Bed Could be better

It was a great hotel. The only slight downside of the hotel room was how long it took to fill up the bathtub, and how far away the shower controls were relative to the bathtub when taking a shower/bath.

This place was great, but they require you to use an odd hand waving electronic system to open the door to get in, then they have iPads to sign in on. You have to film yourself and state your name aloud to the camera and input all your info again manually unlike a normal hotel. When I got there, it was confusing for me. The staff came out to help. They were great. While I was there, I saw two other groups arrive and they both needed help getting inside and signing in. An attendant came out to help them. Why not just have the attendant always be there to sign you in like most other hotels? Other than this oddity (which is confusing but they were helpful), the site as amazing. Great location and great room. I would go again except for the odd check in and check out experience.

I like the modern take where everything is digitized. The room was big (vs typical Japanese hotels) and the pricing was more than reasonable.

The hotel was very close to a train station, which made it very convenient. You could also walk to the Osaka Aquarium and the shopping center near the Aquarium. There were food options nearby and convenience stores. The room was pretty big and fit 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. The only downside was that the beds were extremely hard, which made it difficult to relax at the end of the day and get a good night's rest. The pillows were also uncomfortable and pretty flat, so you were pretty much sleeping straight onto the mattress by morning. Other than the bed situation, we enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice place to stay. Great location near aquarium and large ferris wheel! Lots of restaurants to select from in walking distance.

I love everything overall. The shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. The amenities are complete, towels provided each day per person. Its alsp safe. Its just the aiecon has some smell but goea away after awhile.

It was a clean and simple accommodation. Felt a bit more like a VRBO than a true hotel experience, which was just fine for our short stay in Osaka! If we had stayed longer than two nights, I’m curious how housekeeping would have gone.

Very clean and pleasant hotel but they doesn’t have front office, its more on online so if you’re planning to stay here as a tourist i suggest to get data or wifi first before going here

Good area

This property was so perfect! The facilities were really clean and modern, easy and safe access! The staff went above and beyond on our needs! Big thank you to the staff that helped us keep all our luggage safe and even took them to our room while we went to universal studios! They’re were so friendly and helpful, we were a bit stressed but they made our day! The rooms were huge and had everything we need! Best hotel stay in our 14 day/9 different cities tour! We stayed at 7 different hotels and this was the best! Definitely coming back, this is a gem in Osaka! Totally rec commend it! Thank you again for the amazing experience, staff deserves a big raise!!

Very close to OSAKAKO station - Dining option has a lot to choose and of good price. The only issue we have is the Hard mattress and pillow.

Most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept it. They were as hard as a rock. The pillows were filled with beans of some sort, which made for a restless night sleep. Found rubbish under the bed from other guest stays, which was gross. We experienced an earthquake whilst in the room and there was no evacuation or sirens for warning. We checked out early as we didn't feel safe and couldn't get a good night sleep on the beds. Only pro, walking distance to shopping centre and aquarium. The Landry facilities were also poor- took 3 hours to tumble dry 1 load of washing and they don't have a change machine.

Very clean and convenient hotel. It’s a few steps from the Metro station and has a few restaurants in the immediate area. The only downside is the lack of staff; everything is automated, including check in. This makes it difficult to get information regarding the amenities or the area around the hotel.

Very nice stay

The property was clean and very nice. The hotel is a self checkin so staff is non existent, however when I was confused a very helpful lady popped out of the office and guided me through checkin and how to operate the door locks. I would definitely stay here again especially with how close it is to the ferry that takes you over to universal studios japan. There are a lot of little restaurants along the street and a very convenient Lawson and 7/11. Overlap it’s a great place to stay without breaking the bank.

Decent service apartment which is quite new. There's mini kitchen which I didn't use, but really added. You cant check in early coz it's self check in.

Easy access on everything...

Make sure you check your email's inbox as this hotel will send you the check-in code. and the code to enter hotel as well. There's supposed to be no staff in the hotel to help you check-in, but turns out there's a staff before 8pm. Check-in process was smooth. But I do think that for some other guests, this auto check-in procedure could be a bit daunting. The hotel is so close to the Osaka bay station and there's a restaurant that opens till late, perfect for late diners out there. There are also loads of convenient stores around the hotel. (Family Mart, Lawsons, 7-11). Very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I am coming back to Summersonic Osaka next year.

