Great location. Easy shuttle ride to the entrance of Zion National Park. Kids liked playing in the pool and soaking in the hot tub after a good day of hiking.
Beautiful atmosphere. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at check-in (this seemed to be a common problem). Shared our room with a cockroach we had to exterminate. Room equipped with a leaky AC unit that completely drenched our pup’s bed.
We really liked this hotel. Great views, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds.
Great location and hotel!
We enjoyed our stay !!!!
Clean and comfortable, walkable to Zion.
Room and hotel was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Pillows were thick. Parking is good and close. My 2 complaints-u have to ask for someone to come turn on the fridge, then it leaked water all over the floor, then the TV didnt work and no one ever came to fix it. I had to climb behind the TV to reset the router. We called the front desk twice and no one ever answered. When we did speak with someone, they were friendly.
Close to Zion entrance
They were very accommodating as our room had a bad odor and we were able to change
Great location, close to Zion NP
Thermostat on air conditioner was not working so it either cooled like hell or heated like hell. Can't turn it off
I was disappointed that there was little to no wifi connection. The front desk staff said they had no control of the bandwith available. I also reported upon my arrival the carpet bieng wet. There was a lot of condensation water on the floor from the AC unit. Nothing was done. The experience was NOT as I had expected
Cannot wait to come back to this property, so clean and beautiful. Best hotel I’ve been to in some time, one caveat is it does cost $12/day to park which seems silly to not include in the room cost. Otherwise, awesome!
Close to park entrance. Walkable food options nearby. Restaurant on property was very good. Staff friendly and accommodating. Really appreciated the late checkout. Dog friendly property.
Vacation spot for family
Excellent location. The restaurant servings were large and tasty. Heated pool was awesome.
Amazing scenery. You will not be disappointed.
Best stay for Zion National Park
Best stay very close to the Zion National Park entrance. We drove to the park but the shuttle is right there if you dont want to drive. Grocery store and restaurants walking distance. We didnt try the restaurant at the Lodge where they have breakfast and diner options. Room comfy and free parking. Only bad point : no new towels. We needed to ask at the front desk every time.
Perfect place to stay when visiting Zion. The free shuttle service was very easy to use and the property itself is only about 1 mile from the Visitor Center. The views from the hotel are genuinely beautiful as well.
Beautiful stay.
Clean and easy location.
Spent one night there. Good location. Staff was friendly. Ample parking. Check-in was easy. They were out of coffee in the lobby at 11am. Otherwise, uneventful.
The property was beautiful to walk and enjoy, and the rooms were very pretty.
The room was updated and clean . Plenty of area to move around. We had an excellent view of the mountains from our room window.
Billing overcharges. I used a debit card and property withheld more than 30percent in addition to actual charges. No explanation was given. This was my vacation spending money that was withheld. When asking management about this, I was rebuffed. General manager did not meet with me, nor did he return call. Very disappointed. Ruined vacation .
I asked for an apology for giving me room without the patio as per request and paid for at Expedia. We were locked out because of issue with payment which I find rude and disrespectful. The rest are good and very near to Zion. Also , Expedia should have explained how things work with payments for package deal. Your customer service does not give me right answer only after 3 calls. Please be more transparent with your clients as well.
I loved how it was very easy to be outdoors on this property. It’s a beautiful and well maintained property with gas fires 🔥 at night that you can sit and chill at with your family after walking back from dinner in the town
Five stars all around! My husband, daughter and I only stayed one night but I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Super clean, quiet and perfectly located!!
My family came for a half-marathon run and we occupied 3 different rooms. My daughter and her husband had a room with a king bed and there was nowhere to sit other than the desk chair. In addition the sink had no counter space around it. Staying there 3 days with a small child and having nowhere to sit in a room you paid a lot of money for was really disappointing! The bathroom was really disappointing with no place to put your personal items. My room with 2 queens had an extra chair and good counter space. We were all disappointed there were no breakfast amenities. The coffee maker in the room was something I couldn't figure out and so, for the price, I would not come back here.
The property was in a very beautiful location. Our room always very clean and nice, the location to Zion National Park was perfect and there were plenty of food options close by. The only draw back was they only had one tiny trash can in the room. Other than that we will definitely come back to stay.
Beautiful place
Great location right in the the middle of town. Easy to walk to restaurants for dinner, and close to the entrance of Zion. Would definitely recommend staying here. Very comfortable room and great views from the hotel!
Beautiful, elegantly decorated, friendly staff, fantastic restaurant on site
Excellent location and wonderful service. Will definitely return!
