Nice aria

Very easy access to the trams. Small grocery store next door.

Needed a last minute place to stay, due to travel plan changes, and the 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of four. Clean, quiet, easy check in and check out.

The apartament is very spacious, great location to explore Lisbon, really recommended 👌

Great location and large bathroom

Clean and spacious. Staff was easy to reach. Appartement close and in walkable distance to different historic sights. Underground and trams nearby. A lot of shops and restaurants close by.

Great location, but a very old building. The floors creek and you can hear everything from the neighbor above. Huge bathroom, but need more light.

Location was perfect for shopping, site seeing, restaurant. A little grocery beside the building was great for supplies for light meals. Air conditioning was excellent! We never received the initial email with codes to get in the front door. We were able to sort it out after getting into my daughter’s apartment who was travelling with us. The apartment was very well equipped but noisy during the day with drilling and hammering going on beside and above us. No afternoon siesta.

Honestly it’s a nice property, convenient and very well located but they are not a full service property. This means electronic check in at a machine, self storage for luggage, and if anything happens (like with us when the door didn’t work one evening) there is no one around to help. They do have someone available to speak to by intercom but it’s not ideal. Also, there is no restroom except in the rooms so if you haven’t checked in or after checkout beware. If they just had a person on site and a restroom this would be a 5 star review.

No paper towel, very little toilet paper! I sent three messages months before my arrival inquiring about parking and they never responded. Public parking is extremely far away.

Communication horrible and don’t reply with time

The pictures showed a sunny apartment with pretty windows overlooking the street. What I got was a dark and damp room facing the ventilation in the inner part of the building. The room was not well kept the bed was dirty with old stains in the sheets. You could hear the pipes when people flushed toilets. I was staying 1 night. When I asked to be moved to a different apartment, I was told nothing could be done until the next day, because there is no front desk service of any kind unless the issue is with door entry codes.

Loved our stay at this service apartment! Comparable to a hotel while it conveniently comes with a kitchen and washer. Location: Very close to most attractions, walkable to Alfama area, while being just a short block away from all noises. Both front gate and room use passcode keypads, which was very convenient. Self check-in kiosk was easy to use. Room: Our unit is spacious with a balcony (unfortunately did not have a view due to the construction right across). Modern electric stovetop and washer/dryer. Kitchen and living room is on the top floor, then bedroom and bathroom are below. Best part is the huge bathroom with lots of counter space and a nice walk-in shower. Bonus: Body wash, shampoo and laundry detergent are provided, along with a full range of kitchenware that you may need - very thoughtful touch, making it a 5-star stay. PS: Floor can be cleaned more thoroughly and there were stains on the armchair.

The elevator didn't work during our whole stay. There was a construction noise during 5 days that started at 8.30am sharp and lasted for hours. We had to ask for the dishwasher to be fixed, the freezer to be cleaned, and soap and toilet paper to be refilled. The city fee was taken twice from our bank account and after 20 days we are still waiting for the refund. The location of the building is excellent and the apartment is very well secured.

Really great location, minutes from all key areas. Right next to a small grocery store. We were there with a baby and toddler and having a store next door and kitchen in unit was perfect. Everything was really great except communication with hotel prior to arriving. Upon booking it says you will get an email 24 hours before with checkin details. We didn’t get it so I assumed it would come and we landed with no email so I had to reach out Expedia to make sure I actually had a reservation. Make sure that if you take an uber you get taken to the correct address, the uber recommended address is wrong. We got dropped off at the wringer building and almost picked up at the wrong until we noticed. The unit was clean, the floor boards were dirty but everything else was fine. It was really quite. Very hard beds. Pack n play was provided. You cannot check in before the checkin time and the lockers provided are very small, you could not store a checked bag (24”) and it cost 2 euro. Only change accepted. I would stay again now that I know how it works.

Really good location. Just minutes away from many attractions & bus stops/metro. Grocery right next door and few more supermarkets/fruit shops few doors down. Apartment is spacious. Enough for a family of 4. Washing machine (laundry) was in the apartment which was a life saver. Warning - after finishing a dry cycle, the laundry machine door stays mechanically LOCKED for 2 hrs. Time the wash carefully if you need the clothes. Overall really good apartment with a lot of convenience.

