Lovely facilities for children, staff very accommodating and friendly

The variation of Pools allowed you to either swim with the loud dance music and swim up bar, or chill out in the quieter areas. The swim up room is definitely worth paying for, most of the sun loungers already had towels on by 07:00, so being guaranteed somewhere to sit was good. The bus station outside the hotel also makes travelling to nearby towns cheap and easy.

Ēdiens vienveidīgs, ass un pārsālīts, brokastīs piedāvā olas dažādos veidos. Nav padomāts par bērnu ēdienkarti un cilvēkiem, kas neēd olas, sēnes. Pie uzkodām nav paskaidrojumu, kāds sastāvs! Restorānā serviss ļoti lēns, it sevišķi vakariņās, radās priekšstats, ka darbinieki nav tām gatavi un laikus nepapildina ēdienu klāstu. Numuriņā bija prusaks, no administratoru puses nebija ne paskaidrojumu, ne nožēlas, par to, kur nu vēl atvainošanās par neērtībām, atkal radās priekšstats par darbinieku vienaldzību pret viesiem. Kopumā atpūta bija laba, skaists numuriņš, ļoti patika tā interjers, gulta gan bija par mīkstu, bet tā gaumes lieta.

Location is next to the road, downhill, but very limited transportation, no shops or cafes in walking distance apart from a hotel mini market with almost 1,5-2 times more expensive products

This property was old and run down. All inclusive was not completely honest. Food was the worst I have ever had at an all inclusive. Alcohol was bar grade at best and after midnight you had to pay. Would never stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful for families

This was a lovely hotel, the staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly, the food was varied and good. The evening entertainment was a little bit of a downfall mainly for children. The area around the hotel is just the beach, other hotels or scrub land theres a bus service thats not bad that takes you to places like Lindos which was hourly. Overall had a lovely time staying at this hotel and would go back of we were staying in the area again

Lovely resort. Friendly staff both at the resort and shops. Rooms were big and always a vibe at the pool with the music and staff dancing (water aerobics). Lovely beach bar and incredible vibes there. Aego spa staff were friendly, both massage therapists were good. Their local beach is pebbly so we went to a beach called Glystra Beach which is a train ride away (10 mins on the train) and was a good beach, sandy but to rent the sunbeds was €30 for a pair (for the whole day) so €15 for one. Overall i loved the experience here. Thanks for having us!

A gem of a resort by the beach.

We originally intended to stay for a couple of nights but ended up staying for two weeks! Maria and the rest of the team could not do enough for us. The food was good and plentiful, and the beach bar was amazing with superb bar service from Namic. Intending to visit again next year!

Lay out . Pool proximity, clean, restaurants well spaced out. Quiet areas as well as family areas Although a large hotel with a large amount of guests they managed well. Staff managed to create a Greek Authentic personal service

Labranda Kiotari

Stayed for 1 week with grown up children. First impression was great as at check-in we were upgraded to rooms with private swim up pools and bottle of bubbly. Reception staff were outstanding especially Morfu. Rooms and bathrooms nice size with separate seating/tv area -cleaned and mopped daily. Clean and functional, but not amazing. Lots of facilities but spa expensive (110 euro for massage), mini-golf and table tennis shabby. Great beach bar open until 11pm. Main restaurant - huge selection for breakfast. Dinner was same food each night but with a twist i.e Asian, BBQ. Hotel catering for large number of guests so always a slight trade off with quality. All inclusive drinks fine, slightly sweet. Each stay entitles you to one meal in one of three a la carte restaurants. We tried the greek one and was a lot better than main restaurant with table service. Good watersports on private beach. We tried jet skis and rented a motor boat for half a day. Both good fun and reasonably priced. Location is good especially if you have a hire car. Short distance away are some lovely sandy beaches (would recommend Tsambika beach), go karts and beautiful village/town of Lindos. Overrall for the price paid, this hotel offers great value for money.

