we had a great time
1 bartender for the outdoor bar and grill. Waited forever
Convenient
I loved it
I would say everything was nice for what you pay for. It was all just basic amenities. Staff was nice but no one went out of their way to make you feel special. Great place for kids! Huge arcade and the pool is fun but unfortunately not heated.
Rooms were clean and everything was open. Some guests were extremely rowdy and got too drunk at the outside bar and had to be escorted to their room.
Facility is clean and staff friendly. Pool was COLD!
My room had a few unwanted bugs and it had no smoking but we kept getting the smell of weed and cigarette smoke in our room
I wish it was easier with the elevators, always had a long wait time!
Everything
My two teenagers loved the giant arcade, It was the biggest one we’ve ever been in. They also love the rooftop pool, lazy, river, and waterslides. Having several restaurants on the premise, made it easy to keep the teenagers fed and happy.
It was amazing looking forward to planning another trip soon
Spring break 2025
Nice view, location, amenities
The staff did a awesome job but the carpet need to be clean and make sure house keeping check for hait
It’s ok but not the value.
Easter 🐇
Everything was great.
Nice
From the dogs barking to having to move from to the kids screaming all morning in he next room, it as hard to relax.
The rooms were very modern and clean. The hotel has great customer service. There was a lroblem with the A/C thermostat. The thermostat would not let me change the temperature, so i made a complaint and soon as the complaint was made, maintenence was there to fix it! I'll definitely be back to Margaritaville!
Great place

Everything was perfect no complaints from the food and rooms and other amenities everything was perfect
Great stay, everything is located in the area, games, food, pool.
Family-friendly wonderful resort
Fantastic resort. My son loved the pool and water park area, as well as the large arcade. Your restaurants have tasty food. Large room, comfortable beds, well-decorated. Loved to hear Buffet while at the pool. Happy about free parking. One drawback- our sink would not drain, nor did our bathtub.
Great location and very family friendly. Pool swim up bar and outdoor section of Margaritaville by the pool were understaffed (or closed) at times during our visit. When staff was available they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Good discounts for pier and arcade. Be sure to check the hours of different attractions in the resort when planning your stay.
The property offers multiple eating options and entertainment. Other entertainment options and dining experiences are within walking distance.
Great place for a family will be back
Great place
This is My Personal Experience - YOURS MAYBE BE DIFFERENT…. This place is Overrated & overpriced…. My room was 1524…THE AC WAS NOISY….EXTREMELY NOISY… which kept us waking up throughout night. BEDS ARE NOT COMFORTABLE. BEYOND HARD. Assuming we slept on plywood. I CLEANED THEIR SHOWER & BATHROOM FLOOR (filled with hair of previous guest or maybe guests). Was given enough towels for 2 people, yet I had a party of FOUR (Good thing I always bring my own towels & bedding.) SWEET SHOP & POOL BAR were not opened the entire time of my stay. This place is currently being considered by my church family (about 16 families) for a summer vacay... NOT HAPPENING! We won’t be returning. Neither My church. Sorry not sorry.
Great stay!
Everyone was so friendly! Just remember to ask for a blanket the room didn’t have one,
There were no outside TVs that worked. The swim up bar was closed and the snack shack on the pool deck was never open. The food was mediocre at best. The only plus was the bartender Wesley. He was phenomenal!!
Good family environment
Great for families with young children. Lots of Disney style rules, regs stipulations, which is OK
Entertainment for the adults and the kids, everything you needed was on the resort
Everything was nice
Staff 10/10
As soon as you get off the elevator it smells like water damage and the room was even worse my room smelled like a Taco Bell bathroom with water damage. I was bitten by something in my sleep my whole arm became swollen and infected I had to go the ER. While checking out I informed staff & some of the responses I got from management gave me the impression they thought I was lying. All while I was standing there with one arm visibly 4 times larger than the other with puss draining from the bite.
Everything was amazing
Very nice and big the pool is to cold so it’s very hard to enjoy because of the coldness I probably won’t return because my family and I enjoy swimming as well they don’t offer much included in the room for the property everything costs and is very expensive over all it was a good experience
Staff were wonderful the room was too small I didn't realize how small the water park was, plus no microwave was crazy
Great location!
Nice Stay, EXCEPT...
The housekeeping services were a little lackluster. They are supposed to swap out towels and empty trash daily and do the bed on the third day. When we arrived, there was no drinking cups (there were supposed to be 4) and no coffee service. We requested those and got them promptly. The next day (Day 1), we got no housekeeping services. On Day 2, they swapped out towels and emptied the trash. We had to ask for coffee service. On Day 3, they swapped out towels but did not empty the trash. They left coffee but no coffee cups. On the Thursday evening of our stay, there was some kind of construction going on. The noise level in our room was awful and dust from whatever they were doing got into our room. The minute I smelled the dust, my eyes started burning and tearing and my nose started burning and running. The noise stopped at 10pm, but I had a miserable night with that runny nose. When I checked out the next day, I asked about the construction, and the clerk had no idea what I was talking about.
