Location close to airport. Hallway lighting dim. Fixtures loose and rusty in room. Shows signs of wear. Only one elevator, far from front desk. Checkin reminder says breakfast costs $1 but reservation says free?

Excellent for a one night stay room very spacious and comfy bed

Nicer room for a quarter of the price

The room was nicer than the one at the very expensive conference center that I had just left. Was forced to get a hotel near the airport when my flight was canceled.

Seen better

My room on 5th floor had constan loud vibrating noise that ounded like jack hammers. I didn't even hear the airplane noise, but this noise never stopped. Called front desk but there was no other rooms available to relocate me, nor maintenence person on sight. I had to put my ear buds on to sleep.

The hotel was nice, you can tell it's older and that they have remodeled it but it looks nice. The elevator was broken for the top floor which I was staying on so I would have to take it up to the 3rd floor(I was on the 4th) and then go all the way down the hall to the stairs and walk up the stairs the rest of the way. The elevator was very old and definitely felt a little sketchy but it ended up okay. I didn't use the pool or the fitness center and I didn't ask the front desk for anything. The room was very clean and nice and didn't have any weird stains or smells at all. The shower worked fine and the bathroom was nice, plenty of quick hot water. My only complain is that the rooms have a lot of outside noise. The hallways were one thing but especially from the outside. It is very close to the airport so of course there are lots of planes coming in and out but the roads around It are very noisy. 3 stars overall, great for a budget stay, would stay again.

Comfortable airport hotel

A very comfortable hotel near Austin airport for a night after a long flight. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good, the staff were friendly. We appreciated the free airport shuttle service. The breakfast options were okay too, but the amount of unnecessary single use plastic was pretty awful.

We only stayed there because it was close to the location we needed to be. the staff took more than 20 minutes to check us in. The room was "partitional," and the neighbors were up and loud until 2 am. We won't come back

Good quality and convenient loca

Spacious and a little better than the rest. breakfast just as bad as the rest but good to not have to go out for a quick bite. Coffee not so great. Surprisingly nice and helpful staff, that’s a bonus.

Near the airport. We stayed at the Wyndham Westward Look hotel in Tucson recently.

The one drawback is the air conditioning could not be adjusted by the thermostat and the room was hot and stuffy with no air circulation which made sleeping not too comfortable.

Elevator broken and we were given a 3 rd floor room on the oppposite end of the building from the one elevator that worked. Am traveling with a mobility challenged aged parent and it was difficult for us to get to our room with all of our luggage.

Location, Friendly & Efficient Staff

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hotel is ean beds comfortable. We will stay here again for sure. Thank ylu to all the staff that we encountered.

Conveniently located next to the airport. Shuttle did not run regularly, so be ready to take an uber to the airport. Their transportation could be unreliable when they are short staffed.

Very helpful front desk and shuttle staff.

The rating speaks for itself. It’s far from downtown. There are cheaper places closer to downtown. Breakfast was great and there is a Starbucks across the street. Rooms are set up to connect so if you have a noisy neighbor it will be heard under the door.

Shuttle was a no show and property had no one at the phone to assist directly or through reservations

Loved this place definitely will come back love it that they are pet friendly and great breakfast (waffle) was deli !!! 😊😊😊

Worst hotel don't stay there.

Bait and switch on the hotel. Booked a king size suite. Got there and they said all they have is a queen bed. And if I wanted a king bed room I'd have to pay an extra $40. Main elevator was broken so had to walk to the other end of the building to go up an elevator. Elevator had food and bugs all over the floor and it was there for both days we were there. We repeatedly told the front desk and staff and never was cleaned. The hotel was a mess and so understaffed.

Good breakfeast

No shuttle to hotel from airport. They stop at 11 p.m i called at 11 05 . So i jad to pay for an uber. One of the reasons i booked this hotel was for the shuttle service. I sent message saying i was coming in late nobody thought to reach out about the shuttle....whatever. Then at 6 am the fire alarm went off in my room. Then stopped. Weird. The breakfeast was good. The elevator was broke ...my room was on 4th floor. I thought the location was good as far as a 7 eleven , a few resturaunts one right next door to go to if your there without a car you can pop over. I didnt though because it was just me and my daughter and i didnt feel safe walking with just us two. There were multiple homeless people hanging around, one guy was dancing and i dont know what he was doing when we drove in. Overall It was fine. Room was clean. Just alot of bad coincidences.

