Very nice hotel, friendly staff, for the price that I paid for the room everything in the mini bar should be free, but they did give me a free bottle of water. I wish there were a few more channels on the television in English. This hotel is close to many shops and restaurants and the metro station

Amazing staff, property, food, and location. Was very pleased.

If is not my first time but this time i founded the hotel a little not a 5* stars. The give at my check in a room on the first floor with just at the window at work reconstruction area and when i asked to change the room they told that no availability and must do a paid upgrade ( 50 euros / each night). There is a problem with the heat in the room during the first 2 days of my stay, the phone in the room is not working, the breakfast was very simple just a bread with a small collection of cheese and … no omelet no sausage and it was the same during 5 days.

Extremely good and elegant

Trendy but still comfortable

Beautiful hotel with a view of the arc de triomphé. Service was impeccable. The front desk attendant working nights went above and beyond. We spent nearly a month traveling through France, Italy, Germany & Malta and this hotel was definitely the most comfortable. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up in the mornings.

It was the BEST! Hotel I have stayed in. I was running the Paris Marathon 2024 and it was a walking distance from the start line. The staff was so friendly, the food was amazing! Defo recommend

We booked this day of after getting to thr city and realizing the hotel we booked was a bait and switch...The staff from arrival went out of their way to be helpful, the room was immaculate and just as described, and you cant best the view from the balcony of the Arc. There is also a nice local restaurant right around the corner Street Foods Original that is open late and not only have amazing food but the staff are great and you must try the cookies.

Very nice hotel. Very accommodating staff. Excellent location for being in the center of Paris. If you book a Superior Room. The bathroom is exceptionally small. Toilet is way to cramped for space for average and even smaller people. No view at all for that room. If we were to go back we would book a more upgraded room. The restaurant downstairs is real nice and cozy. There are other close by restaurants that are good too. Once again we would like to go back there but, in a bigger room with a view. The staff is excellent and informative. Hope to get a chance to get back there again.

I was really impressed by the service of this hotel , being in Paris usually not all hotels are very welcoming or spacious compared to what I have experienced in previous stays in Paris I can say this one the best one . Staff are helpful always ready to help , smiling and positive, the room is very nice by small extra amenities , we all know the difference is always in the small details and this hotel did it well , excellent location too walkable to all touristic destinations the vibe is there

Great location. Arc du triomph is down the street and champs élysées is 4 streets over. Safe upscale area. Had a suite so the room was spacious. There was a stove top burner. They had a baby crib and high chairs to accommodate our infant. Staff were so helpful and amazing especially Victor the hotel manager. Cons was their breakfast. Really basic. Would pass and try it cafes nearby. There is a resto right next door. Definitely recommend!

From check in to check out, every single interaction I had with staff was friendly and helpful. I was put at ease for any worry at all! It's a gorgeous building, beautiful decor and you can't beat a morning view like that! My room had beautiful red drapes with a silver wall and black headboard. I loved the color scheme! Room service was fun!

We are so grateful to Muhammad for the incredible hospitality. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated having this available each morning. Paris luxury stay

Great location next to the arc de triumph and close to thé métro. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and very modern bathroom. Definitely worth staying again and again

Good overall. Lovely staff at the reception. 3 big negatives : Room too small For a 5 star hotel there must be a tub not just a small shower Room service ignore the do not disturb sign and they just enter the room whenever they want

Very nice property in a great location

Hotel was very charmingly decorated, and is in an excellent location. Front desk staff was very welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable while we waited for our room to be ready. Room itself was very nicely appointed, although it was a tad disappointing that the Japanese bidet toilet attachment was not working. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great staff and always making sure you feel like a priority. I wouldn’t classify this as a true 5 star, but the lack of amenities more than makes up with their great service.

We booked a junor suite and stayed 4 days. The room had a side view of the Etoile from the balcony though partly blocked by street trees. Close to metro station. Walking distance to a 24 hours grocery shop. Very friendly staff. Separate toilet and bathroom. Although the toilet was a bit small, the Japanese washing toilet was a big surprise. The mirrors on the ceiling above the bed were a bit strange. Buffet breakfast was okay in general but definitely needed refill after busy period. Overall, i would come again.