Great location let down by bad management company

Great location if you want to stay in the thick of the action in Chiado. That said, check-in process was awful, their automated check-in machine was broken which meant we had to wait 20 mins for a human to come let us into our place after a long day of traveling with small kids. Additionally, the elevator was broken which meant having to carry 3 large suitcases, 2 children and a stroller up 5 flights of stairs. Lastly, the apartment was not cleaned properly with vestiges of the previous tenants food left on tables and fridge. Ants were crawling all over one of the bathroom which was also suffering from mould issues

Mixed feelings

Pro- location and fully stocked apartment. Con- lack of cleanliness and poor communication. Location is excellent. Apartment is spacious and live in ready ( kitchen is fully stocked- even had a colander, pitcher, funnel, wine opener, etc). Washer is a one unit that can dry as well. Our family air dried using clothes line we brought. There is a small folding drying rack in the apartment. Apartment didn’t feel clean- floor, walls, all surfaces. There was a one particularly dirty wall with makeup stuffs in one of the two apartments we rented. Wall cleaned up very easily when I wiped it with a Clorox wipe. Apartment is clutter free and mostly surfaces - it would be easy to make it squeaky clean. When they do ‘maid service’, it means trash removal, restocking ( toilet paper, towels, etc), and changing out bedsheets. They don’t vacuum, dust, wipe anything. Communication is bad. There was a power outage 5am to 10:30am one of the 10days we were there- my husband looked up and learned it was a scheduled maintenance outage by the city. I feel like the management should have given guests heads up. Guests met outside the rooms and asked each other what was going on. Apartment doors worked but the main door didn’t work during the power outage. Jao, one of the agent who answers calls and emails is terrible to work with. Bad attitude and very unwilling to help. Location and apartment itself makes me want to book again. Lack of cleanliness and bad communication skill makes me say no.

The apartment has everything and most importantly washing machine. The bathroom looked newly renovated but the ceiling was leaking , the floor was sinking and one of the 2 lights was not working. Thevsafe was very hard to work with and we werer locked out twicw which once we were given a code and tge second time they sent someone to open it

The place smelled so horrible. I tried to contact the management and the communication was so bad. Would not recommend this place at all

Very clean!

Dirty washing machine, uneven bathroom tiles, poor maintenance in the whole bathroom, no facial tissue provided, very noisy as we could hear people walking in other rooms!

Great apartment style place right in the thick of Lisbon. Great neighborhood and many places to eat right out your front door. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed in a studio. It was very clean and the perfect size for me. It was located on a quiet street in Baixa Lisbon, just a minute or two from countless restaurants and stores.I highly recommend it!

Beautiful location and accommodation

Very disappointed/ disgusted by cockroaches in the apartment. I had read the positive reviews and was looking forward to my stay. The flat upon arrival looked nice. But when I came back in the evening home from dinner there were cockroaches. Upon inspection, the floor was very dirty with hairs belonging to someone else. All dishes were dirty inside the dishwasher. There was another cockroach there. Property management did little to nothing to help out. They sent a cleaning lady the next day at 10 am instead of moving me to another room or spraying the apartment. I stayed only two nights and couldnt sleep either night in the fear of another cockroach appearing. Thus, while the apartment does look as advertised, I cannot recommend staying here. Cockroaches as tilth are a hard no for me.

The location of this property is great! You can walk all over Lisbon very easily. Also, it is really nice that it is right next door to a small grocery store. Another nice touch was that the property had luggage lockers inside, so when we arrived early we were able to store our luggage and explore prior to our check-in time. All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book it again!

Amazing location, close to many attractions, good restaurants, and 2 metro stations without going up the hills. There is an elevator in the house. The next door is a grocery store open until 10 pm. Of the shortcomings, only minor flaws. For example, we were unable to use the safe. Also in the microwave, there was no rotary circle. I recommend this apartment and would stay again

Smooth checkin on site via keosk. Apartment had everything you need to cook basic meals or keep tappas in your fridge. Mini supermarket right next door. Cleaning service came every day to empty trash, refill toiletries and light cleanup. Location was excellent. We would stay here again for sure!!

The location . was convenient. We can walk to the sightseeing place. The management team was responsive and answered all the questions I raised. We were a group of 6 adults. The apartment was spacous and good for our group. I highly recommended this apartment !

Beautiful stay! Gorgeous apartment and really clean

The property is close to almost everything…the metro, train, tram, bus. Santa Justa Lift is just around the corner…the Rossio and Commercio Square…there’s loads of restaurant that you could choose from within the area and there’s a mini supermarket beside the property which is very handy.

Great apartment, great building in a perfect location. Waking distance to most things, close to the water. Grocery store next door.

