Amazing hotel! Room was great and sound proving is also but always room for improvement. TV channel is well loaded with a lot of free movies. Can just chill and movie whole day.

Slow check-in

Check in for two rooms took 17+min. This does not include time I was in the queue which would add another ten minutes. Bedsheets and pillow cases did not have a pleasant smell. Requested for these to be changed and it was fine after that. Kids pool is fun for kids.

Arrived 12 midnight. Nothing was open as did feel like a beer and watch football if on. Went to find local place near by and no taxi at the hotel at anytime. Advised I had to use Grab. Did not have the app. The concierge did a great job ordering me a cab on his own phone. Signage to lifts and to toilet in lobby area very poor. Same when u exit lift no signage to reception.

Worth

Our stay was amazing. Parking was easy and safe. They have buggy to transport you from the carpark to the hotel lobby. Best part of the whole stay was the breakfast spread.

Probably one of the best 5 star hotels I've been to, ever. Staff was so warm and welcoming. Service wqs terrific. The massage was amazing. I will definitely go back. 😁

Relatively quite a new hotel.its my second time staying.So no regrets.Cleanliness was superb,as i am quite particular about cleanliness.Everything was superb including their service.

Very nice property. Very kid friendly. Good buffet. Great pool and gym (which is small but feels like a high end gym). Great service. Food options are good but not great. And it is expensive for food on site. It’s a little hard to get off the resort. Traffic can be bad, but it is a short Grab to the train station.

Astonishing 5 stars hotel! Kids were happy, i myself would recommended to others,especially family with toddlers. Food variety, location accessible. Definitely will return for another stay

Worst 5-Stars hotel ever! Staffs lack of training and knowledge. Check in on 25th December, started my line to queue at 4pm. Done my check in after an hour of waiting at 5pm. Reason given was heavy arrival which is unacceptable because it's not their first day operating as a hospitality. My anniversary flower was left at the concierge and I requested them to send to my room but they say have to be at night because bellboys are not available, which is 4 hours apart, just ridiculous. At night I requested a bucket of ice and bottles of waters from the phone. They sent a staff with very rude attitude and I fully condemn this in a hospitality industry and a 5-stars hotel. He passed me the bucket of ice and the bottles of waters straightaway requested :" Can I have the empty one?" And I thought he was referring to the empty bottles so i get him the empty bottles but he started to be impatient and asked me "Can I come in?" With a bad tone. When i replied yes, he just furiously come into my room and get the empty bucket and leave but never forget to slam my room door. I felt really offended and disrespected but i chose to leave it cause I do not want to ruin my mood because of the service. Hope the general manager can have a look into this matter.

Best hotel for family with kids in KL!

This is the best hotel if you want to get family friendly resort-ish feeling in kl. Mr zairi and justin were attentive and gave the best service you could possibly asked for. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The kids loved it soo much, the pool was amazing and the kids club is well equipped. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Dont get fooled by the affordable room rate, the quality and experience match rooms thats cost double of it. Thanks M!defo going to revisit soon.

Second time to the hotel. Great place for family. Kids friendly pool. Staff are friendly. Room and facilities are very clean. Breakfast are awesome.

Stylish, new hotel in Kuala Lumpur near the Phileo Damansara offices. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. Recommended stay.

We enjoyed our stay, but 50/50 to come back 😅 ✅︎Pros :- -Friendly security guards, concierge, buggy driver, reception employees. -Beautiful lobby but not beautiful when there is too many people :( -Nice modern room -Love the bathroom with vanity mirror with light -Comfortable bed but pillows too soft (?) -Management very thoughtful for giving us complimentary cake (for our anniversary and 2 Nov babies birthdays) Thank you! -Wide selection of breakfast spread, all yummy! Teh tarik need to be less sweet though, but it's OK! -Love the pool design and slide ❌Cons (And much needed attention and improvement) :- -Hot location for government events (?) -AVOID the weekend holiday crowd, the queue will be VERY LONG. The lobby will be crowded with cars as well -Advisable to call the hotel to check if you prefer a chill vibe holiday, otherwise hotel is super-super crowded at every inch of the corner when there is a government/corporate/wedding events. - LIFTS : Long wait to go down even if you are on 1st floor, especially during peak period (We went at 1140 and 1208 and finally reached level G). Lifts are full and people are inconsiderate towards families with babies with strollers. -Improve the pool cleaning and maintenance (the water is super murky for 2days) -Improve/train the restaurant employees to be more friendly Repeat stay? 50/50 (Yes during weekdays, NO during weekend/holidays)

The facility area, such as the swimming pool and kids club, was interesting. However, during my stay, the water in the swimming pool was quite cloudy.

The room cleaning is always missing something... soap, towels, etc. inconsistent cleaning up.

Clean and new hotel. Inconvenient as there is nothing around the vicinity, not even convenience store hence to get around, will definitely need to call for transport. Other than that, the hotel is spacious, new and clean. Good variety in the hotel breakfast buffet too..

