilities were all excellent. Would definitely return.

Does not qualify for 5 Star

Hotel does not meet a five star rating,food served in restaurants is very inconsistent (3 weeks stay)poor quality and mostly overcooked!During our 3 weeks stay only 5Dinners were of good quality and well executed. However most of the Staff very helpful and friendly!

The best!

I would give it more stars if I could. This was our third time going, and we're already planning our fourth. It's SO relaxing, and beautiful. The staff is amazing. The property is stunning. We were upgraded to a Casita and loved it, even if it didn't have an ocean view. It was huge and very private. The food is the best. The drinks are wonderful. The gym is big and well appointed. I can't recommend this enough.

This resort was a great, quiet place to relax. You always had someone at the pool getting you drinks and food. Dinner options were great. Also had a great view from the room. Will be back again!

Beautiful property, good food and amazing views. Staff very courteous and helpful, especially Adriana at Vista Ballenas, who will greet you by name with a smile every morning at breakfast and Arturo at the pool who always goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Perfect mix of quiet and fun, with some shows at night and activities during the day like pool aerobics, yoga, skeet shooting and bingo. Smaller, more laid back resort, only about 1/2 hour to airport or marina area. Have stayed many times and will be back.

The Mexican dinner food can improve, the rest were excellent.

This resort was amazing. Exactly what my friends & I needed. Super helpful staff, always eager to serve you. Very nice & not a long wait time at all for food. The property is relaxed for the most part but they have entertainment every night. Eliel & Maricruz were our favorite. I would go back again & again. The steak tacos? Amazing. The drinks? Amazing. The VIEW? Stunning! We saw so many humpback whales jumping out of the water. Beautiful resort beautiful views, awesome staff. 24/7 room service everything was delicious. I can’t rave enough about this place.

We were offered a room upgrade but it was for quite a bit more money. We saw both rooms and it was much bigger but no better.

This property is amazing!

We absolutely loved Marquis! The property was just beautiful and the staff was so nice. We splurged and got the master suite and it was the nicest room I have ever stayed in! We had our own pool and chairs to lay out and it was so quiet. We came for our anniversary and they put a happy anniversary sign on our door and gave us chocolate and wine when we arrived. Then on our actual anniversary day we paid extra for the romantic beach dinner, but they let us know the day before that they had an event so they couldn't do it on the beach, so they gave us an option of switching to the next night or changing locations to a private casita. We chose the casita because we wanted to do the dinner on our anniversary date and it was beautiful. Such a beautiful location, good food and the service was top notch. When we came back to our room after dinner they had filled up the bathtub and sprinkled rose petals and left tea light candles for us. They were so thoughtful and the little touches were so special. We are already talking about when we can go back. If you are planning a trip you should absolutely stay here, you won't regret it!

Very clean, great service, awesome location for whale watching.

This was by far our best vacation and the resort/staff surpassed our expectations. We had a dream honeymoon. I can’t imagine staying at another resort. Karen & Gabriela (concierge) went above and beyond for our entertainment and personal needs. Angelo (Blackjack dealer) was super nice and a lot of fun. José & Jesus our pool waiters went out of their way to take care of us. The overall staff was 5 stars. Hospitality was 5 stars. They had tons of games and entertainment. The endless food/drinks were spectacular. February was a perfect time with endless whale watching right off the beach. Honestly, there was not one negative thing to say about ANYTHING. Thank you for our amazing week stay. We will never forget it.

Nice room, cosy bed. Jacuzzi tub was nice. Entertainment was good, drinks and expresso Coffees were also good. Food and service was up and down. Over all we enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful!!

From the moment we stepped onto this property we felt relaxed. The scenery was amazing and the room was clean and very spacious!! Food on the resort was amazing. The staff was beyond friendly and always helpful. We have always been ready to go home by day 3-4 and both of us could have stayed longer.

This was our 2nd time and we are coming back next year! The staff is very friendly and the view is breathtaking. I loved the entertainment! You can’t go wrong booking this resort! 8 nights wasn’t long enough!

Our stay couldn't have been better - amazing food and service, friendly staff, gorgeous views and accomidations - whales along the beach every day - absolutely best value for dollar for Cabo - big shout-out to bellhop Bryan and other staff for making our stay top-notch - will definitely be coming back

We loved our stay at Marquis. Poolside drinks were delicious! Order the Mango margarita. Dining options were great! The ocean front rooms with balconies were fabulous! Watching whales swim by morning to dusk. Daily housekeeping and turn down service at night was wonderful. We’ll come back some day.

