Lovely place in the winter quiet old town Vilnius. All major attractions are in walking distance. The staff weee friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good too.

3-Star Review The location of this hotel is excellent, with very easy access to the old town. Breakfast was a highlight — the food was good, and the breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the room had several issues. The bath wouldn’t hold water, and despite reporting it twice to reception, no one fixed it or offered a solution. The beds were extremely jumpy and felt cheap, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Room cleaning was also subpar. Additionally, parking costs €20 per day, which feels steep for what’s offered. Overall, a mixed experience. The positives were overshadowed by the lack of maintenance and attention to basic comfort.

This is a beautiful old renovated building. There is no lift but staff always available to help carry luggage up the stairs. It is in an amazing location with a couple of lovely old churches right across the road and easy walking distance from anything in the old town and/or busses, if you wanted them. Breakfast had a fantastic selection of hot and cold items. It was the best value for money I have ever received in a hotel.

The staff were friendly and no-nonsense in a good way. The location is ace. Otherwise the room itself was pretty basic and felt dated though everything worked as it should. It wasn’t a problem for me who just needed a bed. The breakfast was limited and nothing too special, but again it was enough for my needs. Would recommend if you are after a simple, no frills accommodation in a convenient area.

Beautiful place !

Very big room with a real double bed (not two singles put together). Had a nice big bathroom with spacious shower and bathtub. The staff were very helpful by booking us a restaurant and gave us a late checkout when requested. Fantastic location very quick walk to the old town where the Christmas markets and restaurants are.

Breakfast and dinner options were really tasty. If some food was finished during breakfast, staff refilled it immediately. Great coffee. I like walkable distance to old downtown and attractions. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

From outside place looks amazing but the room was a little let down old broken furniture room is dark. Shower had no proper hot water pressure took me a while to have a shower. And the smell in bathroom was bad not sure where from I assume it was pipe smell. Staff downstairs was very friendly.

Location was great. The restaurant didn’t have a lot of things that were on the menu and it was way overpriced compared to the quality. Also, there were insects in the bathroom that crawled under the rug into the sleeping area.

Central location for old town & secluded, including safe parking, but only if you pay for it. I object to hotel guests ever having to pay to be there! Also: the staff made no offer of facilities, including the restaurant or pool & spa; they offered nothing. No curtains on windows in room either. Nice location, but a rather odd hotel experience.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant, our first room had a broken blind but we were offered an alternative room with no fuss or issues. Very nice central location and very quiet.

Historic hotel and old town area

The night we arrived, the front desk clerk was all nervous and admitted to be on the job for only two days and took forever to do the check in. They have no elevator so a fellow guest was kind enough to help. The rooms were lovely (although you can hear everything from other rooms), super clean, excellent mattress and pillows. The location is great.

Great location, room was spacious, and clean, shower head was at an odd angle and couldn't be adjusted (other than holding it by hand) so it was awkward to shower. Some of the streets nearby were not well lit so did not always feel safe, but this was NOT the fault of the hotel. Breakfast was great. Nice courtyard. Would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this magnificent Hotel, located in Fabolous area, at the heart of the old part of the City. With comfortable rooms and ensuite shower. The premises were clean and the staff friendly and accommodated. Albeit, the swimming pool and spa,.were not available at the time of my visit. The court yard, is welcoming and cozy. The hotel was unique in the way it was set up, my tour guide mentioned that it might have been an old monastery or something similar. An older style property with older fittings but still very comfortable, very spacious and thought I didn't use the restaurant the steakhouse menu looked good. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was also well located for exploring old town.

This property was in a wonderful location to walk to all activity and city life. Gated so very safe feel. Come and go as I pleased with no curfew and a back door to use my room card for access. Beautiful court yard to sit in, very relaxing. A wonderful stay with soap, shampoo and hairdryer as well as air conditioning a breathtaking view of the 3 crosses on the hill from the room window. If I am ever back in Vilniaus this will be my choice to stay again!

A few days in Vilnius and this was a very private relaxing place to be just ten minutes walk from the centre of town

Restaurant food and service not good at all. Food was cold and breakfast was so poor. I never experienced such a poor service and limited food choice in any hotels in Vilnius.

Hotel room is dated and it’s not a 4 star! The hallway always had specific smell. Staff never smiles. The grounds are beautiful and there is a restaurant that I hadn’t tried out.

Hotel was in a very good location in Old Town, walkable to manag attractions and restaurants. When my choice of room was not available when we checked in, we were upgraded instead which was very nice. The extra space was very much appreciated since we were traveling with an infant and toddler.

Great! They were responsive, especially when I unexpectedly needed to book a late night taxi pickup from the airport. Supportive bed and good shower pressure. Firm mattress. Good WiFi. Location was very convenient for all my exploration. Small thing: I don’t know if he forgot, but the person checking me in didn’t mention anything about the sauna, and hours weren’t posted. That would have been appreciated.

The room was quite small, with a bed that was both too small and too soft for comfort. Additionally, there was no lotion provided. The building itself is quite old. Upon arrival, I had to wait in the non-air-conditioned lobby for about five minutes before the front desk staff arrived. He explained that he was assisting other guests in locating their rooms. This wait left me sweating and uncomfortable. The breakfast offered was basic but satisfactory. The staff were friendly. However, I would rate this as a 2-3 star hotel, rather than the advertised 4 stars. Improvements are needed to meet higher expectations.

Property is in average condition, with a great location. Room upgrade caused that we had a room over the roof with the angled roof and with the height of 1,93m it was not the best to walk with the tilted neck or bended knees. Sad breakfast with 2 hot trays out of 6 empty. Dry pastry and boiled eggs with the date sticker on it. Not coming back

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a rather mixed experience. While the room itself was very clean and nice, there were several aspects that fell short of my expectations for a four-star hotel. Firstly, the air conditioning situation is quite disappointing. AC is only available in the bedrooms and not in the common areas or the lobby. This became a real issue as we had to wait in the lobby for a while to check in and were sweating due to the heat. To add to the discomfort, we had to carry our suitcases up to the second floor, and the corridors were extremely hot, making the experience quite unpleasant. Considering how hot it gets in this city during the summer, it seems inhuman to have staff working in such conditions without adequate cooling in the common areas. This really needs to be addressed by the hotel management. To my unpleasant surprise, the hotel does not offer lotion. How can a hotel qualify as four-star and not provide such a basic amenity? After a shower, having lotion available is a simple yet essential comfort that guests expect from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, while the room was very clean and nice, the bed was a bit too soft for my liking. It felt like I was lying on foam, which didn’t provide the support I prefer. Overall, there are significant areas for improvement, especially regarding guest comfort in the common areas and basic amenities.

Great location with the most impressive young cadre of staffers. Large room with strong wi-fi, great shower and a comfortable bed.

The feeling of security and seclusion yet close to Uzupis and Senamiestis gives a feeling of royalty.

Very clean and spacious room w a big private bathroom, the bed was comfortable, towels looked like new, good location, friendly staffs( the young lady and the young man who helped me to check in and the young man who checked me out, sorry i didnt catch your names) offered excellent services during my 2 nights staying, thank you very much!

On check-in, staff need to genuinely welcome guests and not just go through the motions. I arrived extremely hot, dusty and tired after a 5 1/2 hour motorbike ride in 34 degree heat. All they were interested in was saying I need to pay €2 tourist tax and €10 to park my motorbike. Give guests a chance to get in to their rooms, cool down and relax if that's the case. Not all guests arrive in an air-conditioned limousine, some may have had a terrible journey due to traffic or rail problems, as well as by motorbike.
