The entire vacation was absolutely wonderful!

We had a wonderful vacation. This was the 2nd time we stayed here. Loved the property. Just the right size. We had an ocean view room. The view was amazing. We feel we had the best room in the place. The 1st time we had a swim up room and loved that too. The entertainment was great. Loved the circus show. The food at some restaurants were very good, average at others. Our butler, Fernado was very good. The staff was so very friendly, always greeted with a smile and a hello.

Mirage was wonderful. Butlers Junior and Wender were exceptional! Clean, fun and great food!!!

Great vacation. The property and rooms were amazing. The nightly entertainment was great. Very professional. The only downside to the experience were the activities. The mini golf was just a mat rolled out with two holes cut out at the end. The cornhole had only one board and that was very warped and beat up.

I did not like that the swim up pools are the same pools that everyone at the resort shares. People who chose pool side rooms pay extra for the upgraded private pools. Not to have random guest hanging out outside of their room because it’s the only community pool. I also did not like that you can no see the ocean from the pools. They are secluded in the middle of the resort. It was weird how the swim up bars were at the end of the “channels” and could seat maybe 10 people max. The pool area was not ideal in my opinion. Restaurants were very good. Our butler was friendly. Staff over all was very friendly.

The property was amazing and so were the people. Our butler, Montero, was very helpful and kind from the beginning of the visit to the end. All of the staff members were super friendly.

Staff is fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about them! Plenty to do and food was great. Everything was clean and ready to just relax and enjoy.

We booked an adult only rooftop with Expedia. When we arrived Majestic Mirage said that Expedia sent it over as family. There was nothing they could do about it. So we were in the family section with children for our room.

We had an amazing time! Wilber was our butler and he was awesome! Juan at the swim up bar at building 4 was so fun! Great drinks and personality! Rafael who did maintenance outside at building 4 would save us a cabana everyday and found us floaties to use! Everyone was so kind, polite and helpful!! You can’t help but be relaxed and happy here! We will be back!

We spent our honeymoon here and it was perfect. The staff is extremely nice and the property is beatiful!

10/10 experience! Our butler Alby was awesome- The night entertainment staff was wonderful- Mayelin & Carlos Miguel especially! Bartenders Juan, Victor & Gustavo made wonderful drinks for us all week. Ana Hilda & Eduanny at the Sports Bar were so fun! Try the cappuccino from the cafe - we had a sweet gal there we really liked! The Espresso Martinis are a must try after dinner we well.

Love love love the Majestic resorts- finally now staying at the Mirage. We have stayed at the Colonial and the Elegance prior but the Mirage took it up to another level! Easy check in and check out when upgrading to the Mirage Club. We opted for a roof top with jacuzzi room in the adults only section. The room was clean for the most part but could have been polished more for our liking. Would suggest you bring your own shampoo and conditioner from home! The food was top notch and take advantage of those a la cart reservations. Fair warning that our couple friends did get stuck in an elevator near section 6 but got out within 10 mins. The alarm doesn't do anything, they needed our help to get staff to where they were. Overall a great trip and would go back!

Amazing resort!

I loved everything about this property! I will definitely be coming back!

The beach was so soft and it never heated up in the afternoon. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean which was at a very comfortable temperature. The food was fantastic and we enjoyed the tropical drinks! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana.

Loved how spread out the resort was, made it feel like you were in your own little village.

We loved everything about the resort, the staff, the restaurants and the beach. However, we weren’t given the building/room we booked. We booked adults only through Expedia and the resort told us they put us in the family section. We were with a group of 5 couples and 2 of us had to stay in the family section. It didn’t end up being a big deal but the supervisor they sent us to deal with the issues was very rude, never apologized or tried to offer us a new room. We paid more than the other couples but didn’t get what we booked. The least the resort could have done was apologize but instead they sent a very rude supervisor to basically tell us there’s nothing he can do. Other than that we had the best vacation!