Red Cliffs
We had a great stay at Red Cliffs Lodge. It is right in the middle of Springdale and so close to the entrance of Zion. We were here during off season, so many resturants were closed. Do eat at the Farmstead! We would stay here again.
Staff were great. The view was amazing
It absolutely smelled so bad like rotten eggs when you walk into the hotel lobby area to check in. There is a restaurant down the hall and we made it half way down before turning around and leaving the property to find a different place to eat because of the smell.
Nice room, great staff. Would definitely would stay again.
Clean, close to Zion, and updated rooms.
Got there early around 11am. We understood the rooms were not ready but wanted to let them know we arrived in Zion and were going to explore until 4 pm check in time. They assured us the rooms would be ready upon our return. We returned after a very day exploring, extremely tried from a very long day only to arrive back with…sorry your rooms are not ready. Finally after asking multiple times to speak with the manager who never showed up they got us our rooms at 5:30 pm, one hour and a half later, no compensation no apology or call from the manager. We will not be staying here again. Too many other places with better views and pretty sure they will have your room ready by 4pm
great stay, cozy room , nice people ,neat quiet little town! Lovely place
Anywhere but here.
If you enjoy a cold shower to start your day, this is the place for you. We, however, enjoy warm showers and there was no hot water in the shower the entire four days we were there. When we booked, we booked a king size bed, at check-in the front desk confirmed a king size, we then were sent to our room which is in the furthest building away, we drag our bags in during a heavy rainstorm only to find two queens, we were soaked, tired and didn’t want to drag our luggage back out into the rain storm, drive back to the front desk to start again and decided to just deal with it. (The hotel was not full, the parking lot was pretty empty) Due to a delay in traffic we arrived around 1am, they did make sure to surprise us with a charge for parking for the day before when we were NOT there. The charge came in an email after we had checked out and left. They also never mentioned a daily parking charge at check-in. The only reason I picked this hotel was because of the hot tub, which was not operating. To top it all off on our last night, I went to get into bed and was met with blood stains on the sheets that were put on by housekeeping that day. Stay anywhere but here!!!
Unbelievable accommodations. Clean, modern, lots of dining options. Close to the park. Will definitely stay again
Beautiful view and beautiful property even during construction! I just didn't like the fact I had to pay for parking. Wasn't even asked if I had a car and wasn't even given a parking pass. So that was not nice. $17 a day I believe.
From start to finish of our stay everything was so nice from the staff to the room was just amazing so amazing. Love the views and the size of the room we rented was georgous and I wanted to come back this week to rent the same size room but all the rooms were rented out. Such an Amazing and Beautiful property.
Great location and really unique hotel! The room was clean and the amenities looked nice (we didn't have time to use them).
Well worth it.
Pretty cool place with very nice staff. Had one incident with newcomers being loud late at night, but the building was clean & updated, but the staff was awesome. Highly recommend.
Amazing place
Beautiful location nice rooms
Only thing we didn't like was we woke up many times because the people are walking by with big cart or site case. We liked the time of checkout is 12pm so that we can sleep in. But we couldn't anyway. But it's because of layout of the room. We couldn't open the curtains to see the view because the people are walking by. Besides that, it was really good experience.
Very close to park
Love it!
The hotel is conveniently located near the Zion National Park gate entrance, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained and clean, and we truly wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything.
Clean rooms. Nice view. Friendly staff
The thermostat in the room didn’t work. It was hard to keep the room an even temperature. It would get way too hot, and then too cold. The gym was great!
Shout out for Brian and Mark!
Nice
Hotel room was nice and close to Zion Park entrance. Had issues with the hot water and the staff was not very helpful. It was off season so might be different in summer but I wouldn't recommend staying here.
Everything is newly renovated as of Jan 25. All major work is completed. Bar and restaurant are open. The restaurant can be wonderful depending on when you catch it. Its hours are random and the staff are sometimes very overwhelmed. So I recommend your guests visit ahead of time to confirm their dining plans. My wish is that the hotel staff felt more compelled to care about the guest experience and the upkeep of the property. The place will not stay new forever.
Stayed for a night with my husband and we had a great experience. I will say the beds are soft… I didn’t mind it but my husband had a hard time sleeping. Food and drinks at the restaurant were good and the employees were also great! We definitely would return. You can beat the amazing views.
.
Great Stay!
Really nice place with great views! Great location in relation to Zion. Rooms were clean and nicely lit. Could've used a microwave.
Everything was good
The view was good. But the shower water is tiny in my room
We booked a suite with a pet and upon arrival were told that pets couldn’t stay in the suite so we were downgraded. Would be nice to know in advance. The heater in the room was unbearably loud to the point of waking us up multiple times in the night.
