The staff are very friendly and delicate. It was a first tokyo travel with my family, and they really were helpful to us. The room is a little bit small, but it's Japanese style, so I understand. There is a place on the 12th floor where you can drink coffee and eat some food. There are many Japanese office workers around here, so I can feel better that I came to Japan. I highly recommend this hotel to you guys.

駅からは少し離れていて静かに過ごせるホテル

母と2人で宿泊しました。女性の足だと新橋駅から徒歩10分ちょっとかかります。クリスマスシーズンだったので、エントランスに入るとクリスマスツリーがお出迎えしてくれました。スタッフの方々は笑顔が素敵でいつも挨拶をしてくださり、好印象でした。部屋はコンパクトタイプのツインで1泊2日くらいなら問題ないです。ハンガーが2つだけなので、コートをかけると翌日の洋服がかけられずちょっと不便でした。12階にあるラウンジはゆっくりできて、COSTAコーヒーが無料でいただけるところが素敵でした。夜は周りの音は気にならず、静かに休めました。

Good to stay for business travel.

Short walk to Shimbashi station. Hotel is very clean, staff are super nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable with good linens. Room is small, our room has no closet. It has a shelf and 3 hooks on the wall to hang clothes. We really like the common living room on the top floor with microwave, complimentary coffee, tea, cold and hot water, tables and chairs. It also has coin laundry room too. Convenience stores are nearby. Over all it is good for short stay. We stayed there 4 nights.

Great option for staying in Tokyo

We enjoyed our staying at this hotel. The area direct area is quite, but it's close to an area full of restaurants and very lively (Shimbashi). Also, lots of convenience stores around. The train station is 10-15 min away walking and in general centrally located in the city. The hotel is well maintained and clean. There is a nice common room with a coffee machine, water station and coin operated washer and dryer. I would go back.

The rooms are far too small, twin rooms are more like double room as the beds are stuck together and staff english lacks, therefore hard to communicate.

신바시역과 거리가 살짝 있지만 중심부로 나가면 맛집도 많고 야마노테 라인이라 도쿄 어디든 이동하기 편리함. 가격 대비 매우 훌륭합니다. 깨끗하고 편리하고 친절합니다. 매일 아침에 제공하는 코스타커피 무료서비스는 정말 굿. 재방문 의사 있음.

A gool one day experience,

Excellent property, clean and good service. Only drawback they don’t provide drinking water bottles not even one.

The whole experience is excellent.The staff is so kind and helpful.We really loved the lounge and the free hot drinks.Most of all, the view from the lounge in the night was so beautiful.

small rooms but very good

I am a visitor from California and I found the rooms comfortable for a party of 5 (3 adults and 2 children). Our room had a mini fridge, closet, and a desk. The bathroom was great. My only issue is the room was for 5 people but there were only 4 twin beds. We made it work by pushing the beds together. The 12th floor is great because it has lots of space and tables to sit and lounge. There’s an espresso machine, bathroom, and coin washer/dryer. The employees were kind and helpful. Smooth check-in and check-out. Thank you to LOF Hotel for making our first trip to Japan a fun and easy.

The lounge on the 12th floor overlooking the Tokyo tower was nice. Plus they had an espresso machine and laundry up there.

Hotel room was nice and clean. Room size was decent compared to other hotels. Hotel staff was so nice they help me corrinate a taxi pickup.

Spacious for a double twin bed room. Great place to stay. About 12 min walk from Shimbashi station. Pillows are a little uncomfortable

Good hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when holding luggage. The room was very small but comfortable. The hotel was quite close to a few subway stations which made it easy to get around. The coffee area was also nice and we took advantage of it in the morning.

Drain smell in bathroom is awful

Would definitely recommend this property - clean, friendly, well located. The living room is great for water, coffee and emails with a view. My only complaint was the lack of space and hangers to hang my ironed work clothes.

My room is nice and the view is unique. The Tokyo Tower is right in front of me when laying on my bed. Though the ambient lighting in the room looks ok its brightness is beyond desirable. The hotel staff, particularly Ms Wong, was very helpful by providing 2 additional table and stand lamps to intensify the overall illumination. This made the room even better. Thank you.

The view of Tokyo Tower from the lounge was beautiful.

What makes LOF special was the Renovations and overall design of the hotel. Upscale feel, great room size. Other hotels I’ve stayed at in Tokyo felt very small. Great Location as well.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the top floor common space had beautiful views. I really appreciated the convenience of the laundry machines. The room was a little small but completely understandable given the central location which puts the hotel within a 10 minute walk of 2 subway stations and many restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel with some systemic nuisances

Nice hotel with structural nuisances. Guest policy makes the hotel feel much more like a hostel vs. a hotel. Guest policy is very strict and it's not clearly explained on hotels.com, so if this matters to you, stay somewhere else. We have family and friends in the area so we intentionally booked a larger room so people can come over and hang out (to eat and hang out away from indoor crowds, where possible, since we have a baby). This goes against hotel policy and the general staff could not clearly explain the reasoning for this policy in English. While I understand the policy from a general safety perspective (prostitution, parties, etc.), it says a lot about the expected clientele if they don't even allow daytime guests to come over. Room cleaning is sporadic (once every 3-4 days) which means you need to take out your own trash and get your own towels if needed. Filtered water and coffee in the mornings is nice. On-site laundry is also very convenient. Location is far from Shimbashi station if you have a lot of luggage. There's construction across the street right now (October 2023), which is quite loud in the daytime if you need a nap. Overall, I would not stay again knowing everything I know now, but it could be nice for the right person or group.

We had one night in Tokyo before our flight back home and this was a great place. It's small but clean and friendly.

Very good facility. Clean and new. Spacious room. With common area for coffee tea water micro wave. Very nice.

도쿄 가족여행

코너 트윈룸에서 아이와 함께 투숙했습니다. 직원분들 친절하시고 객실은 아주 깨끗했고 방은 다른 동급 일본호텔에 비해 크게 느껴졌습니다. 차와 커피가 제공되는 12층 리빙룸 시스템도 아주 좋았습니다. 단점이라면 신바시 역에서 조금 멀다는 것이고 타입마다 다르겠지만 전망은 크게 없다는 것입니다. 주로 관광 후 저녁에 들어와서 크게 문제될건 없었고, 주변이 아주 조용해서 쉬기에 좋았습니다. 도쿄타워는 대로변으로 나가면 잘 보이고 미타선 오나리몬 역은 가깝습니다.

신바시까지 거리가 조금 있지만 성인걸음으로는 문제 없고 가는 길에 맛집이 많아서 식사에 도움이 됩니다.12층 라운지는 간단한 식사를 사와서 먹기 좋음. 도쿄타워는 옆건물이 공사중인 관계로 보이지 않음. 조용하고 바로 옆 컨비니와 로컬 마트가 있음. 객실은 좁지만 크게 불편한 것은 없음. 아이가 있다면 근처 타미야매장 추천. 도쿄 숙소가 주말은 말도안되는 가격이라 나름 주말에 적당히 있기에는 좋습니다.