Rooms basic with beds that have the springs coming through the mattress, shower head very low power and bath plug didn’t work Food not edible and same everyday. Most expensive all inclusive as we had to walk 20 mins to find a restaurant to eat in every night and buy snacks for the day Don’t stay here

this resort is not a 4 star and it should be more like one star. stay away from this place as much as you can. the rooms are terrible and outdated. the food is bad and it has the same menu everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner. the staff at the bars as unfriendly and super rude. I wish I could go back in time and change my reservation to another resort instead of this. we had planned this trip for the last six month and came to a complete disappointment, I had to spend an additional 360.00 euros to upgrade my room to somewhat nice. the food was sop bas my family and I could not eat at the resort and we ended up going out to eat everyday and we have to incur extra spending that we did not pan to sped since we thought we had a all inclusive resort. the resort is lay out is bad as we had to go thorough to flights of stairs and climbed a hill to get to our room every time we left our room and it was tiering for my little boys and wife. The only positive thing i can say about the place is that the staff working the golf carts were very nice and some at the front desk that we were sympatric for us. we had such bad experience that it ruined our vison for Greece entirely. I will never go back to this hotel again and i hope you do not either. invest your money into something better and have a much better experience than us. this resort cost us a lot more money than we planned for and had to put all the extra cost on my credit cards to get to by and come back home safely.

We have just returned from an absolutely fantastic and memorable 12 nights at Lebranda. Hotel, facilities, food are all fabulous but what made this extra special was quite simply the staff. We got to know so many of them by name (reflective of their personal touch) - their tireless work to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible, always greeting you with welcoming smiles. Big shout out to the reception team, Eleni booking the restaurants, Nikos, Chara etc from the restaurants, Grigoris at the pool bar, and the amazing animation team including Marty, Alicia, Egho and of course, Mr ‘Opas’ himself Fira to mention but a few. Finally, a big thank you to Mr Nikos Athanasas, reservation manager, who made our requests possible and our stay extra relaxed and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Food was a bit hit and miss apart form the pizza which was excellent

We got room with swim up pool and that was stunning. Warm water, privacy, and 24hr a day access to pool even when other pools were closed.

There were lots of pools and the food facilities were great the kids loved it

We got the shared pool room and it was great. Central to everything. Beds around the swimming pool often hard to get. Staff are very friendly and work hard although some senior staff love to shout at the workers. The Italian and Greek restaurants did amazing food.

Property in urgent need of refurbishment, having stayed in many Labranda hotels this hotel was well below standard of others

Perfect Stay in Labranda

I don't want to sounds biased with a review that is nothing but positive, but the LABRANDA Kiotari resort genuinely was fantastic. The staff can't do enough to help and once you have a conversation with the manager, when she's walking around she will always warmly greet you and make you feel like you're the only guests she's here for. In terms of cleanliness, there's a team who work tirelessly to keep everything clean and tidy and I'd say they do a pretty good job of it - even with a man coming down to the beach every evening to reset the chairs and tidy it all up to look perfect for the next day. The food was great, plenty to choose from with certain items fixed every buffet and plenty of others on rotation. Loved the gyros, souvlaki and pizzas in the afternoons. There's food, drink and toilets everywhere you could possibly need them so everything is right where you want it. The hotel itself is typically mediterranean so not 5* perfection, but clean, simple and with lots of nice landscaping so it feels like a nice environment to spend your time. We spent most of our time on the beach which was fab, but the beds as it can fill up quickly in the mornings. I can't praise this enough, but do bear in mind that if you go all inclusive there are optional additional spends but it's totally ok not to go for them. For example, freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast is charged for (bottled fruit juice is free on tap) & there's a list of free cocktails & another which are paid for.

Whenever you ask front desk for any services , answer sorry NA. Mosquitoes in the room. Food is terrible.

Excellent stay

I really enjoyed staying at this resort. It was a lot bigger than I expected which was amazing! You have so many swimming pools to choose from and the different restaurants are amazing too! My only criticism is that the hotel didn’t provide an iron, so this was a little bit of a problem due to having only a few hangers in the room. Other than that it was amazing! The staff were really friendly too

Food was poor and repetitive. Alcohol was industrial alcohol- no brand names, tasted awful and limited selection.

I like the kids area and animation, very good - An amazing pool for them and daily mini disco. But it is very loud day and night with the amount of guests they can accommodate...! Not a very resting holiday but fab for children.

