Comfortable Stay with a Beautiful View

The reception is on the 16th floor, and you can enjoy the view through the glass windows. It’s beautiful. There are plenty of sofas near the reception, and you can have water or coffee while waiting to check in. The room is also very clean, and the bathtub is spacious enough to soak in comfortably. I’m very satisfied with my stay. I’d love to come back again.

Great Value and Location

Our rooms had the ocean view and it was splendid, esp. during sunrise. Hotel location is next to Aeon and easy access to shinagawa seaside station, so it’s very convenient. It has konbini downstairs and also around the buildings. The room is decent size, a tad bigger than most hotels in Tokyo, could fit a couple of luggages big & small opened and we still have room to move around. Staff were very helpful and kind. We loved our stays there.

I like this hotel, I love to stay next time. I would suggest to update parts of room 1. Ventilation in Bathroom 2. Electric Plugs on nightstand 3. Air conditioning control (Cannot control if it's turning on AC or Heat) 4. Harder bed mattress 5. One Handle Faucet, easier control

The value for a stay is reasonable.

Everything was great hotel except only one thing for me; it's my room temperature. Because of center control system, guests can't change hot/cool with appropriate temperature. My room was really hot, but only I can to do is just turn off the HVAC. Hope they improve.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. Was a little disappointed this time. While all else remained unchanged, rooms are not as clean as before. Housekeeping didn’t clean our desk or change our used cups (with no water in it). Staff helpful, breakfast was good & location, convenient. Hope to see improvement next time.

Hawaii traveler

Location is ok. I stayed there for the convenience of shopping mall right there. The guy working the front desk was very accommodating. Breakfast was good. Would stay again!

Nice lobby , staff and environment, room itself is clean with nice harbor view but small with double size bed for a couple like us, if we booked twin size beds or within sofa bed perhaps we would stay even better, Within the pice we paid during Japan golden week that we are happy with our stay.

Room was inexpensive and spacious. Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. In a great location too! Close to station and a shopping mall.

My Wife and I had a wonderful stay, the staff was very helpful and quite welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and if we were in the mood for anything else, there were many options within walking distance. The hotel is located near many attractions around Tokyo and the fact that the hotel itself is a train station was a bonus. I highly recommend.

The room was warm and comfortable. The view was good. The staff friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.

Great stay. Hotel staff were able to assist me in English, helping me with a quick check-in, directions for parking a vehicle nearby, and storing my luggage for a day after I checked out. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, Japanese and western choices. The room was efficiently spaced, great view of the harbor and very clean.

We had a seaside twin. Room was a good size, modern & well appointed. View overlooks the bay port. Came with sleepwear & slippers. Toothbrushes, shavers, coffee & tea available at lobby. No bottled water provided. All TV channels were Japanese… rather disappointing. Location is great. Connected to mrt & Oval Garden Mall with everything inside. A good place to stay if u have a flight at HND airport. Easy bus & train access. Special shout out to Tan from front desk. He was very attentive & helpful during our stay.

Every trip ive stayed here and its never been disappointing

The room we assigned is on the top floor overlooking the Bay area. The view at night is beautiful. The hotel is attached to a shopping area for the community and at night, the open area is very nice as well.

Convenient to airport and getting around Tokyo. Room nice and clean, bed comfortable, staff helpful. Not the most picturesque location, as fairly industrial, but interesting view over Tokyo Bay. Good value with cafeteria style daily breakfast buffet included.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Beautiful view of the city from my room. The transportation could not be more convenient, it is so close to train stations. Anything you would need could be bought in the shops adjacent to the hotel. Most important my room was so quiet which is most important to me.

Great hotel in Tokyo

Nice hotel with an excellent view. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. There is a big supermarket and shopping mall connected to this hotel. Subway station is also connected.

Good location!

