The hotel is in walking distance (10-15 min) to beach and restaurants. The food was excellent!

An private oasis

Great place. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful; it was worth the €23 per person. Staff were terrific and very accommodating with requests. Staff were fluently trilingual (Creole, French, and English), which was greatly appreciated. The Carmichael suite had a great view of the bay. The private jacuzzi was perfect to relax in after a day of sight-seeing. The pool was also very nice. They also have spa services available (e.g, massage, facials). Highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Martinique.

Never going back again

No running water for at least half of our stay. No offer of compensation whatsoever. If you like duck liver,snails,boiled pigs blood....enjoy this place.

You pay 600$ per night NOT TO SLEEP MORE THAN 6 HOURS!! The staff working beneath the rooms: clean and replace plates, forks, knives and spoons making terrible noise from 5pm to almost midnight.. and then restart at 6am in the morning.. As for the suites and the misrepresentation... The owner is very dishonest and tricked the photos to lure people to this place.. the rooms are small and certainly not suites. And you CANNOT TRUST this hotel owner who brought us into a room “La Caramel” seen on this website to explain what was different from the photos with the supposedly interior bath and a view on the bay, while CLIENTS RENTING IT HAD STEPPED OUT.. this without even asking them for permission. An enormous breach of privacy. So the minute I realized this room was “occupied” I asked to leave immediately as I would have never want anything like this happening in reversed roles... The owner was embarrassed but did not offer any apologies, nor compensation and tried to cover his mistakes and lies.... So disappointing again for 600$ a night in Martinique!!

While the staff at La Suite Villa was very nice, we have to say that overall we did not enjoy our stay. The hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel, it's more like a 2 or 3 star hotel. While the staff tried, it really was not a comfortable stay. Nothing about the hotel is tranquil. The pool is very small, and is right next to the restaurant, so it's very difficult to relax there during the day. The hotel itself is also in a strange residential area, so there are no grounds to the hotel. The rooms are fairly small, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and the rooms reminded me of hostel rooms in budget hotels in Europe. They certainly didn't seem like $300 - $400/night rooms. The breakfast was also really poor. There was no fresh fruit in the buffet and it was not laid out in an appetizing way. The omelette was ok, but it overall the whole experience just fell shot. My husband and I spent 4 days at the hotel and were never really able to relax because the accommodations were so poor. Dinner at the hotel was the one bright light. At night the restaurant is quite nice. The only other thing we can say, is that it seems that this hotel experience is somewhat common on Martinique. The island is set-up for tourism. If we were to return we would look for an airbnb, as it doesn't seem worth it to pay for hotel, that really felt more like a hostel.

Truly enjoyed our time at the Villa Suite. A fun brightly colored eclectic decor belies a serious, well organized establishment centrally located close to many of Martinique’s attractions. Our room was at the top of a metal circular staircase with a gorgeous view of the bay from the hot tub on the balcony. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, restaurant is top tier, and staff always ready to help. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Fantastic views with a great experience.

From the friendly warm welcome and the wonderful room, it was clear this would be a place to remember. The hotel failed to disappoint at every turn! The suites are well appointed, well maintained and the jacuzzi was an excellent touch. The food in the restaurant was spectacular and I look forward the next opportunity to visit.

Amazing hotel overlooking the bay and Village Creole. The staff was great and helped us pick out a restaurant for dinner. It's about a 15 minute walk to downtown Trois Ilets or a 5 minute car ride. The rooms are awesome and the best views on the island.

Quirky hotel, enjoyable stay

It was fun to stay in an individual hotel rather than a change. Lots of attention to artworks and themed rooms. Lovely views back to Fort-de-France.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à la Suite Villa. L'accueil était très professionnel. Notre villa était très propre et confortable. Le restaurant "Le Zandoli" est à ne pas rater.

Hôtel avec vue sur la baie de Fort de France

Nous avons séjourné à la Suite Villa pour une nuit. L’accueil était très chaleureux, les chambres donnent sur la mer et ont un jacuzzi ! Le restaurant (O Ti Zandoli) est délicieux et le service y est bien. Un rafraîchissement des chambres et des jacuzzi ne serait pas de trop. Mais dans l’ensemble, super hôtel pour un moment romantique en couple.

Deceiving!

Service was good - welcoming and prompt to answer questions. However, it’s not a 5 star hotel. The cleanliness was not good - our garbage can was not emptied from the last client and was full of old cigarettes. It makes me question whether they are followings cleanliness standards needed for COVID-19. The hotel needs to be upgraded - there is rust everywhere, painting is chipped, our doorknob was sticky, and there were holes in our bed sheets. Also, they have a restaurant on the ground floor, so if you’re anywhere near it, you can hear the clinking of plates, forks, etc. From your room. Lastly, we had reserved a room which was on the last floor, but our room was not on the last floor - very deceiving from hotels.com. The view during breakfast is nice, not to mention the view on their terrace. This hotel does not offer a 5 star experience and is not worth the money.

