We had an amazing time in the hotel. Thanks to all the staff for making it great. The facilities are wonderful. The views are outstanding, especially at night. I love the cabanas at the beach. They have different foods each night in the buffet restaurants. The food is great with a wide range to suit everyone. Feels everything in the hotel is done with thought, and care for the well-being of the guests. We checked in really late at night with Manus at the desk to assist us with the check-in. He welcomed us with warm smile. He was super helpful and gave us something to eat knowing we came to the hotel after a long flight. That was a warm welcome. We entered the room with amazing views at the balcony. They have made the holiday and the whole experience special for me and my partner. Thank you again!
The property was beautiful and the restaurants were great!
This place is beautiful with the traditional all white structures with nice stone walkways with great landscaping. The staff at this hotel are the best at reception Manos, in dining Niki and Anastasia just to name few, This was second stay and they put us in our same fabulous room which overlooked the beach with private sitting area, separate sunbathing area with chaises and outside shower. Got sick and they arranged for doctor to meet in room, the juggled things to extend us for two more nights in the middle of high season. The only thing is our room needs a little renovation the laminate flooring edges were peeling and deck paint flaking off showing its time for a refresh. The only other thing is in the airport landing path so planes fly in all day and night which sometimes is annoying. That all said without hesitation we will gladly go back to see George and his dog Hermes again.
We were upgraded to a bungalow upon arrival but couldn’t find the cabana reserved for it anywhere on the beach. The food was good at the buffet. We like to eat outside, but we were overwhelmed by the amount of cigarette smoke at almost every meal.
Nice place. Advertised as a five star but far from it. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good but DO NOT buy the meal package
Was nice many families. Hotel is nicer to the all inclusive guests. Also I registered 3 complaints with the front desk and nothing was done to correct it. After I complained they said they would get back to me via phone / email within 2 days has been over 10 days and no one has contacted me. Also let me add I called to follow up and got the same line someone will be in touch. My main issue was the ants invading my room through cracks in the baseboards and tile in the bathroom area.
The best we really enjoyed our stay, beach food
Very dirty , mold in the shower. Dan had rust and an inch of dust on it. Table in our room was filled with coffee stains. Whole resort smelled like frying oil. I didn’t not stay - left shortly after check in. Awaiting refund
Warm, friendly welcome. This luxury hotel caters to everyone, even our furry babies. It has an excellent day spa, similar to or even better than Crown Day Spa in Melbourne. Breakfast is included. There are two swimming pools, a gym, and sunbeds on a private beach. Amazing ocean views and close to town. Highly recommended for families and couples but perhaps not the first option for solo travellers.

Overall, ok experience
I liked the location and the individual bungalows
This property was beautiful. Our ocean view suite was amazing. The food was 8/10 stars.
The private beach and sun beds are nice, beach bar and service are nice as well. There is nothing to do outside of the resort unless to take a taxi( 30 euros one way)to go to Heraklion city center
Pros: Nice people and kind staff. The location is very quiet (although perhaps a little too quiet). The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Cons: On our first night, we encountered four massive cockroaches in the room. These insects were about the size of my thumb and were flying. One even came close to climbing on my wife’s head during the night. We promptly requested another room, which meant that at 1 a.m. on our first night, we had to call and get a different room. So, after unpacking, we had to pack everything back up, only to unpack again. It was a disappointing start to our stay. However, once we were in the new room, we didn’t encounter any more roaches. Unfortunately, we overheard someone in another room going through a similar experience. General: This resort is not the place to stay if you’re looking for nightlife. However, it’s conveniently located (just a 10-minute drive) to some nice outdoor beach bars and has a beautiful view of the private beach and water.
Beautiful hotel
Good spot but far from Stuff. Good food, great views, food beach. Bring a bigger cup for your drinks.
The hotel is very well situated on the beach and has two very good restaurants. The highlight for us all were the charming staff and we enjoyed our few days very much. You do get used to planes flying quite low overhead. The hotel is freshly painted and there is a gym and a well appointed spa.
The Free WiFi is almost inexistent in the room. The breakfast & dinner at the main restaurant is very good but the lunch at SiLa is not good at all. The concierge has no idea about the points of interest in the area.
This property left nothing to desire. The room we had was clean, quiet and perfectly situated facing the beach. There was a full wall of a window to view a beautiful coastline with no obstruction at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful at turn of our stay. I just wish we had more time to stay longer.

