Me and my family have visited this facility twice and every time is great.

Family friendly but great for older adults like us. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. Staff very helpful

The room and balcony was not fully clean. The furniture is old and outdated

This was easy to book. Very convenient to surrounding areas.

Clean big room. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

We arrived at 2pm and it looked like a ghost town. It was very clean and smelled fresh but, It was not busy at all. It was two hours before check in so we tried to check in. They wanted to charge us $28 to check in 2 hours early. When we decline to pay and said we would wait she said we could go to restaurant or play games. Problem with thst was we had all of our luggage. We sat and waited. A few customers came in and 3 out of 4 did pay early check-in. Aftter an hour of waiting ,the lady came over and agreed to get someone to go ahead a check us in without fee. Kids had fun at pool. Very clean and nice workers. Employee at arcade gave us inaccurate information about the amusement park but kids had fun. Rooms were very clean. Noise level was quiet. Ac worked great.

Our stay was amazing. Definitely booking again.

The property was good. We enjoyed it!!Just wished it had more amenities like microwaves in the rooms, better soap/lotion options and hair dryers.

Everything Was Wonderful At This Property

I honestly enjoyed the entire experience. My son and his friends also enjoyed every. Dinning at the restaurants, playing in the pool and then playing at the amusement park. We all loved the atmosphere of the whole thing.

This hotel is filled with great amenities

The resort had everything you needed! Plenty to do! However the bathrooms could use more towel hooks for bath towels and it would be nice to have microwaves in the rooms.

Excellent stay

Our stay was amazing ! Loved the pool area & Game room decks were awesome… our grandson loved it too ! Wish the price was more reasonable on the weekends so we could afford to go more often.

Lacking on security in the hotel. failure to respond to communications from in room, phone to front desk or security with fighting patrons in room 1520. Flooring, pulling up in arcade area and corporate coming up and several places in arcade area. Ride were adequate. Outside perimeter of the establishment seem pretty clean and neat.

Birthday trip

The hotel is a bit confusing to enter (on the 10th floor) after a separate elevator ride in the hotel garage before the hotel elevator. The entertainment arcade was large and was traversed if you wanted to eat in the hotel restaurants.

We love staying here! The kids have a blast. Rooms are great!

First room had broken shower, so we needed to switch rooms after being all unpacked led already so that was a big pain and inconvenience but the remainder of the stay was good.

It was perfect.

We left with fond memories and a strong desire to return. Without a doubt, we will choose this hotel for our team competition.

I paid close to 400 dollars and I didn’t have a working toilet in my room, called to have someone come to repair it, they were gone for the day. So, we had kids without a restroom all night and the front desk didn’t give us another room stated they were booked.

Grandson 8th Birthday , he had a great time, pool was too cold to stay in and no shade available. Arcade.Was the best!!!!

When I arrived I checked in, once getting to my room my toilet had feces sitting in it all clogged up. My showered was dirty and over flowing clogged as well with pubic hair. Tried to call for housekeeping in regards to this matter the front desk was basically speak with the supervisor from housekeeping! We were transferred to another room with no help missing my daughter’s bday dinner reservation settling for salt grass across the highway! Once transferred the next room the sofa bed my son was sleeping in was full of trash sheets were full of urine. Comforters and sheets had not been cleaned. I began to call downstairs again for the front desk! Of course no one is answering or they are answering and hanging up! Now I gather my kids go down stairs request supervisor, whom seems overwhelmed! Once I speak with supervisor she states oh I’ll restaurant your resort fees which were $40. She’s screaming for a housekeeping supervisor on the walkie talkie! A worker comes down not a HK supervisor. The front desk supervisor starts demanding the worker to address my issue but she seems not to understand. She gets back on the radio screaming again. The supervisor directs me to go to my room and if the HK person wasn’t there to call down! Ok get to room no one is there here we are again calling over and over for about 5 mins and then here comes a HK worker. he comes takes pics complains about it leaves out then comes back with new dressings for the bed! This was the worst ever!

The property itself was absolutely beautiful, better than expected. However the managers and staff are less than stellar. None of them displayed a rather cheery personality and they definitely did not bend over backwards to help anybody out in a time of need.

Great family resort. Reasonable prices. Arcade for kids was excellent and a good bang for your buck. Pool was very nice, but pictures make it seem bigger that what it actually was.

I was not able to get a room until after normal check in time because the front desk told me the room I was supposed to be getting was still dirty from a previous stay becoming ill and leaving the room so dirty it couldn’t be turned over. So I was given a different room. The room was fine until we got up and tried getting dressed. There was no shower curtain to take a shower and the drain of the tub/shower didn’t drain properly. I notified the front desk and have yet to be called (as I was told the supervisor would do)

Great stay

My stay was amazing. The staff was great and very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back.

Water playground and poo was great. Loved the lazy river and to float up bar. Every this pretty pricey, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Arcade wouldn’t open the good BR ride until after 3, and I had a long drive couldn’t

Not Al lights worked in bathroom. Several areas in the hotel and game room had flooring coming up causing tripping hazards

We had the king suit and it was great! My only complaint is that they state you can pay for early check in, but they didn’t have a room ready when I arrived. They did still give me access to the water park so that was great.

Overall was great i loved my king corner suite my grandkids ended up loving it as much as i did. I will be glad to stay again the only things were no laundry facilities and the hair dryer stopped working other than that a great stay

Elevator wait was always 20+ minutes. Noise from surrounding rooms was extremely loud ALL night. Lots of fun activities for kids!

