Staff was very helpful, when we were leaving early in the morning, my husband went ahead of me to get the car while I checked out, and employee offered to walk me to the car. Great service, breakfast and hotel!

Large and comfortable room, bed and pillows are a bit too hard for my preference but the rest is fine. Free parking is nice and convenient.

Loisir Hotel

The hotel lobby is quite nice and our room was large (by Japanese standards!) and clean. Some of it was a bit outdated, such as the bathroom that was only equipped with one light that wasn't bright enough, but it was all clean and comfortable. My only issue was that there doesn't seem to be much soundproofing between rooms as we heard conversations and the TV from next door and the following morning, heard their early-morning alarm go off repeatedly. It was so loud that I thought it was actually in our room. But other than that, we had a nice stay. Although we didn't go out for any meals while we stayed here, there seem to be quite a few restaurants close by that are even open later. There's also a Starbucks that is beside the hotel. We had amazing service from the man who checked us in, as he came outside to show us where exactly to park rather than just showing us on a map. Thank you!

This is my first turn staying in this hotel. The hotel has a free shuttle to the station, which is good, but location is a bit remote.

Loisir at Toyohashi

Always a pleasant stay. It is value for money. Has all the prerequisites for a comfortable stay. The hotel should give the option for Breakfast too for online booking.

No fuss, close to restuarants

Stayed during a work trip. Perfect for me - a clean no-fuss room. The reception speak English. The in-room fridge was not stocked, which I prefer, as the convenience store across the road has a great selection of traditional Japanese food and drinks. A bit of a long walk from the train station but offset by the advantages of being situated close to a good selection of restaurants, convenience stores, Imax theatre and a super market. I was on the 23rd floor and there is a little bit of wind noise in the common area during the wilder days but the room had a good view out across Toyohashi, I pre-paid through Expedia, so checkout took less than a minute.

Japanese style room

Hotel and rooms clean and tidy however their was a strong smell of stale smoke in the room. Friendly helpful service with a very convenient shuttle bus to JR rail.

A prefectly old fashion hotel with efficient staff

It was a prefectly renewed hotel with comfortable facilities. The room was spacious with working desk and reading sofa. Bathroom has western bathtub ( which was rarely found in japan) and anti fogging miror which shorten my make up time. The view from 16 floor was amazing. I can see Toyohashi skylight from my room. And it is very clean and neat. Room lighting are soft so it doesn' t shock my eyes when i wokeup. Room temperatur is perfect, though it is central i still can adjust. Its says indoor swimming pool and sauna can be used for free. But unfortunately i don't have enough time to used it. But the best thing was the shuttle bus provided by hotel which going from Toyohashi to hotel and back that helped me alot. There was no need to get lost. You can find Loisir hotel shuttle bus stop on the west exit of Toyohashi acroos the street, behind city bus stop. Or at station if you don't know the way, just ask the lady from tourist information center and she will show you the way and the timetable of the closest hour of coming bus.

Comfortable hotel and large room for Japan. The staff were helpful and were prompt in responding to your needs. It was not located in the city centre but was only 10 to 15 minutes away and the hotel offered a free bus to the train station.

As usual a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The staff is very courteous and always helpful. The room tariffs are easy on the wallet. It's proximity to a department store makes it very convenient.

子供2人を連れての宿泊でした。数年前にも利用させて頂きました。今回はチェックインギリギリの時間にも関わらず、フロントの女性の対応がとても素晴らしかったです。子供達にもしゃがみ込んでとても優しく話しかけてくれました。 駐車場が隣接するドン・キホーテ、パチンコ屋と同じ立駐であること、ユニットバスの蛇口の水垢が少し気になりましたが、その他は全く問題ありませんでした。

リピーターですので、いつも快適さを求めて宿泊しています。 客室も広く、ゆったりと過ごせます。

周辺が静かで施設内も落ち着いていて安心して宿泊出来ました。

コンセント口が少ないので充電に困った… 体を洗うスポンジが痛いのしかなかった… けどスタッフの人は優しいし笑顔が素敵な人が多かった

静かで寛げる空間

主要駅からは離れているため、 とても静かで寛げて良かったです。 室内もとても清潔だったので、 3泊で室内清掃せずの利用でも快適でした！ 客室も広くてのんびりできてオススメです。

ホテルはとてもよかったです。シャトルバス12時頃あると助かります。車でないと不便、豊橋駅周辺がいっぱいな時利用します。

バスルームが生乾きの臭いが気になりました。シャワーカーテンだからなのか少し残念でした。 置いてあった湯呑みも1つ汚れていました。 駐車場がとっても混んでいて大変でした。 スタッフの方は、笑顔で親切でとっても良かったです。