Beautiful hotel with lovely swimming pools & beach

Kudos to the management and staff of this beautiful hotel. Best all inclusive we had. Food and drinks are delicious, surprisingly even the all inclusive cocktails, just want to stay in the pool bar all day : ) Staff are so welcoming, friendly and very helpful especially to the supervisor and staff in the reception, who helped us with our late check-out request and airport transfer, Thank you very much we really appreciate it. We highly recommend this hotel, if you have plans to visits Rhodes then don't miss this lovely place.

Badezimmer könnte sauberer sein. Frühstücksbuffet ist ok aber nichts spezielles. Gyros sehr lecker.

L’hôtel ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles, à vouloir faire du bénéfice on oublie le bien être…. J’ai du changer de chambre car ce n’était pas ce que j’avais demandé…. Fuite d’eau , calcaire…. Boisson inclusive de très mauvaise qualité… ainsi que les vins… on a dû payer certaines boissons !! Et sortir de l’hôtel pour manger plus diversifiée et poisson et d’autres viande ! Pas de transat pour tout le monde !! Plage sans sable ! Hôtel un peu trop dans son jus !

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr groß und weitläufig. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, wir hatten ein Swim up Zimmer. Die Pools waren in die Jahre gekommen. Der Hauptpool mit der Bar war überfüllt und somit unsauber. Der Strand war gut, die Strandbar begrenzt in der Auswahl. Liegen gab es am Strand genügend, an den Pools gab es sehr wenig. Störte uns weniger, da wir auf unserer Terrasse zwei Liegen hatten. Das Essen war in Ordnung und reichlich. Es stimmt, dass es nicht immer warm war, brauchten wir aber bei 35 Grad auch nicht. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen, ohne Mietwagen hat man kaum eine Möglichkeit die Insel zu entdecken. Busse fuhren auch sehr selten. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Empfang fanden wir vor allem Angela überaus nett. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es als Familienhotel geeignet, für Leute, die Ruhe suchen, eher ungeeignet. Wobei wir etwas abgelegender wohnten und das recht angenehm war.

Könnte ruhig etwas sauberer sein!!! Die Speisen lassen zu wünschen übrig alles schmeckt gleich alles mit gleicher Würzmischung (Pommes, Pitabrot,Fleich, Gemüse) extrem überwürzt!. Man musste ewig auf einen Teller warten. Personal extrem überfordert! Zum frühen Frühstück gab es nur altes Brot vom Vertrag! Cocktails ungenießbar.

Ok hotell og mye kjekt for ungene

Veldige gode senger. Veldig bra animation team. God drikke. Litt dårlig renhold av rommene. Og varmepumpen på rommet virket ikke skikkelig og lekket vann ut fra den de siste dagen. Maten var ofte litt kald til alle måltider. Gyrosen i snackbaren var veldig god og fersk.

Une belle semaine à rhodes

C est la sixième fois que je séjourne au Labranda, jamais déçu, en fait on est en all inclusive, mais le midi on mange à l extérieur, et le soir on dîne à l’hôtel puis on fait une partie de cartes sur la belle terrasse, ou on va regarder le coucher de soleil dans le bar face à la mer. Je vous conseille le mois de septembre, moins de monde.

Nice staff and good resort

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale disponibile e gentile, la struttura non è perfettamente tenuta (sdrai un po' rotte, piastrelle saltate ecc.). Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati bene.

Perhematka

Lapsiperheelle ihan mukava paikka, hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan. Ei todellakaan mitään luksusta, mutta sellaista emme odottaneetkaan. Ei kuitenkaan 4 tähden hotelli. Allasalueet kivat ja kilometrin päässä hotellilta ihana hiekkaranta, kun taas hotellin ranta oli pikkukiviranta. Ruoka oli vaihtelevaa, välillä oli hyvää ja välillä jopa surkeaa, mutta tarjontaa niin paljon, että jokainen löytää varmasti edes jotain syötävää. Hotelli on kaukana kaikesta, joten vuokra-auto on ehdoton, jos jossain haluaa käydä. Viihdyttin lasten kanssa mainiosti.