Incredible Stay at an Affordable Paradise. Wow!
Incredible stay at Knossos Beach Hotel and Spa - 10/10. We felt very cared for! Every room was max 3 min from the crystal clear warm water, cabanas and beach chairs with umbrellas on the smooth sand beach. I thought we would want to do many things in Greece only to discover this hotel and beach was paradise - so I never left! Superb staff - every one, tasty cocktails on the beach, warm water exterior pool (we never used because the ocean was soft and warm without dangerous waves!). Delicious food, good wine selection. Paradise. And an affordable paradise!!
Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Really nice beach and swimming. Easy access to Heraklion by taxi or frequent and comfortable bus.
Romantic Bungalow Stay
The resort was just amazing with beautiful white buildings and flowered pathways! We had a private Villa with a private pool and fabulous room service! The private restaurants on the resort was delicious! Highly recommended!
Knosso beach bungalow was a nice way to end our 10 th anniversary vacation. The staff was kind the buffet was very tasteful but what I like the most was the view looking over the sea at the mountains and the fact that our private heated pool made this place a little gold mind. Well there’s nothing little about this place it’s huge but beautiful. I also liked you have your on private cabana on the beach. The grounds of Knossos is beautiful. Also if you feel like you want to dress up a little they do have a elegant restaurant you could try on the grounds too. Whether it’s a long stay or a weekend stay you will love your stay here. Oh and the night pictures are just as beautiful as the pictures in the day. We had a great week.
Beach view and Spa
Lovely resort , staff super friendly and attentive . Such an amazing location with its own cove type beaches .
My family and I had a wonderful time The staff at the Restaurant yefsis was amazing I would come back again I felt very welcome Aristidis Hadis
We had a suite with private pool and access to beach Room was a good size, and the private pool was a decent size too Access to beach was great, and it felt a little like a private beach, shared with a handful of people Food was great (Si La particularly nice food and views) Entertainment was OK, not the best but not the worst Staff were really good, always very polite and quick to take orders Loved our week and would definitely come back austin
Most beautiful with a serene and peaceful energy! A little paradise 💕
Great and beautiful property. Newly renovated and very luxury. Would again definitely book for my next trip to Crete.
Paradise!
Super convenient to the airport and ports. The hotel felt very high end and the accommodations were spacious and clean. The food was excellent, although Swell was a better restaurant than Si La. The room came with a stocked mini bar that was complementary and you could order anything you wanted from their mobile app and it would arrive within minutes. My wife and I had an awesome time there and would highly recommend this property!
Property is clean, breakfast was good. The beach and sun beds were also up to expectations.
Loved being right on the beach!
Nice options for dining and ocean access
Wonderful holiday
Well maintained Clean
The property was absolutely beautiful! The staff were amazing! The room and view were amazing!
Island suite with its own pool makes for a great stay. Terrific staff from management to housekeeping. Welcome dog Hermes - bonus! Very expensive all-inclusive option was not worth it unless you drink a lot. We didn’t. Vegetarian options for lunch and dinner very limited with limited protein sources. Lots of fruits, salads but spaghetti every meal as vegetarian entree source. Sila very limited menu and no substitutions or ability to make dish vegetarian (was there no chef for this restaurant that requires reservations?) Nice stay in nice quiet area 20 min from Eraklio. Staff works VERY hard to please so would recommend but not with inclusive option.
The staff were all great with a warm and friendly attitude. The buffet was always great and had variety and new options each day. The room was spectacular with an easy trip to the beach which was perfect. Plenty of chairs and cabanas and the water was crystal clear. Would definitely come back.
then private pool and the direct access to the beach was amazing!!!! Loved a lot more than just that but there were the greatest thing about the room
Very run down, tired old place. Not VIP quality. The 5 star rating is misleading if not lying. From the moment we drove in we could see it was old and poorly maintained. Beds, linens, lounges, gym equipment, etc should have been replaced a long time ago. The pools and hotel generally below 3 star. This hotel gives the Expedia Ratings system a really Bad Name.
The only 5 stars over there are the serving staff , other then that it s a clear 3 stars. Hotel itself really worn out and outdated , no renovation in the rooms , getting a shower without making all wet was a challenge , furniture, towels and bed sheets are very old and stained. Front desk very arrogant and not very helpful. We stayed there as a couple for 1 week with half bord ( get ready to pay the water or any other drinks separately) food generally was ok but a lot of repetitive as well. We certainly not go back to this hotel unless a change is made in front desk staff and renovation of the hotel.
