This is really good choice for your live in Champs-Elysées！It’s good for shopping, nearby the Arc de Triomphe. And the room has good quality kitchen appliances that is really convenience for us. Also, we use the laundry room by ourselves, it’s good for travel person! Anyway, I would recommend this hotel when you come to Paris！

A true 5 star hotel experience! The room was immaculate, the staff - extremely attentive and the entire vibe I felt coming back home from a long day of meetings in the city, was exactly how I wanted to feel in Paris. Beautiful hotel! Definitely would stay again.

Rafael was AMAZING!!! As was Rihab, Mamat and Julia! The staff was awesome! Wish there was room service and the bed type we requested and paid for. If it weren’t for the outstanding staff, I would have given terrible reviews about the lack of amenities at this hotel!

It was too bad and the lobby and the corridors smells kitchen from the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. it was terrible the smells reached the third floor

My husband and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel is beautiful! Our room had an impressive kitchenette, which was a wonderful bonus. Service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely be back!

Excellent location, nice rooms and friendly staff.

The location is good, and the rooms are fine. That’s the end of the positives. The staff is unhelpful, the “room service” was embarrassing (literally heated up food in glass pots), there is no concierge service (we asked them to book multiple restaurants and they either told us to do it ourselves or didn’t respond at all to emails), and the management doesn’t care to assist. To top it off, we had a flight cancelled and had to arrive two days late. Management was intransigent about the “no cancellations” policy and charged us fully for those two days. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for 5 star service. It’s not even 2 stars. Dreadful.

Would absolutely stay again. Centrally located just off the Champs-Élysées, close to everything. The staff here were exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The hotel is impeccably clean, modern and rooms are beautifully finished with every detail taken care of.

Amazing location, very clean, fantastically quiet considering the proximity to Champs Elysees, and the staff were very friendly and tried to help where they could. Aside from the bedrooms, which are high-end, there are no other facilities at the hotel, and the small bar is shared with the restaurant which means it is always full

Best Hotel in Paris

This Hotel was recently renovated to perfection, the location is amazing just a 2 min walk to champs elysees and minutes from Arc De Triomphe. Everybody is extremely professional and pleasant and it was a joy to stay there. We Highly recommend it.

Wardrobes and lights

There were two wardrobes in our room, there were internal lights that never went off. So at night time, when you wanted to block out the lights, these lights kept you awake. However, my husband climbed inside the wardrobes and stuffed them with pillows and clothes to smother the lighting and make the room darker and better for sleep. We did tell the staff about this a few times; they said each time there were going to sort out the problem and they didn't. I think someone should have communicated back to us that there was nothing they could do about the lights in the bedroom. We asked if they could turn the lights off or remove a battery.

Poor customer service

For the price we were paying we expected exceptional customer service. After complaining about a fault in our two single beds that kept moving because they were on wheels and a smell coming from the vent in my room the lady at reception asked me very rudely what do you expect me to do about it. I told her that she needs to send maintenance up to the room. We arrived early for check in and asked if there were any facilities in the hotel that we can stay to enjoy in the hotel in the meantime. The lady told us that we could use the toilet. It turns out there was a restaurant which was closed at the time, a gym and a seating area. I would have expected someone to atleast be on the bar as this was 1pm. The TV was not a smart TV so we could not enjoy that. The lighting in the room was poor for a room that size, it constantly felt dark no matter how wide open the curtains were and lights switched on. This hotel was not value for money at all. The customer service was really poor. I also asked the lady at reception for a double bed and she said she only had two singles, even though we requested a double when we booked. Only later to find out from the cleaning lady that she could merge the two beds together. We had an unpleasant sleep the first two nights and it could have been fixed straight away if the lady at reception was not so uninterested.

Excellent hotel - modern and clean

There were so many great perks to this property. 1) great staff- informative and provided great hospitality; 2) great location- conveniently located to Champs Elysées and to Eiffel Tour but without the noise and hustle and bustle of being in a touristy area; 3) cleanliness- clean property and prompt room service

The room is amazingly decorated with detailed and impeccable taste. The comfort is perfect . I keep going in this hotel and will continue to go there while I am in Paris

La clef is the best!!

