great value for money
This is my second stay with them. I think the standard is extremely high for the price I paid. The value for money is excellent. Amongst the overpriced London hotels, this is my go-to hotel for near future.
Great place to stay
Beautiful hotel, lots of places to eat near by, close to subway station, staff were very friendly and will definitely stay there again whilst in London.
Nice rooms, staff were nice. Only downside was no lift in the property and having to carry bags/being on the 3rd floor. Staff did help with large suitcase after doing one flight
The hotep was nice. Basic and had everything I needed. In typical European style, the room was small. The service was excellent. The staff was amazing and super helpful. They made our visit special. Thank you to everyone!
This was perfect for us. Yes you can hear noise from the street however this didn’t bother us but could be a problem from others. Our room was right beside reception so we could hear guests arriving and leaving but again this didn’t bother us. Location perfect, beds comfy, bathroom and room clean. I would absolutely stay again.
Is in a perfect location! Literally a 3 min walk away from a major tube station. It's safe, went on a few 2am walks in the area and never encountered anything bad. Also located by a lot of restaurants, and not just chains, local owned places too, which are a must for me. The hotel itself is very quiet. never really heard anybody making noise besides the normal people walking down halls. it feels hidden away, even if its on a major street. It had air conditioning which was must for us. I didn't realize while researching a hotel that this one does not have an elevator. This was my fault but also wanted to let others know. Especially if like us you were located on the top floor. When checking in the hotel check in helped us with luggage.
Air conditioning did not work well and room very hot .
I would stay at this hotel again
I just checked out after staying here. The staff are lovely and helpful. I felt so bad because I stayed on the top floor with a heavy suitcase. But the staff helped me with it without question. Thank you so much! (There is no lift). I was a solo woman traveller, and felt safe at night. The area was really close to everything I needed public transport wise. For those who complained, it is not a five star hotel. The price was reasonable for what I paid and received. And it was clean with some pretty cool additions to charge your phone.
The receptionist is really helpful and caring. Had a terrible day with roadside scammers and they took time to calm me down. Room is a little small and dusty but functional. Relatively clean. Location is great. Small issue with the fact it does not have an elevator but the service is really great. They helped me with my luggage. A number of eateries around the hotel which is great too. Remarkable place to stay. Would recommend to my friends.
掃除が遅く、タオル交換が無かった。 リクエストし交換して貰った
Good area, clean room. TV wasn't working and the toilet ran a long time after flushing and a weird frequent buzzing noise every 3 minutes throughout the stay but otherwise a nice spkt
I'll take credit that I didn't fully vet this property when I booked it. However, it was a terrible experience. We arrived late in the eve and they didn't have accommodations for 3 which I had booked so they provided and extra small room. It normally wouldn't be an issue but I was traveling with my 78 year old mom and 12 year old son. I accepted the accommodations because it didn't seem the front desk would be able to provide a refund and it was also late to try to find another hotel. This hotel also doesn't have an elevator and the rooms are on 2-4 floors. When I discussed with the manager the next morning. They were offering placing us in a "better" room on 2 floor for one night with options to move every day to other rooms not on higher floors. I agreed since they were trying to be helpful and the option to get a refund was not an option (I tried but gave me run around blaming Expedia...Expedia was not helpful either which is another story...I will probably never use them again either). After the 2nd night, we were asked to move rooms again to higher floor or stay on same floor in a "better" room but had to pay extra. At this point, we decided to leave and find a better option to end our trip. I would if possible avoid this hotel. If you need a bed to sleep in while in London, I guess it does the job but it's truly a 2 star hotel and I would not give it more than 2 stars. The rooms seem dirty, coffee maker didn't work, one of the tvs didn't work.
Great location near Earl’s Court
1-min walk to Earl’s Court Station, which is a central hub, lots of shops and restaurants around, pretty walk to Chelsea—all in all, great location. Very clean and very nice staff. Room is very small but right for the price, had iron/ironing board, small fridge. No lift so be prepared to lift suitcases upstairs.
Great stay at the London Court hotel with my family. The front desk personnel are very kind and helpful and the helped with our luggage and stroller up the stairs because there is no elevator. Nice clean rooms and great location beside transit, dining and shops.
Did the job
Stayed at the hotel for one night As I had to be at the Cromwell hospital for 7am All ok A lot of traffic outside but didn’t bother me
The hotel is a good choice to stay.
Needs improvement.
The staff was pleasant and helpful and dud deal with things as we raised them. However, we requested a quiet room not facing the road and we got one facing the road which was terribly noisy. In fairness they could not guarantee it but we booked reasonably in advance. Rooms very small and basic with no room for a single chair. Parts room was Tired and worn. Grout coming out of tiles, paint chipped, poor sealing of gaps on shower base and sink etc ie mastic done like an amateur. Used cups not washed after room serviced. Had to get cleaners back in to clean food crumbs from previous occupants. I don’t like having to leave poor reviews but I’m afraid it just didn’t work for us
Never stayed at this hotel before but it literally on the doorstep of Earls Court tube station. Clean, tidy and a really nice touch with Dove shower gel, shampoo and hand wash in the bathroom. Reception staff were polite and very helpful. I arrived at 1pm and my room was ready so I could drop my bag and go into the City. Would defo stay again.