Ystävällinen palvelu, ruuassa parantamista

Huone (swim-up eli uima-allas heti hotellihuoneen ovelta) oli juuri sellainen kuin pitikin, ja todella hyvä ja toimiva kahden lapsen kanssa yksin matkustavalle aikuiselle. Palvelu oli koko ajan erinomaista ja henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä. Ainoa miinus tulee buffetista- ruuat eivät olleet kovin korkealaatuisia ja juomatarjoiluja (ihan jo pelkkää vettäkin) joutui odottamaan välillä turhan pitkiä aikoja. Hinta-laatu oli kuitenkin kohdallaan, kun otti hotellin itsenäisesti eikä matkapaketissa. Hotellin pizzapaikka oli erinomainen, ja se pelastikin monen päivän ateriat.

Es war alles in allem sehr sehr Dreckig(Besteck, Hotelzimmer,Pool usw.) Es wird komplett anders dargestellt als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Wir sind sehe enttäuscht!

Bra för familjer

Att bo här i mitten av september var lugnt, trevligt och härligt. Ingen stress, inget stök och det kändes tryggt för oss - en familj med tre barn mellan 5-11 år. Väldigt bra service och trevligt bemötande från all personal, särskilt mot barnen. Kul med vattenrutchbanor, bra strand, nära till allt om än lite utmanande trappor och nivåskillnader -men bara skönt om man vill röra på sig. Fint rum med en övervåning, perfekt för familjer. Dock rätt osköna sängar som saknar bäddmadrasser (?) Egen liten pool (delad med rummet intill) gick väl hem hos både barn och föräldrar. Städningen var inte på topp på själva rummet, men helt klart godkänd. Övriga ytor fräscha och fina förutom de offentliga toaletterna vissa kvällar. Märks att hela bygget har några år på nacken.. Utbudet av mat och dryck helt okej, men mycket ovan mat för oss skandinaver och det var inte särskilt tydligt vilket tema det var för dagen/kvällen. Lite väl mycket mycket sött och fett... Bra underhållning på kvällarna. Överlag mycket prisvärt för familjer!

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Maten/bufféerna var bra, dock kunde variationen på maten ha varit större mellan dagarna. Vi fick be om städning av rummet och på fyllning av t ex toalettpapper ett flertal dagar då de missade/glömde. Det framkom inte när vi bokade att det var åldersrestriktioner för vissa aktiviteter t ex gym och tennis, vilken för oss var negativt så vi sett fram emot dessa aktiviteter att kunna utnyttja och höra hela familjen (föräldrar och två barn på 16 och 21 år). Minigolfbanan var i dåligt skick och användes inte, lika så så fanns det endast dart för barnen att spela under barnaktiviteterna. Det var brist på solstolar vid poolområdena och när vi frågade efter fler så fanns det inte. Positivt var de uppträdande (live musik) på kvällarna som var trevlig och väl underhållande.

I det store og hele et greit hotell, men med noen svakheter. Det vi (les:barna) likte best var de mange og varierte bassengene. Skliene var bra, men litt bortgjemt. Vi hadde rom med delt, privat basseng. Dette var ikke så stort, men bra. Men med dybde på 1,25m litt for dypt for vårt yngste barn som enda ikke er svømmedyktig. Maten i buffetene var stort sett bra. Kunne ønsket litt større variasjon og litt flere valg til noen av måltidene, men stort sett var dette som forventet. En del retter hadde også preg av masseproduksjon. Imidlertid var både tallerkener og glass dårlig vasket, og vi måtte velge dette med omhu. Det var 3 ala-cart-resturanter på hotellet, der det måtte reserveres bord flere dager på forhånd. Imidlertid var det kun tillatt med en slik reservasjon i løpet av opphpldet. Internet var ustabilt og vi mistet forbindelsen stadig vekk. På tv på rommet var det i hovedsak tyske kanaler, og kun nyhetskanaler på engelsk. Vi hadde familierom med to soverom adskilt med en dør. Men det var kun airkondisjon på det ene rommet, og døra måtte derfor stå åpen hele tiden. Rommene var relativt små og med svært lite møbler/dekor. Det var ingen bord eller stoler. Vi så også noen maur på rommet. Det var også noen utfordringer med at de som rengjorde rommene ikke snakket engelsk. Siden vi bestilte dette som VIP-jotell gjennom expedia, ble vi også lovt en flaske musserende vin ved innsjekk. Denne måtte vi etterlyse flere ganger, og først nest siste dag ble denne levert på rommet.
