This is the first time staying here, but i really loved the amenities. Nice spacious rooms and grest people.

Hotels.com description is inaccurate. Regular Hotel and restaurant staff do not speak ANY English. Website stated premium room imcludes jetted tubs. However its a regular bathtub no jets. Hotel description page had picture of Currency exchange services and atm on site. However there is no currency exchange services or an atm on site. I cancelled my reservation and still waiting for refund.

Good Service

Good modern hotel, very quiet and clean room. Althought the hotel is about 12km from Shanghai Pudong airport (PVG), but the free shuttle service made a very convenice for us. The to go breakfast was not good.

It’s located in the cluster of local residences. And the driveway to enter the hotel is narrow. It’s not as is advertised close to the airport. In fact, the airport shuttle had to get out of the residential area first in order to get on the highway toward the PVG airport.

Excellent, Beautiful hotel.

It was very new and absolutely sparkling clean! Can not believe that we were in China, near the airport, with less than $85 value per night! Jackson was kind and gentle guy who can speak English only in the hotel. He was very efficient. If the hotel has the direct phone number for English speaking, that will be much nicer to call from the airport for free shuttle bus pick up. Overall, it was fantastic stay. Thanks.

This was good quiet overnight hotel expereince from Pudong airport. Great modern and very spacious room for the international traveler. Good free airport service. Highly recommended, I would stay here again if traveling through Shanghai. The Shanghai free visa for 24-144hrs transit was easy to use.

Disappointed.

Not so good, we reserved a room for 3 people and they only provide for two, we asked for more towels, never got them, the room was cold, no hot water for showers. Breakfast not that good. I knew that I was in China, but their breakfast is more like lunch. I don't think if I have to go there, I won't stay in that hotel.

The rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was substantial. The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful and not much English was spoken.

Apart from door making crashing closed the experience was very positive. Very nice architecture and right on a canal.

Good service

They waited for us, even though we had gone to gate 25 on the first floor instead of the third floor of Terminal 2. Overall good service.

A new world

Lin Yin Art Hotel is a super new, state-of-the-art (digital toilet controls !), unusual hotel. I was given a special family room with stuffed animals which made me very happy. I came to eat breakfast during the last 40 minutes and the buffet was raided, the coffee machine broken, most items were gone and not refilled. So I did not enjoy the breakfast. Staff speaks very little English; communication with Americans is quite difficult.

A large and clean room. Excellent stay. Free shuttle to airport

Great big room with clean and unique style, the beds were extremely comfortable and the twins were an American full/queen size. Great shower and heated toilet seats were added bonus😉 the location was close to the airport and had a great range of breakfast options for breakfast buffet $10. Bring the google translate as most of the staff do not speak English.

The architecture was beautiful and unique. Tons of open concepts wity natural light. No gym or pool and the wifi required downloading we chat and scanning a qr code.

It’s been a beautiful experience with gorgeous sleeping arrangements, excellent service, positive attitudes, and great food!

Dålig service, har inte ens hiss. Vi fick bära alla bagage uppför trappan. Rummet var som ett bastu när vi kom in.

Great service and perfect accomodation. It was my 3rd stay at the Linyin art hotel and it is the same great experience at all time. This hotel is an absolute must if you need accommodation near Pudong Airport.

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen PVG mit dem Taxi , zu bestimmten Zeiten auch mit Shuttle zu erreichen. Ca 30 min. Es liegt etwas abseits, so dass rund um das Hotel nichts unternommen werden kann. Zimmer sehr angenehm und sauber

I would be happy to get an upgrade or something when available.

离机场开车20min左右，有专车接送，真的很方便。员工服务热情，司机热心，设施很不错，总之很愉快的体验

석양질때 너무너무너무 예쁨 인생샷 건짐 깔끔하고 정결한 숙소 로비 딱들어가면 포시즌스 향기가 남 디즈니셔틀버스 있음 하루전에 카운터에 말하면 이용가능/ 전화로 언제까지 나오라고 알려줌..!친절!! 직원들이 정말 친절했다 다시올꺼임 어메니티도 좋았다. 가운없는곳도 꽤 있는데 여긴 다 구비해놓음. 디즈니랜드 가기에 최적의 위치. 시내와는 거리가 상당함(택시로 한시간 소요) 디즈니랜드가기 전 숙소로 추천!!! 정말깔끔하고 이쁨!!

가족들과 동행하기에도 부담스러운 호텔....

푸동 공항 근처라고 찾아갔는데.... 1. 다소 외진 곳인점... 2. 가족 단위 방문객 위주 호텔인 점... 은 다소 저한테 부담이었습니다.....저는 혼자 출장인 상황이었습니다.... 또한 화장실과 샤워실이 투명 유리로 되어 있던데, 저는 가족들 데리고 이런 시설을 굳이 찾아가고 싶지는 않습니다.... 또한 커피 포트가 위는 좁고 아래가 넓은 형태이었는데, 우려대로 커피포트 내부가 너무 불결핬습니다... 청소하기 편한 타입으로 바꿔야 할 것 같습니다....