Three words: stairs, stairs, stairs.
Looking a bit tired
Excellent
Great location and affordable, but rooms are very small and not ergonomic. NO LIFT and the stairs are narrow and steep. Big drawback that made me actually dread coming back to my room each night. Wasn't terrible and great price, but I'll pick somewhere with a lift next time. At my age, lol.
Amazing
Location...
Location, location, location. This cozy hotel is just one block from the Earl's Court Tube Station in zone 1. So. You can move to every important see sites without stress. Next to the hotel are few restaurants, some of them very good ones, breakfast at Paul just across the street or take a sandwich is Gregg's. Definitely close to everything without the high price.
i loved my stay here. 2 minutes to Earl Court tube. lots of food options in the area. would stay here my next visit
Short stay
Quick one day stay in London. Hotel was maybe one minute from Earl's court station. Lots of food options in the area. Nice central location. Staff were very pleasant and checked me in very early, which was much appreciated. Room was small, but this is London. Washroom was actually larger than expected, and overall the rooms were uite clean. I would defniitely consider staying here again when in London in the future.
No lift to access the floor.
Amazing hotel. We stayed for my daughters 10th birthday would Stay again. Lovely staff lovely room
Excellent stay in the heart of London
Short stay in London for me and the room was perfect! Check in was quick and very friendly. Had a nice chat before heading to my small but very well equipped room. I'd only booked a couple of days before and the price was great. My room had no en-suite - the toilet and shower was just down the hallway, so shared with a couple of other rooms. This was fine for me.
Had a fantastic stay at the London Court Hotel! Walked past the entrance 5 times as it is just a single door on a street but hotel was fantastic for the price and perfect for my time in London.
Everyone was very friendly, it was clean, and location super convenient.
Good for a short stay
Great stay
Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was very clean and tidy.
Room small old and stink.
Room was small
You simply cannot beat the location. Steps from Earl’s Court tube station that will take you everywhere. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Room was clean and updated. I did book the room with the shared bathroom and fair warning, the bathroom was up 24 steps from my room. No big deal for showering, but when you need the potty at 3am…it sucked.
Great stay at the property. The only inconvenience was climbing stairs with 3 large suitcases and a baby stroller. Apart from that it’s a great hotel for the price!
Not much say just a standard hotel
Great Hotel, very friendly staff, very well situated, had a good rest.
This hotel was in an ideal location for a few days stay in London Staff were very friendly and helpful Would definitely return
Very good easy accommodation
Overall decent, rooms are broom closet tiny but the clean, nice and the location is excellent. Biggest downside is a shared bathroom with other guests as the rooms are too tiny to each have their own.
Excellent for overnight or short stay. Only downside is no lift and lots of stairs.
The location is quite convenient. It's 5 minutes from Earl's Court Tube Station which is the green line and you can also change to the Picaddily Line (blue one). Also, it's a few stops from the Victoria Station, which is the station you end u from Gatwick airport. This is a valuable asset in this location. The hotel was good and the stuff was friendly and helpful.
Great place. Reasonable price. GREAT LOCATION very close to TUBE. Only drawback is that as in many London hotels, it didnt have elevators
Nice stay.
The hotel was very convenient to Earls court station. But still quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was compact but as advertised and very clean, as was the bathroom. We were very grateful for the air conditioning as the evenings were very warm even in September. My only disappointment was that our room was advertised as having a garden view, it was one of the reasons I booked it. However our room overlooked a small roof with a series of vents which seemed very loud when we got in first, luckily it really didn’t impact us during the stay it was quiet at night. I travelled with my teenage daughter. We felt safe throughout our stay.
Noise
Very noisy
Just don’t.
If you’d be happy in a closet without wifi, this is your spot! No elevator or dependable wifi and to many other reasons to list. Most of all the manager, when he desires to come to work with his kids, is rude and isn’t capable of customer service.
Like having no internet at all.
Good bed, good location, great shower, unbelievably bad internet. As an international traveler good internet is critical, and this was abysmal. Dropped constantly. Could barely use it.
PROS: Cleanliness, Staff, and Location. CONS: No elevator and Street noise. Details for PROs: The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The location is very walkable. Earls Court station is a 5-min walk away. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and pubs. Basically everything you need is within walking distance. Details for CONS: There is NO elevator. My room was on the top floor and I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Please be aware that even if you are on the lowest floor you will still have to walk up a flight of stairs. There is street noise throughout the night. If you wear ear plugs or use a noise machine that can help.