Overall great experience

Checking in was terrible. We had an ocean-view room, and we got a building blocking the view. It wasn't easy to change the room. The refrigerator didn't work, so I had to call twice for replacement. It took a day to replace. I don't know if they returned the same one, but it still didn't work. The iron didn't work, and the bathroom sink clogged. This was our second stay at this resort, and we weren't happy. We will not stay here again

We absolutely loved this place. The entire resort was beautiful and safe. The staff from arrival to departure were so very nice, helpful and attentive. Really liked the pool area and how spread out it was. Didnt need to fight early in the morning for lounge chairs. Big shout out to Jose and the rest of the pool staff bringing food and drinks! The restaurants on site were also amazing, the quality of food was awesome! More importantly, the staff made them even better. Do really appreciate that there was no language barrier, almost everyone spoke english. Really do appreciate that the have taken the time to know a second langauge. The rooms were always clean and immaculate.these rooms are the best you can get. I even had a junior king suite, with an amazing view. This property has been very well thought out and it is definitely one i will be visting from now on when i need to thaw out and get away for the winter.

Like the professional service with the cleanliness

Staff was very attentive to our every needs, after trying to sell us upgrades until we let them know we purchased everything through Expedia things were fine. Kudos and a gracious thank you to Karen and Gabriella for helping us with our excursions And pick ups for our trip.

Very beautiful property

We booked this trip as a group of 20 and it was amazing! The staff were incredible, we never had to wait for food or a drink around the pool. The resort was super clean and we loved all the activities they had each night. The food was unreal for an all inclusive. We will definitely be back!!!

Great staff, very clean and lots of space to lounge around several pools and beach areas. Good variety of entertainment each night and good food. Dinner options were a little limited: one restaurant was not included in the all inclusive (extra $140pp), another restaurant was only open on two days (both of which we were not there), and of the three restaurants left, ate at two the first two nights and the last one had no reservations left the third night. Good alcohol selection, not too far from the airport meaning not close to the city center, which is nice if you want something more peaceful.

Staff were the best!

Did not like using the hotel app which we had to use to book restaurants and most restaurants were unavailable. Not enough deckchairs and people reserved them early morning. Did not like the bathroom in our room as it had a see-through curtain defining the bedroom area. We thought the hotel it was disappointing for the price.

The resort was AMAZING. The food, the room, the service was impeccable. I think I’ve found my go to resort whenever I visit Cabo. I do recommend doing with someone - partner, friend (friends). They were a lot of groups that flew in together. Nice having that group of friends/family to experience the resort with. They had a show every night & activities throughout the day so there’s always something to do if you plan on staying on the resort. 11/10.

Loved Marquis Los Cabos property. Beautiful and well maintained grounds. Spectacular views of the ocean. All rooms have an ocean view. The infinity pools were great as were the staff at the pools. Food was my only issue with this property. Breakfast and lunch were great but the dinners were not as good. On multiple nights our food was cold. Not what we expected for such a nice resort. The best dinner of the week was at Sakke. The other issue we had was checking in to our room. Our room was not ready until around 5 pm. We thought that was quite late.

Property was very clean and the staff was friendly and fabulous! My only complaint was the traffic noise fro our room. Hotel set adjacent to the highway. We enjoyed Whale watching from the hotel patios.

The Marquis is a beautiful all inclusive hotel! The food is delicious with good options, the pools are great, the gym is well equipped, the rooms are beautiful, and the entertainment is very good. You have everything you need right at the resort, and if you want to add excursions, it is easy to do through the concierge. We highly recommend this all inclusive resort!

Second time stayed there. First time 6 years ago - love it! Disappointed now! Room is dusty. Have to wait for fixing the toilet seat 24 hours! Zero attention for my husband's birthday... Sad. Wont be back.

From start to finish, this stay was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Marquis all inclusive resort was an amazing experience. The resort is very beautiful with one of the best sunrise views. We stayed there for 5 nights and it was great. I felt the food options are somewhat limited and it becomes repetitive after a while. Staff is nice and room service is good.

What an amazing place to spend a week. Whale watching from our balcony every morning while having coffee. Great food at all the restaurants and room service

Loved this property. Everything was impeccably clean, from the rooms to the outdoor bathrooms. Staff were amazing - friendly and attentive. We liked that the resort was outside Cabo San Lucas proper, but accessible by a quick 25 minute cab ride. There are a lot of activities and if you are light sleeper and want a more quiet room, you may want to request to stay in a room on the left side of the resort. The party noise didn’t bother us but it may bother some.

Beautiful resort with great views but the best was the people that work there. They were great!!! Only downside was the food. Good but not great. Again the people were wonderful.

From the moment we arrived till the time departed, was an incredible experience. From the property to the amenities and most importantly, the staff, not a detail was overlooked and the staff treated you as if you were home with family. Was an absolute joy to stay here and would recommend to anyone!