Good location only 2 stops from Tokyo Teleport Sta. (Odaiba) and easy to go to Shibuya. You can take a shuttle bus to Haneda airport from outside hotel (600 yen per adult/pay by Suica). Aeon Mall, Seria 100 yen shop, cafe, restaurants and convenience shop in one minute from hotel.

Perfect for one person!

Incredible value. I was told this hotel just opened in April of this year, and it shows! Everything is new and spotlessly clean. Reception is on the 16th floor, which is quite impressive. Rooms are spacious (by Tokyo terms) and very well appointed. I even had a clear view of Mt Fuji from my room! The staff were incredibly friendly.

Nice place for a quiet stay in Tokyo. Well connected to the Shinagawa Seaside Station and AEON mall with plenty of dining options.

駅直結で付近にコンビニや飲食施設もたくさんあり超便利です。客室もシンプルで居心地が良いです。

エレベーターが16階まで直行で良いが、途中止まるフロアがないので、地震が起きればどこで止まるのか不安がある。受付の人の対応は好感が持てた。挨拶も良かった。

以前海外からきた兄達と泊まったとき、兄が(もちろん私も)気に入ったので東京にきたら、ここで泊まろうと決めてました。静かで窓からの景色も好き。フロントのスタッフの笑顔も良いです。

フロントが16階にあるというのはびっくりしたが、特に問題は無かった。建物はどこも綺麗で、オシャレ。フロントの反対側（朝食レストラン）には、宿泊客がいつでもくつろげるスペースとコーヒーなどのドリンクもあって、とても快適だった。朝食もおいしかった。 イオンのすぐそばなので、買い物もしやすい。満足です。

ラウンジで、コーヒーを飲みながら夜の景色を眺めてゆったりできたのは、癒しの時間になりました。

駅から少し歩きますが、清潔感があり、景色がとても良かったです。

とても良いが、細部に甘いところがある。

品川シーサイド駅に直結と言ってよいと思う。雨でも濡れずにたどり着けそうである。入り口のエレベーター近くにコンビニがあるのも便利。宿泊だけのため景観は重要ではなかったが、見晴らしもよさそうである。朝食バイキングも充実していてよかった。東京湾が望めるとのことであったが、景色はあまり良いとは言えなかった。難点を上げると、靴べらをかけるフックの取り付けが甘いこと。細かいことであるが、このような細部への心配り（の欠如）は気になる。

Overall, it was not bad, but the room was quite small, and the pillows were very uncomfortable, making it hard to fall asleep.

降りてすぐに駅があり、チェックインした後すぐに出かけられる 東京駅に行くときは乗り換えはあるがそんなに気にならない

空港迄のリムジンバスがホテル前にあり助かりました。

駅直結なので天候を気にせず移動出来るので助かります。 近くにはイオンやレストラン、コンビニが複数あるので買い物や食事にも便利なのでとても利便性が良いです。 ホテル内もとても清潔で、アメニティも豊富です。

The room, while affordable, felt quite old, and the air conditioning was inconsistent, fluctuating between too cold and too hot. The rates per night is not very high, so I think the room is still acceptable. The hotel's location is convenient, near AEON STYLE, where I could easily purchase food, fruits, and other essentials. Additionally, the nearby Shinagawa Seaside station on the Rinkai Line provides access to the city; however, the hotel is somewhat distant from central Tokyo, so it's important to allow extra travel time. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating, and I plan to express my appreciation for their service.

