Great hotel - attached to the Lotte Mall. Staff was super attentive and helpful. The pool views of Hanoi was great. Location is a little far from other things to do.

New clean hotel. Rooms are spacious. Nice infinity pool on 23rd floor. It is conveniently attached to Lotte mall and there are a lot of excellent shopping and dining options there.

5days biz trip

Service excellent, room in good new condition. Great location as next to lotte mall with plenty of shopping, restaurant, supermarket and amenities. Only issue is, room service menu should hv more choices but food quality served is good!

Top notch location, condition and amenities.. service staff need to be better equiped and trained, they seem mostly in experienced to provide slow check in and handle questions properly.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. When our flight was cancelled and we had to stay another night they were great at accomodating a nights stay and getting us into a room early and eazily. I would highly recommend this property.

Top class hotel in all facilities

My room was room was not cleaned completely, need to ask the staffs to clean again. But overall the hotel is good and comfortable, also the breakfast is really nice. Staffs are friendly and helpful!

This is a new property. It is attached to the fabulous Lotte mall so you don't even have to go outside to go to the mall. The roof top bar and infinity pool are superb. Our room on 20th floor with a balcony offered a fabulous view of West Lake and privacy. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a minor problem with the sliding glass door to the balcony making wind noise one evening and the building team immediately fixed it. I would suggest making your own transportation arrangements, however, if you are on a budget.

Had a short two day business trip and this was a great place to stay. Great local coffee shop right around the corner

The staff was so helpful. The concierge desk went beyond and above the call of duty. Namely Jene. The 6th floor welcome area was also very helpful with recommending places to eat or areas of shopping. The doormen were helpful with advising taxi rates and preferable taxi companies. Service will always be memorable to me

Higher end, stylish & brand new hotel

Liked that it was close to airport. Had a shopping mall attached so we could walk around. Our balcony door was VERY noisy with wind but they did fix the next morning!

This hotel would have been rated 5 stars but for one detail. Stayed in room 1210 which had plastic glass! So you can hear everything outside and cannot get a good sleep. You would think a hotel of this calibre would know this BEFORE renting the room to you? Sadly, money talks, customers are not important.

Staffs way of approach are not five star profession.

Excellent & Welcoming service at front desk/foor. Clean and good room layout. Good location thats connected to huge Lotte Mall Good room service food and conveniently ordered through TV app. Nice service call day before checking out. Consider best hotel so far in Hanoi i have stay, better than some of the big international brands.

Decent hotel at great location

Nice hotel at a great location! close to city and even very well connected to Airport. the only issue I faced is the size of the room, I found it to be small for 5 star hotel at a price bracket of around more than USD 120/ night! in country like vietnam I have always enjoyed more spacious accommodation

Very great hotel for staycation. It is new in 2023 and very chic. I like that the outdoor pool that is four seasons, with jacuzzi. It was really relaxing during winter. Just beware that they charge the laundry bags

New modern hotel with great staff

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff who are eager to help. It has a fantastic business lounge with great staff, food all day and cocktails, wine and beer in the evening. On the top floor there is a large infinity pool with great views. Oh, and did I mention the heated toilet seats?

The hotel is really chic and newly made. I am glad i made the right choice for my Christmas trip! The hotel were all friendly from checkin time. But the checkout was quite long because apparently they have a lot of amenities that is chargeable including their laundry bag which i end up giving it back because it is not worth it. It is beautiful just that this is my first hotel that charge me for using their laundry bag. I would suggest the hotel to write all of their chargeable amenities since a lot of guests usually get these amenities free. I think they can avoid lots of confusion and probably speed up their checkout procedure.

プールは最高、日本語が出来るスタッフがいるのは良かった。 しかし防音がチープ過ぎて、早朝に車の音でたたき起こされました。疲労がたまったまま旅行することになり最悪でした。 ベランダにタバコの吸い殻が捨てたままになっていたりしてこれで星５はないです。 二度と利用しません。

施設施設もスタッフも良かったです 隣 ロッテモール もあるし 太鼓も綺麗で良いところはあるんですが 旧市街 出てくのにタクシー代が結構高く それが不満でした！評価が低いのはホテルの宿泊と航空機の出発機が1日ずれてて無駄になったことがあったからです

호텔이 신축되어 아주 깨끗하고 바로옆에 롯데몰과 지하에 롯데마트가 있어 한국으로 돌아올때 가족이나 친구들 선물 사기가 편리함. 롯데마트 커피코너에는 한국어 가능한 판촉요원들이 있음.

깨끗하고 비교적 조용한곳이였다 조식도 훌륭하고 스파나인 맛사지도 훌륭하다 수영장도 조용하고 훌륭했다 올드쿼터와는 다소 거리가 있어서 이동하는 시간이 걸리는게 아쉬웠다

フロントの会計で待たされた、ハノイロッテとは異なります、スタッフのサービスが、非常に良い　悪いがはっきりしています。 レストランは、不味い 部屋の扉が重いなど、結構不具合あり
