The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent.
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Jerusalem - very close to the old city
Comfortable hotel, great location
Really good location easy to access all areas (with just a short walk to the light rail stop and to the Old City), very helpful and friendly staff and great buffet breakfast. We stayed in an executive room - the size and layout was fantastic, very comfortable and well designed.
Staff was outgoing to help us Very nice decent rooms ,clean
Poor breakfast and very poor customer service
Disappointed
Breakfast was terrible, and no service at all. It is not clean, and you can see that maintenance is not good as well
One of the best hotels in Jerusalem
The hotel is best located, few minutes from Jerusalem's main road and the public transportation. The room is very comfortable and breakfast is splendid. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this facility.
Old
Great Stay!
Great stay!
Great location in a quiet spot
An amazing location. This hotel is in a tranquil cove within 10 minutes walking of everything. The food is outstanding and the accomodations wonderful. I’ll definitely be backb
This property was just average. The one man who worked there was great. The rest, not really. Not very friendly. Seemed inconvenienced by our stay. No amenities except a small gym. Nothing great. Look at other properties.
Good stay overall. Great service from staff. Breakfast buffet was good enough but I’ve had better in Israel. Very comfy bed.
Great hotel I Jerusalem
Excellent hotel with great service and great big rooms. Staff very accommodating and understanding. Highly recommended
Beautiful stay and great location! Highly recommended!
clean and relex
Friendly staffs, close to restaurants and shops, good location!
Ok
Great hotel with a great location
This is my 2nd stay here and it was just as good as the first. The staff is very helpful. The room is well-appointed, The Breakfast buffet was great!. They provided bottles of water each day at no charge. The location could not be better for being in the center of Jerusalem. Rehov Yaffa is 2 blocks away, the Old City about a 15 min walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Delighted with property. Friendly staff. Excellent location for both Old City and bus and light rail transport. Clean quiet room. Breakfast was excellent.
Good for the most part
The room was great, the food was delicious and the staff were nice. We did have issues with parking every single night, which was a pain (we had to call the front desk to get them to open the gate). Also, my shower did leak the last day I stayed which caused water to leak onto the floor of the bedroom area. The front desk guy didn't seem too concerned when I told him (as I was checking out).
Great choice in JLM
We stayed for 2 nights as a couple and it was a great experience, better than expected. Hotel's location is definitely a huge plus, very close to the Old Town as well as markets / shopping / food on Jaffa St. Having (paid) on-site parking was very convenient too. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices and good service. We arrived on Shabbat, but we were able to check in before sunset with a very short wait for room to be cleaned up. Room was not very large but adequate for 2 people for a short stay. Having balcony was a good bonus, especially if you smoke. And free Nespresso in the room as well as unlimited coffee and tea at the lobby were nice additions. It is not necessarily a cheap choice but given the price point, we would certainly stay here again when we visit JLM and highly recommend this hotel.
The room was not what we expected but the breakfast is top notch.
Amazing breakfast. Very comfortable bed and bedding.
Hotel is nice but overpriced
The hotel is not cheap so my expectations were high. The room wasn't clean enough. Neither the walls nor the fingerprints on the closet. One of the pillows should have replaced months ago. Shower head needs cleaning so the water go down like expected Service was very good Breakfast was very good and rich
Comfortable hotel in a great location, close to old town Jerusalem . Only negative was the front desk staff, unhelpful and unfriendly.
I liked the breakfast. I didn't like being charged VAT when not being israeli.
Very nice, comfortable, quality hotel, well-located and in clean, modern surrounds. Quality and satisfying breakfast buffet. I will definitely return.
Good location for my needs
Great place, great attention by the staff, great location and great breakfast. Very recommended
Over all this hotel is right in the middle of everything. Short walk to all the hot spots.
We loved both the hotel itself and where it was located. The rooms were very comfortable and well designed, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, and we could walk to every place we wanted to go.
Staff was great. Rooms were so nice, very clean, came with a nice bottle of wine and some sweets as well as waters and more. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and stay again in the future!
There was no kleenex tissues in the room and some of the towels and sheets were dirty or were bedraggled. Food was good, but the head waiter argued with the other waiters in front of everybody,
Perfect stay
Excellent hotel Very good breakfast Friendly staff everywhere
Room well appointed Staff pleasant and helpful. Generous Israeli breakfast with a large variety of dishes. The hotel is very well situated in the centre of Jerusalem- near shops, transport and restaurants and the Old City is a 10-15 walk.
Room was nice and staff was very friendly and helpful
Dirty rooms, uncomfortable stay. Not recommend, we are so disappointed.
Great
It was great
Really nice
מומלץ מאוד
מלון קטן ומקסים, נקי ומפנק. מיקום בתוך מרכז העיר, מאוד נוח לטיול רגלי. קרוב לכל מקום
Buen tamaño de las habitaciones y buena ubicación
Very nice hotel. Clean room. Coffee maker in the room and in the -1floor. Very good breakfast. The parking not far away from a hotel, 80 nis for a day.