Good place for a family with children. My baby enjoyed the kid’s club. Wish we stayed longer to enjoy the other facilities.

Staff are attentive. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel feels safe with security prowling. Child friendly.

everything was great and clean, staff was friendly, but the breakfast choices are not as i expected because i need to add 100 for breakfast but minimum choice and not worth my 100 i recommend u to just sleep and get your breakfast somewhere else

The check in process was in mess and have been waiting 1 hour just to get my key and the place is hot n no fan at outdoor and low aircond inside the lobby, not enough place for sitting yet long queue to check in, room no slippers

The hotel got nice hangout place around the pool. The breakfast menu was superb. However, I had very bad experienced during check-in because of the heavy departure (Public Holiday). We register at 2pm. The staff said they will call once the room is ready. It was 3pm, yet no one is calling. Then we need to face the long queue just to ask if the room was ready. So sad, it was still not. We managed to get the room access card after 2 times calling the reception (the queue was so long and slow moving). Thanks to the helpful staff. The saddest part is when my luggage arrived at the room, the handle part was broken. Overall, everything was good.

Kids friendly hotel

We stayed for two nights in an executive suite room. The hotel is new, grand and elegant. The room ambient is pretty pleasant. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel provided free decoration and a chocolate cake as a gift. The minibar is free and a plate of fresh fruits was provided. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, greeting you every seconds when they met you. Good hospitality! The hotel location is actually very strategic, just besides the SPRINT highway. About 15 mins drive to shopping mall like Paradigm, Midvalley, The Curve etc. If you dislike big city hassle, then this hotel might be your great choice for short getaway. There is a MRT station nearby. Here comes the downsides. (1) Breakfast spread is not as good as expected. Taste is quite bland for a simple dish like mee goreng mamak. We took our breakfast in the Fairway Coffee House for one day while another day at the Executive Lounge. Huge disappointment at the Lounge because the buffet spread is not as good compared to the Coffee House & the food was cold especially the pastries. (2) Parking is not pleasant because the roofed parking is located at another multi storey building with quite a distance, but they do provide buggy service upon request. The nearest open area parking is without roof. (3) Kids playroom should limit number of visitors with booking & also set an age limit for entrance to the slides. Its so packed especially during school holiday season.

Excellent facilities...esp the pool and sauna combined with the lush greenery creating a relaxed atmosphere ...a hidden gem in the midst of the sprawling concrete jungle of Petaling Jaya/KL. Very friendly staff and the front office manager welcomed and talked to guests.

The chef for breakfast is too slow, queue for 15minutes juat to get an omelette. Late to top up foods. And little food variation. Parking lot far from hotel and need to walk everytime although there is shuttle available, need to go counter ask for shuttle, troublesome. Room is clean, kids area and swimming pool are ok.

The resort is comfort and what i love the most is it provided space for kids to play. I'm sure will come back next time

Overall experience is good. But you wouldn’t get exactly type room as what you purchased online. Subjected to the day of checkin condition.

I have a terrible exprience while I was checking in via the Front Office. The Supervisior named Hamed was extreamly rude to me and threathen to reject my reservations when presented my driving license to him as proof of my identity. I has a bad exprience before as my identify was stolen via my NRIC and as of now Im cautious about providing my NRIC especially when its not really required for simple varification purposes. This employee seem to have an ego problem as even after he agreed to accept my valid driving licence for the check-in purpose, he then goes on to mention that he has the right and authority to reject and cancel my reservation as I didnt want to provide him with my NRIC. I found this attitude to be quite unbecoming and insulting. Overall, this hotel is very calculative and lackes customer service. Its also quiet pricey and not worth the money spent. Breakfast was also sub-par with extreamly limited option. Rooms were ok as its still very new however the TV enternainment was also inadequet where by its lack a good variety of channels for viewing. Will I recommed this hotel or return ? Definately a big big NO !

Shower water is really slow even though already call for maintainers. Very bad cause we went down to pool toilet to have a shower. 👎

Very terrible hotel

The environment are super chilling, suitable for anyone want to vacation here, especially staycation. The price are above average, if there are promotion for staycation, I believe the occupancy rate will be shooting high. Suggestion: To have more activities for staycation, couples, family.

A bit too overrated

New hotel so everything kindda clean n new. But services and amenities are quite poor for the value of money paid. Had better deals/value for money in many other 5star hotels. Room is small. The golf club upgrade has no view at all. Checkin procedure was terrible with long wait n queue. Checkout was great. Housekeeping won't replenish d daily toiletries or tea/coffee/sugar until asked. We booked 3 rooms for 6A + 2C despite there's actually only 2A +6C. But housekeeping refused to provide enuff towels & toiletries for the 2 kids. Very tiny bath gel that will finish after 1 use. No convenient store at site n room service menu is very2 limited with ridiculous price. Lucky there's grabfood. Pool, gym, sauna was nice. Would love to try out the spa but packages are juz too pricey.
