It’s was nice but yeh bar downstairs was noisy until 11pm with the bass on the jukebox turned up too high. Otherwise a great hotel.

It waa great. Friendly staff, excellent location. Very clean. Bar area was great.

No hand soap and no toilet paper. Rooms are nice but not very sound proof. Kids running up and down the hall and were loud and obnoxious. I know that’s not on the hotel itself but you could hear them easily through the door. Had asked not to be placed close to families and even with most rooms being unoccupied they still puts next to a loud family with kids.

El dia que llegamos decidimos sentarnos en el bar que tienen dentro del hotel a tomar una o dos cervezas, eramos 5 familias y la recepcionista con una muy mal actitud a los 10 minutos nos dijo que teniamos que retirarnos porque haciamos mucho ruido!! Si tienes un bar dentro de un hotel, no puedes pedir silencio absoluto, porque acababamos de pedir!!! Como no le hicimos caso de inmediato, llamo a la policía!!!! FATAL!! Pasamos muy mal momento y no hicimos NADA mas que ser muchas personas!! Cosa que era conveniente para el hotel como para el bar! CERO recomendables

The best LaQuinta we have stayed at. Very nice lobby to meet with family members. The staff always happy and very helpful. The manager Carolina the most helpful and always available. Kay at service desk always smiling and helpful. We will always stay here when iMcAllen TX.

Lo unico que no me gusto fue el desayuno, esta muy simple y el huevo con tocino no tenia sabor, un buen desayuno a mi me hace regresar a quedarme en ese hotel, todo lo demas del hotel excelente.

All is good but please put a sign around the grassy areas like, “Pick up after your dog.” to let fur owners know it’s their responsibility to clean up their dog’s.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the receptionist. Our room smelled so clean like if everything had been recently washed and clean. Our room was spotless and cold (it felt so good since he had been at a outdoor band event most of the day. There was hardly any noise during our stay. The food was delicious and even though it was kind of like buffet it was well filled the whole time. The tables were maintained and clean during our breakfast time even though it was packed with people. Over all it was great stay and will definitely be back in a month.

This was our second stay for business at this property. The message I sent to the hotel with my rewards info and room request were received, processed and handled promptly and accurately. This was very much appreciated, as we were checking in after a long day of driving and working. The only complaint I have is that the text messages and emails alerting my phone and asking about our stay could be sent closer to check out time, when guests are awake and moving about. The times and manner of being sent made it feel as though we were being rushed out before our stay was complete.

Property was well kept, no trash around the property for the exception of some empty trash boxes and plastic bags left by individuals outside the trash containers.

Very clean but not comfortable!

The bed was too firm for our liking. The room was also not as cold as we usually get with other hotels. It was definitely something that kept us tossing and turning all night.

It was very nice. The morning buffet was very good. All the staff were great.

The bathrooms are laid out backwards, the towel bar on the shower is on the wrong side when exiting and the hot and cold knobs are reversed. The TV remote has no sleep feature. The breakfast meats are very rubbery and seemed microwaved. the bacon is always soggy and stringy fpr ,y taste. The staff is very nice and always has a smile on.

Property has horrible internet and as someone who works remote, internet is key. Television kept dropping in and out from what I assume was poor service. Towels were old in the room, handles on the shower were broken, and the room overall needs some tlc.

I got 2 rooms and the kids room tv wasn’t working so they kept coming in to my room and too much noise in hallways and outside

The rooms were not very clean, they do not provide complimentary water at your room but the do provide coffee… which you can’t make unless you buy water. Beds are not comfortable. And “breakfast included” the cleaning staff at the breakfast area was rude, started puting away all the food 5 min before breakfast was even over. O wouldn’t stay here again

I liked the cleanliness of the place. The room was very nice, and the ac worked very well. The beds were super comfortable. I did not like that the wall are very thin on the second floor. I could hear very clearly any noise in the hallway.

We got a king bed with sofa couch for 2 adults & 4 children & we slept comfortly. Our rooms were clean and we had 2 tvs so that was a plus. Bathroom had dove products which i liked. The breakfast was good! Would stay again.

The internet did not work in our room. It worked in the lobby though.

Overall, the property was as advertised - site in person matched the advertised photos. Check in was simple, however, the associate at the desk could have been a bit more helpful with simple instructions on where to find the elevators and what time breakfast would be served. This property was fine for an overnight stay, but be warned, the doors and walls are paper thin; you can hear everything in the hallway and they can hear EVERYTHING going on in your room. The cut outs on the door sweep don’t help at all in terms of privacy or noise reduction, and honestly, don’t make much sense. On the plus side, there was a parking lot across from the hotel for tractor trailer parking, making our choice in accommodations in McAllen, TX easier.

I liked the fact that it was pretty easy around the hotel.