This hotel is wonderful to the customer service to the food and the environment, they treat you the way you’re supposed to be treated on vacation. We had a butler named Samuel any question or reservation we needed he was on it very attentive. Even though the oasis service was fully booked he was able to still get me and my partner a romantic beach dinner for her birthday and as well as decorating the room for when we came back. The food as well was amazing from the buffet to the bbq on the beach or the one of the restaurants they had you were always left satisfied. I had been waiting a couple months for this trip and it lived up to the hype I was greatly satisfied with my trip.

From the moment you step out of your transportation you feel like family. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Went with a group of 24 people, ages 29 to 70. Our butlers Pablo and Alejandro were absolutely AMAZING! They went over and above to make sure we all had an amazing vacation. Nelson Glacian on the Adult Beach (BLDG #4 beach) welcomed us every morning with a wonderful smile and was always around to make sure our drinks were full and COLD. Donato was there too making sure we wanted for nothing while enjoying the beautiful beach area. Always an open lounger or Bali Bed available. Dowery at pool #4 is simply amazing. Such a sweet young man with a beautiful smile. Ana Maria at Marketplace for breakfast makes breakfast just better because of her welcome. Tahini at the Martini bar! DO NOT miss visiting her, the BEST! Does this place need a little refreshing? Maybe, Yes! Is it very well kept up and beautiful? YES! Are the employees amazing? YES, YES, YES! Is the food good? Yes (I am the worlds pickiest eater and I always found something enjoyable). Is the beach nice? YES - absolutely beautiful. Will we be back? YES, 100 times YES!

Beautiful beaches and pool. Food was average. Older property and felt dirty. Staff not friendly. Private butlers were very nice but the rest of staff were very rude. This is the first resort I have been to with rude staff.

Great resort

My first all inclusive resort vacation and It truly exceeded my expectations. Staff is so kind, helpful and they are literally everywhere whenever you need anything. Omar was our host/butler. Made us feel like family. Stayed in a King suite with our own private Jacuzzi on the roof. Clean rooms and property is immaculate. Great variety and quality of food. Bars everywhere. Gorgeous well maintained beach with BBQ ribs, burgers, chicken, hot dogs etc everyday for lunch. Entertainment, music, dancing, beach party, Foam Party's and the animation team are awesome! Nobody trying to sell timeshares or other annoying vendors like some other resorts. Room service was very prompt. Only takes a few minutes to walk to beach to the other side of property. Majestic Mirage is a diamond set in paradise. Sincerely.

This was our first trip to Majestic Mirage and we booked this trip based on a friend that books the resort annually. The first unpleasant situation was the check in process. We had 9 people in 4 rooms. We arrived at approximately 2:30pm and were escorted to the check in lobby. Even though we had pre checked in, the wait was literally an hour. There were 20 to 30 people sitting around waiting to get checked in. They did serve drinks while you waited, but after sitting on a plane for 5 hours, the last thing you want to do is wait around more. They ended up sending us to the sports bar to get lunch while they got our rooms ready. The food at the sports bar was not even edible. Bad turkey club sandwiches, bad hot dogs and bad cheesesteaks. We ended up with rooms on different floors in different buildings. We finally got into our rooms, and they were large and clean however the smell of dirty mop water and a musty damp smell hit us right away. This was the case in 2 of the 4 rooms to be fair. We stayed on the adult side but there are very few areas that are strictly adults. We did several things on the property with kids around. As for the rest of the food...steakhouse was a 5 (1-10), don't get the hamburgers. Seafood by the ocean for dinner was a 2. No one ate their food. Hibachi was a 7 and italian was a 6. Overall we were very disappointed with the food even for an all inclusive resort. We loved the staff and activities. Lorena was exceptional.

The pools and beach are excellent. The staff is also excellent. They really work hard to make guests feel comfortable. The restaurants range from very good, L'Essence, to not so good, Seaside. We took excursions to Catalina Island and the Reef Explorer. The excursions were good except for the travel. We spent 1 hour 15 minutes picking up people for a 25-minute drive for the Reef Explorer. Similar experience for Catalina. I purchased a premium room but was placed on the 2nd floor near a bar with an active happy hour. I was disappointed with my room location. I was given the option to move 3 days into the week but was established by then. Despite the cons, my wife and I enjoyed our trip and the Majestic Mirage and would consider returning.