Margaritaville Cafe
Margaritaville Cafe was great. Good was delicious and service exceptional.
The stay here was good. I like the convenience of everything being in one place. Great family environment. I didn't like that I around 20 minutes before check in and was told if i didn't wait until 4 a 25 dollar fee would be added to my bill. Wow for 20 mins???? The pull out bed had crumbs on mattress but other than those two things, i was very pleased. I will definitely book again
Woke up about 5 o’clock in the morning and room and walls were wet and carpet sopping. All clerk said was we know about it but did not offer refund. I’m demanding a refund. I will be calling Margaritaville today! Thanks
Great for a family road trip! Had everything else needed and the kids had soooo much fun for spring break
There were 2 trash bags on the balcony from previous guest. The bedroom floor was SOAKED. Called the desk SEVERAL times to no avail. All of our bags were wet from the wet floor. Still not sure where it came from. Pillow cases had makeup or something else smeared over 3 of the 6. I have stayed here at least 5 times and this time was the worst! I will return on good faith that it wont happen again. 1/5 is not bad enough to keep me away. However if it happens next time I definitely wont return!
A lot of fun things to do for adults and children
First time to visit Margaritaville. My husband and I enjoyed it. Will be coming back.
The rooms were very nice. The arcades and bowling is always a plus, if your traveling with teens.
It was a one time stay for us after this experience. The wait for elevators is ridiculous especially at check out. No one should wait 30- 40 minutes to be able to get on an elevator. It’s not even peek season. Flooring throughout the hotel is torn up. The worst part was hearing bubbling sounds from the water lines in our room throughout our stay. It sounded like something was ready to burst. On the plus side our kids loved Paradise Pier. We will be back to Biloxi, just not Margaritaville Hotel.
Definitely Going Again
Everything was nice. The only problem I see they really have is with the elevators. We waited an hour just to catch one to get where we was trying to go.
Family fun
Stay was awesome til Saturday night at 1am they had young kids running up the hallways most of the nights and a baby next door crying and parents talking so loud sound like they was in our room
The room was nasty hair everywhere room was never cleaned sheets was dirty with hair dirt and sand
Only issue we had was the busy elevators . Other than that everything else was great!!
The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and quick on their feet. This stay was better than the first!
Margaritaville in Biloxi was good for our purposes. We were in town for a dance competition. Lots of kids and their families made for a not so quiet stay. The room was ok. Needed some deep cleaning and Lights fixed but bed was fine. Ac was fine. Would stay again with grandchildren.
Everything went smooth as baby bottle
SUBPAR DIRTY AND WASTE OF MONEY
VERY dissatisfied. Stayed in room 1827. AC was not working. It ran nonstop and blew humid air. Floor was wet with humidity and luckily for this establishment my daughter caught herself from slipping and falling on it in the morning. Urine at the base of the toilet. The people next to us could be heard through the door that connected to our room and when they decided to light up their pot late at night our entire room smelled like pot until they sprayed cologne that also engulfed our room and woke us up from a dead sleep. This room was 275.00 and had my 9 year old granddaughter not had to get up at 530 am to get ready for a dance competition the front desk would have been involved. WASTE of money!
Great family fun
Door Knob broken in room
Water park and arcade were great and could see dolphins every morning from our room
Great Stay
Family friendly in Biloxi
Super clean rooms and very friendly staff. The whole property is super clean. The food is affordable for family and still delicious, the arcade is an absolute blast and one of the biggest I've seen, the water area while not huge was plenty big enough for my 8 and 6 y.o. it was also clean and well supervised by the lifegaurds on duty, and all the staff memeber I encountered were friendly and helpful! This resort is priced a little higher than some of the surrounding properties but you can tell why when you step into a room. We started coming here with the Rodeo, PCA finals but have now came back for spring break too because its so fun. I would definitely recommend this place to any family staying in biloxi.
It was my first time visiting i really loved iy me and my family definitely will be there again i loved the fact that you had everything there to enjoy my family vacation only thing and small thing i can say i didnt like is the room didnt have a microwave to warm food for later and there was a closet in the room with a lock on it and i wasnt sure where it lead to but other then that i really really love the place
The kids said it was best birthday weekend ever.
Friendly staff, nice room, very convenient!!
It wasn't what I had expected from a Margaritaville. It wasn't that clean, the people that worked there acted like you were bothering them if you ask them anything. I don't care to stay at another Margaritaville.
Wish water park had heated pool.
Pay too much for limited amenities.
Overall, this is a great resort. However, they need to update the bunk beds because they make a lot of noise at night when someone is lying on them. Additionally, having only one microwave is unreasonable; I think each room should have its own. The resort has several restaurants on the property, and you may need to heat up your food. It was frustrating to see a long line for the one microwave, which seemed excessive.
The stay was really nice but I’d say the rooms need more lighting. Other than the lighting the hotel and ev
The property had everything to do for our kid! We will be back
Convenient. Did not like noisy children running in hallway and noisy children in next room waking me up.