Everything was perfect. Nice atmosphere of people. Welcoming spirits. Wholesome fun for the kids. Great parking. Easy check-in, and very detailed.

Non-smokers

Some general maintenance is needed. Lock on sliding glass door to balcony is loose. A/C vents blow directly on a bed. Toilet seat loose. The whole facility is non-smoking.👍 We put up with maintenance needs b/c we are non-smokers.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurants were amazing!! Would definitely recommend to friends

The resort was very friendly, clean and kids safe, I have children with intellectual disabilities, and the pool staff was extra friendly to the children and helpful. Loving it and I will be back during the summer.

The wait staff and food were excellent! We went in late April, so it wasn’t crowded at all. We stayed in the king suite and the bunk beds for the kids were very uncomfortable and squeaky. My only complaint is not being able to bring yetis to the pool area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Birthday Celebration

The king corner suite was very roomy for our two 9 year old girls and my wife and me. The bathroom was huge. There was also a very llarge kitchenette, but it didn’t have any additional paper plates/cutlery as the hotel definitely makes an effort to get you to eat and drink there. They do not allow you to bring your own water bottles to the pool, so it’s plastic only although the front desk will provide up to 4 small bottles per hour for free. The rooms are dated and some of the grout in the showers could be cleaned/refinished but the views and pricing were both excellent. We paid about $200 total for the night and early check-in Was only $25 (at 1:00) which allowed us to use the pool all day. The arcade kept the kids busy and happy for several hours. I didn’t really understand the people we saw there without kids as this place is built for family fun. The burger at the restaurant was fine and the coffee shop also supplied adequate drinks and breakfast at reasonable prices. We’d definitely return.

It was not clean and the staff was not concerned. The bed sheet had mold on it . You could tell the room had not been cleaned in a while.

THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE & MY OPINIONS… BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! (I never leave reviews; however, THIS IS A MUST… in hopes this reaches the right person so others may have a pleasant stay…. FROM ROOM 1524 during spring break….. #1 OVERRATED AND OVERPRICED My suggestion… go stay at a local casino for less cost, more comfort, same/more amenities! #2 LOUD AC… kept us up all night #3 PLEASE DO NOT GET BALCONY VIEW, ain’t worth the extra bucks unless you enjoy looking at the balcony of the casino & parked boats. #4 assuming my family and I were sleeping on PLY-BOARD (uncomfortable beds)…AND after cleaning restroom I was glad we brought our own bedding… #5 I cleaned the restroom… hair everywhere. white towels were filthy after cleaning floor toilet & tub… JUST VERY UNCLEAN (or half cleaned) Btw… ask for additional towels. Was given enough towels for fam of 2. Yet I had fam of 4 #6 NO snack bar (or swim up bar) opened, yet they don’t want you to bring in snacks for your children. #7 will not be returning neither will the 16 other families who were planning to book. HOPE YOUR FAMILY ENJOY THE STAY!

Overall the stay was good and the kids enjoyed themselves but I have to point out that the property especially the rooms are very smelly and outdated.. the hallways smell awful as well as the room.. just a fyi maybe the carpet needs cleaning..

The pool area was very unsafe and slippery. My room was very dirty and housekeeping never wanted to help us. The front desk staff and managers were amazing though.

The property needs renovations on railings. Housekeeping slacked on bringing towels to our room. Way overpriced for Biloxi. We will not return to the Biloxi location.

Mi and Mi Pickney Enjoyed the stay! Very clean , quiet. Much fun , Much food , Much money spent lol! Very expensive but when you have children hard to say no. Staff very nice no bad vibez , All Smiles. Stay is what you make it. Once you purchase food must eat immediately or once cold no warm then garbage . Bring no microwave foods lunchables , pb&js , turkey sandwiches etc. I recommend to facility to get microwaves. Other than that Very Nice.

Went 6 years ago and it was in really good shape. This time not so much. The floors are falling apart in the arcade area. The room was fairly clean. The water in the sink and shower had a pretty bad smell. The pizza restaurant only had one worker and they were only sitting 2-3 tables at a time. It’s a little over priced for the shape the resort is in. Overall the kids had a blast. The resort needs updates and renovations. Would give it a 2.5-3 out of 5. Will probably try a new place next time we are in the area.

Great experience minus the elevators

We chose this hotel for spring break for our granddaughter. It was ok, our granddaughter loved the big arcade, pool with slides and lazy river, and Paradise Pier (rides). The place was nearly empty, so we had no issues using these amenities. There were multiple maintenance issues in the room, and our beds were very uncomfortable. While it was fine for a few nights, I would not stay again due to the uncomfortable beds.

Didn’t like paying $25.00 to check in 59 mins early . Took one grandchild an friend . We really don’t cut cost for our grandchildren. But the $25.00 early fee really turns me off if your that hard up for money. Basically everything else was ok . But that is a turn off I guess it’s just the principal with me.

Beds were comfortable. And plenty of things to do for the kids.

They cancelled my reservation before I got there. Morning of reservation. Then wanted to charge me extra $50 to make new reservation. We stayed somewhere else.

I would say everything was nice for what you pay for. It was all just basic amenities. Staff was nice but no one went out of their way to make you feel special. Great place for kids! Huge arcade and the pool is fun but unfortunately not heated.

Rooms were clean and everything was open. Some guests were extremely rowdy and got too drunk at the outside bar and had to be escorted to their room.

Facility is clean and staff friendly. Pool was COLD!

My room had a few unwanted bugs and it had no smoking but we kept getting the smell of weed and cigarette smoke in our room