We travel to Punta Cana every winter for 7-9 days and have been doing this for many years. This property was the best so far; we always stayed at 4 or 4.5*, this was 5* and we noticed the difference. Plenty of cabanas on the beach; so clean, non stop offering of drinks whever we went, two clubs on each side of the beach offering comfortable seating and full day snacking/coffee/juice (refreshed with new variety depending of the time of the day) - this is a place where you can work from if needed (my husband did) - you definitely can do conference calls from here. Butler service was a nice touch, you message them via the resort app for whatever you need and they check in with you also a few times a day. We had Rosario and he was great - took care of reservations, taxis, whatever room requirements we had (more towels/blanket), etc. 24 hr room service we used it once. My husband said all drinks at the bar were premium. I had a wonderful passion fruit mojito and a shot of mamajuana, but my group tried all sorts; fun atmosphere at the bar, relaxed, no harassment on the beach or by the vendors. I remember at other resorts you had to say no every 5 mins, it was not like that here at all. Very relaxing, so much variety. Watch out if you have FOMO :-) because there is so much to eat, drink and sample in terms of experiences. We will be back, thank you to the hotel staff and thank you Rosario for making us feel so taken care of!

The people and the staff were so friendly and helpful

The staff were amazing-always friendly and welcoming! It was a very chill vibe and it was not overly crowded. Our room did smell very musty and even though we had a dehumidifier, that didn’t help. We requested to change rooms, but we were unable to do so.

Good Staff, good food, amazing beach

We had an excellent week at the Majestic Mirage. All grounds were well maintained. The food was very good. Always lots of food choices and dining experiences. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our private concierge Fabio was tremendous providing a text each morning with daily activities and insight to the events. Started each day at the coffee shop where Ana Luisa and Maria provided many coffee options and service with a smile. I would definitely go back.....

We had a wonderful time at the Majestic Mirage. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the staff was wonderful in making sure all of our needs were met constantly. The only issue that we had was the condition of our room, which was a family suite, it definitely needed updated and the showers were leaking as well as the toilet. We told our wonderful butler, Rosario, about that and he did everything in his power to fix it. He was the best part of our trip! We would most definitely return!!

The resort is great! There were tons of food options available at all hours. There were more bars than I could even count. The staff was also super kind and helpful. Our room is quite spacious and I loved having 2 bathrooms! No issues finding a seat at one of the many pool areas or on the beach. Live music in the outdoor plaza every night was so nice. While there are 2 family buildings, we hardly ever saw any children around. I loved the self-serve club lounges where I could go grab a snack or a drink or a beach towel anytime. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

We loved the size of this property. It was all walkable. The staff was do friendly. Food and drinks were good. Swim up bars and poois the beach was clean. Never had a problem getting beds or chairs by the pool or beach

Majestic Miraj is absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, respectful, and welcoming. There are plenty of food options, and the meals were amazing. The amenities were excellent, and our rooms were clean and well-maintained. The area is perfect for both adults and families. Daily activities were entertaining and well-scheduled. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Majestic Miraj!

He was always available when we needed him, ensuring our stay was seamless, yet he also gave us the space to enjoy our time without being intrusive. The dining experience was another highlight, offering a wide range of high-quality food, all maintained and served with impeccable standards. We had the pleasure of interacting with Franklin, Divelia, and many others at the restaurants and buffets, who always greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm, making every meal even more enjoyable. The unbelievable evening shows were a true spectacle! We loved our amazing butler! Clean and safe for spring break!

We had an amazing vacation. The resort was extremely clean. Staff were very accomadating. We scheduled our trip around our Anniversary. We arrived to our room and there was a banner on our door, "Happy Anniversary!" The shows were amazing. Music was right on point. Food was delicious. All entertainment was awesome. The only thing I am waiting for is my refund for our shuttle from the airport to the resort. Our flight had been canceled and we were told shuttle service ended at 5pm. We were told tobtakw a taxi and that we would be reimbursed for the cost.

