Under construction

La Vista was interesting. The staff was a 5/5 for friendliness and being accommodating. There is no pool, so the pictures were misleading. The hotel was being renovated while we stayed there. The room we had was basic but clean. A bit small, but I knew that going in. It’s definitely a 3 star, but it was decent for the price. The location was great in Patong.

Great location, great staff and best service, very clean

Lavista was ok for a few days but that was enough. Room was very small and balcony almost non existing. Breakfast was ok, that we prepaid for but limited choice. They said we would have to pay AGAIN if we wanted something from the cheaper menu. We are not big eaters and found it a bit overwhelming. We also didn’t like the food being served on dirty bits of wood so we asked for our food to be served on plates. Not a big ask and they obliged. Not everyone likes American Breakfast. Another issue was the chimney of the pizza oven was just outside our room so we were constantly covered in smoke making the very small balcony unusable most of the time. Hotel is in a good location but very noisy from the working girls outside and the traffic. Would we go back? Probably not. If you book please arrange your own taxi to airport. 900baht and worst driver I have ever had. Half an hour late and never off his phone, texting and talking literally none stop from before we left hotel until we eventually reached the airport. 1hour 35 minutes and never off the phone or faster than 30K per hour. We came close to missing plane but we had allowed plenty of time so we made it with about 5 minutes to spare. All together 2.5 stars.

The tile in my bedroom was loose, as if they’ve been set without mud and grout. Everything else is nice

Great location if you are looking to be in the heart of Patong! The streets can be a bit noisy (it didn’t bother us at all) the staff are so amazing and friendly. Right on top of an amazing restaurant with a pizza oven and great Thai food. The room itself is okay, it’s a good price for just sleeping then leaving. The bathrooms smelt pretty bad and out toilet stopped flushing halfway through our stay. The rooftop is beautiful

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, remembering my breakfast order every morning, which made my mornings feel extra special. One of the highlights was the convenience of having a massage company connected to the hotel—both the hotel staff and the massage therapists were welcoming and professional. The location is also excellent, with easy walking access to restaurants on Bangla Road and various shopping stores nearby. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for both the service and the convenience.

Loved my stay here!

Disappointed with my stay here for many reasons. The bathroom stank of mold and I cannot see how the people who clean the room cannot smell it. Within the first 5 minutes of checking in, I just wanted to relax and recharge my phone and I could not do that because the power went out. I booked a day trip to Phi Phi island thru the hotel and it was utter chaos. Too many people and no consideration. We went from one spot to next and it was just for us to buy things and make money for the locals. Also I was not able to get the breakfast I paid for bc breakfast was at 7:30 and I had to leave before. They said they would provided it early for me but failed to follow thru. Also this place is on a busy street and noise goes on all day and night. Staff were nice but not enough for me to recommend this place to anyone.

Enjoyed my one night stay here. Bed was solid, staff was very friendly and the food in the downstairs restaurant was good. Do wish the water pressure in the shower was better, but it was nice and hot

Hotel Restaurant food was great, pizzas and pastas! Convenient to go around, massage places nearby don't have to walk long after a nice massages! btw the hotel has its own massage place too, very professional

Very comfortable stay, very clean, good location. Only downside was wifi was weak. But if you go to the main floor by the front desk, it is strong there.

A notre arrivée : Personnel agréable, sympathique et accueillant, l’enregistrement a été rapide. Nous avons eu une chambre bruyante donnant sur la rue (#508); Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre le lendemain, ce qui a été fait le surlendemain (#503), pour une chambre donnant sur la cour arrière. Les chambres sont propres et les lits sont confortables. Par ailleurs, elles ne sont pas insonorisées. Nous avons été réveillés à deux reprises à 3 heures du matin, par des rustres qui parlaient forts dans le corridor et claquaient les portes de chambres. L’hôtel est très bien placé, pas loin de la plage avec des restos et magasins tout autour. La gentillesse du personnel est digne de mention.