Excellent and spacious hotel within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe (we could see it from our room) and Champs-Elysees. The staff was extremely friendly, even offering our kids pastries as we were waiting for our taxi back to the airport. Highly recommended!

I stay here every time I am in Paris! Very nice and attentive staff. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and close to the Metro.

The entry way and bar area are very impressive and beautiful. My actual room felt like a let down compared to the build up of he rest of the hotel. I will say the room is very spacious which is nice.

The hotel is very unique boutique style, great location and close to everything by metro. the airport buss stops few steps away from the hotel. Very friendly staff. The assistant manager Benjamin Corundet and the manager Chrtisophe Chavidal were both fantastic addressing all concerns I had. this was my third stay in hotel and will be back soon. Staying in this hotel will make your Paris trip an excellent one.

Excellent location right next to Arc de Triomphe, so great access to transport, sight-seeing and shopping. The hotels front desk is open 24/7 contrary to the information I was sent by Expedia. Food and drink is available in the hotels cafe, or there are cafe’s within a few metres of the hotel.

Leone stood out always looking to help asking if there were anything he could do. We travel often and the room had no draws the toilet had a added piece to have a bidet. But did not work this was not a three star hotel. We expected much better

Dissapointed stay

The hotel room that we booked was rather cramped when we asked for an upgrade it wasnt available. The worst part of the trip was, when the hotel arranged for us a taxi, we were cheated. We were dropped of at the wrong hotel and ran away with our money.

Hotel room was very small .AC stopped working at 3 am and mo one was avaialble to help it was so hot. Shower handle had leakage and took two days to fix it. Breakfast was not like 5 star hotel .staff was freindly but diid not helpped us . We were there for our 25th anniversary but not having good experince with hotel.

At 3am, a girl came into the room and then another one came into the room at 5am. It’s too much surprise. Definitely not happy about it.

Champs elysees

Great location. Very helpful staff. I would give it 5 Stars, except that the WiFi was so slow it was unusable. The water in the sink never drained, and the shower just about flooded the bathroom.

Very Beautiful Hotel!

This hotel was beautiful! The bathroom was so small, but the room was gorgeous and clean. They gave us a bottle of Evian the first night! I will stay here again!

I have to say huge thank you to hotel staff, concierge, front desk, and café staff. They made me feel right at home. Hotel is located within a block from Arc de Triomphe, with easy access to major City attractions, shops and restaurants. We are definitely planning to go back in the near future.

The in room coffee maker wasn't very user friendly for us North Americans. Other than that it was perfect.

this is place is a scam

we booked a superior room with double bed, they put us in a 10ft x 10ft room with airplane toilet and a single bed. we asked for our money back and wanted to leave, they charged us for one night which was more than $320 for a room that we did not want. stay away from this place. it should not be rated as 5 stars.

High calibre hotel in great location!

We stayed here for two nights for my birthday and I loved every minute of our stat. The location is great - 3 mins walk to the metro and therefore very easy to travel to and from the various points of interest. From the moment we walked in, we smelt a beautiful fragrance which travelled throughout the hotel. We were also greeted by incredibly friendly staff whereby nothing was too much trouble. We booked an executive room and overall we were pleased with the decor and the space within the room. We had an amazing time at this hotel and would have no hestitation in booking again. The only downfall is that although the toilet in this room is separate, there are no hand washing facilities within it. Something that made a somewhat hygiene addict fairly conscious of. This aside this hotel is an absolute boutique gem!

Last Minute Luxury

I booked this hotel on the day as it was a last minute trip (literally!) we got a very good rate for this excellent 5 star hotel a stones throw from the Arc de Triomphe. Fabien was extremely helpful and helped organise a restaurant booking when we got there and anything we needed was looked after. The room exceeded expectations and had a luxurious feel with a well stocked bathroom and separate wc. Small balcony with views to the right of the Arc and easy walking distance to many local attractions inc Champs Elysees.

Great location

Location is perfect, 1min walk to charles de gaulle etoile metro station where many connections are available. 3min walk to champs Elysées. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Breakfast wasnt good enough, not much food choices, understaffed so your coffee and omelette take lots of time. If you can overlook breakfast the hotel is highly recommended.

Very accommodating in a very busy section of town

Excellent customer service! They went over and above to ensure we had rooms after their sister hotel canceled our reservation. They even upgraded my Mom's room to a suite.