Just what we needed to explore Austin. The staff was great, the room was clean. My only complaint was that the regular coffee for breakfast always seemed to be empty

Overall it was an okay stay for just one night but I wouldn’t recommend if your stay is longer. Our shower head sprayed everywhere but down so it wet all 4 walls and the ceiling (which raises mold concerns). This made it so hard to wash my hair because I had to lean up against the wall to get water. I also woke up to a roach in the bathroom which made me question over all cleanliness of the room.

Good not great stay

The place is nice, nothing out of the ordinary. It was clean, rooms and beds are comfortable (which is the most important thing to me) The only "negative" points for me were breakfast options...very limited and the Elevators, one wasn't working and the other looked like a 'freight' elevator, very old and noisy, I was scared it would break at any moment. Good thing it was only 4 stories height. Location is convenient (access to highways) but not many food options around.

It was a quick trip to Austin. Our room was ready on arrival and meet our needs.

Worst experience ever

Upon arrival the front desk clerk told me that the elevator was out of service on the side my room was on. She also mentioned that I would need to take another elevator on the opposite of the hotel then walk over the bridge and walk up stairs to my room. She told me that they had suites available but I would have to pay. Which I thought was unacceptable she then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t tell me that I have to pay but I free to get a room somewhere else. I told the clerk that I was a disabled vet and could not walk up the stairs. She said there was nothing she could do. I proceeded to take a seat to contact customer service. She saw that I was not engaging with her and then I overheard her telling another employee to check to see if a room was available. I then heard the clerk tell her that she been told her that it was ready. That was the room I ended up staying in.

Pictures were deceiving

I’ll start out with positives, affordable, beds were comfortable and nice TV in room. The cons were, bathroom had mold, elevator was scary slow, staff was not friendly.

I just liked it

Check in was easy and fast and friendly

Very dirty. the lock on the door was broken. Shower was very gross not safely usable. Staff was pleasant. The shuttle doesn’t operate until 5 am so that’s something I wish I had known I would have spent the 30 extra dollars to stay in a decent hotel. For what you get this should be $16.

The elevators didn’t work while we were there, and our rooms keys kept not working. Other than that, the stay was pretty good

Excellent location for access to the airport and near by restaurants, excellent Tex/Mex next door. The woman who was the afternoon desk manager was especially helpful and kind.

I used UberEats to order food. Very easy to meet in the lobby. The parking closest to my room was isolated so I parked up.front where the lighting wasnbright and there was a lot of traffic. Worked great.I will go back.

One night stay

Front desk person was very friendly. Very quiet room. Would have liked a bit more water pressure at the sink. No iron in the room.

OK Stay

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel. The room we got the second time wasn't as nice as the 1st. The door looked like someone had kicked it at some point. The mattress in the sofabed was not only soiled but ripped. You could literally see the coils. When i mentioned it to someone at the front desk, she seemed shocked and said no one else had pointed it out. They did not send up a new mattress or offer to switch us out to another room. Also, when i couldnt find the linens for the sofabed i called the front desk and the woman was a bit sarcastic in answering my question. She's the heavyset blonde. The day I arrived she was arguing with another guest. She seems confrontational. Seems like she needs to work on her customer service skills. Breakfast was good.

Nasty dirty stinky room Grime in the shower tub and rust Bad odor in the whole place Won't stay in that one again!

Wall had a hole in it and was cracked, entertainment center wood was broken, leather corner on bed was ripped, black molded caulking in the bathtub, bathroom doors were falling apart. Could hear the room next to us talking. I guess the walls are paper thin too. Parking lot and hallway was littered with trash.

The property could use an update, but it was nice for what it was. We beeded a place to stay rhe night before catching a plane, and they offered free transportation to, and from, the airport, plus extremely reasonable parking for our vehicle on the property while we traveled. If that's what your looking for, it can't be beat.