Didn’t do enough research on the property and booked it due to its location to the airport for direct international flights and for the port with sailings to the Cyclades. Those were good reasons to stay there- but were the same reasons it was the worst place we stayed and experienced in Crete. Flights flew overhead all day and all night. The hotel was never in contact with us. The food was mediocre, everyone smoked at all times everywhere. The room was dank, the linens were threadbare, the bathroom felt moldy. The quarters were small, the sea was the dirtiest we experienced in Crete, with alot of seaweed and flotsam, and my son reported a sewage smell. The restaurant food was not good and the singing was extremely loud and very dated and intrusive. They certainly tried and I’m sure all the staff were lovely- but the entire place was tired, rundown and a sad way to end what had been the most excellent stay in Crete.
We did the all inclusive option and the drinks and food made it a great choice. They changed it up every night so you had different option
The property advertising is very misleading. This is not a 5-star as advertised. The rooms and the amenities are dated. Wouldn’t recommend it.
The hotel looks old and lacks maintenance. Wood fences not painted in ages, rusted iron, etc. We went to the buffet restaurant on the evening of our arrival. They told us it closed at 9:30 pm - pretty early for Greece. It was 9:27 pm. We went in and got a plate of salad. Then they removed all the food at 9:30 pm - all at once. No warning. No consideration we just arrived. The closest restaurant is a 10 min walk. We had great stays across several islands over a few weeks. This was not one of them, especially for a high price. Glad we stayed only one night.
Five star accommodation.
Private pool was delightful the room was well stocked each day with drinks and water. Staff were lovely & very helpful without being intrusive.
VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY
Great Location
Great location and views from Bungalow rooms.
Me and my wife went here on our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! We were just over the moon during our week stay. Staff was as nice as can be and the the restaurants served everything with olive oil and we LOVED it! Beautiful scenery and the Mediterranean Sea is to die for. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Don't Get the All-Inclusive
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are doing the best they can with what they've got, but this place appears to be poorly managed. Aside from the reception area and the restaurants, the facilities are becoming rundown: warped boards and bridges to walk on, dirty cabana curtains, stained sofa pillows, etc. We stayed in a suite with a sea view and a cabana. The view was fantastic and it was so nice to have an included cabana. We also opted for the all-inclusive, so we wouldn't have to leave the resort to find food. Unfortunately, the food and drinks included with the all-inclusive were really, really bad. I'm not a picky eater at all, but they were often inedible leaving me pretty hungry for our 2-night stay. The restaurant Si La is better...but only if you buy something NOT included in the all-inclusive. I feel like they are cutting corners, especially with the food and drinks. I ordered an inclusive margarita and it tasted like licorice. Just really, really bad. My husband threw out drinks as well. We left very disappointed with the food and drinks, but the beach was nice. The room was just OK, but definitely not a 5-star room. The only 5-star part of this place was the staff.
We had a great time. Great service and great staff who treats you like a member of the family. Kudos to Anastasia and Nina (F&B), Lefteris, Kostas and Georgina. The place has great architecture with great view of the aegean sea where one can capture the beautiful sunrise and the sunset. The place is clean and well-kept. There is still much to be desired with the food preparation and variety. Overall experience is great and looking forward to our next visit to the place.
All
Great staff & service, would definitely recommend.
We were very impressed, Location direct on the beach, breakfast just amazing, price quite reasonable, No complaints
We had a wonderful time at this resort. It was our first time in Greece and we will be back.
Great property with a perfect location and lovely amenities The dining was fabulous!!
Position and layout was excellant. Straight onto beach. However unable to visit 2 restraunts in evening on property as male guests are made to wear long trousers. Nobody relayed this imformation to us until i tried to use restraunt on 1st evening. However local tavernas under 5 minute walk were excellant. We wete also informed that wr were not allowed to use carbanas or comfy matress sunbeds as they reserved for other guests however during stay nobody used them. This was one reason we choose this hotel, for the comfort.