Réservation pour une nuitée : 3 adultes 1 enfant de 3 ans. Cadre agréable,vue imprenable sur la baie.Accueil professionnel et personnalisé.Pot de bienvenue et attentions mises à disposition dans la villa.Propreté ok, jacuzzi privatif,le +.1ère impression,bonne.Parmi les différents services proposés,nous avons opté pour les prestations plancha et petit-déjeuner (coût total : 159 € pour 3 adultes.Plancha 30€/pers et petit-déjeuner 23€/pers)Peu satisfaits de la plancha(très léger pour ce tarif),prévoir garniture pour accompagner les viandes et poisson; cependant petit déjeuner copieux et gourmand. Attention! Alors que les mineurs sont exonérés de taxe de séjour,l'établissement la facture quand même en expliquant que c'est le site de réservation qui comptabilise le montant de la taxe sans tenir compte de l'âge des différents occupants.Sauf que c'est sur place que s'effectue le règlement de cette taxe et pas via le site.L'établissement vous fait donc régler une somme dont vous n'êtes pas redevable puisqu'elle ne procède pas à la régularisation.Aussi minime serait ce montant,cette pratique laisse à désirer surtout pour un établissement de ce standing.Le fait de ressentir que l'établissement s'est joué de nous ne nous permettra pas d'y retourner. Dommage.

Paradisiaque

Un excellent séjour ou calme et intimité ..étaient de rigueur Un excellent accueil et un site magnifique La villas est dans un coin calme en dehors du regard des voisins Les chambres sont magnifiques et la salle de bain d une Propreté exceptionnelle. Le jaccuzi aussi propre avec une possibilité de le remplir pour le nettoyer. Les couleurs sont très chaudes et accueillantes . Et les plages se trouvent à 5 min de l hôtel Vraiment formidable ce site . Convient parfaitement aux familles

Nice place !!

L hotel est magnifique, déco originale et recherchée, accueil est service irréprochable, le resto fidèle à lui même, délicieux, un régal pour les papilles, ... seul bémol niveau salle de bain, des émanations niveau évacuation des eaux remontent et embaume toute la chambre grrr.

L'albergo si è rivelato molto carino e arredato in modo particolare, la stanza era tranquilla e pulita e tutto sembrava a posto fino a quando fin dalle prime ore del mattino notiamo che non abbiamo l'acqua nei rubinetti quindi non abbiamo possibilità di lavarci i denti, fare la doccia prima della colazione e ovviamente tirare l'acqua nel bagno e questo si è protratto per almeno due giorni poi ce ne siamo andati e non sappiamo se questa cosa è proseguita. Ma in pratica per metà del nostro soggiorno non abbiamo avuto acqua nei rubinetti. Ora sappiamo bene che ai Caraibi può capitare che tolgano l'acqua ad intere zone per giorni ed essendo noi frequentatori assidui abbiamo già avuto esperienze del genere sia a Saint Martin che in Guadalupa ma di solito in questi casi gli alberghi sono attrezzati con delle cisterne da usare in casi del genere in quanto non si può chiedere di pagare un prezzo alto come richiesto da questo albergo per poi non fornire gli elementari servizi igienici. Inoltre, trattandosi di un posto di mare ed essendo l'albergo in collina non si può tenere una reception aperta dalle 08:00 della mattina (anche se loro arrivano perennemente in ritardo) e chiuderla alle 19:00 in questo modo essendo in spiaggia non si riesce mai a parlare con qualcuno. Peccato con la cisterna e la revisione degli orari della reception sarebbe un luogo perfetto

La localisation est parfaite pour visiter l'ile. Le calme et l'intimité des lieux de vie sont trés appréciables Les equipements des chalets parfait (Carambar) Le personnel toujours disponibles et serviable (La responsable de l'acceuil au top) Le Jacuzzi en parfait état et bien entretenu lors du sejour Le restaurant excellent Seul petite ombre (il en faut bien une) le tarif proposé pour le pdj me semble bcp élevé a mon sens (23€) pour un sejour d'une semaine

Il est très agréable d'avoir une terrasse couverte pour prendre le petit-déjeuner dehors, sans vis-à-vis, ainsi qu'un grand spa (pour 8) toujours chauffé à 36°. Par contre, on est loin des standards d'un 5 étoiles français, et encore moins asiatique. Cela s'apparente plus à un 3*sup, ou 4*. Notre matelas formait une cuvette au centre, comme s'il était ancien. Villa entretenue correctement autrement.

Nous conseillons vivement cet etablissement. Le personnel est tres present.

Hotel très accueillant avec un personnel charmant à l'écoute des clients. Des chambres bien équipées avec un jacuzzi privé très agréable. Une vue du restaurant imprenable sur la baie de fort de France.

Suite villa

Hôtel situé sur la colline de l'Anse Mitan plutôt difficile d'accès pour des personnes âgées.Accès aux chambres par un escalier sans ascenseur. Il faut éviter la chambre appelée (Fraise Tagada)car située au dessus des cuisines du restaurant avec la Chaleur et surtout les odeurs de poisson ou d'agneau grillés. Accueil exceptionnel,personnel super sympa et toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Jacuzzi sur la terrasse des chambres très agréable Bonne literie et calme de l'hôtel À refaire Mais plutôt dans un bungalow Parking privé et sécurisé.

Très bon cadre, séjour agréable et très relaxant. La vue sur la baie a été la cerise sur le gâteau. La suite caramel nous manque déjà. Le p'tit dej est servi à moitié en formule buffet et à moitié par commandé auprès du serveur. Donc belle présentation des plats chauds tels que les oeufs. Nous avons eu droit à du saumon, de la charcuterie, un plateau de fromage ou encore des crudités. Je recommande cet hôtel. Très bon accueil et excellent souvenir.
