Birthday surprise
We booked the hotel as we were visiting the C&J Live for a show. I booked for my girls' birthdays and let the hotel know about it, and they kindly decorated the room for them, leaving juice, sweets, a teddy bear, and a card for each of them, and personally wished them happy birthdays, which I thought was very nice. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel breakfast was good too 😋 I would definitely return.
Good clean room.
Easy check in. Close to pandj arena. Comfortable room. Clean.
Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Aberdeen Airpo
Close to airport so location pefect , room was spotless with all the expected amenities, friendly knowledgable and helful teams on site, really enjoyed my two night stay here. I would certainly return when next in the area. Like most hotels restaurant is basic.
Very close to the airport, although I would definitely not get a taxi from the airport again as it cost me £16.20 and I later found out it was only an eight minute walk away The bed was very comfy. The shower was a Luke warm trickle. The sheets were nice and clean. Overall the bathroom was dated with a cheap toilet seat and definitely not in the luxury category. The restaurant was packed and a queue about 10 people waiting for one guy on the bar to serve us. Overall, the café/restaurant area was not ambient quiet or efficient. It was more like a school canteen. I would definitely try another venue when I come next time.
Close enough to P&J live to walk, clean and friendly hotel
Brilliant place. Good and hospitality
Will stay here again
Nice place, friendly staff, very quiet area
A great family weekend
The entire hotel was very clean just few hair in the bathtub of our room and the neck of the tap at the sink had dirt particles. Breakfast was very good. I'd to give my comment to the staff on duty. I will definitely return and recommend to friends.
Fabulous
Amazing hotel. The staff were so helpful at both check in and out and the room was amazing. So pleased.
good place to stay
Lovely staff, clean and comfortable hotel.
The check in, restaurant and breakfast experience was good. Staff were very nice. Only slight issue at evening meal was a mix up regarding my daughter’s food allergies. The first staff member said he’d checked with the kitchen and confirmed the dish she wanted to eat was free of her allergens. However when the other member of staff put the actual check through the chefs then said that it contained one of the allergens. So she obviously had to change her order and no harm was done. While I am glad this was eventually picked up I do think it would be helpful for the restaurant to have an allergy sheet which lists the allergens in each dish. Lots of restaurants do this and allow customers to double check what is in each dish and make an educated decision about what to select. It also helps with any miscommunication between the customer, the waiting staff and the chef (as happened in our case). There was also no allergen sheet at breakfast and details were passed on verbally - which again made me nervous. But all was fine thankfully. The other issue was regarding noise from the bedroom above ours. There had been a wedding reception in the hotel that night and I can only assume it was party guests having an after party at 4am! After two visits in hotel reception to complain the guests stopped the music but they did continue to clomp about for another hour or so and make further noise. So sadly, despite the very comfortable room it was a sleep interrupted night.
Great place to stay.
Great service from hotel , staff friendly and accommodating . Only thing I would say that our room wasn’t hoovered.
Nice clean, family friendly. Close to airport and good dining options
Extremely spacious
Huge twin room with 2 double beds. Shame we were only there a short time to catch an early flight.
Modern and clean, night audit staff was a but contemptuous
Slight slip in standards
Have stayed here many times . Think standards are slipping slightly. Front desk staff couldn’t find my Hotels.com booking said I booked through Expedia. As a Gold member I was looking forward to my little perks . Just a minor detail which was rectified eventually. Next bar seemed to be totally understaffed still waiting for cutlery for my meal. Plus side all staff were very pleasant
Close to airport
We used a family room for a night due to an early flight the following day. The room was very large, clean, great beds and linen with good facilities. We also had a free shuttle bus service to the terminal. The only thing to make it even better would be somewhere to put cases on - the room was plenty big enough! All in all fantastic value for money! Would absolutely stay here again.
Handy for location, very clean and staff very friendly
Rude staff
The room was big enough, the reception staff were rude in that they never told us not to park in some Parking space until the manager came on the second day, that's when they reported that we've been Parking there since the day before. My kids need water and went to ask for a jug of water but they were so rude to them, they were sent away
All good ...
