Absolutely fantastic in every very aspect. Super comfy beds and pillows, very clean, and the food is to die for. The alcoholic drinks are also good. Aziz prepared cocktail’s up to our liking and made recommendations. All staff working there are extremely kind and polite. Nothing is a problem. We truly felt welcome and taken good care of. We have departed from the hotel at 7pm for our flight. We were allowed to use hotel facilities (including diner) until our departure. There is a luggage room that you can store your bags and is kept locked. We were also provided with a room in order to shower and get ready before the departure at no extra cost. This was our anniversary weekend stay and we were offered fruit platter in our room, small wine and also specialty decorated table at the diner with a bottle of sparkling wine and amazing anniversary desert. The manager George has ensured we were well looked after-Thank you again! We will definitely return and will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staff really helpful and smile all the time

I loved the staff they were very helpful. There were vendors that offered different excursions. The excursions were great. They also had nightly entertainment that was family friendly.

Unless your a brit comming to get drunk just avoid. Hotel seems to just cater for them. Noisy untill Past midnight with loud music and drunk Shouting. Hotel run down and needs refurbishing and the food.. Well the whole night my doughter spent bent over the toilet after dinner can describe the food.

Respectable 4 Star

Majority of hotel staff were helpful and pleasant, the Hotel Manager, Michael, was especially helpful, welcoming and pleasant. The hotel provides the necessities you would expect in an all inclusive. There is a need for many maintenance updates. I did have to get my mattress changed due to it being broken in the middle, but the staff were amazing and sorted this out within 10 minutes! Great response. Food, drink and entertainment is what you would expect of a 4 star hotel, although some food was really great. Location of hotel for access to the Airport and Waterpark is great, however it is a little out of the way from the harbour and other bars. Although Fiesta Bar is about 10/15 min walk and is a great bar for food, drink and sports. Hotel was great with accommodating the wedding we attended, effective, efficient and enjoyable. Would we stay there again, probably not for a week, as we have stayed in other hotels along that strip and have had more pleasant experiences, not to say this hotel is not worth staying at, just preference.

Excellent holiday a beautiful place with everything a family needs

Highly recommend

The hotel was absolutely spotless with staff constantly cleaning in all areas. Grounds were well looked after with more staff each morning. Must give a special mention to the lifeguards, especially on the waterslides. I was travelling as a single parents with two daughters and felt very reassured that they were safe at all times. The hotel is a little further from Pahos harbour than I had anticipated - I would happily have walked it but my teen daughters not so keen! However the bus goes from right outside the hotel for €1.50. Definitely recommend for families

Nice stay, slightly outdated facilities

The property is wonderfully situated with lots of amenities, beachfront, etc. We enjoyed the wide selection of food and the room itself was updated. The facilities haven’t been updated in awhile, and we would’ve appreciated more room based amenities (lotion, more than one towel for the pool, etc.). Overall good value for money and appreciated the great service.

Amazing week

Its our 2nd time at Louis Phaethon and its was amazing. Delicious food, amazing pools and very talent entertaining staff We will definitely come back again

The hotel is very old and outdated, the only good thing about it was the waterslides. Definitely over priced!

Excellent facilities for children. Perfect vacation for family with children.

Management couldnt help us enough especially with me being gluten free. They guided me around and if there was anything else i needed they tried their hardest to get for me. Only thing they lack is gluten free beer and actual alcohol in the cocktails

Fantastic kids pool, amazing entertainment team, lovely food, great coastal walk. They were very helpful and accommodating with my daughter's gluten free diet.

Very friendly staff. Excellent food. Rooms not always cleaned to good standard. Music is too loud and intrusive from pool area.

