Staff were amazing and very kind and friendly.

It was to hot in the city but AC was not working well and also duvet sheet wasn’t really good condition

Most bad experience,despite I visited 25countries

I came last year for this Hotel and it was good and management was nice, but i came again for second time and it was different management , the hotel was so dirty and smell in room was so bad , new mangment was so bad also with out any polite from last was responsible there, other point that price is high without any good service, i don’t recommend this hotel…

The best thing in this hotel is the staff they smile they make your day they give you positive energy to start your day location is not bad the view from my window is awesome pool is small but very clean i would stay here again.

The room 101 is’t good at all but, Staff was amazing, especially Çana. Mr Kerim, the owner was very friendly as well.

Good price and nice accommodation

The hotel is in a good position:walking distance from the beach,bus stop,shopping and clubs. The rooms are big with AC, comfortable bed and a nice living room.They also have a nice swimming pool and the staff is very accommodating. The place was a a little noisy, but overall I would recommend it!

Staff are incredibly helpful and kind, what ever we needed they would provide. The pool area is lovely and we spent alot of time in it. The bathroom is really dirty and outdated, shower needs a deep clean in between guests. The walls are so thin i could hear the people in the rooms around us talking clearly. Also the skylight above our bed was really frustrating lots of lights and noise. The location is Perfect for people who are there to party because the location is near the clubs/pubs. But wouldn’t recommend it for families with young kids.

Room is clean with nice view to the sea. Quite pool to enjoy in the afternoon. The most important is staff are extremely nice and very cooperative especially Ms, Cana who would do anything to make your stay very pleasant. The room I had with a small Kitchenette is convenient for preparing a breakfast which is an extra added to value. The Wi-Fi connection is a little weak and cuts off from time to time but I didn’t have a problem as I had my own LTE. will definitely return back.

Awesome location, my room had a long balcony where I could see both ocean and city, but there was a rooftop on the same floor where you could see all around. My room was super clean. Staffs were amazing people. Loved my stay I definitely recommend it.

Nice and clean acommodation

Room was pretty small but bed was comfortable. The shower door was broken or not there and whole bathroom got soaked everytime we had showers. There was no room service for 2 night stay nobody popped into our room or checked if we needed anything. Location was good!

It is a nice and clean hotel. It is very close to the beach but 40 mins walking to the city centre. It takes at most 10 mins by bus but it is not very often. Towels, soap, shower gel and slippers are provided. On expedia, breakfast is stated as available but it is not. There are many markets, patisseries, cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. The location was ideal and cert close to the beach and other major sites of interest. Staff were friendly, kind and very helpful. I definitely reccomend this place to othees who want to visit Bodrum.

Value for Money

Great room with sea views and very conveniently located a few minutes walk to Gümbet beach. It was also very easy to get to Bodrum city and other neighbouring areas. The room itself was very clean and the staff were extremely accommodating, especially the owner. All Covid-19 health and safety measures were in place and adhered to at all times. The hotel also has an incredibly clean pool which we enjoyed using during our stay.

The suites are quite spacious. The internet leaves a lot to be desired.

central to everything, beach/restaurants/shopping/laundry. secure property and really nice pool facilities. nice size room, great for our family stay for 7 nights id stay here again.

Beautiful apartment central location amd stunning views

Flat has great potential but Staff were disinterested, fridge filthy and contained items from previous guests. Skylight directly above main bed. Flat had dead insects and ants all around. Self catering facilities very poor.

The staff was very helpful Karen was very friendly and outgoing and Made our stay very pleasant I would like to personally thank her

Nice spacious rooms with 2 balconies and great shower. Only the aircon was not working but the weather was cooling enough. Not so close to the bus terminal and main tourist strip but it has its own great beaches too and is around many pubs and clubs which can be rather noisy til late night.

Perfect hotel, close to the beach and clubs

Ive had a great time here, it wasnt only a peaceful and relaxing holiday because i met staff who have gave the amazing service and in a short while we have become like a family with them. Always asking how we’re getting on, if we need anything and helping us out in every situation. I would like to thank the M suite family, (Koray,Feray,Veli, karen and the friends Kitty and Ozgur) for all their help in our 12 days trip. I would definitely reccommend this place and will be back here next year!

M Suite was very pleasant stay next to the beach. The hotel itself is very nice and modern with clean and great facilities. The staff are very kind and helpful. The owner, Kerim, is genuinely caring into all the guests' matters. I simply recommend this hotel if you're visiting Bodrum/Gumbet.

Personnel pas agréable . Pas de serviettes dans la chambre. Un bruit de travaux le matin , le bruit étais juste horrible

Çok beğendik. Havuzu odalari cok temizdi calisanlari cok ilgiliydi. Konumu merkezde sadece park sorunu gorunsede 300-500 metre icerinde park bulabiliyorsunuz. Huzurlu ve keyifli vakit geçirdik. Bir daha bodruma gitmek istersem konaklamak için ilk gideceğim yer.

