Well located, with ample parking. Easy late check-in process, and a tidy apartment. Would happily stay again. Adding the late check-in process to the default booking confirmation email would be handy.

So accessible, clean, nice, self contained

Had a two night stay here with my husband to explore Canberra . We did have a hired car to get around . The property was clean, everything we needed was there , could easily stay for longer as the apartment had everything you could possibly need. Staff were very friendly and helpful . The pool was pleasant but certainly only there to cool down and have a swim not for laying around. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to family and friends .

Manuka Apartments really is a home away from home.

Well designed complex with comfortable apartments. The pool is a bonus and the secure, covered parking is next level. The service is friendly and efficient. Manuka village with wonderful restaurants, supermarket and shopping is a short walk.

Very spacious apartments, nice pool. Great to have free EV charging included from the 1 Tesla Destination charger. Easy parking and plenty of space in the underground secure car park.

Being an idiot, I booked Sunday night instead of Saturday night and were an hour away from the property when I discovered this. When I rang them, they only had 1 much larger apartment available. However, the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and arranged to change the Expedia booking and also gave us the upgraded room for the same as price as booked. Such excellent (and appreciated) service. Plus, the apartment was clean and outstanding.

Really nice, clean and the rooms are a great size. Even provided a bed for my 18 month old in which she slept all night.

Great place to stay in quiet and safe location. Kids loved the pool. Easy to access all museums and sights and really good places to eat close by. Would come back here again.

Canberra Break

A very comfortable stay in Manuka, very central for visitng friends and family.

There isn't a lift from the garage. there was 32 steps from the garage to our unit, far too many when you are carrying a suitcase.

Employees were great but the apartments were very old and confusing.

We found this property absolutely wonderful for our needs. A senior couple with our own transport. Liked that there was a full very well equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom with full laundry facilities. Sparkling clean, spacious. My only little dismay was that the lounge was very low, and difficult to get up from. There was a dining table and chairs that made it easier. Beds were very clean and comfortable and the spaciousness of the bedroom enabled us to use the single bed as our "landing space" for excess clothes. There was a mirror sliding wardrobe for hanging, plenty coat hangers, an iron and ironing board, and shelved space for underwear etc. Shower water was nice and hot, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. A hairdryer to die for too. We chose a ground level apartment due to mobility issues. There were several higher apartments that overlooked the pool. Underground secure parking was definitely a bonus. There was a small private outdoor area for relaxation too. We visited in July 2024, the weather was definitely very cool (we are from Brisbane) but if you got a spot in the sun it was lovely and refreshing. Air conditioning was good. The apartment block is very close to the Canberra Attractions, New and Old Parliament House, War Memorial, National Library and Art Gallery. Manuka shops were also very close by. We would thoroughly recommend business. All staff were so polite and attentive. We will go again when we visit family again.

We loved that it was a home away from home. Loved staying here. Everything needed in a walking distance. Shops. Eateries. AFL. Had a few loud neighbours that did disturb the sleep. And a few dusty items.

Had everything we needed with free secure parking

my room had an adjoining room door. the person staying in that room had the tv on all night. We could hear it in our room.

Cold shower and spiders down the side of the bed!

We visit Canberra often and staying at Manuka Park Apartments was one of the most disappointing. The check-in staff member was lovely and we appreciated the parking, but I cannot say the same about our accommodation - the apartment lacked attention and maintenance. First, the toilet would only flush every 5 mins or so (even after someone at reception came to fix it), the hot water cut out while my young son showered, leaving him screaming and cold. But most concerning was the creepy find down the side of the single bed that was against the wall - when we moved it to push the beds together for our son, it was filthy with dirt, dust and spiders down the side. There was one dead spider and one alive, which is completely unacceptable for a child's bed. The sagging mattress on the single bed was also in poor condition and was uncomfortable. In all fairness, the rest of the apartment was relative clean but the side of the single bed was honestly disgusting, and for the price paid, visitors deserve clean and functional facilities with working hot water. When we expressed these issues to the company, they were not too concerned. All up, this property fell below reasonable standards and really put a damper on our stay, causing undue stress when we were there to relax. For these reasons, I cannot recommend staying here.

Great apartments. It was great to have the kitchen and laundry facilities. Very clean. Loved the small court yard.

The room was fine for what we needed. The washing machine/dryer could use a service.

This property has a great central location within walking distance to groceries, restaurants and parklands. Well kept, quiet, easy checkin/out. Will definitely be back.

Great location. Staff VERY helpful. Very clean. Close to Parliment buildings. Supermarket in walking distance. Few minutes walk to Manuka oval. Pub across the road. "One with the lot to offer"

Great value and location

Stay was comfortable and very convenient if you want to stay in Kingston/Manuka, location was quiet. But the apartment is quite bland and showing signs of age.

Loved the pool area and comfortable facilities

The property has EV charging for guests without extra payment which is convenient as we have an EV. Lovely place with a big swimming pool on top of the car park. We love how the apartment is well equipped from nespresso machine to washer and dryer and we were provided sufficient consumable supplies. We will love to come back there when we visit Canberra again.

Excellent location and ideal to walk to shops and close proximity to most tourist destinations and even has a pool to have nice relaxed swim after a long day of sightseeing

Apartment was a perfect spacious layout, had all amenities that would suit longer stays. Very clean and all things in the room were new and working. Nice quiet location, very close walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Definitely one of my preferred places I've ever stayed while holidaying away!

