We had an enjoyable five night stay and it's really convenient for the city centre which is literally a few minutes walk so eating/shopping not a problem. The bus stops we used were about ten mins walk and the nearest Metro stn is about 15-20mins walk. Room was excellent with quiet AC. A couple more mains sockets would have been handy. Room clean and serviced daily. Proprietor was on-site in the morning and she helped with tourist info such as bus routes too. Door entry codes were supplied in advance and when we checked-in no staff were around but that was no problem. We had breakfast off-site so can't comment on supplied food. There is a communal fridge which was handy for cold drinks. All in all, very good stay at this B&B and happy to recommend.

What a wonderful little boutique B&B! We were greeted with friendly faces and helpful suggestions on what to see, where to go and an absolutely amazing recommendation for dinner! The room was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful! I wish we could have stayed longer! The parking garage is conveniently located right below the property and access is less than a block away! It was walking distance to all the historic sights, as well as a short walk to remove yourself from the “tourist” area and emerge in some Spanish culture! Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay!

Grsat stay, would recommended

We loved our stay here. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We were given a warm welcome and it was great having access to a fridge to store some beer and wine. The location was excellent for sightseeing and for restaurants and bars.

It was a very lovely stay. The staff were amazing and very sweet. The room was absolutely beautiful with high ceilings and traditional decor. Our room has a balcony that look right on to a nice street. The best part is the location; it was right in the centre and everywhere you want to visit is walking distance. I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Valencia.

Lovely Apartment.

Me and my Son stayed here for 6 nights during Las Fallas festival 2022, lovely place, very comfortable, they make your beds every day, clean towels if you want them every day. The Juliet balcony overlooks the road but it not noisy, you have use of a communal area which has a kettle, microwave, etc but we didnt use it. I would definitely stay here again.

Viva Valencia

What a lovely place! I stayed for four nights and enjoyed the friendly service and excellent location. Africa, Sander and Sergio all treated me friendly and very helpfully. The room was comfortable and very quiet. There is no parking though but I did not need a car. Public transportation very easy and most places within walking distance

Excellent apart from the noise

I stayed one night at the hotel and thought it was brilliant. The only downside for me was that it was noisy at night and I am a light-sleeper, but if you are not, then it would be perfect.

We loved the location right in the old town you could hear the cathedral bells especially on Palm Sunday 😁 Also it isnt far from the beautiful Turia Park where we walked and cycled. We needed our ear plugs as the traffic is noisy even though we were in el Carme off to the side. Breakfasts were lovely especially the Valencian orange juice n tomato tostada. Africa is a gracious host and really looked after us. She is very helpful and knowledgeable too. Gracias por todos 😙

Excellent place to stay

The room was a reasonable size and very comfortable, and a very reasonable price. The person in charge was friendly and helpful. The B&B is only a couple of minutes' walk from the Cathedral, so very central. There's no street noise.

Renovated historic apartment B&B

Lovely little place just a few metres from one of the historic squares. Easy and welcoming check in, lovely historic room with 2 balconies and ornate ceiling. Modern bathroom, would’ve liked some shampoo and moisturiser. Had breakfast served on one of our balconies. Could’ve left luggage with them if needed after checkout before the flight. Will definitely return if in Valencia again.

A great stay in Valencia.

Lovely large and airy room and ensuite shower room.very clean.Although very close to everything the hotel is in a quiet side turning. Lots of very nice cafe's and restaurants close by. Africa and her staff very welcoming and helpfull nothing too much bother.Tea and coffee always available you help yourself.We loved loved Valencia will definitely be back and would stay here again would recommend this hotel.

Very well design, clean and Central

Amazing small B&B with beautiful design, very clean and close to all attractions. Even though there is no staffs working in some hours, we can contact the owner to her mobile all the times to get information or any assistance. All details regarding check in process was given before our arrival and full and clear information about the city has been provided while checking in.

Cute BnB in downtown Valencia

This is a cute bed and breakfast with really interesting architecture. The location is close to downtown and is a good base to explore. They do have certain hours that the front desk is staffed but they are very good at communicating with guests by email.

Great, central location in Valencia.

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was clean as a whistle. Access was simple. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Perfectly situated, stylish and welcoming

L'Esplai Valencia B&B was really lovely, and perfectly situated in the heart of the old city, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral, all the beautiful old squares, and lots of places to eat and drink. Our room was very spacious and beautifully designed. With its high ceiling and big window it did take a very long time to warm up once we'd turned the heating on, but fortunately there were extra blankets provided. Africa is a very considerate host and even let us keep our room past check out time on our last day (it wasn't booked for that night) so that my boyfriend, who was unwell, could sleep. Breakfast is tasty and generous (though a set menu each day, rather than buffet style), but since it isn't included in the room price I decided to venture out for breakfast on the second day, as there are so many amazing looking pastries on offer in the bakeries nearby. I would definitely recommend L'Esplai Valencia B&B.

Perfecta ubicación y amplio apartamento

Muy cómodo y perfecta la ubicación. Muy limpio, con ascensor grande. Un poco lejos el parking que me recomendaron y un poco frío el baño que no tenía calefacción. El resto perfecto.

Ontvangst door Sergio was zeer gastvrij waarbij we overspoeld werden met tips etc. over wat we waar konden vinden in de stad. (de receptie is niet de gehele dag bezet. We hadden ook een deur-/sleutelcode zodat we hoe dan ook naar binnen konden) Eenmaal in de kamer bleek deze verrassend groot. Net als de aangrenzende badkamer. Alles was zeer schoon!! Ook de ligging in de stad is perfect. Alles in de oude stad op loopafstand. Mochten we ooit weer naar Valencia gaan, weten we al waar we overnachten. Aanrader!!

Una struttura molto carina con appena 6 camere. Molto famigliare e accogliente, sembra di stare a casa. Si può usufruire della colazione, ma a richiesta nel momento che si arriva(costo 8€a persona), o altrimenti la si può fare in qualunque bar. Con Prezzi più bassi(dalle 5alla 6€ per persona). Consiglio per chi no ha molte richieste ma si accontenta di una camera per dormire. Unica pecca e che la televisione ha solo canali spagnoli. Stare attenti per gli orari della reception perché son un po' ristretti.
