Exceptional!

One of the worst values at any hotel ever. Charged $2,000 per night and the cleaning staff didn’t leave toilet paper when cleaning the room on 2 of 3 nights. The breakfast is pedestrian in food offering and quality and the table service was horrendous. Chef doesn’t know how to properly cook eggs.

One fine property. We had almost lost hope to see hospitality again since Covid. A real gem of a hotel with a excellent concierge team that arranged transportation and services to see Venice and surrounding islands Murano and Burano but also to to a cruise departure and arrival in Trieste. Excellent location. Thank you.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Staff were very helpful and within a few minutes walk from the square. I would definitely stay there again

By far, Venice is the most beautiful city I have ever been to. Hotel located very well but view obscured by the market stalls in front . Took away all the charm and luxury

Excellent location. A little touristy. But certainly puts you in the center of all. Close to public and private transit. Close to shopping and all restaurants. Concierge, was so accommodating. Had great suggestions and eager to help. Led us to more local restaurants and away from tourist places. Helped arrange transfers. Was overall very helpful.

Londra is the best

The hotel was amazing. Great location and in a perfect spot. It was quickly accessible to everything. The hotel staff were fantastic and the room was beautiful. We would definitely come back to the Londra Palace again.

Impeccable hotel in every respect. The staff were friendly, extremely helpful, and personable. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything but not crowded. Our room was gorgeous, clean, and had a lot of character. We would definitely stay at the Londra Palace again. Grazie!

Beautiful property right in the heart of Venice! Gorgeous hotel with amazing staff, definitely white glove treatment. Everyday the knowledgeable staff would greet us and ask us if there was anything they could do for us. We did have them arrange a few dinners and a romantic Venetian limo tour of the canals at sunset ( their suggestion) Fantastic! The breakfast served on the patio is delicious and again the staff saw to our every need. We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary , and they sent Prosecco and a treat to our room for us to enjoy. This property is steps away from transportation ( water taxi or ferry) but we could walk everywhere we wanted to go with ease. The rooms are well appointed, spotless, and have all the amenities you would expect, including a Nespresso coffee machine stocked daily. Definitely a jewel in the heart of Venice!

Great hotel with terrace in a fantastic location

Fantastic location, great rooms. The concierge arranged pass for us to the main attractions saving us so much time, we also took a boat trip to a glass factory arranged by the hotel, and it was fabulous. The cocktails on the terrace are a must. Only feedback is that it was a little transactional on check out.

The view is like you see on the picture but no balconee! Very well located near Doge Palace (a must)

Great location, helpful concierge & comfortable

The hotel was conveniently located and had amazing views. Our room was ready upon our arrival (an hour prior to official check-in). The key is an original skeleton key and the hotel allows you to leave it with concierge while away, so you don't need to carry it with you. The concierge was extremely helpful arranging dinner reservations and water taxi to the airport. The room was spacious for Europe and the bed was much more comfortable in comparison to other similar hotels in Italy. Free water was provided in our room daily as well as a nice tin of cookies upon arrival. Service in the restaurant/bar was the only part of the stay that was a bit below average. We choose to have the complementary breakfast each morning and my husband ordered a cheeses that were never delivered and asked for salt and pepper for the omelet that was never provided.

The Hotel Londra Palace is great. The team there was incredibly attentive and provided incredible service. Their attention to detail and being proactive to make our stay amazing was impressive. I stay at some of the most exclusive hotels around the world and the staff at the Hotel Londra Palace was definitely comparable.

Excellent customer service. Our concierge, Andrea helped plan our limited time in Venice with fine restaurants and tours. Can't beat the location and hotel assist with transportation to airport

very friendly staff, excellent location & facilities

Good location.

We had the most amazing stay for our 25th wedding anniversary and the view from our room was incredible - it was so close to the water taxis, St Mark's Square yet felt a world away.. watching the hustle and bustle of life below only added to the enjoyment and not noisy with the windows closed. Rooms superb and very comfortable and all staff excellent. Would highly recommend

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable and the staff so friendly. My room was comfortable and looked out on the grand canal. Convenient to the vaporetto. I ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was fabulous.