Property was clean and in a good location. Very quiet area of Patong

Room was cleaned every day . Towels were also changed every day . Staff very friendly If you want good central accomodation and dont need a pool then LaVista is a great place to stay . Will be back next year

Paikka on hyvää, huone oli sisäpihalle joten oli suojattu melusta. Jos parvekesta ei katso alas kaikki on hyvin. Alhalla on aika likaista. Huoneessa kunnan alla hieman kosteuden tai huomen hajua. Viemärit haisevat. Muuten siisteydestä on hyvää. Huonetta siivotaan vaikkapa pyynnöstä sillä aikaa kun olet asioilla. Henkilökunta on hymyileva ja pyrki auttamaan. Kuitenkin jääi epämiellyttävä olo siitä että jos vuota vertaa ja pyyhkeet likantuu siirtää veloitetaan ihan kun pyyhkeet olisivat käyttökelvottomat. Vaikka vaihtoon pyyhkeet ei ollut aina niin puhtaan valkoiset. Voin suositella jos et ole pilkutarkka. Lobby yhteydessä pizzeria ja hieronta

Great place to stay

It was a great experience to stay here! Very clean and close to the beach it was great quality for the price, i would come back if i ever visit phuket again Even if it is right on the bar and party area, it is still quiet and good place to rest

Perfect location and clean!

Another great stay. This time the restaurant was open. I ate there every night. Place is in best location, rooms are very clean. Towels and linens are spotless. Staff are super friendly. I’ve stayed here before and definitely will stay here again. Close to Bangla street(3 minutes walk) also close to mall. Perfect place.

It was very clean comparative to other hotels I've stayed at in Thailand - but there still some little ants in the room though. Good location, friendly staff, great pizza in the restaurant downstairs.

I stayed 2 days and it was a great experience. It is in the middle of Patong but room was quite. Employees are also nice and friendly. They kept my luggages while I was on a day trip. Thanks 🙏

Overall good experience

I had an overall good experience with few issues. 1- Sewage problem and smelly toilet. 2- Daily cleaning ( I had to ask for shampoo and body wash twice). 3- Really high price for few hours of late check out . I requested for few hours of late check out and reception was asking for crazy amount of money. 4-Customer service need lots of improvement.

Great Hotel in Prime Spot!

Great stay! Great location! Hotel is almost done renovating so its pretty clean. Clean linen and towels. Restaurant was almost fully opened on the day I was leaving but I am sure it will be good. They are really friendly, and helpful. Definitely would stay there again. Walking distance to everything thing.

パトンビーチやバングラー通りにも近く、ホテルのスタッフもすごく親切に対応いただきました。

The tap water was dirty, probably due to the water outage.

Personel çok yardım sever. Otel çok merkezi bir bölgede. Alt katı restorant ve arka tarafı komple çöp. Arka cephe çok pis görünüyor. Fiyat performans olarak iyi bir otel. Ama birdaha kalmam.

A lovely room, nice staff and awesome restaurant is the resumen of la vista. Highly recommended, close to everything and also nice spa massage 💆‍♂️ For sure we will comeback

C'était ma cinquième visite à Patong, et sans aucun doute, ma meilleure expérience dans un hôtel. L'accueil chaleureux m'a fait immédiatement me sentir chez moi. Le restaurant propose une bonne cuisine, et le lit était très confortable. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Fräsch och bra läge.

Fräsch hotel med perfekt läge. Ligger bara några minuter från Banglaroad. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rekommenderar att ta rum mot innergården, så rummen mot gatan är högljudda. Inner gården är inte fräsch men är tyst. Wi-Fi är snabbt, mycket snabbare än många andra hotel.

Mukava henkilökunta! Hyvä pizza ravintolassa! Erillisen Vuode huoneet tosi meluisalla puolella! Saatiin vaihtaa seuraavana aamuna toiselle puolelle oli hiljainen!

住了三天，比想象中的好，包括設施，服務，當然早餐是簡單了一點，但也很足夠。但若果擔心聲浪，最好就是能夠住到面對海灘那邊，但我住近街也可以接徛。

Nice but noicy

Nice hotel near the action. Short walk to Bangla road. Noisy all night, so take earblugs or try to get a room away from the street. Great staff and good price. Restaurant downstairs was good.

Very nice staff, good resturant on the first floor. Seems like some of the rooms is still under construction, had a not to pleasant first night with sewage odor from the bathroom, staff did everything they could to help the situation and got another room the next day due to full capacity.