The beds were absolutely terrible! They were super ill comfortable and the day before was like a board to sit on. The mattress for that day bed was awful. The place was noisy 24 hours a day. They amount of toilet tissue and towels provided was minimal and although there was a washer, there was exactly one peeler to wash clothes and the charge was an additional euro. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Pleasant stay

Very nice place, very clean, great location, only small complaint was the fact I could hear the floor creaking when people walked about upstairs which woke me up

Property is really noisy (within and outside of the appartment : from other people in the building, the floor was cracking from the room above, from the kithen). Bedding was okay but not great. Overall cleanliness was average. The place is really well located, minutes away from the Praça do Comércio, at the heart of Lisbon.

Only problem construction in front

The ceiling beams were very low in the bedroom, have to really watch your head (especially when you wake up in the middle of the night and are not used to it. The heaters did not work, I reached out to customer service via email because nobody answered the phone, they replied the next day and told me someone would come to check, but no one did. The shower pan was slimy the first time I stepped in, I had to scrub it before taking a shower. There was visible black mold in some areas of the caulking in and around the shower stall.

Surrounded with renovations and all work starts at 7 am till 5-6 pm. You can sleep or stay calm at the appartment

Kiosk check-in did not work for us, but a quick call resolved the issue. Property was clean and the daily service did a great job. Location is really nice.

Comfortable

Perfect position in the old part of the city. Apartment was comfortable and clean, and serviced daily. Quite dark though, as the window/door opened up to a tiny balcony which was surrounded by other apartments from the same building. Nonetheless this didn’t bother us and we had a wonderful 3 night stay in Lisbon.

Great location. Clean. Great communication before arrival. The view out the patio doors was not the greatest, but we spent quite a bit of time out of the apartment so it wasn't a big deal to us. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. Well stocked if you wanted to do more cooking! Would stay again! Thank you!

I would stay here again

Great place once they got the internet working. There was no option for early check in so that was a bit problematic. The door codes were a bit cumbersome but overall a great place.

It is ok!

The pictures and rating shows a five star, but it isn’t be more than 3. Good location of the flat. It needs refreshing and clean look. Neighbors were very loud and you can hear every single thing from other floors.

The stay was very nice, the location was very nice and friendly.

Great location, and if you get an apt with a view, excellent view of Lisbon. Close to pretty well everything. I would also add the on-site manager, German was super! he went out of his way to ensure our accommodation was what we had originally asked for. Having him on-site made all the difference in the world.He is extremely attentive, customer-focussed, diligent and super hospitable. Plus he was available during our stay for any issues we had. German is a great addition to the Lisbon Serviced Apts team and was a great part of why our stay was so enjoyable!!

Great apartment in a fabulous location

A sleek, stylish apartment with lots of amenities right in the middle of Lisbon, convenient to the Metro and the historic streetcar. Cafes, restaurants and entertainment options abound within steps of this place. We had only one night here, but would have loved a longer stay. Great having the washer/dryer unit in the apartment! We did have to look up the model number online to figure out how to set the dryer function because those all-in-one machines are not common back home.

5/5 Great pricing and fantastic location! Not gonna lie, the building does look a bit eerie from the outside but the rooms are pretty decent with a newly renovated, clean bathroom as well as daily house-keeping. There was a supermarket downstairs that was open til late which was super handy and a massive stretch of restaurants, patisseries, cafes, shops, souvenir shops etc right in front of the apartment and the metro was nearby. Although the primary method of communication was via email, I found the staff to be highly attentive to our needs.

No connection to watch TV and the elevator button from floor 3 did not work. Had to take stairs down to 0 then take elevator up to 3 in order for door to open and allow family to take elevator down.

Absolutely convenient location. Walking distance to metro, food and shopping. The place itself is quite clean and adequate for a family of 4. We loved having room service everyday with fresh towels. Having a small kitchenette was very convenient. There is a small grocery shop with basic fruits, eggs, bread, milk etc that stays open late and is super convenient. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Awesome location.

Great location. Amazing apartment. Qould stay here again. The building has an elevator but some ofnthe units are on 2 flors. If you can't do one flight of stairs i would check before booking to see if your unit is on one floor or 2.

The apartment was well located and easily access with a lift in the building. The interior was spacious and well equipped with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The servicing was completed daily and the apartment was kept very clean. The only issue we really encountered was a strong musty smell throughout the apartment that was present throughout our stay. While the hosts attempted to fix this with a freshener, the smell remained throughout our stay and really affected how we felt about our experience of the apartment. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, particularly if you have respiratory issues.