We def will be bk
Everything was nice and neat and clean
I was treated unfairly I was told the pool was close due to weather but after a minute or two they let other in. Also shower didn’t work
Property was very nice. I previously called the day before about early check-in and nothing was mentioned about the $28 fee I would have to pay for checking in 1 hour and some change early. Under the mattresses, some fries and other trash was left from previous guests but the room was spotless other than that. I always enjoy Paradise Pier Park is next door, the US largest arcade is inside the resort, and Ocean Springs Beach is literally just 10 minutes down the street.
Our stay was awesome! I only wish they could change the dirty stained carpets. When a 4 year old says it stinks it’s noticeable.
This property is more for families with young children. The layout is weird and very confusing.
Very clean and kid friendly
The kids loved all the games & rides on offer at Margaritaville. I don’t think our room was the cleanest. It was booked for 4 people & we got 4 wrist bands. In the bathroom we had 4 of everything except only 3 towels. The shower had many black hairs in it from the last guests & when my daughter went to bed there was only a bottom sheet on the bed & no other blankets to be found in the room. I called down to reception who said they will send some up. After over an hour I called down again & they quickly sent a blanket up. The restaurant choices seemed a bit old & dated but we did have an ok meal there. The servers in the restaurant were very friendly & helpful which made the experience nicer.
Enjoyed my stay
Very nice and clean
Me and my mom stayed here for her birthday and we loved it . A lot of places were walkable including access to the beach . If you have kids or just looking for a getaway, this place would be great to stay at .
The balcony coulda be cleaner, very dirty
We had troubles at the front desk, the lady was very rude to my wife. I called to speak to the hotel manager. Once I was connected to my dismay she was the rude person I was calling about. Hotel facilities are showing age and lack of keep up. Stains as over the carpet in the room and furniture showing a lot of wear.
The carpet is filthy which causes odor. The tub drain was extremely slow. The air conditioner was blowing black dust that kept landing on the bed. The refrigerator
Issues were not addressed when front desk was contacted. There was a strong smoke smell in the hallways and our room.
!!
Not the nicest Margaritaville
We recently stayed at Margaritaville Biloxi for a week, and while we made the best of our family trip, it’s safe to say this was a “one and done” experience for us. The room itself was dated but overall clean. However, compared to other Margaritaville hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at, this one doesn’t hold up to the same standard. It’s in dire need of updates like a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting. The front desk staff seemed uninformed about hotel policies. For example, they told us we could bring bottled water to the pool area, but the pool staff wouldn’t allow anything other than ourselves and swim gear. It felt frustrating to deal with conflicting information. Speaking of the pool, there was no poolside service during our stay. This meant we had to walk inside every time we wanted food or drinks, which was inconvenient—especially since the wait times were consistently around 20 minutes due to apparent understaffing. On a more positive note, our kids enjoyed the arcade and the outdoor rides, which added some fun to their trip. Unfortunately, a few things significantly detracted from our experience. The hallways and elevators had a strong smell of marijuana, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the walls were paper thin—you could hear neighbors talking, fighting, or repeatedly slamming their patio doors. It wasn’t exactly a relaxing atmosphere. Despite these issues, we tried to focus on enjoying our family time. However, this stay didn’t meet our expectations,
We had a great visit to Margaritaville - Biloxi with our two kids ages 15 & 9. The property offers so much to do for all ages and is truly like a hidden little gem. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we will choose Margaritaville - Biloxi. Thank you for the memories!!
Great place for a family vacation. Our only issue was the maid service opening our door with the do not disturb sign posted. There was no reason for her do to this.
Great!
This place is a great spot for family to stay! It was clean and the kids had a blast. It did take a while for check-in but other than that it was great!
The resort itself is amazing. The only downside was the pool/waterpark is not heated & the water was freezing. Maybe just bad timing on our part due to it being March. The water was so cold my kids couldn’t use it, & a big reason we stayed there. No indoor pool as another option. But otherwise the resort is great!

Always a great time. Love the cleanliness and hospitality!!
This resort is very accessible with easy parking and surrounded by sidewalk connecting you to beaches and other places. The resort is clean and quiet. We stayed during the week so it was not super busy. Access to fun and entertainment was easy. Checking in and out was easy and quick. The beach is not directly at the resort but it is easy to get to from the resort. Balcony with sea view was well worth it. Eat at Does was amazing, great food and service. Margaritaville service was terrible. Room restock with coffee and towels was not good, even when we requested it, they did not restock adequately. Overall a great, family friendly resort.
Nice property.. ulUograded to corner king suite. The room was absolutely huge especially the separate king bedroom. What was disappoiting was the pull out sofa which is the only accommodatiion for ither
The accommodations for kids was phenomenal and allowed adults to enjoy some relaxing time.
We enjoyed the stay. Hotel was relatively quiet and relaxing. There was plenty of available amenities I would adjust the VIP package for Expedia gold members. The drinks I received was 2 black coffee voucher for 3 days. I expected something else. I could make coffee in my room. No upgrades were available even though hotel didn’t seem that full.

Amazing
