The staff did the best they could, but the place is inconvenient, the construction is archaic, outstanding. The toilet, the bed, the ac, are old fashioned, they're expensive.
Staff is good, always a problem for me to get shower, water is like sea water.
A pool would have been very helpful, specially it s very hot.I didn't like the fact I had to pay $25.00 extra to get the room before 3pm check in time and even then I waited 30 minutes before having access to the room. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent.The location is great, close to the Airport. I would definitely come back.

My family stayed there for 2 nights They have a good experience The morning staff amazing specially Williamson ,Williamson really attractive and helpful U will definitely send my family again Only the matter they been asking for early Check in they not approved it Other than that everything went well.
That was my worst hotel experience yet. Whoever is managing the establishment needs training as well as the office staff. First I waited 5hrs to checking in my room because I couldn’t check in before 3pm, and still I wasn’t giving a room until 3:30pm. The air didn’t work in the room. The other room they gave me had soiled linens, dirty bathroom and dirt all over the floor. Stains all in the bed sheets and pillow cases. The food wasn’t good and was super expensive. Seating outside in the yard was quite dusty. But I must say the servers are super nice and professional. And a big shoutout to the security staff as well!

Cleanness of the room.
The AC was very high and there was no remote contole to control it and no sheet to cover ourselves. We called the staff, they brought an AC remote controle but never a sheet, although they kept saying they were going to they never did. The sheet that covered the bed was dirty. Breakfast was included and no time was mentionned when booking but once we get there they said Breakfast is to be served at 8h AM. Our flight was at 7h45 am so I believe that saying "Full Breakfast included" is a lie to get people to book as there was nothing around to get food from. It was an a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I should have been refunded.

I like the food and the customer service.
That was my first and last stay at that hotel the only good thing was that the staff was nice. Cons- I arrived at the hotel past check in time around 3:50 I still had to wait for a good 40 mins for the room to be ready. Got to the room there wasn’t any towel or toiletries had to walked /called reception to ask for items about 3 times in 3 hours finally got them around 8pm . I am a pescatarian but there was nothing in the seafood dept to eat at the restaurant except lambi didn’t trust them enough so I didn’t eat I ordered pasta as breakfast food was terrible I couldn’t it couldn’t even get a cold bottle of water or ice for that matter well forget about getting your drink of choice you’ll get what they have . I don’t have enough time to explain everything that went wrong let’s just say that the staff was nice and I got a ride to the airport the driver was also nice that is it. Needless to say I will never set foot in that hotel ever again.

They have a nice dinning room, a large courtyard ; but unfortunately inside the bedroom is a missed. The room is tinny, there is no window, there is water liking inside the bathroom. The staffs are nor friendly , they have you wait to long before you get served. I think their facility do not have adequate standard to be listed on Expedia.

50.00 cash deposit or Passport
The check-in was problematic! They requested a 50.00 cash deposit. This is NOT mentioned on any materials via Hotel.com; they refused to take a credit card. They also said that they could hold my passport in exchange for the cash deposit (which is illegal!). I was very disappointed. I had to find an ATM (which is not easy here at the moment). I will not stay here again for that reason. The staff in the restaurant and security are lovely. The condition of the room was suitable. The 50.00 cash deposited should be communicated by the hotel prior to arrival.

I stayed there for 4 days, the room definitely wasn’t what I expected as far as cleanliness was concerned, but you get what you pay for. The water was cold, had to jump in and out of a cold shower. The man who checked me in wasn’t too nice, they didn’t have half of the food they have listed on the menu. the only person who went above and beyond and was very professional was Jeudi. They need to either give that man a raised or let him be the one in the office checking people in, power was out a few tomes. I would not return nor would I recommend
I have been visiting this place fir the past 10 years; but this time I was not satisfied at all. Tv in the room is a disaster. When you called for services, it is like they forgot about you. My check-in was at 3 pm, but I was hanging around for 5 hours because I arrived earlier, and they don’t care about if they a room available or not, they don’t do the accommodation for clients if you don’t have the $25 for early checkin while the hotel neighbor goes it for free( early check in). They might loose customers for that reason.
Well, it happened that I could not check in because the Hotel's generator blew up. So, no electricity and the worst is that I can't get a refund and had to book another Hotel. No warning email nor any type of communication.
The worse hotel experience ever, they shouldn't even be on your website, for a hotel that's the closest to the airport they should be at the highest standards yet the lowest, not even water, really? And you taking people money without disclosing and you charging extra for "we have a little issues with the gas right now so we have to add another $15 per room" not knowing what HELL i was walking into i said ok. Honestly I just wish i had sit down with the owner because i really can't Express myself in this review