立地も良し、何より快適な空間です！静かでぐっすり眠れます！ 設備には、テレビ台のところにコンセントと鏡があれば助かるな〜と思いまして、星4つにしました。 スタッフさんも笑顔で素晴らしかったです！また利用させて頂きます(^^)ありがとうございました☆

1泊だけお世話になりました。 宿泊施設周辺が複合施設となっていて、大変便利でした。アメニティは環境に考慮しているということでスキンケア類は含まれていないので、女性は準備が必要です。 部屋は普通に過ごす分に問題なく、フロントからの海沿いの景色が綺麗でした。

中規中矩的飯店，樓下就可以搭巴士去羽田很方便。

駅からホテルまでの行き方がわからず迷いました。 公式HPのアクセスに詳細が書いてあったので、それをみなければ辿り着けませんでした。

部屋に入ってすぐ暑くすぐに室内の温度を下げるために空調をつけたが暑い風しかでず、 スタッフの対応で空調が壊れている可能性があるとのことで部屋移動になったため荷物をまとめたのに結局スタッフのミスで空調は壊れてないといわれるし、電話で軽く謝罪されるだけでおわり。 それだけでモヤモヤとした気持ちになったのに空気清浄機が壊れていて中のフィルターも白カビだらけで驚きました。人が入る前にちゃんとチェックして欲しいです。

アメニティがイマイチだった タオルや室内着がゴワゴワで色褪せていたのが残念でした

枕が合わず、頭痛に悩まされた… 単に個人の問題で、あとは申し分ありませんでした。

部屋も広く清潔さは申し分なかったが、部屋が寒かったので暖房を入れようと思ったら空調設備が一括管理されており、冷房しかきかず快適には過ごせなかった。

ホテルの入り口が分かりにくいですが、フロントからの眺望は素晴らしい。朝食は内容はよいですが、場所が少し狭いですが、朝の眺望は大変良いです。部屋もきれいです。

高層階なのでどの部屋も景色がよくお気に入りです。

朝食が美味しかったです！ 駐車場もあるし（地下平置き、止めやすい）綺麗だしリーズナブルでいいホテルでした。 宿泊者専用ラウンジで静かに過ごせて良かったです。

メインの駅から遠い所を除けば最高でした！

near station and shoppinng store

青物横丁駅から歩いて10分の距離でホテルのすぐ横にはイオンモールもありました。また、りんかい線の品川シ―サード駅にも近くて東京ビッグサイトに行くには便利な位置です。

朝日が綺麗に見えた、17階から客室で確かに高層階だけど、とりたてて景色がいい訳ではない。

新しく出来たホテルであり地下に駅もあり便利で静かなホテルでした

品川シーサイドで、ちょっと行きにくい場所だが、部屋から海側が見られる部屋から夜景も景色も綺麗です

This was my first trip to Japan and the experience was amazing. Super like the cleanliness, hospitality, food and being a non-resident of Japan, the communication and quick action is absolutely amazing.

値段が値打ちでお部屋も清潔でよかったです。 間違えて喫煙ルームを予約してしまったので匂いが少し気になりましたが仕方ない事です。

Friendly personal. Good breakfast. Near station and small shopping mall with an Aeon which had a huge supermarket and lots of affordable clothes / sales on the other floors. We did not get the room that we had made reservations for via expedia. Hotel personal made excuses and despite that the hotel was very full they offered us a different room. But that room was not at the seaside. So we kept the room we had received. It was still a fine room though.

駅に近く、羽田空港から1本で行けるのですごく便利でした。

思っていた以上に古さを感じた、装備品についても壊れかけている所も有った

チェックイン時のスタッフの対応が不満 よくここまでイライラさせられるなと、ビックリしました。 アメニティも、部屋にボールペンすら置いてない…環境にやさしいのかもしれませんが、お客には全くやさしくない。 高い料金取っておいて。

ロビーに謎の卓球台

環境への配慮を考えながらも、滞在中不自由はなかった。手荷物だけ早めに預けておいたが、チェックインすると、荷物はすでに部屋に運ばれていた。地下にはコンビニやバーガーキングなどがあり、りんかい線の駅も最寄りだった。歩いて十分ほどで青物横丁商店街というのも便利。 不便な点としては、部屋が暗いので、受験生向けではない点、部屋に湯沸かし器がなく、温かいものを飲みたいときは、ロビー階まで行かなければならない点位しかない。

綺麗で安くて良かったです。
