Excellent Property and Conveniently located near Eiffel Tower!

Perfect spot to enjoy what Paris has to offer

We stayed at the aiffel tower suite, this suite is worth every penny. Hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly I emailed the hotel special item for my daughter who was turning 15 years old and the didn’t disappoint! They left some macaroons, chocolates and various juices along a note for my daughter. We plan on going back soon:)

Excellent staff service, good located, good amenities, excellent bedroom and bathroom size, excellent breakfast. I would go back again.

The front staff were very attentive and helpful but housekeeping was very bad. They would not refill tea or coffee. They did not refill body wash or body lotion dispenser or tissues. Not 5 star service, more like 3 star.

Clean and easy to access to neighborhood. Shower tube/glass divider design is not good and make the bathroom wet while taking shower.

Think Twice

Lots of shot flies comes from all the drain in the unit. Shower floors were so dirty that we told a shower with our socks in. Light don’t turn off in the bedroom, so we had to sleep in the living room. 2nd floor which we requested a high floor, so lots of noise Poor experience overall

The location of the hotel is wonderful - short walk to Eiffel Tower, Arch the Triumph and Champs Elise. The rooms are beautiful- newly remodeled and nicely decorated. However, what made our stay most memorable was the staff- everyone was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. It is a gem!

The hotel is in an excellent location with many restaurants right nearby. The hotel is under construction, which I knew when o booked but didn’t realize to the extent. However, the staff were very very friendly and helpful. We used the concierge to help arrange airport transport and they were on time, friendly and so helpful with all of our luggage. There weren’t extra amenities due to the construction and there is not an on-site restaurant other than the breakfast buffet. We booked the superior room and its was very spacious and perfect. Thank you for a very nice stay! The place will be amazing when it is all done.

The reason that I do not rate 5 star the hotel was renovating the reception for the Olympic Games. But the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast is expensive for what they serve it not worthy. There is a place next to the Hotel that serve excellent breakfast and best cappuccino I I drank in Paris

Loved condition, and closeness to emblematic landmarks, Trocadero, Eiffel Tower, Triumph Arch, Champs Elysees, etc..

Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed in the 2 Bedrooms Deluxe Apartment, the apartment is fine overall. But the hotel is under some renovation work so it is very noisy in the morning (9 am) and those sounds are very loud and terrifying. Basically, you cannot sleep in the morning which is terrible for vacation. We complained about this to the front desk but the reply we got was that they would investigate it. We didn't know there was renovation work if so I will 100% not book this hotel. Considering the room cost more than 800 euros per night, the above experience is far from acceptable.

- Certain areas of the property were going under construction and were noisy. - After we asked we were told that the room had a view that was different from the actual room view. Overall the price did not justified the value.

It is undoubtedly one of the best places I have stayed in the world! Not only the place or the location, the treatment and the way to make my stay something very special. There is no better place to stay than this hotel. All the staff who work here are simply incredible, friendly and attentive I just love it!

Nice suite including large living room and kitchen. So close to Eiffel Tower and metro. Market conveniently close by with decent prices.

The hotel is under construction. There’s several cards to use for hotel security. I like that if the card works. Ours did not work at first and had to be changed. It looked like they don’t have enough staff at the reception. The AC was not working. Had to open the window that meant we can hear the noise from the outside bar and fast vehicles. It was a challenge.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Two bedroom apartment was perfect for us with our three-night stay with two dogs: luxurious but not precious. I’m so grateful to the rare hotel such as this one who strive to offer comfort to the humans as well as welcome dogs. Location, for tourists or business, is also perfect.

The maintenance was not properly done. Multiple light bulbs were burnt. The shower showed no pressure.

Perfect place to stay in Paris. We stayed here in June with a toddler. Had a one bedroom suite. Includes a little kitchen and a washer/dryer combo. Hotel provided the crib which is a plus. Very cute hotel with a nice Parisian feel. Great size bathroom. Bigger than your typical European hotel. Great location. 2-3 min walk to the train and bus stop outside the hotel. Walking distance to the Eiffel tower! You can see it early in the day and beat the crowd and at night. Walking distance to restaurants. There is a little market just two doors down and a pharmacy right next door. Would highly recommend this hotel

Lots of ants & insects in my room #122 . The bathroom was smelly . Fabric on the chair are worn out . They changed it to 325 the next morning . No sleepers , bathrobe & others that were present before

The property is pretty central. Its just a short walk and a road cross to see the Eiffel Tower in all of it's glory. There's a plethora of restaurants, bars, a supermarket and drugstores in close proximity. Thats the good news. Triple check the dates! As I noticed there was an issue with the dates, and contacted the hotel, got no response from them. We had prepaid in full for the room so it shouldnt have been a problem but yet on arrival this was an issue. The person checking us in had major attitude. The manager eventually got involved and we got the room sorted. We were offered a free breakfast which we then got charged for. On departing there seemed to be another issue and I'm waiting to see if we get a refund for 1 night that we didn't stay as the person on duty didn't seem to have a clue what to do.

I’ve stayed at other La Clef (Louvre) locations and this did not live up to past experiences. It was fine, good property but nothing stood out as praiseworthy

This hotel has very spacious rooms by Paris standards. The property was clean and well located with nice amenities. I have seen other reviews comment it's not a true 5 star (Ritz Carlton/St. Regis type standard). I would agree but it's close and the price is significantly less than a true 5 star which makes it excellent value. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Nice hotel however if you take a room facing the street you will not sleep. There is a bar/lounge with music until the wee hours. You also hear the traffic and everyone passing by. Windows are not suitable for this situation.

Great location within the city. Room was nice and clean. All water did stop working on our last night there but was fixed quickly.

Hugo was the best staff there, generally the staff were nice but kind of too slow.

Worst hotel i stayed in in my whole life i dont really know how its a 5star hotel, no room service even when you call ask for water they say the water finished we dont have any !

The place was great but there was no advantage for having VIP access. We were not able to avail of early checkin or room upgrade.

Great area, 3 minutes to Trocadero. Lots of restaurants in the area. The staff were very helpful and supplied showers to freshen up as we arrived prior to check in.

Advertised as a 5 star but closer to a 3 star maybe 2. Hotel overall is awkwardly set up and double rooms behind 1 door doesn’t give much privacy. Would not recommend

Great location. Room was clean and large, with a large king bed. Room had a fridge and microwave. Staff were nice, helpful and available.

The staff was very friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday and they decorated the suite with balloons and a cake. The location is amazing. We had the Eiffel Tower suite and the view was breathtaking. Gorgeous suite!!

i am staying at this hotel right now i am extremely pleased with everything the room is spacious for a Parisian hotel it is very bright and well kept the bed is absolutely wonderful i had reserved the executive studio and was lucky to get one with a terrace with a view on eiffel tower . The staff is very nice and helpful. Trust me you will not be disappointed it is worth every penny.

The shape of room

The staff was so friendly, but the room was different not like the room picture in the website when I told them I need city view they give me another room but with 20€ in night, the hotel was so clean it’s my next time in this hotel, the service wasn’t that good I need to ask about soap and slipper and capsules of coffee machine.

the staff was super helpful and nice

Hot water was out when I checked in and it didn’t come back on until late that night and was only luke warm. Many guest not wearing masks and the staff did nothing. So dangerous and ridiculous given the pandemic.