Ideal for one night after a night out
Central ,clean
very central ,clean ,beds comfortable ,shower very good water pressure ,overall a good hotel .Not much frills but for a weekend trip everything you would need
Great Hotel
The room was small, but for just myself it was a perfect place to stop over during a business trip. It was very clean, comfortable & a well equipped room. The bathroom was clean, had great amenities & the shower was great. It was a good location, very close to Earls Court station. Although the hotel doesn't offer any food, there was a co-op a few doors down so easily enough to pop for a bite to eat. I worked in the lobby area for a few hours, the wifi was fast & reliable so made my time there very easy. Would happily stay here again, thank you.
Small room was good enough for a single customer. Bed was comfortable. Set up was nice. Only complaint I have is that the shower head/court was broken so it was quite an inconvenience but I managed. Also, to my knowledge there is no lift (elevator) so be mindful of that in regards to your luggage.
Love the location, with no elevators with was a hard going up with luggage, small steps. Great attitude with the staff..
Good location
Room was comfortable, staff were very helpful. Easy access to the tube few minutes walk away, plenty of food and drink places nearby.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Stayed in a unit facing the Street, quite tough to get asleep as lots of noise throughout the night.
Will Consider Again if we return to London
THIS review is for room with 1 double and 1 single bed. (3 guests). I am a mom traveling with 2 kids (9 and 12). Hotel is a very short walk from Earl's Court station - direct line to LHR and most of our major excursion stops. Our room (#106) was directly facing the hotel reception area which I felt safe with my kids because there was a male staff sitting at the reception area at all times. There is NO lift so I was glad to only have 2 small carry on roller bags. Arrived in the morning but was told to observe the check in time. They were able to set aside luggage at small reception area while we explored. Kids frequent the McDonald's near by but also had Burger King, Taco Bell, M&S foodhall, Pret, Paul, Greggs, Nandos, Jolibee, along with many pubs for my Sunday Roast / fish and chips craving. Our room had a mini mini fridge, tv with multiple channels and wi-fi was strong. The A/C worked well in February (still a bit cold outside). The room is modernized with USB charging plugs for small electronics / phones. Hot water shower was consistent. We checked out 6 AM so the male receptionists helped carry my 2 bags downstairs and unlocked the door - didn't realize they lock it overnight. My suggestion is to bring your own soap and shampoo ; house slippers (rug can use a little steam cleaning), and a charger converter for your laptops / ipads. London rooms/beds are a bit smaller than what we are use to in America. Overall, worked out terrific traveling with 2 kids in London
Superb Hotel
A well-kept hotel; with the friendliness anywhere. Only improvements that I would make are:. Larger rooms and installation of a lift. Otherwise, an excellent stay and a perfect location.
Excellent....location and hotel facilities. Great value for money.
Friendly staff, area with good transit connection
We had a great stay - the staff was fantastic and so kind. The location is great too! Walking distance to Kensington and Hyde park and quit metro rides to soho and London tower bridge. We would definitely stay here again!
Great location close to Earl’s Court tube. Comfy beds, a peaceful nights sleep. Fridge, TV, hairdryer & decent shower. Just perfect for a business trip
Adaquare st best. Sort of expensive for no lift, small room, and hair in the shower. It was ok for one night.
Escape in London!
It was a lovely short stay we had a lovely real and warm welcome from “OSAIN” the receptionist (His eyes is colored like Tiger 🐅🐯 yellowish!!)who was on duty that day, he was pleasant with us and make us feel very comfortable… The room was very fine not much to say! This hotel is near all convenience store
The location was perfect. A minute walk to the tube station and very easy to navigate. It was a 7 minute walk to The Trubadour! What a blast! The hotel staff did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. The room was perfect and clean and quiet. There's no lift but the wonderful staff carried my luggage in and out for me. I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel.
Great customer service provided by the property. The hotel staff were quick to offer assistance with helping carry luggage, friendly and accommodating. Hotel conveniently located to the tube and food outlets.
Conveniently located near to tube station and many pubs, restaurants as well as walking distance to many popular attractions. Very busy area, was reasonably quiet at night. Our room with two beds was small, yet tidy and efficient.
Was good, only downside was no lift. But it was a nice hotel
Shared bathroom
It was ok. I shared a bathroom with several other rooms. But that was fine since I was just spending 1 night there. It’s a 45 min train ride to Heathrow.
it was easy to get around the hotel was close to the train station
Nice place to stay, come and visit
Nice
We have a comfortable stay, friendly staff, clean room. My only concern is the fridge is not working.
helpful staff and nice small hotel/room
Staff very friendly, helpful and try to answer your request when possible. It is a small hotel with small room as indicated in the website for the size of the room. During my stay, it was a heat wave and the AC work perfectly which was very appreciable.