The location is amazing and the staff is wonderful. Hilaria in particular is extremely helpful.

Hotel Londra... unbelievable

We were there Nov 10-13, 2019... look it up on google... Venice got hit by historic flood surges during those dates. Worldwide headlines. After unbelievable service the whole time, Marco and our other friend (can't remember his name) carried our 50+ pound luggage over the flooded and surging boardwalk, got us into a water taxi ahead of a mass of others waiting for one, and got us to our train on time to Rome. We love you Marco and the Hotel Londra employees... never seen so many so passionate about the hotel they work at. Oh, forgot. Nicest room. Best employees. What an amazing place... Wouldn't ever stay anywhere else in Venice.

The location was fantastic. Our room was very noce and had a magnificent view with a balcony. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the quality of food and preparation was excellent. The concierge made reservations for us and his recommendations were perfect. One very small lovely restaurant was my wife’s favorite on the trip. The concierge also made arrangements to go to Milano on a private visit. Please do this instead of the tours, very special experience. We love this hotel and its staff. We will definitely return. Everything you could expect from a Relais and Chateau property.

Fabulous!!! This was my 8th time in Venice and the most amazing due to this beautiful hotel. The view was just picturesque and unforgettable. The location is by far the best! Never got lost for its right in the Center of San Marcos. The front desk was not only knowledgeable about their hotel but the city. Even the cleaning crew took pride in what they did!!!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, staff were excellent and helpful with booking tours and recommending places to visit.

The hotel has an amazing location affording guest the most amazing views over the Venice lagoon. It is also close to St Mark's Square, the Grand Canal and most of the other historical attractions in the city. It is well located for transport links via water taxis and also the water buses (Vaporetto).

Great location next to St. Marks square. Front desk/concierge staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and other arrangements. On our last day, we had an early departure before breakfast opened and the front desk staff prepared us a take away breakfast (of yogurts and fruits) beforehand. How incredibly thoughtful!

Wonderful, comfortable stay in the heart of Venice

This was our first trip to Venice and we loved this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was very courteous and attentive. They were able to check us in early, which was quite nice, as we had just arrived on an overnight flight. The room was lovely, the bedding was super comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean and a nice size. The lounge was also very comfortable, the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of food and beverages and was delicious. It was nice that we had the option to sit inside or out, along the promenade. The hotel is conveniently situated near the major attractions, restaurants and sights. We definitely recommend this hotel!! Thank you Hotel Londra Palace!!

We loved our rooms and thought the hotel was so elegant and clean. The hotel staff was very accommodating. Andreo at the front desk gave us an amazing dinner recommendation. It was al Paradiso. Best food we’ve had on our month long vacation to Europe. Juri was exceptional and took care of us! Ask for him.

Ridiculously good service

Stayed for a few nights during our first trip to Rome. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, and the service was off the charts good.

I was given a room facing a rubbish dump and a noisy fridge next to the bed preventing you from sleep. I moved to another room on the fifth floor , views were ok but it was next to the lift motor room.very noisy. I had sleep deprivation. I have booked the room with breakfast, but was shocked to learn that I have to pay extra for fried eggs!!!!. Overall it is not five star , staff not trained enough to deal with high calibrate guests and facilities are almost non existence. Rooms are small. It is not value for money. Never again.

This hotel was lovely and was situated perfectly for getting around. As you stepped off the water bus on arrival you could see the hotel more or less in front of you.. The breakfast had so many varieties/choices of food, you were spoilt for choice. Daniel on reception was extremely helpful (as were all the reception staff) and gave lots of good advice on trips and directions. If ever I was to return to Venice I would stay here again.

It’s a proper 5 stars hotel! Location, staff, cleanliness, old-fashioned stile, comfort... Breakfast was simply amazing! Even the black coffee was good (coffee addicted people know it’s horrible in 99% of the hotels). Nice hidden restaurants and bars in the alleys next to the property. It’s 2 blocks to San Marco square and 20 meters to the Vaporetto station. Couldn’t find any negative point. Would recommend for sure!