מלון נקי. שירות מהמם אין ספק שנחזור תודה על הפינוק ליום הולדת
very basic hotel
over priced. Ok hotel all was medium. rooms are poorly planed. Very clean
Good location. nice and clean.
No problem with late check in, well priced for location, free parking and breakfast great benefit
Property was great,
Clean and inviting hotel with very comfortable beds. Excellent location!! About 2 blocks from many shops and restaurants and 10 minute walk to the Old City. Staff was very polite and always happy to help with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here if I visit Jerusalem again.
Quiet, clean, comfortable hotel with good access to old Jerusalem. Good breakfast, but only serves another meal, supper, on Friday due to Sabbath closure of nearby restaurants. These are numerous and various.
Service was very slow. Shower was broken.
This hotel was in a great location. It was 2 blocks away from a magical world of small, windy streets, most of them closed to traffic, filled with cafes, restaurants and shops. It was also central to most of the sights. The room was comfortable. There was a library and a lounge with beverages and cookies to relax in outside of your room. The breakfast was a huge buffet filled with Israeli breakfast foods as well as a multitude of other choices.
Location is what you are buying.Room was “adequate “.Small. Check in was easy but desk person failed to give preprinted directions . Went down to get it so could get WiFi. Usually 1 person at desk multitasking.Handle your own bags.If early they will hold your bags and also Hold after checkout. Helpful for cab service.
It’s very good Hotel I will came back I highly recommend
Expect problems
There are some very bad things to say: 1. when we got there, the toilet water was leaking on the floor. When asked to fix it, they just shut it off so we had no working toilet and then left it that way. This wasn't the middle of the night, this was in the afternoon on a weekday!!! When asked, they said they would fix it the next day!?!? 2. They didn't. They turned it back on, but then water was all over the floor again the next morning!! -We found this out when someone slipped at 6 in the morning in the bathroom and hit something on the way down. 3. The auto-rising gates for the carports worked less than 25% of the time for us - and some seem to be hanging dangerously. When asked about it, the front staff told me that I couldn't see because he knows it works. I just want to park my car, I'm am not trying to win an argument on the value of your system overall! Positives 4. I will say that some of the staff were very nice to us. Particularly the waiting staff at the restaurant, and one of the receptionists.
Excellent stay
The best
Very good
Very good!
very good location, amazing breakfast
No wifi service in room... didnt clean the room even when the light to clean it was on
very good
The hotel is very cozy, not so suitable for staying with children The cleaning needed improvement, there was quite a bit of dust in the coffee machine area. Very few parking spaces and most of the time everyone is occupied so we had to pay quite a bit for parking in the area Overall it was very good
Great hotel, clean, spacious, and tidy, breakfast is fabulous, location is quite good.
Great boutique hotel in the heart of the city
Very nice modern boutique hotel just a couple of minutes walking distance from the main street with all the shops and restaurants. We've stayed here before, and we'll stay here again. Great breakfast.
Excellent service, location and condition of hotel
100
perfect
Fabulous breakfast buffet. Rooms are a decent size.
The location was excellent.5 mins walk from Jaffa st and 15 mins walk to old city. The hotel was to be blunt dirty.Hallways never vacuumed.Lobby downstairs the same.Housekeeping very poor with the bare minimum done.Breakfast staff not really interested.Rooms very noisy due to construction site next door. Will not stay here again.
Best location and great hotel!
This hotel is wonderful! It’s in a perfect location for walking to The Old City, Jaffa Gate, Jaffa St and Machane Yehuda. It’s close to everything...actually one block from shops and restaurants but yet it’s quiet and peaceful. I would stay here anytime.
מצויין
הגענו זוג לחגוג יום האהבה , היה שירות מקסים ודואג .
Good location in a quiet street. Underground garage. Easily walkable to Jaffe or Damascus Gates. Free lounge with coffee, water, fruits and snacks. Staff are also very attentive.
Was an awesome stay. Staff was so nice and welcoming. Was easy to deal with and always had smiles on their faces. The location is awesome. Just minutes away from yaffo. Really truly a extraordinary hotel.
Room was cozy, nice design, got fridge, espresso machine, nice view to the street, lovely decor in the hotel, smells gorgeous, breakfast amazing. And so was the reception and all staff. Honestly kind
We stayed on the 2nd floor which included a little balcony. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There was construction going on in the back of the hotel (where our balcony was facing) so there was construction noise in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean (the rug on our room was slightly stained) but everything else was clean. Very convenient location, walking distance to everything (15 min to Jaffa Gate, shopping, etc.). Would definitely stay here again.
Amazing hotel and great rooms. Best location so close to walk to everything! Nespresso in rooms!
Nice rooms