Great hotel with brilliant rates just a 10min walk from the airport. Breakfast was great too.
Good and Bad!
I stayed here for the 2nd time while attending a swim competition in Aberdeen with my 12 year old son. We enjoyed our first stay and found the hotel really comfortable. On this occasion, we were initially allocated a room in a really noisy part of the hotel. Since we just wanted to sleep, I asked reception for a quieter room, and was allocated one straight away without any hassle. This room was very comfortable and peaceful, so that was excellent. Great tea and coffee facilities in the room along with bottled water. I’m not sure what was going on with the shower, but it didn’t seem to work. No time to complain about that, so used the bath instead, which filled super quick. We ate dinner in the restaurant, I found my meal to be unacceptable (and I’m not usually one to complain) but the hotel graciously didn’t not charge for it. The breakfast was good, something for everyone. If you’re thinking about parking a nice car there, be aware that the spaces are really narrow! I found one of the few spaces left in the car park and could hardly open my doors to get out. Ended up parking in a non space! The staff at the hotel are excellent, the beds are super comfortable, but there were those issues that let the stay there down. I guess if I stayed there again, I’d ask for a quiet room.
The staff went above and beyond for my friends birthday, it was a lovely addition. Nothing was too much for them. Room was spacious & clean. Not far from TECA either.
Wednesday night A
Ok, receptionist on arrival not very friendly. Breakfast basic. Room reasonable.
Enjoy stating here. Nice quiet area
Enjoyed our stay
I had a nice stay with my daughter and granddaughter, lovely spacious room and great breakfast plenty choice the only downside the room was to hot couldn't find a control to turn down or off , did not know it was on the headboard till morning when we were told at reception on checking out, not a clear place to have it.
Between flights
Very short stay but very comfortable
Good for airport
Great location for early flight from ABZ
Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location. easy commute to main city.
comfortable beds
Big room and very comfortable beds
Good stay.
Overnight stay for an event in Aberdeen the following day. The hotel was great, I’d recommend it and definitely use it again.
Good location
We enjoyed our stay. Room was comfy and clean. Kids loved watching rabbits from windows.
Beautiful hotel, easy access to Aberdeen city centre. Very friendly staff / very polite, welcoming and highly efficient.
Really good hotel for transit off to work.
Great short stay
Great stay for two nights with the family, as a base to travel the area. Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, and good food with plenty of choice.
Klm
Another amazing stay. Flight came in late. Didn't get to sleep for long but it felt like a good long sleep. Breakfast was good. Lesley was brilliant she speaks to every guest. Makes us all feel so welcome.
Excellent Hotel and Staff and Location the Room is the perfect and the nicest Hotel We have stayed in. We have Health Issues and from when We Checked in at Reception and throughout Our Stay We were treated in a very good way and other Guests said the same.Thank You
Good value hotel near the P&J and Aberdeen airport
Great value hotel within easy distance of the P&J , they even put on a coach to take us to and from our show! Good rooms and a good price!
The hotel is walking distance from the airport and is clean and comfortable
One night access to conference centre for show.
Only one night but ideally situated for the conference centre..25 min walk away. Only hiccup was going to wrong Leonardo hotel...its just across the road...was a bit of a pain..but was a lovely day..id have been a bit more anniyed had it been a wet day. Otherwise a lovely stay.
Clean and comfortable,
Very convenient for pre flight stay , the restaurant food was excellent, would stay again
Hotel staff very friendly. Room was immaculate. Buffet breakfast was very good Great location for the P&J concert hall
Lovely
Lovely hotel would stay again
Best hotel stayed at in scotland. Convenient for the comic con event i went to Prices of food are steap and expensive for drinks in the bar
.
Couldn’t find my booking so ended up sat waiting for over an hour, for them to phone about it, not offered a drink and was just in after a long flight.