Brand new hotel everything was ok but if you dont want to sleep come to this hotel ,beds are super hard like a rock and pillows too 5 night stay becomes very annoying because the bed ,also the check in process is crazy hard an annoying they check your passports for everybody address and pictures for everyone like immigration point its a nice place but those 2 points make the hotel a no for me next time

8 min walk to the aquarium. The hotel is automated and access by code is sent to you later by email through orbitz, therefore look out for the email. You do not need to early check in once you arrive, no one came to answer the door event through I called and emailed. The Aquarium has coin lockers.

This is a great hotel to stay while you are in the Osaka area. It's right next to several great restaurants, right next to a train station, and great location for trying to go to Universal Studios and the aquarium. The rooms are very clean and secure. The only complaint I would have is wishing they had bigger towels, but otherwise is an amazing hotel.

This an exceptional hotel (space, amenities, full kitchen with stove, pots, dishes, etc. Shower & bathroom...WOW!!!!) and though the views may not be the best the actual location is perfectly suited for Metro, taxi, and bus services. Walking distance to the mall, aquarium, and restaurants are also very convenient. The only drawback was the VERY hard and uncomfortable bed. We all had to sleep on our blankets just to get some rest.

A Pleasant Surprise!

Marina Sunrise Osaka Bay was a pleasant surprise. Very convenient location... clean, quiet and fairly large room, close to mall, eating places, landmarks such as Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel and Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, train station, etc. Easy automated access to hotel and quick response via email for any questions. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Terrible beds - made a futon feel comfortable

Definitely felt like a modern Japanese apartment. Very comfortable. Pretty spacious for two people. Awesome shower. The only downside was its difficult to get in touch with any staff since the facility has no true front desk. I was trying to stay extra for a charge but did not know how, so i ended up leaving at my normal check-out. Truly my only downside, everything else was superb.

Marina Sunrise is conveniently located, clean, and the staff were extremely friendly when we interacted with them. The check in/our process was incredibly easy and efficient. We were very happy with our stay and if we were in the area again, we would greatly consider staying at this location.

Clean room, perfect location. Automated booking

Pre-booking questions are all thru Hotels.com messaging. On check in day the hotels.com message link disappeared so I guess you use the hotel direct contact. No live phone#, the hotel responds within 5-10 min. After you book, they’ll give you their booking website with phone#/contact info but I did not have to use them. On this website, the hotel will give you key code to get in the property and confirmation # to activate your room key. Everything is automated. I was lucky to see a staff while check in at noon (she let me keep my bag in the office while sightsee). If you check in outside business hours, don’t expect to see a live person. Hotels.com had section to notify estimate arrival time to the property so this may be why she was there when I arrived. Check in process was a breeze. All with iPad with simple instruction.The room was exceptional. kitchenette, clean bathroom, separate toilet. Hot water heater is Japanese specific so if you are not familiar with how to turn on, which is simple, you’ll have no hot water. 3 parking spot but seems to require pre registration. 3 min walk from the Osaka-Ko subway station, 5 min to Aquarium and Lego Discovery center. Many restaurants, 24 hr store. Surrounded by residential apartment bldg, felt pretty safe. Quiet. Perfect with family and kids. Thank you for the great stay!!

This is a very clean, simple hotel in a nice area with efficient check-in/check-out process. Exactly what we were looking for.

Keyless entry is a hassle. Our code didn’t work but luckily were given another by a chance encounter with a staff member (there’s no front desk). Otherwise the rooms are spacious and clean. They really should hire at least one receptionist.

Staffs were very kind. Really, really kind. The location was good to visit Kaiyukan and Lego Land.(take 5~8min to walk). It is near by train station. I think it is the best place if you want visit Universal Studio and Kaiyukan.

