Very well equipped rooms, nice bathroom. with heated floors. Beautull view on Moscow city and excellent sound proof windows.

No VIP upgrade, even they called me to charge me the difference of category after they note that the room booked second night to extend my stay was less in category!!!??

I called the hotel in advance and told them that my husband will have a birthday - nothing was noted, they didn’t even congratulate him. Only after I told them they decided to do something. So I think this is because of no direct booking, and using CT… what a pity

Great hotel with some very significant drawbacks (not for any guest these are drawbacks of course). Room extremely hot, air conditioning not working during winter months I guess, opening windows was not an option due to noisy and dirty highway outside. Were not able to book any spa sessions (they say these get booked weeks ahead). Beds are too soft, sleeping was not comfortable. We had to retreat after one night out of the weekend we’ve booked.

It was a great stay, great service and fabulous people.

Real Luxury 5+star hotel

Great property, big clean rooms, great location and food. But the service of the staff, in particular of Concierge team and of Alexander head Concierge who went the extra mile for my family’s first trip to Russia. 4.8 star hotel w a 5 star concierge.

Excellent welcome and helpfulness of the staff especially in early morning check in time. Amazing cafe downstairs which is suitable for food and quick meetings.

Reallly overpriced.

Don’t get me wrong — I always stay at 5* luxury hotels, but this one is overpriced for what it is. Very cheap furniture in the rooms, staff is friendly, but not helpful in a situation that is not standard, nor do they speak good English. Location is not good if you’re planning to get around in a car — getting back to the hotel is always difficult, it’s located on one side of the highway with no u-turns around anywhere close (considering the traffic situation in Moscow). Greetings/goodbye by the employees at the entrance is nice at first, but quickly gets very annoying if you are there for more than a few days. Terrible pay per view. Everything in the hotel is grossly overpriced. Some rooms have great views, but be aware that the premium “atrium” suites have no view or sunlight at all with the balcony facing internal hallways.

It is really one of the best hotels in world with highest level of service, the best room dining and restaurant's experience and the rooms quality and size!

A perfect stay

Spent 4 days for business meetings and restaurant was a great place to sit and talk. Breakfast time also was a joy to remember.

From the moment we checked in to the hotel every aspect of the hotel was superb. The concierge provided wonderful service this being my first visit to Moscow I was anxious to see as much as possible and they arranged private tours for us the hotels cars were fantastic,the drivers extremely courteous.When leaving hotel I felt that we had been spoiled by all of the attention we had received. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and should I ever return to Moscow I will stay at the Hotel Lotte.

The Hotel and staff were excellent in all regards. Room service and breakfast were too expensive by any measure but there were many local options. The exception was Megu sushi restaurant. I expected this to be the most out of line but for the quality of food and experience it is hard to beat. The spa was also world class and a definite recccomend but expect no bargins. I would definitely make this my first choice on a return trip.

Almost perfect...but not quite

The room is fabulous: amazing shower, heated toilet seats, Moulton Brown toiletries, super comfortable beds, and the ability to control nearly everything via touchscreen LCD telephone. The one hitch I had was that I was evidently placed in a room on a smoking floor. For all days but the last, I did not notice. My last night, though, clearly someone next to me was smoking like crazy. The front desk staff told me they were "working on the flowers" that day, which caused the scent. I'm not stupid; I know the difference between the scent of cigarette smoke and burning flora. My room was changed to another room (not as nice as my original room), so that was okay. However, when, upon check-out, I was asked how I felt the room was, and I relayed this story, the guy said, "oh." I felt as if my complaint was dismissed, which irked me. The manager did, however, apologize, and made it up by providing transportation to the airport. Some of the staff (*cough* concierge) did also affect an aura of superiority. Finally, at breakfast, the guy making omelets was talking on his cell phone one morning! I thought that was unprofessional. At my hospital -- where I am frequently on the phone with other doctors -- it is highly frowned upon to be seen on the cell phone in front of patients, and that's way more critical than a breakfast bar... All in all, I had a mostly pleasant stay. However, since I have had such good experiences with the Kempinski hotels, were I in Moscow again, I would probably stay at Kempinski before Lotte...

Good place

I booked car from concierge, but they didn't sent car to airport. When I come and tell them about my problem, they apologized and double upgrade my room. It was very good.

My weekend in Lotte Hotel!

Last weekend I spent in your hotel and had a lot of fun. I'll start with the room, there was everything necessary for body and soul, just to relax and hygiene, clean and gently. Attendants were at the highest level, people were friendly, calm, and even anticipate your dreams. On breakfast was everything for your taste. I visited a Balinese massage and it was fantastic. It was nice that she quickly understood my needs and with a set of words and gestures we could understand each other. I masseur and want to note that the beautician and massage had been done correctly, professionally, gently, without touching the problem areas. In one day I received a lot of fun, perfect and unforgettable experience. I wish you prosperity and noble guests from around the world! Thank you for ALL

Best place in Moscow

I can tell you 100% The Lotte hotel is the greatest place to stay in Moscow! The hotel has a great location in business city centre near my favorite street in Moscow Arbat with its small cafes, homely restaurants and souvenir shops. Entering in this hotel at once you forgot about noisy streets, cars, traffic jams and falling into the luxuriously shining and the same time quiet homely Lobby. You can only imagine smiling and friendly persons everywhere you go! You can even feel like you are in Asia with its famous traditions of service. Guys at front desk did all their best to make our stay as good as it could be, great job! And I definitely want to share with all of you the impressions about our room! Atrium – that is the name of the room, is the most unique and beautiful room I’ve ever been in! Only black and white colors – just fabulous! Great choice if you want to spend a peaceful evening with your life partner. But the most remarkable impression is concerning breakfast in Les Menus restaurant! What would you like to have for breakfast? They have it all. Even more! Red caviar with pancakes, jamón, fresh squeezed juices, freshly baked cakes, fruits from all over the world it is very easy to get used to this luxury! The whole stay in this hotel was like the “fantasy came true”! Thank you Lotte! Hope to see you soon!

Лучший отель Москвы

Отличный отель с прекрасной инфроструктурой ( спа, бассейн, рестораны). Особенно советую тем кто приехал в москву не по делам, а отдохнуть и расслабиться.

Часто останавливаюсь в Лотте Плаза. Очень красивый отель. Правда немного стоило бы обновить мебель в Номерах. В этот раз был сломан переключатель в душе и кондиционер не регулировался на нужную температуру.
