Ok room hard work getting in

The room was ok. Dreadful place to find and hard work getting in via a what’s app service centre.

Everything was ok just to remark that there is no elevator

Location, location, location !!! This is probably one of the best locations in Madrid. Everything is walkable distance: la gran via, museums, shopping, restaurants, metro, bus stations, etc. Extremely convenient, clean, cozy, and comfortable, I'd stay here any time.

If you don't like stairs or full-size beds, this one is not for you. The location is great, not far from Palacio Real and other places. The rooms were clean, but trash was not collected during the 4-day stay.

Description is a little off. Maybe instead of a double bed they should say it one bed for 2. A little desceptive and definitely too small for 2 people. One person max for this room

Squeeky clean, great value. Have no reception, so it's an online checkin on phone, they really need to improve the door access and timing of the doors, very difficult to get in with luggage.

Great clean and quiet place, only thing is getting in as there is no staff, how to get the buzzer working, and had hot water issues on two occasions.

The room was very small. Third floor without an elevator.

Cosy place to stay central to everything

One minute from Tribunal metro station. Lots of bars, cafes and shops on door step. Room very clean. Bed so comfy. Powerful shower. Air conditioned. Would go back. Cudnt find at first as not well signposted but it’s next to the tattoo shop. Kebab shop at end of road is delicious.

The password provided to join the WiFi network never work.

Really difficult check in process. A WhatsApp message was sent just as we arrived but the place is very hard to find - the address was only given to us as we got to the general area. Entering the building is impossible. There is a series of bells to ring and time the automatic opening of the two interior doors to the apartment block but this took multiple attempts to work. Others staying there had the same issue. It involved numerous messages and attempts to get in, I think it’s a person on the bell who lets you in but honestly we tried 10 times to enter - super frustrating. Once you are in the rooms and space is great- basic, modern, clean and adequate despite being very small. Shame about getting into the building! Also if you struggle with stairs, there’s a lot in this building.

(almost) perfect

Hot water stopped working on last morning there but other than that it was perfect. Great location and lovely room.

Very small room perfect for a one night stay. Don’t panic if you don’t get the access code emailed to you 24 hours before your stay. We got ours 15 minutes before the 2 pm checkin time on the day of our stay. Be sure to follow instructions in the earlier virtual checkin email and send your identification information before your stay. There is no front desk and staff at this hotel.

Madrid vacation

A bit apprehensive when we arrived at address but easy instructions and on entry to room was some what surprised for a 1star hostal the room was very well decorated with Tv the bed was first class with full memory foam mattress very comfortable sleep and bath room with walkin show was also first class overall it was far better than most 3 star hotels that we have stayed in

Not all stays at same place are the same

On a prior stay we had a reasonable size room with a bed we could walk around … this stay, at the same billing rate, we had a much smaller room with a bed butted up against the wall and a table at the end of the bed which made it difficult to use the bathroom in the night without disturbing my partner. I’m ok with climbing 3 floors to get to the room but not all travelers would be. I figured out the digital check in but think there may be travelers who would struggle with that as well. On my last stay, I noticed only the occasional noise but this stay i heard a lot of noise and think that some of the rooms are better sound insulated.

Pequeño y agua fría

Sehr schwierig die Haustüre zu öffnen (hatte vom Vermieter nur hinweismail auf Spanisch bekommen, Passanten mussten mir helfen diese zu übersetzen) Keine Rezeption ( Empfang) vor Ort, sondern alles Online. Türöffner musst 10 Sekunden gedrückt werden bis sich Türe geöffnet hat. Alles andere war komplikationslos und gut.

El Check in tuve problemas con el boton 3 izg del portal llamo y me dijo que insistiera me quede 5min intentando abrir la puerta. No habia otra solución. Es un tercero sin ascensor , la habitación es para 1 persona

A good "do it yourself" hotel

A basic "do it yourself" hotel, no reception with staff only available via WhatsApp. A bit complicated check in procedure, but the staff on the other end of WhatsApp was helpful. Very small rooms but clean and ok standard, very quiet inside even though the street outside is noisy. Overall worth the money for a few nights downtown.

Muy buena ubicación, pero poco limpio y lo mas importante, no había agua caliente por la mañana, cuando le comentamos a la propietaria su respuesta es: esperar un poco a que vuelva a salir. Por muy buena ubicación que tenga, no lo recomiendo.

El cuarto esta muy limpio, me sorprendió bastante con la limpieza, es muy muy pequeño, y el único detalle es que no es un hotel como tal, es un hostal con cuartos independientes, en un 3er piso entonces si llevas maletas grandes o pesadas va a ser difícil, el baño muy limpio también pero muy pequeño personas de talla grande probablemente tengan dificultad para entrar, para mi estuvo ideal, un barrio tranquilo y seguro a primera vjsta puede no parecer muy amigable pero llegabamos 12 o 1 de la mañana sin problema mucha vida nocturna en los alrededores y no por eso ruidoso, otro detalle es que los muros son delgados no puedes hacer mucho ruido o si alguien mas hace ruido de va a oir, la atención muy rápida y atenta al acceso,

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Limpio y precio asequible, para pasar una noche no está mal. Las camas son demasiado pequeñas para dos personas, creo que no son ni de 135cm de ancho…

Good value for money

Everything worked perfectly. It's weird that there's no reception and you actually don't speak to anyone to enter the hotel, but I understand it's a new concept. The room was good and clean, and they sent me WhatsApp messages asking if we'd like room cleaning every morning. The location is also very good and within walking distance of the main attractions of Madrid. Because there's no reception, it's not possible to leave the luggage for some time after check-out. It would be great if they could consider some way to improve this.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, limpio y familiar

Muy buena atención y limpieza. La ubicación tranquila y cerca del metro. Sugerencia deben colocar una persiana Black Out en el cuarto para que no entre claridad y se pueda dormir mejor, y aunque no es ningun impedimento, si es complicado subir con maletas al no haber ascensor.

Estupendo pero con cosas a tener en cuenta

El alojamiento en sí estupendo, buena ubicación y muy limpio. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que aunque se vende como habitación doble es una cama de 135, que es doble pero de las pequeñas. Y también que al no poseer recepción ni personal alli no hay opción de que te guarden maletas en consigna antes de entrar o al terminar la reserva.

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia, pero se escuchan todos los sonidos de los demás cuartos. No revise bien la descripción para saber que no tiene elevador, esta en un tercer piso y es complicado con maletas grandes.

Das Hostal liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Im Bad ist ein Fön vorhanden. Hier bekommt man für kleines Geld, eine tolle Unterkunft. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit: Wenn die Reinigungskraft auf dem Flur oder die anderen Zimmer sauber macht und saugt, hört man das. Mich hat es nicht gestört, weil ich Ohropax nutze. Ganz klare weiter Empfehlung!

Der Kontakt ist gut. Eventuell kann der Vermieter nochmal genau alles erklären. Wo man klingeln soll und eine Telefonnummer hinterlassen, wo man sofort jemand erreichen kann, der den Gast sofort helfen kann. Die Lage ist zentral und gut. Fenster mit Blick zur nächsten Hauswand. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Es gab vereinzelt Haare von den vorherigen Mieter. Am ersten Tag gab es keinen Warmwasser. Mir wurde angeboten wo anders zu übernachten, welches ich abgelehnt hatte. Am Folgetag wurde das Problem behoben. Top. Danke
