Food was great and very similar to the Le Blanc in Cancun. The "butler service" was terrible and the number one thing that dimmed the light on our wedding anniversary and my birthday.

Staff was outstanding. Very clean. Firework shows, lots of activities.

Our waiter Diego in the Blanc restaurant was fantastic. Our butlers Cesar & Carlos were also amazing. The hotel & food is amazing. Lot's of whale watching & Manta Rays jumping. The VIP bonus is a bit of a joke and I got tired of the upsell at the check in & check out.

The staff and butlers were very accommodating, friendly, and kind. The room and amenities were top notch, clean, and modern. The food was excellent. The only negatives were the live music by the pools was too loud (not relaxing) and the two hot tubs were not working a couple of the days - only warm at best. This vacation was a real treat over the holidays!

I would never book a luxury resort through Expedia again after this experience. When you see the listing for this place, every room has on its details page some kind of resort credit, as it did when I booked. I went with several friends many of whom also booked on Expedia. Despite the room details at booking referencing the resort and spa credit, none of us received it. The resort refused to honor it and bandied it back and forth with the resort who also refused to honor it. The bad joke of it was that the credits are so baked into the infl*ted pr*ce that it’s always included wherever you book (like here), so staff were constantly mentioning, hey you could use your credit for this or that, except none of us actually got that benefit, so that stung. I plan on filing consumer protection complaints. Book directly with resorts, folks!

Last time I will visit this hotel. The pushiness of the staff trying to get me to sit through a 30 minute lunch in order to sell membership was way too much. I’m not a sensitive person however it was VERY pushy. I got over it fast however as I was checking out they cornered me again only to start pushing with cynical “used car salesman” closes. All other staff was nice and service was adequate. Do not visit this place unless you want to be cornered to sit through constant sales pitches on a subscription based membership.

This property is wonderful for a quick getaway. Everything you need is available on the property. The food is fantastic. Beware of them trying to upsell you upon arrival and checkout. However other than that,the stay was exceptional.

Leblanc Resort is truly the BEST all adult resort that I have ever visited. This was my first time traveling to Cabo so I researched and read lots of reviews and choose Leblanc Resort to celebrate my 50th bday. We had the most amazing time. First, the butler service was awesome. The room service awesome, The food choices were all just phenomenal ex. “Oceans Restaurant for lunch is very good. The Blanc seafood/steakhouse for dinner was so good. My favorite was Hibibi’s for lunch, the food at Hibibi’s blow us away. The comfort of the beds, the resort is extremely clean and the Spa the Spa is a most. The pools are very relaxing. You just have to go and experience the place. You will fall in Love, I will be going back to visit very soon. Thanks Leblanc for making my 50th birthday so special and memorable.

The food was top tier. Staff was great for the most part. They hound you to sign up for the time share they have. At check in, during a presentation and at check out! After you decline, they ask again and again and again. Like OMG, I just want to relax. The pressure is crazy

The one thing I enjoyed was their spa. It is really amazing. Their hydrotherapy is complementary and it was amazing. After a night of drinking it does the body well. The food is good and the restaurants were beautiful. My only complaint of this resort is the sales team. When you arrive they try to sign you up to their stupid meeting and try to entice you with all these credits. All I wanted to do is go to my room and relax. If I don't go and look for you than I'm not interested. The lady wouldnt take no for an answer and I was getting annoyed. Also the credits they give you are deceiving. The credits don't cover most things and I needed to pay out of pocket. I have a pet peeve with the read the fine print tactics. It makes your business come off shady and it's a turn off. So when you go be prepared to wait another hour to go to your room because they have these nagging salespeople

Le Blanc is truly a wonderful resort for adults. The staff is incredible and friendly and go out of their way for their guests. The food is great, drinks are refreshing! The one thing i would be picky about is the ocean. The tides are too strong and big and unable to swim in it.

The staff is incredible and very attentive. Jesus our butler and Elvis in the restaurant are worth a high mention given their above and beyond service. If I had to criticize one thing it would be the upselling/marketing talks…a turnoff at a pricey resort where I assume most folks are trying to escape.

First class from the moment you step out of the airport. After a short ride in a luxury suv you embark on a beautiful gated resort with absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean. Rooms were just as amazing w/plenty room amenities. Each room has a dedicated butler that can help you with almost any request. Bottom line, Le Blanc is worth every peso!

Best vacay

This is the best all inclusive resort I have stayed in and I have stayed in many over the years. It truly was a 5 star experience once you walk in the door. The customer service was phenomenal. The food was A1 and I’m a foodie at heart. I ate to my heart desires, I suggest you have breakfast at Ocean and Habibi. The French toast at habibi is a must have and the oat pancakes at Ocean. For lunch Blanc has great options. Dinner at Yama and Blanc were our top fav. We felt spiky and pampered throughout our stay. They literally clean your room round the clock and lay your bed every time you step out. They also always place dessert on your nightstand at bedtime and have a turndown service with nice aromatherapy once you get back from dinner. The spa was great as well, we loved our massages and the hydrotherapy was phenomenal We can’t wait to try some of their other properties. If you are contemplating booking just go for it was honestly worth the money and you will not regret it.

