Very old and noisy, should be a 1 star. I would not recommend people stay here. Very small and old with noise not clean.

Service and staff were super friendly and nice, unfortunately it’s behind a Four Seasons hotel being built and was super noisy from 6am to 10pm. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have noise cancelling headphones.

Very comfortable

I really liked my stay here. Location was amazing and the bed extremely comfortable. I’m glad I booked the airport transfer with them also as it may have been difficult to find the first time. Staff we very friendly here too. Only down side was that the hot water did not last too long so difficult to wash my hair, otherwise I really liked the room for a solo booking.

I stayed here for just one night before a cruise on Ha Long Bay and it was perfect. Check in was easy and the location is great. I arrived late at night and had an early departure, but there were coffee shops around that open early, the lake is right across the street and there are a bunch of atms right down the street along with a mini mart. The hotel is within the area for pickup for tours and my taxi from the airport had no issue finding it. Value for the price is excellent and the gentleman working the front desk was helpful and professional.

My initial stay was suppose to be at the hotel I booked but they double booked my room and asked me if I am ok to go to their sister hotel which was 10 mins walk from my choice. The male staffs were not understanding of my situation and directed me on what I should do in terms of how I can make my arrangements and told me to do things which were very inconvenient for me! I had terrible communication issues with the male staffs but the female staffs were really nice and did above ans beyond to help me :) I would highly recommend to those booking here to make sure your room is not DOUBLE booked and will not be sent to one of their Sister hostels! The last minute change sure did ruin my prearranged plans to tour around the lake!

The hotel is right in front of Hoan Kiem Lake and the accessibility is quite well. Just near the hotel, there was a construction site, whose noise was a bit louder but I slept ok. The room I stayed in had two beds, small and large one and the size of the room was big enough for solo traveler like me. However, it seemed the air conditioner didn’t function well, so some people may find annoying depending on the time of the season.. Other than that, I was pretty satisfied during my stay for three nights. If I have a chance to visit Hanoi, I may book this hotel again.

Great area. Booked 2 single beds but got a double bed. Staff did bring an extra mattress to put on the floor. Biggest complaint is/was black mold on bathroom ceiling.

Great little hostel

We had a good stay at Little Hanoi Hostel 2. The staff are friendly and helpful, helping us get laundry done and passing on messages from tour operators about pick up times. The hostel is set back from the Main Street so the traffic noise is less noticeable. There is some local building going on nearby but there was do disturbances or disruption.

Everything was perfect. Jenny is marvelous. She booked tours for us and made our stay memorable.

何よりもスタッフの方々皆、フレンドリーで親切です。9日間の宿泊でしたが、安心して滞在を楽しむことができました。英語での対応ですが、日本語を少し話す男性もいます。なので日本人の方にもおすすめです。 ホアンキエム湖南西に位置するホテルで、大通りからは見えず、トンネルみたいな路地を入った所にあるホテルなのでベトナム旅行に慣れていない方は最初不安になるかもしれませんが、大丈夫です。ホアンキエム湖まで歩いてすぐのホテルでかなり便利です！ リトルハノイホステル2と表記されているサイトもあるようですが、ホステルではなくホテルになります。シンプルなホテルをイメージしていだだくと良いかもしれません。 バスタオル、ドライヤーは付いていますが、その他は自分で持参する必要があります。トイレはベトナム式ウォシュレット付きです。ハノイはウォシュレットがホテル以外はあまり見かけませんので、使い慣れると結構重宝します。ちなみにトイレにはトイレットペーパーを流さず、備え付けのゴミ箱に入れます。 500mlサイズのペットボトル9本程度入るドリンク冷蔵庫があります。ランドリーはありませんので、洗濯物があるときは、1キロ当たり3万ドンをスタッフの方に払って行いました(現時点)。近くにコインランドリーもあったので、調べて行くこともできるかもしれません。 部屋のお掃除は担当スタッフがいないときはありませんが、お願いすればいつでも行なってくれます。 シャワーはお湯がでますので、温度調節をして使用します。一点、ベトナムでは、シャワーの排水口の水はけは良くないので辛抱強く流れるのを待ちつつ、コツをつかみながら洗う必要があります。 総評として、ベトナム感を満喫するには充分なホテルだと思います。ホテルをきれいにするスタッフの意識は高く、親切丁寧な対応なのでまた来たいという気持ちにさせ、温かさを感じるホテルでした。リーズナブルな旅行を検討している方にもおすすめします。とても楽しい印象深い思い出となりました。

スタッフがフレンドリーでとても親切

ホアンキエム湖のすぐそばで、便利な場所にあります。値段のわりに清潔でした。ただ大きな通りから暗く（感知式の電気あり）湿った路地を入ったところにあるので、わかりにくいです。 部屋のドアは少々閉めにくかったです。 部屋にケトルがなかったので貸してほしいと伝えると無いと言われました（通じてなかったのかも？）　次の日ケトルを一階で見つけたので、貸して欲しいと言うとすんなり借りれました。

Friendly staff with a great service and not far from the landmark or the famous places.

Staff members were kind and hard working, but the hotel was right behind a construction site. They worked at night, and the floor shook whenever they drilled the ground which made me struggle to sleep. Shower had low water pressure and it is more like a motel room than a hotel. + no elevator and dont expect an amazing breakfast.

personnel très accueillant et hôtel bien placé près du centre de la veille ville. Bon petit-déjeuner. Nous apprécions que les boissons chaudes soient en libre service.

Clean and friendly.

It was nice stay, room was clean, all of staffs are friendly. Coffee was nice, location is good. Large construction in front of the hotel was not my trouble, but otherwise I could see the Lake from 2nd floor room window. Tiny super market is near. Many local good taste restraunts are around hotel. The hotel.com map was wrong, I had to check exact location from the hotel address in Google Map.

ドアの調子が悪く3回スタッフの方に開けに来ていただきました。スタッフの方は嫌な顔せずとても親切でした。洗濯は1キロ2ドルで、出来上がった状態で持ってきてくださりました。観光や食事にも丁度良い場所です。