The beach was stunning as it was private for guests. If you had a suite you had a beach cabana, unfortunately there was no waiter service for the beach beds and the beach bar was not well located. For a 5 star hotel you would expect waiter service especially when the staff were sat at the bar doing nothing. Guests that didn't have a cabana would just use one if it was free which was frustrating for those that had paid for one.The A La Carte restaurants were really good, especially the asian themed restaurant. The bar area near reception was really small so there wasn't much room for guests to sit outside and have a drink. The hotel is in need of some basic maintenance in way of painting and tidying it up but overall I would definitely visit again.
Our stay at Knossos was great! Highlights included an excellent beach location with chairs and cabanas included in the price, excellent pool, substantial breakfast buffet, close proximity to a small town with restaurants/grocery stores and close proximity to a bus stop. The only negative was ants in our room upon arrival. There was a sticky liquid in the middle of the floor that may have been there for a few hours and attracted ants. We killed about 50 ants initially upon entering the room and discovered the source within the exterior walls. When I called the front desk they didn't seem particularly concerned but did send up a maid within 10 minutes with spray. After the spray, we didn't find anymore ants after staying three nights. With all the garden areas and vegetation, I'm assuming this is a larger problem at the hotel as my wife found another colony of ants by the beach chair at the pool. This was a smaller issue in the grand scheme of things, but was irritating after initially arriving at the hotel. At checkout, the front desk didn't really ask me how the stay was, which I would've brought up the issue but didn't. I wouldn't give a 5 star rating to this hotel due to the ant issue, along with the insensitivity on the matter.
The property was simply fantastic, great staff, and great amenities. The only area for improvment would we be the wi-fi, it continually dropped out and coverage was challenging..but otherwise a brilliant property!
should be at least 1/3 cheaper
The place is nice, but not a five star resort.
3-4 stars
Good, but not 5 stars. Not even close. The standards might be different in Greece. The all inclusive is not luxurious, they try do get an extra buck by not including lots of stuff like cocktails etc. Kitchen cooks are not professionals compared to europeans standards. The food is ok, but I cook way better myself. They don’t know the basics, food temperatures etc.
Three star hotel for 300 euros a night
The Food: We had to pay for water 3-4 euros per bottle if you have half board for dinner. The water is free during breakfast. The all inclusive does not include basic stuff like cocacola, sprite etc. The only include local brands which are cheaper. Applies to alcohol as well.(pic of what is included) The buffet has variations which is nice, but nothing there is excellent. Even the best things are just ok. The waiters are friendly but the chefs are not professional chefs as one would consider in a good standard hotel in western/northern Europe. They are cooks and most likely not professional trained. Everything is fried in an ocean of fat and everything is mushy or dry. The desserts are from a frozen isle of a super market or other ready bought cheap stuff - nothing special. Fruits are cleaned oddly (picture) and not ripe. As feedback it is better to leave the oranges peel on then to peal just the outer layer and leave the white stuff as no one wants to eat that. With kiwis, either peal the whole thing or cut it in half. Don’t just cut the ends, messy. Breakfast Coffee is ONLY instant coffee which was disappointing. Room:had ants. Outdated and three star. very old towels, old AC, radio has iPod attachemt in 2019..Only few bungalows are by the sea and none have direct access, you do have to leave the room and go down the stairs. Some rooms have stairs that lead straight to rocks and hence they are not usable. I Had a good time, but I was disappointed for 300 € a night.
It was a nice hotel on the Beach. The food was just ok.
Great location on beach
Great location on the beach but a bit too far away from the town. Need a car. Breakfast buffet good. Front desk helpful. Need update to bathrooms.
Right on Beach with View of Sea from Individual Units. Beach had man made Lagoons and plenty of Sunbeds etc
Near airport but ...
This hotel was located conveniently to the Heraklion airport and provided parking which were the determining factors in our booking. The lobby and restaurant were clean and upscale. The beach area and bungalows are directly under the airport approach path so during the day time many flights were passing very noisily above. Our beachfront bungalow was a bit of a disappointment. The room was of adequate square footage but due to furniture placement was difficult for our amount of luggage. The bungalow is in need of a cosmetic renovation. The biggest complaint however is the bathroom and the shower in particular. The shower is a tub/shower combination but with only a 2 foot piece of glass rather than a shower curtain or door. There was simply no way to shower without getting the floor wet. We likely would not book this bungalow again.
From the moment we arrived we were in love. The staff at Knossos Beach made us feel like part of their family. We enjoyed every part of our honeymoon stay. The spa was spectacular, the bar/pool area were relaxing, the food was delicious, and our room was spectacular. We really can't express how much we enjoyed our stay. After visiting Athens, Santorini, and Crete - it was Crete that left us wanting o return.