Lovely updated apartments with a modern feel. Definitely value for money. Its beautifully maintained both inside and outside. And the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Very family friendly. Highly recommend!

Nice rooms. A bit of grime when we did a wipe over but not too bad. Good amenities in the rooms and the staff are very helpful with late check ins etc. Beds were a bit average but ok. Good pricing, good location, good staff. Not much to complain about unless you’re very picky

The receptionist Carrie, was very friendly and helpful. Didn’t go in the pool but it did look quite inviting. We book a 1bedroom apartment and think it was great value for money. Location wise, it was convenient for what we required. Would recommend checking out the cafe down the road for breakfast, Muse.

So close to everything I needed

Would highly recommend this property. Very friendly staff, impeccably clean room on our visit, and a very convenient location. The apartment we stayed in was well appointed, comfortable, and had all the amenities that one would expect. Parking was really convenient and secure. The check-in experience was seamless, even though we checked in after reception desk hours.

The property was very good and we would stay there again. It was of a good size, very quite, with in walking distances of Kingswood and Manuka. Nice pub on the corner.

The little flat was terrific. Comfortable clean, great location and everything fine.

Communication was bad. No instructions provided before we arrived. Not sure what to do when we got there as Receptionist was closed early. I had a panic attack thinking we're stuck. I had to scramble for their number to call so we know what to do but there was no Internet connection in the area. Room was comfortable but bathroom sink doesn't drain. Shower door doesn't close tight and toaster was full of crumbs.

Units are well appointed with full size fridge,washer and dryer. Good wifi. Walking distance from Manuka which has wide range of Excellent eating places

I was surprised it was only a 5 min walk to Manuka shopping Centre. Minutes drive to a large number of Canberra tourist attractions. Very quite location.

A lampshade in the bedroom was actually broken but that was the only problem,everything else was great

We booked another 4-night stay after staying last month and were pleased with everything. This stay was just as good.

We arrived to more then 30 ants in our bathroom, after spraying,took another day for it to disappear. Ashtray on balcony full of butts and rubbish on table. Dust everywhere. Beds comfy,great location for AFL footy and dinning

Excellent, well appointed apartment

Great location and fantastic place to stay if you have a family. We stayed in a 2 Bdr ground floor unit which was comfortable. In easy walking distance to the dining options in Manuka and very close to most attractions in Canberra.

We were very disappointed to find we had THREE steep flights of stairs to climb to reach our apartment. We are elderly and had two suitcases. One of which was very heavy. Don't know how we would have coped if it had been raining.

The apartment was in ok condition. But the service was terrible. They checked us in 2 hours late. We had to arm wrestle them to get any service. The quality of cleaning was bad. We had to follow up several times to get clean towels and to get the apartment cleaned. Final straw the receptionist was RUDE.

Modern spacious apartment very friendly staff and secure parking. The apartment was very clean although there was rubbish stuffed down beside the lounge along with the tv remote. We also had to search for the bedroom TV remote which was under the bed. The dishwasher was also extremely smelly we did not bother using it. Besides that it was a great location and enjoyed our stay there.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for 17 nights over Christmas and New Year. The location is excellent - walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants and pubs in both Manuka and Kingston. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Apartment was adequate, but probably a little small for four adults. Thankfully, we were out and about most of the time so we were not in each others' way too much. Small kitchen but OK for cooking basic meals. It was great to have a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the room. Our apartment was not serviced as regularly as we would have liked, partly due to the public holidays, but when it was, it was thoroughly cleaned. We were also able to get fresh towels etc on request. Would stay again.

Was spacious and clean

Everything we need is provided. Place is near our dining and supermarket needs. I could have given excellent rating if not for the two flights of stairs needed to reach the apartment assigned to us. I would have preferred to be asked before check in or when they rung me to confirm our booking if we would be happy about the stairs as we have moderately heavy luggage to carry up there. Both my husband I have problems with our mobility. I had an accident which left my toes fractured and since then they were never the same. Climbing stairs are a bit difficult. My husbabd carried both are luggage being the gentleman he is. But he has arthritis in his knees. Staff are friendly, the guy let as check out up to an hour late but we waited for our son outside about 11:15 as the cleaner came, she went away when we told her we're allowed to check out late but we did not want to inconvy her schedule. She was nice too like the guy on check out. Another thing was the cobsty going on, we were not told about it. The workers were talking very loud espy in the morning. I am a light sleeper. But we still had a fairly relaxing time here. Thanks!

The property was well maintained. Rooms are quiet yet the apartments are close to 2 supermarkets. Coffee plunger was appreciated as was the fact that my bags were delivered to my room!

I had a wonderful stay

Heating in bedroom and bathroom wasn’t good and was using a portable ceramic heater. The rest of apartment was good cause it was using the aircon/heater split unit. Paid parking should be mentioned in hotels.com ad. Parking only free when booking done on MPA website.

Plenty of space in the apartment, fully equipped.

Apartments are very conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Kingston Pub across the road is also great! Spacious, comfortable and clean apartments with only a few maintenance issues - bathroom door latch and light switch at basin area broken but reported upon leaving. Wouldn’t stop us returning here again.

Our third floor unit was extremely clean and comfortable . Very conveniently located close to supermarket and Canberra’s attractions.

This property was the perfect size for both adults and six year old grandson. In summer weather the pool would be a real bonus. The full sized stove/oven gave us a lot of cooking options.

This is an older property that could do with a renovation. Stayed there many times and as they units are individually owned some are nicer than others. A bit hit & miss. Great location and you get what you pay for.