This hotel was in a great and convenient location.
I arrived really early from a flight into Heathrow and whilst my room wasn't ready, my luggage was stored, my room was prioritised for preparing. The staff are incredible and make you feel immediately at home. The room was great and super clean. The hotel is less than a 1 minute walk to Earls court Station, surrounded by excellent eateries and watering holes,
The staff were second to none. Were so helpful to us at a difficult time. Only negative was really bad WiFi. Location was terrific
Pleased it was just a one night stay
Room was ok, but the Aircon was broken in my room. It was so hot in the room it was very uncomfortable. Seemed to be looking tired in a few places. Bed was relatively comfy.
Excellent staff, ideal location and brilliant service Highly recommend this property
I stayed in a room on the second floor ('deluxe'). The room was a reasonable size and clean, but the air conditioning was broken and the hotel had provided a fan. I was lucky it wasn't a hot night. There was a sash window which opened and, because the room was at the back of the hotel ('garden view'), the traffic noise was really quite low. Although the room was advertised as soundproofed, I could hear some noise from the rest of the hotel. Don't count on any complementary water in the room - there is a late-opening Co-Op nearby that sells all of that. But soap and shower gel are provided. The hotel is far too small to offer breakfast. I found it impossible to get a full breakfast nearby in the morning. There are plenty of restaurants, but all are open evening-only. The only choices I could find were Greg's cafe & McDonald's. The Underground is really close by. So overall, the hotel is small, clean and adequate for its price range. But don't expect any frills.
It was convenient. Bed was comfortable.
Great place to stay very comfortable
Not bad for what it is.
Needs some TLC, but a satisfactory stay. Cleaning could do with improving, certainly in the bathroom/shower. And vacuuming needs to be stepped up.
The location of this property was great, close to underground lines. Room was clean, and good shower, but very small. Overall, the room was adequate, the picture in the listing is very misleading.
room was very cramped and toilet was not clean. toilets seat was lose and mold in shower area
Hotel was in a convenient location, clean and pleasant. Good value. Images and description accurately reflect the room and hotel.
Nice hotel
Small hotel centrally located offering great value. Everything works. No frills. Helpful staff
Great stay!
Great stay. The location is amazing, right next to the underground station, no line change to Heathrow and also very easy and quick access to most of the tourist attractions. There are restaurants and coffee shops right next to the hotel as well. The room was very clean and neat, a bit small but completely understandable given it's in the middle of London! Very friendly staff. Totally recommend this place.
Great for a one-night stay, convenient location
I wouldn't recommend this room in winter
First thing to complain about is that there is no lift in this hotel. Secondly, the room was really cold and the Aircon didn't do much to help. It was fortunate that there was a second bed in the room because I needed a second duvet on my bed.
Great neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. Close to the Earls Court tube station. Helpful and friendly staff.
Perfect location and type of room for what we needed for a girls weekend away. We didn’t need to spend much time in the room so didn’t mind it being on the smaller side. Bathroom was great with plenty of light and mirrors to get ready. Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful! Comfy bed and good adjustable heating for a cold December night! Only downside was there wasn’t much space to lay out a suitcase but as it was for two nights this wasn’t a problem. Brilliant central location, VERY close to the underground!
Good hotel and cheap rates for london
i booked the london court for one night and found it to be friendly and right next to earls court tube-station. The room was very small but comfortable and clean and for london pretty cheap rates. There was everything provided in room but no breakfast service i also had a shared bathroom which wasnt a problem but was offered an upgrade
Great value hotel!
Lovely little hotel, friendly reception. Nice size room lovely and clean. Ideally situated near tube station and restaurants and shops! Our room was at the back and very quiet. Would recommend!
Comfy bed and handy for central London
The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly, loads of places to eat, the carpets are stained and the room could do with some touching up but on the whole it was fine and I would stay again, if you are driving there you need to book parking as there is none on site and this can be expensive.
Enjoyable stay good location
Room was ok,comfy bed nice bathroom, reception staff very helpful.
good value for London but carpet needs replacing
Very friendly and responsive team. Aircon could do to be a bit cooler. 18 is lowest it goes and has to work hard to maintain that. Fridge ineffective, nothing chilled at all despite being on max. so fresh milk soured etc. Carpets very badly marked and stained. Steep staircase and no lift makes unsuitable for some. Reception on 1st floor and biggest rooms eg deluxe twins on 2nd floor.

Wish I saw there was no elevator. It was super tough walking up and down stairs with three big suitcases. The cot was just that, a cot, and it could not have been more uncomfortable. The room for 3 (with cot) was about the size of our closet at home. Tiny! That’s enough bad stuff. The staff and housekeepers were amazing! Location was perfect! The station was a minute away, centrally situated, and allowed us to see everything without trouble. Location-wise alone, I would return but with less luggage.