Beautiful property, lovely room with a view and very private. Staff was very helpful.
Dear The transooration from hotel to city is expensive and delay time hope to modification in future Best regard Hazim Alobaidi
I cannot put into words what a stellar place this is. The staff was amazing, kind, polite and extra helpful. Our room was stunning, clean, very comfortable. The view magnificent. Lefteris went above and beyond to make my birthday experience exceptional. When I come back to Crete, I will stay here.
The staff and manager are exceptionally kind and Made our 2 week visit one that we will never forget Our deepest expression of thanks to George, Lefty And Nick. Todd and yoko
Absolutely unreal
The hotel was soooo beautiful and perfectly Greek. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was gorgeous and the views breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was delicious and just everything about the hotel spot on. Highly recommend to everyone!!!
Beautiful hotel, comfortable room very close to the beach. Great food at the buffet restaurant (i am a vegetarian and had plenty of choices). Very peaceful and quiet surrounding although the location is very close to the airport and Heraklion. Highly recommend!
Great staff and a great beach. A nice getaway that is a 15 minute bus ride from the port in Heraklion.
Hotel is a little paradise with a private beach, but ants in room and no shower wall (so water in all bathroom) were disappointing for a luxurious getway.
A very disappointing experience...
Overall, my wife and I were very disappointed with our ‘5 star’ experience. Reasons for this included: 1) The hotel is located directly under a flight path – we found the regular periodic noise (from morning to evening) from planes to be highly intrusive both inside & outside of our room (eg by the main hotel pool we found the noise was loud enough to stop a conversation whilst the plane flew over) 2) Limited half board food options- given the location of the hotel, guests have limited options for dining outside of the hotel with the closest town 10 minutes away required a €25 taxi journey each way arranged by the hotel. The options for half board are confined to 2 of the 3 restaurants with restrictive menus with low flexibility (full menus were available at price less 20%). Eg, we don’t each beef and requested for the beef burger to be replaced with a chicken burger. The waiter checked with the chef and the BEST they could do was to serve a grilled chicken breast (no salad) with the burger buns and condiments on the side for us to prepare our own burgers 3) We found our room was not cleaned on a timely basis and any cleaning was superficial 4) Other than the pool, we found entertaining our 18 month year old difficult. The play area was a disappointment for us and had a constant sewage smell which put us off spending any time there 5) The private beach area contained a lot of washed up dry sea weed. It did not seem to us that the beach was cleaned on a regular basis
First night room was completely outdated, with ants all over the place. Next day upgraded to newer room much different experience.
very comfortable breakfast medium internet access poor
Quick break
Very relaxing visit! Lovely hotel, friendly staff, amazing beach
Amazing location and very scenic. Staff was very kind especially the restaurant staff. The lovely views around dinner and made the trip even more memorable. Surely recommend this place.
Lovely hotel
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at KBBS for a quick weekend away. The staff was lovely, the room far exceeded expectations and the food was phenomenal. We didn’t opt for all inclusive but the a la carte options were wonderful. Only slight things I’d suggest improving upon are the cash only restrictions at the beach and inside bar - should have atm on site also to help with this or just use the credit card machines they have at Swell, the speed at which they serve you from the beach bar was very slow, and availability of beach towels. Will definitely be back - it was a fantastic experience overall!
Not a five star hotel experience. We spent alot of money on this holiday as we were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary and expected to have a luxury experience. Thankfully we were upgraded to a junior suite as the standard rooms were very small and basic, however our suite despite being very nice inside , had no view just surrounded by a wall. We asked if there were any rooms with a sea view and were told we would have to pay over €1000 in addition to what we had already paid if we wanted a view! The hotel was very nice but there are alot of hidden charges - if you want a day bed or a luxury sunbed you have to pay extra. The private beach is OK but the area around the hotel is not great, couldn't be classed as a resort, there is a road with some tavernas and shops, not attractive at all. West Crete is so much better, if you could pick up this hotel and put it nearer Chania it would make such a difference.