The overall experience is great! Some of the beddings are not clean and unfortunately we found towards the end of our stay. The location is a huge plus and it’s only couple of minutes away from Zion national park visitor center. Multiple restaurants nearby which is within walking distance. The view is great. We were on the second floor and the room is directly facing the mountain. Nice view. If hotel can provide the luggage holder/support stand that would be a plus. And also the soap and soap holder can be replaced. The water cannot be filtered through and will be soft when you use it the second time.
Family trip
Beautiful hotel and property.
The service is very bad. Waited for more than 30 minutes at the reception as the staff were trying to sort out complains from a long line of customers. House keeping is below average. They don't provide sufficient bath towels, don't refill shower liquids, and don't keep spare toilet rolls. I had to walk to the reception desk every day to get them. When I try to report it, the receptionist told me that this is the best they can do. On top of this, they charged my credit card more than the online charges and still waiting for the resolution. Very good location, nice facility, but very poor service.
Well located and had a good dinner option. Beds were great after walking all day. Such a pretty spot
We didn’t get to stay because there were no rooms
Great
Absolutely loved the property and our stay!
Magnificent! Wow!
beautiful
Perfectly located! Clean and friendly staff
The bed was really soft- not a good mattress
Really enjoyed our stay and the property is nested in a beautiful location
Winter trip, great place to stay
Off season trip so the property was pretty empty and quiet. We did get an upgrade to a suite which was a nice surprise. Hotel is new, nice and clean. Room was very comfortable.
don't pass up the pancakes
Hotel was very nice. View in the back amazing. BUT the pancakes were incredible. They came out looking thick but the were amazingly light and fluffy. Best I have had in years. Been to zion before but visiting in Dec was great - not crowded, can drive in
This is a new property in Zion and it is lovely and clean and close to the entrance.
Place was amazing! Updated and modern lobby, rooms and restaurant. First night the hotel was at full capacity and our room had only 1 king bed while we booked the 1 king bed 1 sofa bed for the kids. The front desk compensated us by removing parking fees for all nights, next day and all remaining days (4 total) they upgraded us to a suite with separate room and sofa bed outside for free. Even for the restaurant we arrived late for one of the breakfasts and they were out of food, the manager gave us a voucher for free entries for dinner and it was amazing. Overall my family was so happy with the stay and would highly recommend as it is just 1mile from the park entrance and has incredible views!
Very pleasant place to stay
Nice place, convenient
Propert recently sold, no breakfast, - was told only Bonvoy members get breakfast, meanwhile the toulet seat lid was broken.
Well maintained property and very close to the park.
Very nice and renovated property Rooms are big and clean Only the restaurant is not open yet but the hotel is walking distance to some other restaurants you can eat
Beautiful Location
Beautiful location. Staff was not overly friendly, but nice enough. Restaurant on site was delicious with good food and service. TV was not working, and when I tried to call the front desk, I found that the phone was not working either. TV was fixed promptly. Many restaurants close by.
Lots of construction in the parking lot. Confusing fixtures, if pretty. Front desk was less than helpful, possibly because of turnover to a Marriott property in progress. Bar staff was complaining through our visit to the bar and made the worst martini I’ve ever had.
It was close to Zion entrance and dining spots were within blocks.
Wonderful stay!!
Wonderful stay!
Nice lodging, but no breakfast offered as the restaurant/kitchen was closed. Also, we had to request housekeeping. They dd not com by on our first two days.
Very nice
They have dish tv but cant get a signal - and hidden in the fine print they want $12 a night to park your car at their hotel? Would advise staying closer yo the Park - this place isn't worth it
Everyone’s friendly and the place is nice and clean
Obviously the views are stunning in addition the staff was very friendly, and walking distance to the shops and restaurants and parking was easy
Loved this property would definitely come back again and recommend to others
The lodge
We went during construction, parking was very restricted. Staff was friendly.
Wonderful stay. Will stay again in the future. My only gripe is I wish their beautiful pool was heated. Such a waste during the cold season.
Love this place. Location is amazing, view from room outstanding. Room was comfortable and quiet. The staff at check in were very nice. Only challenge was the TV didn’t get any reception. It appears they are going through a remodel so no restaurant but the area has so many options within easy walking distance it wasn’t an issue. I would have liked a microwave in the room.
This property was clean with adequate parking and very close to the complimentary shuttle to Zion National Park.
Loved it!
Loved it! Very clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Great views. Will definitely be back!
Great room, location, pool, laundry room
Great location, rooms were comfy, walkable area, staff very helpful. Property was being renovated & lobby was a makeshift room, breakfast was in boxes. The price was too high for property that was undergoing renovations

It was so beautiful.