Deniz manzaralı stüdyo odayı çift olarak tercih ettik iki kiş için alan yeterliydi balkon geniş ve güzel. Kıyafet dolapları çok kısa uzun kıyafetler asmaya uygun değil. Klima odayı buz gibi yapacak kadar iyi soğutuyordu. En üst kat olmasına gece klimayı kapatıp uyuyabildik oda sıcak olmuyordu bu çok önemliydi. Banyo küçük, duşa kabin küçük fakat su sızma sorunu yoktu. 3 gecelik konaklama için koyulan şampuan ve sabun sayısı yeterliydi. Yastıklar yükseklik açısından bizim için yeterliydi fakat içleri gerçekten lekeliydi. Ricamız üzerine nevresim ve çarşafları değiştirmeyi kabul ettiler fakat unuttular gece aradığımızda bize verdiler biz değiştirdik. Son olarak oda kartını kart bölmesinden çıkarınca klimanın çalışmaya devam ettiğini fark ettik, unutulması durumlarında enerji tasarrufu açısından buna dikkat edilebilir. Genel olarak buraya puanım 3,5/5

Resepsiyon ve personel hizmet kalitesi kötü

Resepsiyonda tecrübesiz genç personeller mevcut. Konaklamayi artırmak istediğimi ilettim 2 kez fakat geri dönüş yapacaklarını söylemelerine rağmen hiçbir şekilde dönüş yapmadılar. Bu yüzden başka otelde konaklamayı tercih ediyorum. umursamaz tavırları mevcut.. personellerin tümünün değişmesi gerekir.. otel odasına pike istememize rağmen 2. Gün verip " aaaa size pike getirmediler mi" gibi şaşkın tavırlar sergilemeleri komikti. Otel konum olarak plaja yakın ama yokuşta kalıyor plaja inip çıkmak yorucu oluyor. Yüksek seste uyku problemim olmadığından ben uyudum ama sakinlik isteyenler için tavsiye etmem gece klüplerinin yüksek sesi heryerden duyuluyor

Tatil deneyimimiz

Giriş yapacağımız gün erken saatlerde arayıp erken giriş yapıp yapamayacağımızı sorduk. Onlar da bunun mümkün olmadığını odamızın bizim için hazırlandığı söylediler. Saat 2 olduğunda ve odaya giriş yapmak istediğimizde ise görevli bizi hiç beklemiyormuşcasına odaya çıkıp temiz olup olmadığına bakayım dedi. Odaya çıktığımızda genel olarak düzenliydi. Çarşaflar temizdi ama yatak örtüsü malesef kirliydi. Salondaki kanepe de çok eski deforme ve kirli duruyordu. Yatak harici bir yerde oturmak istemedim açıkçası. Mutfak görünürde var ama hiçbir malzemesi yok. Paslı tekli eski bir elektrikli ocak. 2 kaşık. Tozlu lekeli birkaç bardak. Neyseki banyo yeni olduğu için iyiydi. Otelin özelliklerinde çamaşırhane de yazıyordu ama görevliye sorduğumda böyle bi hizmetleri olmadığını söyledi. Bir de en azından bir çamaşır teli olmasını beklerdim sonuçta her gün sürekli denize havuza gidiliyor. Günlük istediğimiz temiz havlularda da lekeler vardı malesef. Çıkış yapacağımız gün de geç çıkış yapmak istedik, o gün için yeni rezervasyonları olmamasına rağmen ancak saat 15.00 te çıkabileceğimizi söylediler onu da son dakika. Konumu vs dolmuşlara yakın ama muhit olarak hiç güzel bir yerde değilmiş. Tekrar tercih edeceğimizi sanmıyorum.

Die Umgebung war etwas laut aber hat uns nicht gestört. Parken ist nicht möglich, lieber mit öffentlichen ankommen. Ansonsten sehr gut!

Очень милое место ! Уютно , чисто, светло, красивый дизайн помещения , ну и самое важное - новый отель, все свежее. Немного не хватало посуды на кухне , но эти вопросы решаются через приветливого администратора . В общем , мы довольны и рады нашему выбору .

Çok memnun kaldık

Erkek arkadaşımla beraber 2 gece konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık , klimalar çok güzel çalışıyor, sürekli bir sıcak su mevcut, yataklar rahat balkon da çok ferahdı tavsiye ediyoruz deniz manzara da mühtiş:)

the rooms are very nice and clean. feel like home. everything was same as the pictures new hotel with a very good young management they help by everything.

the rooms are very clean and new. the only problem is maybe parking problem but the receptiom helps and find park places. very friendly reception they help in everything. its one of the best appartments in bodrum feel like home. thank you for the nice days in bodrum gümbet