何度も利用させて頂いておりますが、素晴らしいホテルです。フロントの方をはじめスタッフは皆さん笑顔で対応してくださり、客室も清潔で眺望も良く、特に朝食ブッフェが凄いです。同行した友人もみんな絶賛しておりました。

14階販売機、氷サーバールームのドアクローザーがスローにならず閉まり手を挟み掛けた。スチール製のドア枠なので、きっと二段動作で閉まると思うのですが。 シャワーの温度が急に上がる事が、夜と朝の両方で発生。サーモスタット不良？ タオルとベッドは最高レベル。目覚まし鳴るまで起きたことが無い。とても素晴らしい管理をされていますね。最高評価。

駐車場が大きくて遅い時間になっても、まず満車になることがなく大変助かっています。

洗面所のカラン周りにこびり着き汚れが…また蛇口がハンドルを引くタイプでしたが硬い。 ベッドは相変わらず素晴らしい。管理が行き届いている。 BS放送の番組欄が表示されないTV？ 一般的なビジネスホテルより遅れている。 レストランではアジア系の団体客が騒がしく、朝食を食べた気がしない。団体様は席や場所を分けたら如何だろう！

スーペリアダブルに宿泊させて頂いた。 22階だったが眺望は期待できない街側。 それでも気分は良い。 冷蔵庫が小さく冷えが悪い。これだと夏場など長期滞在は厳しそうでバットポイント。最近の冷蔵庫の方が省エネであり改善を希望したい。 ベッドは私に合っているのか、どの部屋でもとても良く熟睡できる。ベッドメーカーを知りたい。 このホテルを選択するストロングポイント。 ホテルのサイトからの予約が一番安価にならないのは不思議。朝食を含めたもう少し安価になるビジネスプランなどあると宿泊し易いだろう。 スタッフの対応は笑顔も含め素晴らしいと感じる。ここも宿泊したいポイントだ。

ユニットバスの床に水が溜まりやすい。 テレビ番組が選択し難い。特にＢＳ。

携帯を充電しようと、室内の充電ケーブルを利用しましたが、点灯しているのに充電出来ませんでした。原因不明です。

朝食バイキング、美味しかったです。 部屋も清潔で問題なかったですが、シャワーの温度が一定でなく、困りました。改善してほしいですね。

スタッフの対応もお部屋の中もとても綺麗でとても良かったです。 ただ、一点だけバスルームのシャワーフックのしたの方にカビルンルンが見えてしまって、ちよっと残念でした。 それ以外はとても満足です。 豊橋に行く機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

今回が2回目でしたが、インショップの方の対応も良く、セールのネクタイを購入しました。 外国人の方が多く宿泊されている様でしたが、チェックアウトの時もとてもスムーズで気持ちかったです。 毎月東海地区に出張で行っていますので、次回宿泊の際は是非ホテル内の中華で夕食を食べたいと思っています。

同伴の孫5才のために、可愛い子ども用使い捨てスリッパ、洗面所の踏み台、子ども用のガウン、子ども用歯ブラシまで用意して下さって、感激しました!

コスパの良いホテルです。 豊橋駅から離れていますが、私の場合は車利用のため、豊橋の定宿です。 喫煙部屋も用意されているのも嬉しい。

宿泊自体は満足でした 冷蔵庫が小さいのが勝手が悪いです 周りの部屋が騒いでたので非常にうるさくてイライラしました

超一流のホテルのような部屋がこの値段！ 出張で初めての地であったので、価格優先で選んだのですが、最高でした。 疲れも取れました。 豊橋と言うか三河に泊まるときは是非ここを選びたいです。

チェックインが遅くなり駐車場が不安でしたが運良く空いていて停めれましたが… そこだけが気になった所です！

短期大学の研究発表会を主催し、それに伴い宿泊したが、参加者は宿泊される方が多く、研究発表会の会場も大変好評であった。

とても綺麗で良いお部屋でした。ナイトウエアもボタンで良かったです。 が、枕が薄くてベッドが硬め、掛け布団がなかったので正直全然安眠できず…とても良いお部屋だしスタッフさんもみんな感じ良く清潔で良かったのですが、そこが残念でした。(個人の嗜好の問題です！)

豊橋駅までシャトルバスもあり周辺は飲食店も多いため滞在しやすく価格のわりに部屋が広くてバスタブもゆとりのあるものでした 次回も是非利用させていただきたいです。

改装されてて全ての設備が綺麗です。 お風呂も快適。空調と快適です。

Vi overnattede her 2 voksne og 2 børn en enkelt nat. Det er et flot hotel, og værelset dejlig stort. Det er i et område med meget mad og indkøb så perfekt som overnatning når man er ude og køre langt. Air Condition virkede godt, så vi kunne holde en fin temperatur i den varme Juli nat.