Great hotel and staff only issue freezing cold showers
Klm76
Fantastic place to stay. Always makes you welcome. Good value for money.
A comfortable overnight.
A comfortable overnight stay. Room was spacious and clean. Thank you for the soft drink and sweets awaiting me on arrival. I like a little treat.
Rubbish
Dreadful having to pay for hotel parking when it is their own room freezing bathroom not great smell when in like strut aerosol cause sneezing seen better rooms in travel lodge !! Could hear every noise from surrounding rooms voices toilets flush etc fire alarm set off during night / early morning not sleep for before a biG Fashion even wound use that chain again bad standard overprice for what get
Good customer service
Would definitely use again
We used the park and fly facility. Check in was smooth and staff helpful.
Stayed overnight for an event at PJ Live. Used bar with great service and friendly staff Paid for buffet breakfast Good selection and helpful staff
Clean hotel with big bedrooms, comfy bed. Only downside was the breakfast, not much choice, they decided to do order service instead of buffet.
Check in was very smooth, the staff were amazing. Hotel room was beautiful and big.
Nice and quiet overnight stay. Quite alot of mess in accommodation corridors following, what may have been a wedding the previous night.
location what i did not like was the hot water was only luke warm.
Not up to standard
Arrived at 3am after delayed flight to find our wash hand basin had a huge crack which couldn’t possibly be cleaned properly. Too tired to ask for room change but believe this room should never have been let out. Double bed was small not the usual queen or king most hotels have despite being told it was a Superior room.
Clean, modern and comfortable
Really nice hotel near to the airport. Very clean and modern, room a 'Jurys Inn' room, you know what you will get, very clean and comfortable. Nice food in the restaurant, but I didn't receive the 20% discount that I should have been offered at check-in as a 'Silver' member, which I hadn't realised at the time.
Fantastic Customer Service
Despite there being a large wedding party on the night we booked, we were made to feel like the only guests at the hotel. From receptionist to bar staff, the service couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. In particular we'd like to extend our huge thanks to Victoria, who looked after us in the bar/restaurant. She was so genuinely lovely and bent over backwards to help cater for dietary requirements with a big smile & warm heart. Our room was perfect and comfortable & great value, and although it was a flying visit would definitely be booking again in future.
Excellent stay. Great situation for airport
London visit o ernight stay before flight.
All good, food & service in dining room was of excellent standard. For an airport hotel can’t say enough about our food. Superb
Lovely weekend in Aberdeen.
We stayed 2 nights. It was great. The best thing was, that my son has special needs, he does not eat any food from outside, we always carry food for him. They let us use their fridge and warmed it when we asked. Beautiful views, very close to the airport, nice reception and restaurant area. Liked the gym facility and outside area. The only downside is paid parking and it's £4 per day for overnight staying guests. £2.50 should be perfect.
Poor Quality for Jurys Inn
Rooms are good, But very hot. They are facing the road and the noise from the junction is very loud. Bathroom is outdated with a bathtub/shower. Shower is slippy, unsafe and water pressure is embarrassing. Car Park is £4.00 for overnight parking. Very busy though. Restaurant is very expensive for terrible food and staff were unhelpful. Do not get the chicken wings. The Restaurant is very hot, no air conditioning and you cannot eat outside. The fire alarm went off early in the morning because people arent smart enough to work the toaster. No announcement was made to guests whether to go outside the assembly point or if it was a false alarm.
Everything was clean and it is super convenient for the airport.
Airport parking, walkable to airport also
Good location for airport
Good location for airport as short walk but unfortunately not covered. Nice breakfast and large comfortable room.
Ok for the price. Bathroom really small. Staff friendly. £4 per night parking charge!
Cheeky Chappie Neil went the extra mile
Good location near airport, shuttle bus to terminal, contact reception for times. Good food, great staff, will return on my next visit to Scotland
A friends wedding
Requested an Accessible disabled room got room on ground floor but not really suitable for a wheelchair that apart room okay
.