I am not sure what I expected of Le Blanc but it certainly exceeded that. This place is absolutely clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind with top tier service. The room and views were incredible. The food is delicious and I loved that there were multiple options. Downloading the app made everything super convenient and easy to plan activities and reservations. My butlers were wonderful and customized everything to my liking, in and out of my room. My experience was phenomenal and I plan to be back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We had the most wonderful stay at Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos. I have been to many 5 star resorts and this one is the best! Special thanks to Alexis, Beatriz and Alejandra for taking such wonderful care of us. The spa, employees and food were all excellent! Great all-inclusive experience! This property is beautiful and up to date, the food is excellent, the staff are awesome, and the pool areas perfect. No shortage of umbrellas, staff are constantly checking on what you need. Every floor of rooms has a dedicated butler who take care of everything you could possibly ask. This all-inclusive model is the best I’ve ever experienced (way better than Sandals, for example). All the staff seem genuinely happy and eager to please, so obviously a well-run organization with a good corporate culture. We previously stayed at the Le Blanc in Cancun and had a great time even though it rained the entire time! So that says a lot about this chain. Will absolutely go back to any of their resorts (I understand there are plans for one in Turks and Caicos).

We have stayed at other all inclusive resorts in Cabo and this resort is hands down the best one we have stayed at! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff are very friendly and they go out of their way to assist you. We were very impressed with the butler service which is available from 7 am until 11 pm. They helped us book our dinner reservations, brought aromatherapy to our room, arranged waters and sodas to be delivered and were super helpful. We really enjoyed the variety of food at the restaurants- including Italian, Japanese, French, Lebanese and also a restaurant by the ocean which serves a fabulous breakfast and lunch. Cocktails by the pool were great too!! We also really enjoyed the variety of nightly entertainment including musicians and a rock band. We loved it so much we cannot wait to come back!!

Amazing and beautiful resort staff was great and food was delicious the only bad thing about it was that it was very hard to find a good spot to rest in pool area because some guest wake up at 5 in the morning to put their belongings there to return at noon and the worst part is that staff allows them to do this. I was there for 4 days and one day I went down at 8:30 am to look for a spot by the beach pool and all of them were taken by that time even though the place was empty. It is ridiculous and it is a shame of such a nice resort I hope they can fix this issue

Después de hacer check in nos pasaron con una señora que nos ofreció tomar un desayuno para ofrecernos ser socios del hotel y nos ofrecía un crédito para ir al desayuno, le dije que no y siguió insistiendo y dijo que aumentaría el crédito para que fuéramos, me negué a ir diciéndole que no me gustaban los tiempos compartidos y después se molestó y cada vez que pasaba por su escritorio yo le saludaba ella se volteaba para otro lado. El asunto aquí es que si vas de vacaciones no te tienen que exigir nada, ni quitarte tu tiempo. El hotel está bien pero le falta más ambiente, está muy aburrido y en realidad está caro para el servicio que dan, la comida dos tres. Y no todo es gratis las mejores bebidas las cobran así como la comida.

Impeccable stay! Loved everything about it.

Exceptional experience! The staff was amazing, the room was stunning, the grounds are beautifully well kept. We ate at every single restaurant and each one was so unique with different foods and styles. Truly felt like royalty with the butlers and maid services. We communicated with them all day through the app or text and request reservations, treats to the room, and small decorations inside the room for our birthdays. Every day there was different entertainment at multiple bars throughout the resort. My friends stayed at the Cancun location and had a very similar experience. We will be coming back and trying their other properties!

This place is dope a&& f$$$(amazing). If you want to go on a relaxing effortless vacation this is a great choice! Their service is great! Due to it being all inclusive , I was iffy about how the cocktails were gonna be. But they were actually great . The butler service is amazing. They do almost everything for you. The spa is amazing and a must. One thing that caught me off guard a little, was that on multiple occasion you would have the staff try to sale you on some stuff. Mostly when you first arrive and when you leave, but hear them out . Some of the things they offer are worth it. Also they offered us a locked in price for next year. Kinda of a good deal . If you can upgrade to a suite or higher tear rooms I’d recommend it.

First time in this property l, from beginning to end service was top notch, we enjoyed all the food in all the restaurants, best part is you can order food in the restaurants and have it delivered to your room, except for the Lumieré . All of their drink menus are amazing, the butlers and staff are very attentive and will make sure all needs are taken care of. We had an amazing stay here at Le Blanc, can’t wait to come back again.
