Someone tried to break in our room last night there. I asked the manager to look at cameras and she said they dont work for some reason. Sketchy. I have messages on whatsapp for proof too and videos.

I have to really thank the employees of this property for an excellent job. They are so kind courteous and respectful and I recommend this property to anybody that’s seeking one it’s really close to the beach about five minutes walk and there’s restaurants in the area. There’s also a grocery store that’s nearby. Awesome property

The property was very nice, clean & quiet! The hot tub on the balcony was a great addition. Anything that we needed the ladies were very quick to help. We enjoyed ourselves in Boca Chica, and would certainly stay at this property again.

Hey good afternoon, I had a great stay at this hotel. Very nice friendly was there whenever I needed anything place was clean the area was nice one two blocks away from the beach beach was awesome. The hotel was great big thank you to them for the wonderful hospitality it’s a great vacationing home for the week or two will highly recommend it to my friends and family!!!!

I thought the property was awesome! The privacy, the heated jacuzzi, the fact that I had the whole top floor with 2 grills to myself was an added bonus! I loved the place!

Check in was good,we got there later than business hours and we were still greeted and got to just get in and unpack and unwind without dealing with the paperwork right of way

Everything was as advertised. I enjoyed the hot tub , the hanging swing which was good for relaxation the heated showers, just remember to turn the switch on for the hot water tank and the air condition in the bedroom!.. The staff was very helpful whenever I had a question or needed something. It's a nice apartment I had apartment 3A which has the jacuzzi on the balcony... I walked to the beach in 10 minutes.. I grabbed breakfast right down the road about 5 minutes walking as well as dinner right next door. It is located in a Tourist area and you do get to see the everyday life of the people which I personally appreciated. I would say definitely be smart about how you move about but that's anywhere! When I come back to Boca Chica I will be renting from them again! Beautiful service Rosy and Staff! Mucho gracias ☺️

It’s ok they just charge me two times for one days that the only thing n no hot water

This local hotel was great!!! Clean, secure. The management team was amazing. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. For the local experience, This is the place to stay.

Clean & friendly. 1/4 mile walk to beach (Same Street) very affordable & secure locking entry gate. Stores & restaurants within walking distance. They did charge a extra cleaning fee which was different from Expedia , FYI. But I’m already booking my next stay here.

KSL was very pleasant. Highly secure, beautiful, clean property with updated amenities. I had apartment 4A with beautiful views and outdoor jacuzzi. There was no hot water in the whole apartment, or in the jacuzzi. I didn't mind not having hot water, but a serious issue for other's. KSL is a great property, Kevin is very responsive and will make sure you feel at home.

This property was an enjoyable place to stay. It was clean, safe, air conditioned, with an extraordinary spacious balcony. The apartment attendant responded immediately to any requests I had. This apartment location gives you the opportunity to really immerse in the Dominican culture.

Good overall

The room was nice. But when i saw a photo of a TV screen in the ad i thought they had cable TV. No, that is too expensive i was told. Also the hot tub and terrace are locked off and only to be used by the top floor apartment. Which is a shame considering it is a fair distance to walk to the beach. But it is secure which is good in that neighborhood.

The location is good for me, but the service is questionable they only cleaned the rooms every three days on my stay there, as a matter of fact the two rooms were only cleaned once Wednesday September 15,2020.

Two bedrooms with separate air conditioners. Pull out couch. Excellent appliances in kitchen.

It was no less than perfect the place was very clean the staff was very helpful, if others seeing this review i would advise you on your next trip to the Dominican Republic to stay at KSL Residence dont worry about security that hotel is very secure so peeps take a trip that is the only way to find out now ni e this place is.❤❤❤❤❤ i love it

We enjoyed the residence it was big enough for the four of us. The beach was nearby and a great restaurant across the street. Any thing we needed they were close by to help. You need to know that they don’t provide for everything.

Thank you Kelvin. Comfortable and clean. Owner very accommodating and onsite assistance when necessary. Modern styling, beautiful kitchen. Double bed. Plenty of room for a queen size and it would be nice. Busy street can be noisy and motorcycle company on main floor can have loud bikes during business hours if you're trying to sleep in. All in all highly recommended. Thanks again