Our first time staying here, bit annoying that even when you pay all inclusive that only gives you drinks till 10pm and have to pay extra for spa, wasnt told we would have to book to eat in the burger restaurant so when we tried getting in was no seats available, so can only eat at the little italian or main restaurant which is just the same food daily, a mix up would have been nice, i think you should be offered to book in the other restaurant when making the bookings Room was good size few hairs on bed and in bathroom but overall pretty clean

Poor room quality which is a shame

the hotel facilities are good. The rooms and the conditions of the room and the bed is not up to standard of a 4* hotel. The lobby and facilities of the hotel have recently been update but the room is very basic and dated. The rooms dont not meet the standards of a 4* hotel maybe a 2* standard. A basic travelodge has better rooms.

Enjoyable stay with just one disappointment.

Very enjoyable stay. Outdoors & kids facilities are very good, quality & choice of food again was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were quite basic for a four star hotel. Only real negative / disappointment for me was the hotel hallway carpeting was quite badly stained and dirty, and hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Example being, we had cut toe nails outside our room door when we arrived and they were still there when we left!

Excellent but repetitive food and not enough choices

Lovely hotel. Relaxed, fun vibe with good music and activities around pools and water slides and play area. Lots of lifeguards, water sports and a sandy beach just along from the hotel. Can snorkel right next to hotel to see small fish and maybe a turtle, if you go out a little further. Chinese buffet, bar and fast food handy next to pool, to eat in your bikini if you want to. Main inside buffets very good. Shop is handy to have until midnight. Managers always on hand, helping and checking all is good around the hotel. All staff were fantastic, though maybe check-in could have been friendlier & more informative. Weirdly, reception staff didn't know anything about the airport bus that stops directly opposite and costs only 1.5 euros/ 0.75 for kids per journey, instead of 35 euro by taxi! Can also go 10 minutes by bus or 30 minute walk to the harbour area for small shops, bars and restaurants. Only things that could be improved on were to have more fresh fruit & juices to do smoothies or nice cocktails, to fry the bacon instead of steaming it and to get rid of the guitarist guy who can't sing, who was on one night! the rest of the entertainment was good fun and the regular host was an amazing singer, getting everyone up to sing karaoke and join the quizzes. Very much appreciated the hard work of all the staff to keep us safe, but still have a great holiday.

Hotel was very clean and tidy and all staff excellent. The outside space and pools were great. The rooms were on the small side but ok for our 4 night stay. Food selection was good but most of the time the food wasn't hot enough.

The staff are the most important asset, theyre mazing, so friendly, its like a home from home. Our fourth visit and we cant wait to go back. Hotel nicely refurbished, rooms lovely, facilities great, great location, handy for airport in Paphos, good great. Superb place.

Nice Hotel, very good food and swimming pools

The food was excellent. So many options and for children as well. The stuff were very kind and the service was absolutely amazing. We were disappointed Of the room, it was very small, out dated and the bad was not comfortable. Wifi internet access is not free in the room which makes it more uncomfortable. Also, the safety box was available with an extra charge only, which is weird... it should be a default facility in the room like in every hotel we stayed..and its with a key which you have to take with you everywhere. I don't understand why not using a safety box with a code.. having a drinking water was a little bit annoying, you get only one bottled water in the room (we were a family of 3 people) and you must go to the bar to re-fill it every time, the all inclusive package is not including mineral water bottles. also, the location of the hotel is not so good.. very far from Paphos town, restaurants and shops.. we had to take the bus for going everywhere.

Wonderful Family Stay

We went as a family with grandchildren and had a wonderful time. The hotel has many advantages for a family with children- all inclusive, an expansive area, many pools and kids activities. The service was excellent and they baked us a cake for a family birthday. Hughly recommended for a family vacation.

Pretty great hotel, the food is not that great

The hotels facility are great, lots of pools, slides, nice lobby, sea view and stuff to do. The food was not that good thought. The room is extremely out of date and a bit small.

Fabulous!