The beach, I enjoyed the room which consisted of a bedroom and living room and a full bathroom and powder room. We also received, a bottle of wine, scotch and rum in the room in addition to soda, plenty of water and snacks. No one could go hungry.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Eduardo was fantastic in providing our butler service and accommodated us in every way. The food variety was very good. The requests to scan a QR code and write a review on your interaction can be a little overwhelming, especially when you just arrived from traveling and just want some time to unwind.

This property is rated as a 5 star but it is a 3 star at best. Upon arriving we were greeted and escorted to the preferred check in lounge. We worked with a gentleman that used the language barrier to not address any of our questions. When our butler came to take us to our room we asked him the same questions and the VIP clerk got very angry with us. We were taken to our room by our butler. He dropped us off without any discussion of where things were or how they worked. Thankfully we are experienced travelers and were able to figure things out on our own. We were given a room by the service road which was very noisy. There was mold around the sinks in the bathroom. No VIP extras were offered to us. We also noticed moldy mattresses on the bali beds around the pool area. The entertainment staff did a poor job of posting and following an activity schedule. When something was listed on the schedule and you showed up to participate, it was hit or miss if it was going to happen. The staff did not participate or organize the activity. We did participate in a corn hole activity. Afterward, the staff member insisted I write a google review for him on the spot. I said I would do it later but he took over my phone and entered his own review. I was stunned by this action and did report him to the management. This is completely unacceptable. Restaurants were average. Could always find something to eat. Our butler arranged a nice anniversary decoration for our room.

Loved everything about Majestic Mirage and our butler Luis was the best with getting any questions we had answered quickly and was always quick to respond with getting us anything we needed as well. He was very friendly and made us feel like family at home

I was in this hotel 4 years ago and since than it is significantly run down. But the biggest disappointment was the service. I called housekeeping almost every day just to get the room cleaned. That was so annoying. Butler was most useless person in this hotel. They insist on communicating to him through some obscure app which simply does not work. And when we met in person he only cared about when do I leave the hotel. On the bright side I can mention coffee shop, wine service, and Italian restaurant. Definitely not worth $498 per night.

We have been to the Mirage 3 times now and love our week there. Cesar our butler has taken care of all our resort needs every time and Nelson has responded as well with taking care of us on the beach. If I’m going to Punta Cana I’m staying at the Mirage.

Our Butler Leonardo was amazing!

First i will say this is my 4th time at the resort. The butler service from Amble and Pablo was amazing they made sure you were always happy and had what you needed.. The service at the Parrot Rafi and Ana amazing!!! Loved going down to pool everyday and see them. They make every encounter a special moment. Few things that were issue and resolve. The room has a steamer great although it didn't work and although it was reported we never received it. Thank God i like white noise the AC unit was super loud at times. Again was reported not aware anthing done. Also they use a new app to contact bulter. ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!! Was kicked off several times with delay to send and recived messages. Daughter wedding next year and hoping this will be resolved

Beautiful resort, huge rooms, wonderful food and service

We liked the property and rooms a lot. Staff was well trained and delightful. The check in was slow but there were a lot of good refreshments. The food was a big disappointment. Buffets were okay/ good but we were unable to get a reservation for French restaurant. The steak restaurant was good. The Italian was the worst we’ve ever eaten and my daughter was sick from it.

Outstanding service throughout and the property is really well maintained! Beautiful beach too! I recommend Club level - the butlers do everything for you!!

The food was wonderful. Lelus the butler was amazing. Nightly entertainment was impressive. My only complaint is the place needs a bit of renovation: peeling paint, broken curtains etc.

Loved the staff, quietness, & transportation

The accommodations were 1st rate. The food was quite good. The beach was fantastic! Our one issue was an eco one... It was not possible to retain and use towels for more than 1 day. We would have liked to keep our bath towels for several days in order to reduce laundering.