The property was very well situated in the centre of Lisbon. It was clean and well furnished, and the check-in system worked well. My apartment had a window facing the centre of the building and so it was quite dark, but it was also very quiet.

The apartment wasn't clean when we arrived. The phone number in the email didn't work.We were lucky to discover a phone in the lobby that was a virtual reception desk. They sent someone over to look and she arrived in 10 minutes and was very pleasant. So in a couple of hours we had a cleaner place. They advertise a double bed and two twins. It is a double and two twins in large pullout sofabed. There were no extra blankets, and we ran out of bathroom tissue because the cleaning service didn't replace them. The TV instructions were poor and inaccurate. We finally got Netflix working but never got any regular TV. It is a newer apartment in a very nice area that you can walk to several places from. If they fix some of these issues, then worth the money.

Property was clean and well presented in a great location. As long as you are on top with communication between the property managers, your stay will be efficient and you will make use of a great space ideally located.

Location, a stone throw from all the main attractions

Location was awesome. The option to leave our luggage in a locker prior to check in was great... only 1 euro!

Stayed 3 nights - Apartment 4D - October 2019. The photographs of the studios on the website show full length windows with Juliet balconies. However, 4D does not have this. The hard floor was dusty with no rugs or carpets as in the photographs. I had read reviews that the beds were hard. Before we arrived I requested a soft mattress. This request was acknowledged, but ignored. The bed was indeed hard, with a plastic mattress protector. The kitchen worktop was broken in three places. The kitchen tap was loose. The bathroom does not have obscure windows, but net curtains. There is no extractor in the bathroom. The soap dispensers could contain anything. The shower does not drain properly. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the kitchen. However, we were only supplied with one tablet for the dishwasher. There were no supplies for the washing machine. A glass on the kitchen worktop had a sign in it demanding 1 Euro for a washing machine tablet - no really! I tried to call the "virtual reception" on a Sunday - there was not reply.

We were pleased with this property. Great location. Clean. The noise from the street was a little loud but that is to be expected for where it was. I would recommend and would stay there again.

The location is excellent and there is a small, friendly grocery store right next door, making self catering really easy. It is quiet at night. The apartment is airy and comfortable with large windows that let in a lot of light. I wish I could have stayed longer!

They should offer early check-in since some flights get in early in the morning

Very nice except for the smells coming from the bathroom.

The “toiletries” consisted of a large container of soap that just got refilled. They didn’t clean the floors regularly. Extremely uncomfortable beds. Not “luxury” at all.

The place was really great! Super clean and very easy communication and check in. The room had air conditioning and full dark blinds. A staff member was waiting downstairs to give me the code and collect the city tax. Super nice location, very close to everything and nice foods around! Only thing is that the floors above are squeeqing.

The check-in process was very confusing and not easy. The mattress was not very comfortable and the shower did not drain properly.

The Apartments location is excellent, very clean with new furniture, there is a daily cleaning. There was some bad smell coming out of the sink.

This location was great and the apartment was spacious and clean. Our only complaint was that the elevator door kept getting stuck which was a little stressful when you were inside but it always eventually opened. We had to use the elevator because my mom was with us and she has bad knees. Besides that, the place was great.

Lisbon Serviced Apartments Baixa Castelo was a great surprise, in a terrific location right at the middle of Baixa, within walking distance to all surrounding neighborhoods, spacious and equipped much more than any hotel and cost less. We were travelling with a baby so the size of the apartment, fully stocked kitchen and large bathroom, AC in each room and an elevator were all very important to us. Although this is an apartment hotel there is daily house-keeping which was also great. The only disappointing thing in our apartment (3B) was the bed, the mattress was hard and it felt like sleeping on a wooden plank, but other than that, perfect stay! highly recommended.

Sink iis oo deep. Bathroom needs a vanity shelf for ladies' makeup and toiletries and some tissues. Also no coffee power or grind provided.

Zero sound insulation, couldn't sleep because of the noise from the street, from the corridors, from the stairs, you hear everything. I don't understand how this standard apartment was rated 5 stars. The only positive thing is the location and that they made your bed everyday and change your towels, but didn't cleaning the floors. If you want to rest at night this is not the place. Expedia changed at the last minute our 4 stars hotel reservation and gave us this option which we accepted based on the 5 stars rating...what a mistake!!!.

Centrally located, bathroom is big but dark, cleaning could be improved especially the floors.