Well planned hotel like Greek village, helpful friendly staff but regular plane noise on their way to the airport is intrusive
MYSELF AND MY GIRLFRIEND ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AND THE STAFF WERE ATTENTIVE TO US STRAIGHT AWAY. THE NORMAL CHECK IN WAS SUPER SMOOTH AND WE WERE USHERED OFF TO OUR EXCELLENT ROOM WHICH WAS SUPER CLEAN, HAD A SMALL POOL AND WAS NEAR THE GYM AND LARGE POOL. AFTER 2 DAYS WE WERE ASKED TO VISIT RECEPTION AS THERE WAS A SMALL PROBLEM, THE PROBLEM WAS THEY WANTED TO UPGRADE US TO AN EVEN BETTER ROOM AS THEY WERE HAVING SOME REFURB WORKS. SO WE THOUGHT WE HAD A GREAT ROOM BUT NIKOS THOUGHT WE NEEDED A BETTER ROOM. WOW!! ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOU WANT TO RELAX AND HAVE A TROUBLE FREE HOLIDAY PICK THIS HOTEL! WE STAYED FROM 2ND OF JUNE UNTIL THE 10TH AND WE ATE AT THE SWELL RESTAURANT TWICE, WHEN IN HIND SIGHT WE SHOULD HAVE EATEN THERE MORE OFTEN, WORLD CLASS! THANKS TO ALL THE NIKOS ( RECEPTION/RESTAURANT MANAGER/ MAINTENANCE GUY ) AND THANKS TO EVA AND JUST ANY STAFF THAT WALKED PASSED US AND SAID HELLO, WHICH WAS EVERYONE. WE SHALL BE BACK! DARREN AND HEATHER FROM CHEAM, SURREY. oh and I forgot to say the breakfast was great too!
Lovely Bungalow/Suite Hotel on Beach
We had a short break at this lovely hotel. The room was spacious and clean and all the staff were wonderful - friendly and welcoming. There are two restaurants, one buffet and Swell a la Carte, which was very good. You can also have snacks during the day at the beach bar or pool bar.
Beautiful white washed hotel on the beach
It's just such a lovely place-hotel foyer minimalist marble ,restaurant food tasty, lots of choices much of it. Lovely beach with beach bar-superb service. Our room was spectacularly good-a suite with views of the sea to die for, complete exclusivity, an out door shower-wow! Wine served in an ice bucket to the room-just great.Thank you for such a great time.we will be back for a 3rd time next year.
Noisy and dirty
Noisy and dirty Staff don't change bedding for more than a week Expensive and not worth it
Superb Location Superb view
Awesome hotel at Crete We took the Beach View bungalow and it was really nice
Great Hotel, great location.
We had a wonderful stay here. The room had all the amenities you would look for in a top-notch resort. The breakfast buffet was great, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and beach was beautiful. Special thanks to our bartender, Antonas, who tried to teach us the Greek alphabet and definitely taught us a lot about hospitality. 5 Stars!
Beautiful hotel for a honeymoon
We had our honeymoon there and we stayed in the private pool beachfront suite. The service was great, the food delicious and the bartenders mega fun. We simply had the time of our lives and we will go back for future anniversaries.
On the beach!!!
Our room was just a few steps from the beach and had an amazing view. Beautiful hotel with great free breakfast. Staff are very friendly and the town has many restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend. Only complaint is that they didn't change the bed sheets.
looks better on pictures than in reality
Our Room was just renovated and at first it looked great, but that night little creatures came out and were crawling all over the floor. The bathroom is old and not updated and the towels were horrible. The grounds are clean and the entire outside of the building had a fresh coat of paint and many rooms must have been updated. We certainly did not like the beach area, wooden walkways on the sand and I could see plenty potential "toe-destroyers" sticking out of the wooden walkways. The beach is definitely not the white clean sand I expected and were full of cigarette buds and other unwanted little things. If you want a truly Greek experience you will be disapointed as there is not much left of Greece culture in this hotel, they definitely cater more for the European (German) tourist and we wanted to experience the truly Greek culture and food. This hotel was not "it" for us.
Great relaxation
Right on the beach with lovely view. Bedding was amazing and so many great choices at breakfast, but skip the scrambled eggs. I had a great massage. Far from any nightlife or shopping. Wish we had arranged to stay more days. Loved the kittens and dog 'Casper' on the premises.
Lovely hotel, great location.
Nice, clean room. Laid out well with a little balcony. Glass of raki and a Greek sweet on arrival. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff.

The place is beautiful! Very quiet and adult friendly. We had a few issues with our heated pool and they were remedied immediately. The food choices were outstanding and delicious. Customer service was excellent.