I live in Cyprus but had my family visiting of my sister, my niece, her partner, two children aged 8 & 5. I use to holiday at this hotel for many years. Staff cannot do enough for u. Majority of the staff have been working there for years! Rooms lovely with everything u need. Food choice is in unbelievable! The rooms, public areas r very clean. Plenty to do for all ages. Bus stop right outside the hotel to take u to the harbour area & the old town of Paphos. A great hotel suitable for everyone. Can guarantee u will keep coming back & it is very obvious there r many repeaters to this hotel. Go on get it booked!!

Lots of pools and space for swimming and no queues on anything like food, rides or reception so very well managed. Good food and great staff. I did not like that fact that my booking showed wifi is included then I discover that only at hotel lobby and cost 8 EUR/device for 3 days. Also 3 EUR/day for safe sounds really weird to as I expect this as basic service any any hotel. I had to call room service to clean my room but the cleaning is not bad. Another thing, an All Inclusive deal through expedia, yet only 1 bottle of water on arrival! and extra charge on subsequent days?! Disappointing! Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Not too bad, could do better

The hotel itself is very outdated. The rooms have an actual key, and they give you only one, so you have to rely on each other if you don't do things together all the time. There's no free wifi in the rooms, it costs €8 per device for 3 days. The bed is not comfortable and the AC isn't strong. Outside the room, the pool area is nice and there are many options for older kids, 4 years and older. There's a beach that's a short walking distance, as the one right outside the hotel is not very accessible. The food is not that bad, but after a few days it started to impact our stomach, it wasn't the best quality.

Really old rooms and hallways. You only get one key and you need it to keep the electricity on in the room. You have to pay to use the safe. Internet awful. Great staff and service and the food is pretty amazing.

The hotel swimming pools and activities are great for families and kids with big water slides and an entertaining kids pool. The service and friendliness is excellent and overall experience is great. It is located near the hotels area and minutes away from the restaurants and right on the beach with water sports available. The full board deal is very convenient especially for kids and value for money but the food is not that great if you expect to enjoy the food, you won’t. They serve only local alcoholic drinks which is a bummer but beer on tap is unlimited of course. On the negative side, the hotel rooms are very outdated and the cleaning service and cleanliness of the room is terrible. In general for the price paid, it was a great option and I would stay there again.

Very good staff, helpfull, the pools are great, all the bars and restaurants wonderful. The Rooms are a bit old, but clean.

Nice and clean inside the hotel and in an excellent location.

So, for the price we paid during the off season we were happy with this resort. I would not pay "summer" prices to stay here. Biggest concerns for us were very dated rooms, no dead bolts on the doors, no safe in the room unless you rent them, and inconsistent wifi, even when you pay for access (paying for wifi in 2019?!). Also, we wished someone was taking drink orders from the pool, but maybe this happens during the on season? The food was good, the service was quite good, and everything was clean. The water was right there and sandy beaches were easy to walk to even with small children. The two playgrounds were nice and well maintained. We probably would stay somewhere else next time to try something new, but this resort - for us- was the definition of average.

Nice all-inclusive resort with good evening shows

We don't usually stay at all-inclusive resorts but we really enjoyed this stay. Plenty of food and drinks. A good portion of the food offering is catered towards British tourists. But there is enough choice to make everyone happy. Evening entertainment was surprisingly good. We saw a magic show and a caberet show. Kids really enjoyed it and so too adults. Service was friendly. Pools very clean. Well run resort.

Cold Lobby

Overall the stay was excellent. The only complaint was the lobby/bar area which was cold, during the evening time it was necessary to wear outside clothing to sit in the bar having an evening drink.

Fantastic food, good entertainment and people friendly

The all Inclusive was great. Food was a winner. The property itself looks a bit outdated but the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The only staff that didn't speak were the ones having to clean up dirty dishes. But can you blame them? No I'd be upset too.

Great and amazing

Amazing holiday. Very comfortable hotel with pleasant staff. Clean rooms and other areas. Great food and a lot of it, many things to do with kids including children's club. Amazing entertainment program. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely will come back.