My girlfriend and I just returned from a 5 night stay at the Majestic Mirage. I have nothing but praise for this resort: one of a kind and amazing in every way! The most amazing, happy, courteous and energetic staff. Incredible delicious food, especially at the restaurants (Steakhouse, Italian, Japanese and French). The resort itself is a joy to navigate and the landscaping and architecture is gorgeous. Lastly, loved the live entertainers! You could tell they put in so much practice into their performance and it really paid off! Special shout out to our butler Leonel and Luis Carlos of the entertainment team for top notch service throughout our entire trip, true rockstars!

Our third trip to Majestic Mirage and as usual, everything and everyone was perfect!

Our family of seven, ranging from a baby to our 85-year-old grandma, had an absolutely fantastic stay at Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible service and warm hospitality. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our vacation special. A special shoutout to Nancy, who took care of us during most of our dining experiences—she was wonderful, energetic, and always remembered every detail of our orders with a smile. It truly felt like she was part of our family by the end of the trip! Also, a huge thank you to Leonel, our amazing butler (or whatever the official title is!). He was responsive, informative, and genuinely kind, always making sure we had everything we needed. From the food to the entertainment, the pools to the beach, everything exceeded our expectations. Whether it was ensuring dietary preferences were met, assisting with special requests, or simply greeting us with warmth every day, the staff made this trip unforgettable. The customer service was AMAZING! The grounds were very nice. The food wasn't great. The mosquitos were a huge problem for me. I came home with over 20 bites.

Staying at a vip resort … i was expecting a good good treatment The app for the butler to text or call him was always down and not working, kept having to walk all the way to the front desk to fix it, also he wasent answering most of the time, water pressure in the room wasent good, the Ac kept turning off and not working for the past 3 days, mind you its 87 outside and super humid. Food was not good and the hotel had some places where they served us expired mayo on the table. Very sad.

Check-in process needs improvement and more consistency, aside from that we were very pleased. Staff were very polite and accommodating, food was good, beach was excellent. French cuisine was the best, steakhouse a solid 2nd and sports bar was good too. Will be back.

We stayed at the Majestic Mirage resort for one week and had an amazing time. Our butler, Cesar, was fantastic and reached out to help us daily - he made our stay feel special. The property was beautiful and has a great beach. There was also lots of things to do - excellent restaurants with a variety of cuisines, bars with lots of choice, and nightly entertainment. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We would definitely return to this resort again.

This was our first time experiencing an all inclusive resort. After doing cruises thought we would try this. The Majestic Mirage was fantastic. The people that work there are so friendly, always smiling and able and willing to assist to your needs. The room, a swim-up room, was amazing with very comfortable beds and very roomy. The room was cleaned every day and the refrigerator restocked every day. The Steakhouse was awesome as we ate there two nights. All venues were clean and well staffed. The entertainment was outstanding, the beach amazing, the food very tasty. I believe this is our new getaway over the cruises. Thank you for an amazing week!

Family Vaca

We booked our Main Pool Family Swim Up rooms (2) and had to argue to get ours. Moved us to Adult section. Daughter came next day with a 13 and a 14yo. They also were put in adult section swim up room, because the girls were not 18 they could not use the pool. So the expense of having pool access and not able to use was annoying. Our butler Fransisco tried everything he could to get us moved to the family pool as we had booked. Fransisco went above and beyond for us to make our stay enjoyable. He decorated our grandaughters room for her birthday ( AMAZING JOB). If you book Majestic Mirage ask for Fransisco for your butler. Can not say enough about him.

Wonderful people. Everyone very friendly. Some food was outstanding and other was just OK. All of it looks beautiful and so very many options. Warm sand, warm ocean water, and warm, lazy river pools.Juan and Gridell outstanding.

The Japanese restaurant called Kabuki was unique as our butler reserved to Hibachi. Loved this. We used the pool every day and it never felt crowded due to the size. Did not use the beach much as the 1st day we did i had an allergic reaction.
