I upgraded my room to a honeymoon suite and pay extra. The hotel credits to use at the spa were nice, but after the upgrade I was paying $1000 a night. The hotel is old and outdated and not worth the extra money. So are the rooms. The staff was really friendly but from the moment you get there and check in to when you check out they’re trying to sell you a timeshare or membership. I honestly just want to be left alone and enjoy my vacations. After visiting the Cabo Le Blanc, Cancun falls extremely short. I would not be coming back here.

Impressive beyond words. The staff at this property are all just incredibly friendly and the service they provide is better than any other resort or hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and equipped with every amenity you'd expect, and some you wouldn't. There are only a few restaurants on the property, but each has its own style and cuisine. You'll be eating at a five star restaurant for every meal. Despite the high-class luxury of the property, it was never pretentious. You could tell that the staff cared about and treated every guest with the utmost respect regardless of status or appearances. So don't be afraid to stay here if you're worried about such things, believe me, they will treat you well. The spa was incredibly relaxing, the pools and swim-up bars were always well staffed and maintained. I've had good experiences with resorts before, but this one blew every past experience out of the water. We will definitely be returning.

It did not feel like a 5 Diamond Resort that they keep mentioning. Room was very small compared to the price being charged per night. Main desk worker wasn't very pleasing and considerate.

Always a great stay at LeBlanc. Service and food are always excellent. Although our butler service this last time was the worst we have had through all of our stays. Not once did he knock on our door and introduce himself. I would say that was a fluke though.
Everything was perfect
It’s small enough where everything is close by no need for long hikes/golf carts lines yet not too small where there isn’t any space! If you’re looking for a place to relax this is your spot! It does have a bar that has a dj every night for 2 hours so you can totally dance if you’d like or just sit and sip a drink and enjoy the music.

Le Blanc is an excellent choice for anyone looking to get an all-in-one experience without needing to go outside of the resort. This is a truly all inclusive resort. All staff is super friendly and helpful, food is great, service is amazing, very clean environment and plenty of spontaneous activities and shows/games that are hosted throughout your stay. You even get your own butlers to assist with your every need. The resort itself has a gym, spa, massages, 2 pools, a large hottub, multiple restaurants and bars, and lounges and of course direct access to the ocean. Our butlers Saul and Juan were very friendly and helpful with scheduling our dinners and making sure we had everything we needed! They took very good care of us! Our favorite restaurant was definitely Yama (Japanese). The waiters were very friendly and made sure to take their time to ensure we had a great experience. We even had the pleasure of meeting Mariana, the head of the restaurant, whom checked up on us and ensured our last day at Le Blanc was a good one. She made sure we were treated well and even had our waiter bring out a special dessert for us as a going away treat. Highly recommend!

This is the feedback we shared with Le Blanc: Hello, this is Lee from Room 331. Two members of our family staying in Room 327 and I are experiencing symptoms of food poisoning, including abdominal pain, diarrhea, dizziness, and fever. My father in Room 331 has not shown any symptoms so far. We checked in on June 24th at 8 o'clock in the morning and did not consume any food before arriving at the hotel, nor did we experience any symptoms beforehand. On June 24th, we had breakfast at Blanc, lunch by the pool (salmon and chicken tacos), and dinner at YAMA. The three of us who are now experiencing symptoms also had steak at Blanc. On June 25th, Mr. Kim from Room 327 started experiencing symptoms around 4 am. On June 25th, I attempted to order lunch but couldn't eat due to feeling unwell. For dinner, we visited Lumiere, but all three of us felt ill. I personally experienced vomiting and abdominal pain, so we left most of the food uneaten. On June 26th, Mrs. Lee from Room 327 and Mr. Lee from Room 331 started experiencing the same symptoms Mr. Kim had on June 25th. All three of us are suffering from food poisoning. While I cannot pinpoint which restaurant may have been the source of the issue, I am certain that the food served at your hotel (likely from Yama or the steak at Blanc) was the problem—possibly spoiled or contaminated. I am requesting not only reimbursement for medical expenses but also compensation for the distress caused.
Services
The staff was very professional and kind. My butlers Roberto and Saul provided outstanding service. They made our stay so personable. Even the manager at the Steakhouse restaurant in the resort was so attentive he made sure to customize our experience after a short conversation. The was an amazing 10/10 experience! I am very perky so that says a lot.
The property itself was lovely, and the infinity pool overlooking the ocean was stunning. The food was also good when you ate in the restaurants (the food you ordered poolside was average, we never ordered room service). The service we received at the restaurants was very poor for a "5-diamond" resort. We had a group of 12 one night and were told at dinner that we needed to be quiet (they told us we were at a spa resort and needed to be quieter). We also had to flag down our server to get everyone drinks (he only took drink orders for 1/3 of us, came back and did another few people, and at that point we had to specifically request that someone come serve us, but he was ignoring 4 of us). Another night we had a table for 4, and 30 minutes after taking our drink and food order we were still waiting for drinks, for a water refill, and then our appetizer arrived. We actually ended up going to the bar inside to get our drinks, during a sit-down dinner, because it was such an issue. It was a shame because the food that evening at Terraza was good, but it was overshadowed by the poor service.

