住宅小區改裝而成，在7F沒有電梯！對行李多的人，要上，下樓也是一種體力的考驗？尤其是夏天更是滿大汗，自己一個人退房時，要轉往別的地方為了省錢，捨不得搭計程車拖著行李去坐公交車有一段路滿身汗！住的品質是一分錢一分貨，我是住沙發客床感覺可以！以前住青旅都是租床位，這次嘗試看看！