This hotel was 5 stars amazing!! The whole team was so kind and the hotel was super clean and fresh!! My wife like to cook and the room we had a stove top and great view :) thank you again to the entire La clef team

The design and decor are nice, but the hotel is small and so are the rooms. we did not get room cleaning services from 8 am to 3 pm on the first day we stayed there, but they cmpensated us with free breakfast (which was not very oppulent for a 5star property).

brilliant experience

Amazing location and beautiful hotel. Only feedback is the drain for the very open shower is in the middle of the bathroom so the entire bathroom floor gets wet.

Newly renovated, clean, quiet and safe plus good attitude. I enjoyed it much. Will come back.

Way too expensive for what you truly get

Completely overpriced (at least by x2) for what you get. Bed hard as rock, very bad nights and felt it wasn't the crowd wanted for business purposes . Very disappointed to say the least.

The room was nicely appointed. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of many destinations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Security was excellent, as the room key was needed to enter the hotel lobby.

Waited for a room and dirty shower head

The stay was great, but I have two complaints. We showed up for check in at 3, and our room was not ready until 4:45. They did give us complimentary drinks while we waited. Also, the rainfall shower head had calcium build-up blocking the water from coming out in several places. We cleaned it with a towel, and then it was fixed. The hotel is very nice and so was our room.

We had an amazing stay, we were upgraded when we arrived which was really nice since we were celebrating our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, and it's in a REALLY good location. The room is very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again next time we visit paris.

Just delightful - again!

Visited Paris for four days and enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very clean and staff was courteous.

Really bad service. The receptionist did not have good treatment. Our tv did not work. We did not have any place to put our luggages. They change our from room. Did not have us the keys so we have to wait. We told the receptionist Jasmine she did not seem to care.

Great property in a central location of the city. Staff were very accommodating in helping us with any questions or recommendations. Only downside was that the room was listed as a king and we got 2 twin beds pushed together. I know this is typical in Paris, but it wish it would’ve clarified that being the case before arriving.

Gorgeous, high quality hotel so convenient and close to the heart of Paris shopping district. My room was superb, the bed was super-comfortable, and the service was exceptional. I want to give special recognition to Laurent at the front desk, who welcomed me with great kindness and was attentive to my needs during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Centrally located right off Champs-elysees and Arch Truimphe. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower as well. Charming hotel with updated large rooms And modern bathroom. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Would most definitely stay here again!

We arrived @16:00 hr but We were giving many papers to fill just to delay our check in because rooms weren’t ready yet. This dumbness , tell the customers the truth don’t lie and make foolish excuses.

Its just not 5 starts, its wannabe, if it was a 4star hotel , expectations would be well met. for 5 star kind off all is missing. The upgraded (for money) wierd half apartment half hotel room was absurd. in 5 stat hotel no minibar, no drinks nor snacks, dish washer in small room, but no minnibar, the bathroom designer is a joke, toilet, shower and mirror area all same, BUT water runs to the MIDDLE of the bathroom, of one takes shower rest of day is unusable toilet nor sink, because its all fully wet. Beside some small mess ups like acceppting clothes for cleaning and when specifically asked that as we have check out tomorrow, yes will be back.. ofc not... no solutions offered. even after all that mess in a relatively emty hotel squeesing 100 eur for 3 hour late check out on sunday was top. Never going back. price wise so much better (maybe 50eur more per night-100) and get true 5 star hotels experience. This was kind of ugraded apartment building wanna be 5start hotel. Design was only thing super nice. Roomservice foord below ANY taste expectations, pasta and burger most likely most tasteless we have ever eaten. Again, prices same as in top 5 star hotels., or 85% of it.This hotel would make itself a great benefit if downgrades to 4 star and stops pretending.