Very beautiful property that is well maintained. Service is top notch especially for an all inclusive resort. Spa is just magical. Make sure to take advantage of the complimentary hydro spa treatment. It’s unbelievable. You can do it as many times as you want during your stay. I will be going back to this hotel very soon.
Food was excellent, staff was very attentive on the floor and in the rooms. Service was below par at the 3rd floor pool. The upgrade offer was pulled when we wouldn’t agree to a sales pitch for ownership and lastly they held us at check out for another deal of the week which is only an additional $299 prior to departure. I’m sorry but I’ve just spent $4k and to think that I am interested in buying something else after a full day’s travel is absolutely insane. We have been going to The Royal, now Hyatt Zillara and Hilton Playa del Carmen since 2006 and have never experienced this. At least 20 trips to either location, and Le Blanc could learn a few lessons from them. We will return but it will not be without serious consideration for our true home away from home.

We love Le Blanc. Have been visiting since 2011. The service is fantastic and the beach is unbeatable. Beautiful resort which continues to get better year after year.
Overall this hotel is far from being exceptional. My rating for this stay is far away from a 5 start hotel, 3 starts at the most. Reception and welcoming staff are 5 start. Rooms are way too small, bathroom so small you cant even turn around, toilet and bathroom in the same area. Sharp corners everywhere. No balcony to get out and seat and enjoy the beach. So rooms are way too expensive for what they provide. Upon our arrival, no shampoo empty bottles, limited lotions you have to ask for additional supplies. All restaurants are small Reservation were limited with times we were forced to Take empty tame slots early in the evening for our dinners. Breakfast is limited and every day same, no variety of food. One chief who makes omelets and specials so he was way over worked and over booked with orders we waited for our omelets more then 20 Min. No protein powder to get mixed in shakes for people on a special diets and training regimen. Gym was exceptional and clean kept well and also Spa area. However spa treatments are way too expensive for an 80 Min massage you are looking to pay about 380 Dollars. Nice spa though hydrotherapy is included in the room price. Margarita spa girl was amazing as well as Judy spa massage therapist. Beach never got cleaned only once during our stay there from the seaweed. Glass around pool area dirty from the rain sand and wind and hasn’t been touched for days so you look through dirty glass outside. That should not be in a 5 star hotel.

I liked the friendly staff but I would have liked more lively music around the pool. The food in the Buffet was not outstanding. My $150 expedía credit had too many restrictions as to how to use in shops and spas. Didn’t use. Hotel was too modern for my taste

La estancia en Le Blanc fue un 10/10. La comida espectacular, todo el staff muy educados y cordiales. Mi mayor y mejor experiencia fue en el restaurante Bella, es comida Italiana, el menú es súper variado y es cena de 2 tiempos. Mis felicitaciones al Chef Irving, disfruto muchísimo mi paladar toda la noche, desde la bebida hasta el delicioso postre. La atención brindada por el capitán Miguel y nuestros meseros Alberto y Pacual realmente hicieron una noche inolvidable en Le Blanc. Las habitación un plus, y nuestro mayordomo Miguel siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Recomiendo este hotel con los ojos cerrados.

No buffet dinners, only breakfast and lunch. All the restaurants need to make reservations. They are all superb. Usually the Japanese restaurants in Caribbean resorts are sub-par. This one was higher quality than expected.

We stayed at the other le blanc a couple of years ago and had a great experience other than the fact that while we waited for the car going back to the airport, after checking out they talked my husband to purchase a another stay at the property which was really no bargain! We ended up w a $2500 voucher which we didn’t use till it expired. But that was on us. At the Cancun property, they also tried but this time we knew better. About this propert, the wait staff, cleaning people etc. were amazing. The MANAGING staff not so much. The room we had, was very uncomfortable. Our friends who chose a less expensive room had a better space. Our bathroom was very small, the room set up was very awkward. Half the room was a step down with sharp corners that we had to be cautious not to fall down in the middle of the night. They had an upgrade which was offered to us at a higher rate, so there was definitely an upgrade available but when asked about it,they said no and the best they could do was to give us a cabana on the beach on a day that rained all day! They had great dinning options however, the nicer restaurants were booked so we ended up eating at their buffet most of the time. We’re not drinkers so definitely didn’t take advantage of the all you can drink. So I feel like the least they could’ve done for us was to honor the free upgrade for us to move us out of the more expensive but worst choice of a room. I would not be going back to this property any time soon.

Loved everything about La Blanc. Our butler was amazing! We stayed in the honeymoon suite that overlooked the ocean. So worth it! We were treated like royalty. The food was so flavorful and delicious. A few tips: make sure to reserve dinner in advance, download the app for planning, book the hydrotherapy spa (it’s included), brings lots of $1’s, $5’s, $10’s and $20’s. They don’t always have access to change.
Avoid!
If something goes wrong, this is extremely commercial property where the staff in charge have no power to solve or rectify issues appropriately. The lights stopped working in our room at 6pm. By the time someone attended at 7pm they couldn’t fix it in time so we had to get ready for dinner in complete darkness. When we came back at 10pm we assumed had been fixed as we had not heard anything but we were wrong! Complete darkness with dirty plates from lunch still there. Asked to speak to duty manager whose response was well it’s your last night do you just want to stay in that room. When we replied no it’s dangerous we can’t see anything we were given another inferior room and asked to wait 30mins whilst the maid prepared the room. We then had to pack all our belongings in the dark and move rooms in the middle of the night. No apology or compensation offered. Pay over £1k a night for this experience. I have stayed all over the world and in circumstances like this and have never experienced something like this - almost surreal. A hotel of this standard should be able to handle these issues more appropriately. On complaining at check out we were offered an upgraded room for our next stay….they don’t value normal guests or invite an environment where you want to return unless you join their membership they do not care about loyalty. We will not return!