很普通，設備不好，房間內設計不好

Had a wonderful night stay, even though there was a small problem of the room card, but the service was really good and the people there assisted me warmly straight away, I arrived at the hotel very late, but from the pick up to the first welcome in the lobby, everything was well organized and in place, a hotel I would go back again and strongly recommended.

部屋の中で電波が全く入らなかった。

全体的に普通です。 言葉は中国語オンリーですがこちらの言ってる事を理解しようと頑張ってくれます。 部屋に金庫がないのが× トイレは意外のウォシュレット 駅から遠いのが△ 敷地外に便利屋ってお店(コンビニ)があります。 全体的に綺麗だと思います。

ホテルは中国語or英語。日本語は通じない。スタッフ対応サービスも十分。食事は別棟になるが十分美味しく日本人でも問題なく食べられる味つけ。浦東空港に近く(約12km)便利。周りは地元の普通の生活風景が観れる商店街あり、田畑あり、釣堀り(？)あり。観光地ではなく上海の田舎を楽しむにはお勧め。

숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 분위기가 차분하여 조용히 묵기 좋았습니다 식당도 넓고 조식도 깔끔하게 잘 나와서 나무랄데가 없었네요 직원들도 밝고 응대도 좋았었습니다 다음에도 다시 이용할 예정입니다

部屋が少し暖まりにくかったが、コンクリートばりの部屋だからかと思います。暖房の温度を最大にしてましたが、寒かったです。

wifi 有點慢及不穩定。其他都不錯。 地點有點遠離市區，入住前留意。

言葉が中国語のみでした、

新しい感覚ホテル。当初はすごいと思ったが、色々と不具合が発覚。TVにしろトイレにしろ中国語しか書いてない。せめて英語の説明欲しい。トイレがガラス張りで室内のベッドから丸見え。これって新感覚？ 壁が薄くとなりの音が直接聞こえる。

距離市區很遠，交通極度唔方便，但係酒店環境非常好，客房得大，衛生程度好，員工態度還不錯，整體得滿意，希望日後發展更加好

Hotel de bom custo beneficio próximo ao aeroporto.

Hotel novíssimo, quartos excelentes e bem aconchegantes. O fato negativo foi não aceitar cartão de crédito internacional. A região é bem simples porém está em revitalização. Os arredores do hotel ainda estão sendo finalizados, mas tem previsão de inauguração de bares e restaurantes. Como um hotel próximo do aeroporto, acho que a utilização de cartão de crédito internacional é imprescindível. Se você busca apenas um hotel de estadia rápida em conexão no aeroporto vale a pena. Caso contrário é longe do centro de Shanghai.

El hotel es excelente pero el chofer del shuttle gratuito al aeropuerto me exigió una propina desproporcionada. Me quizo engañar. Deberían despedirlo.

A little on and a little off.

What to write about this hotel... I liked the hotel a lot. But I am still not satisfied, here is why: 1. You can not pay with any creditcard, only cash. This meant that I had to spend 1 hour in a car getting cash (The nearest bank is thirty minutes away). I got a complimentery breakfast, but still, it is not good. 2. The area this hotel is located in is very far from anything. There is no restaurants, nothing. Just what appeared to be a poor place. 3. It is only some of the personnel that speaks English. 4. The TV does not have any channels other than Chinese and the setting on the TV can not be changed to English? 5. As in all other Chinese hotels, the WI-FI is absolutely a disgrace. I understand that there is no access to Google, but the speed is still very below what could be expected. All these things are some that should be basic at every hotel that wants to have foreign guests, but they are completely lacking at this hotel. Some good things. The style of the Hotel is very interesting, I like it a lot. The room is excellent, top of the line, big and with a very comfortable bed. A toilet that has a remote and flushes by it self. The bath was also very good and I really liked the rustic style. The personnel was very friendly, even though most of them did not speak English. Over all, I am a little confused about my stay.

Con pocos cambios podría ser un buen hotel

El hotel está bien en términos generales. Tiene pequeños fallos como no admitir nada más que tarjetas chinas o Cash. Absurdo cuando está junto al aeropuerto internacional de Puvdao. Ojo el transfer es gratis pero el chofer intenta cobrarte 100 yuanes por persona por si cuela

チェックイン時、デポジット支払いの際、中国国内のカートしか使えない。 現金を要求され、持ち合わせがなくかなりもめた挙句日本円で適当なレート計算でデポジットを入れさせられた。 その後、夜中の3時頃おつりを持って来た。