無人でしたが、電話対応も良くスムーズにチェックイン、チェックアウトできました。 ホテル前に駐車スペースがあり、フロントに置かれているサービスコインの利用で一晩1000円で駐車出来たのも良かったです。部屋も綺麗だったのでまた利用したいです。

清潔でマンションみたいでした。

후기에 방 컨디션에 대한 평가가 낮아서 걱정했는데 깨끗했고, 가이유칸과 유니버셜까지 거리가 가까워서 이동이 편리했고, 방 안에 전자렌지와 식기류가 있어서 도시락 사와서 방 안에서 간단히 식사 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

お風呂トイレ別なのは凄く助かりました。また簡易的なキッチンもあるのでご飯温められるのも嬉しかったです！ただホテル連携の駐車場は3台しか止められず夜遅くに戻ると止めるのはほぼ不可能で近くのパーキングに止めないとでした。

駅からも海遊館・天保山マーケットプレイスからも近く、閉館までめいいっぱい遊べました。近くにお弁当屋さんや、牛丼屋さん、コンビニも2件あり、とても便利です。入り口でスタッフさんとたまたまお会いしましたが感じの良い方で安心しました。

初めてマンションタイプのホテルに宿泊しましたが、設備も充実しているし、綺麗だったので快適に過ごすことができました。 駐車場が3台しかなかったので心配していましたが、19時過ぎに到着してまだ２台空いていました。1泊1000円で停めれたので良かったです。 １つ残念なのが、部屋のフレグランスの臭いが家族みんな苦手で気になりました。

海遊館も駅も近くでとても便利でした。 夜に散歩がてら出かけたらすぐ近くに大観覧車があったので乗ってみたけどとても夜景が綺麗でした

聞きたいことがある時に全く人がいないのは困ってしまいます。

アパートメントホテルの利用は初めてでした。また利用してみたいです。

凄く綺麗なお部屋で大満足でした。 ただ、駐車場が少ない為、近くのコインパーキングを見付けないといけない事が不便でした。

マンション一棟をホテルとして使用しています。フロントはなく、最初にタブレットでチェックインしたらあとは自宅のような感じで使用します。 部屋はマンションそのもので、簡単なキッチン、家と同じトイレ・洗面所・浴室とバスタブ（お湯張りも自動）、ソファーとベット。玄関で靴を脱いで入るのでとてもリラックス出来ます。建物も新しく清潔感は万全でした。 シャンプー類はきちんと揃っていて、浴室が広いため小さな子供がいても便利に使えます。サイトによっては部屋の清掃有りになっていますが、基本的には清掃はありません。宿泊日数分のタオルなどが最初にセットされています。 キッチンはIHコンロとシンク、冷蔵庫と電子レンジと最低限の食器があります。 一本路地に入ったような場所にありますが、分かりにくくはないです。駅からも近く、すぐ近くにコンビニや小さいスーパー、飲食店がありとても便利な立地でした。 USJにも近いですが、早朝と夕方過ぎは移動手段がかなり限られるエリアなので、予め調べておく事をお勧めします。タクシーだと１５〜２０分、4,000円程度で行けます。 ホテルの問題ではないのですが、強いて難点を言うなら、徒歩１０分程度で行ける海遊館が閉館する時間（20時過ぎ）になると周辺の施設や店舗が軒並み閉店する事でしょうか。夜遅めの食事や飲みなどをしたい場合は事前にしっかりと調べた方が良いです。 総合的には価格もリーズナブルで使い勝手も良く、次回もここにしたい程気に入りました。

ホテルは奥まったとこにありますが、非常に綺麗で良かったです。USJへのアクセスはあまり良くないです。

ユニバーサルスタジオに行くのに使わなせて頂きました。駅から近くユニバまで電車だと乗り換え２回ですが30分あれば着きます。周辺には飲食店やコンビニ、薬局もあり便利です。ホテルはマンションの様な感じです。キッチンもあり、フライパン、鍋、カトラリーがあるので簡単な調理ができます。次回は長く滞在したいと思います。

到着すると、すぐにスタッフの方が出てきて説明をしてくれ、スムーズにチェックインすることができました。 サービスのコーヒーと砂糖があるのですが、ミルクがなかったので、ミルクを置いてほしいです。 部屋の隅の掃除ができていなかったです。 駐車場も3台分しかなく、１日利用で1000円です。 総合的にみて、機会があればまた利用したいです。

エントランス前でどうしたらいいかわからなかった時にすぐにでてきていただき、チェックインととってもスムーズにできました。ありがとうございました。 全体的に設備がしっかりしていて、快適でした。 浴室に、イスがあればとてもありがたいなと思いました。

Very compatible price

室内広く、お風呂も洗い場があり、家族で宿泊するには良かったです。洗い場にお風呂椅子と手桶がないのが少し難点ですが、大きく減点するほどではないと考えます。 到着時にスタッフが出て来てくれたのが分かりやすくて良かったです。