Lovely clean big spacious rooms. Staff friendly
Close to the airport
Suited our group
Hotel was lovely, no faults. Clean, friendly, well serviced and great location for what we needed. Free milkshake for the kids was a bonus and a nice touch along with cookies in our rooms also. Didn’t realise there was a fee for parking per night, even though it was £4, when there was a couple of cars and for a couple of nights it does add up! Parking should be free for people staying at the hotel, it’s expensive enough
Clean and comfortable
Easy access to airport, clean and updated rooms. Exactly what we needed to catch a very early flight in the morning.
Well maintained
I found staff at reception cold, looked miserable , Clare head reception on 4.04 swore at me when i asked a question . i had to ask her , did you just swear ...she claimed it wasnt directed at me. Domestic staff were friendly as well as in breakfast area. Rooms very clean morden , impresses by lobby with a fireplace. Unlike other hotels that behind covid they clean your room , simply leave a notice. An iron in my room was a bonus. Cabs easily accessible and bus 727 to the airport or city centre just outside. Breakfast was ok, saw chef checking temperatures which was good.
Overnight Airport Stay
Overnight stay before early flight. Great room, spacious and very clean. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
all good
Quick stop between flights, have used it a few times for that. 5 minutes' walk to airport. Quite for a good rest as usual, breakfast under restrictions solved nicely. One thing that bugged me this time is that the bed "moves". So I like to sit up on the bed and read a bit before falling asleep. The bed is on rollers, so when I tried to sit up, the whole bed slid across the room. I jammed a pillow against the wheels on the foot end and that fixed it, but it took me a while to figure that out. Pretty sure I'm not the only person who sits up on their bed. Maybe a break can be applied to the bed rollers once it's positioned?
Below average
Bad points: Shower was terrible, still using a shower curtain, also the shower head was one of those low flow head, absolute garbage as its a fine mist that comes from the head, i just gave up using it. The receptionist looked miserable and unfriendly. Good points: hotel and rooms were clean, other staff were freindly and breakfast good. Probable wouldn't stay here again unless i had too, lots of other better hotels to stay in Aberdeen within the same price range.
I received a large and comfortable room on the ground floor (convenient when travelling with a large suitcase). The receptionist was efficient and friendly. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the airport, which was convenient for a 6am snowy departure!
covid testing point.
the hotel is being used as a covid testing station, i would never have stayed there knowing it was being used for covid testing.
Weekend away
Excellent customer care from friendly staff. Room ideal except for the hot water first thing in the morning. I wanted a shower about 7am, but the water was barely lukewarm. It didn’t get hot till about 8ish. Breakfast was lovely, with an excellent choice.
Could have had a softer pillow
All excellent
Staff excellent hotel clean and very friendly staff
Great hotel friendly and helpful staff stayed hotel before and will stay here nxt time in Aberdeen
Hotel was ideal for a night at p and j live
Fantastic hotel for solo / business travellers
I always stay at Jurys when heading offshore. Fantastic service from all the staff, they even cater for gluten intolerance within the restaurant now. The beds are really comfortable and I had a great night sleep.
Nice stay
Nice hotel, good food and very clean and comfortable. Would recommend
Good value for money
Friendly staff at reception. Pleasant stay.
Property was average but bar and food choices were limited and what we could have to eat was awful
Weekend business trip.
Really resented having to pay for on-site parking as a resident, even if it was only £3.
Food
Breakfast is definitely not worth the money. I wanted porridge and I goy a pot of instant. If offered on the menu should it not be the real macoy?
Good option if you're looking for a hotel with a gym near the airport. Staff were a bit rude and dismissive. Parking is an additional £3 via a chip service, so going in and out is a bit difficult for those dining outside of the hotel. OK for the price you pay.

Pleasant stay
Excellent stay, hotel provided a wheelchair for my elderly mother to get about easier Helpful and polite staff, easy check in. Rooms in good general condition, restaurant pleasant and food reasonably priced.
