It was horrible. Would not recommend .there was mold in the bathroom . Dirt in the sheets . Floor was not clean . What seemed like a blood stain on the sheet . Disgusting environment.

It was just a place to sleep. And i didnt see any roaches which is always a good thing.

The prices are unbeatable and the managerial staff go above and beyond for you.

Just don't.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen in my life. I felt so sick to my stomach when I saw it that I closed the door and left.

It was good but the bathroom didn’t lock and they forgot to say we needed 20$ for a deposit after what we paid for the room so if they could state that in the description that would be great

Wanted a non-smoking room first room smelled like smoke and dirt got switched to another room still smelled and had no hot water

Dirty hotel , all pictures were taken as soon as i walked. I got a non smoking room and it reeked of smoked. The was a mess on the table and roaches. When i complained to the front desk they said they can spray air freshener which was the cheapest air freshener that smelled bad. I believe the mirror over the sink might of been a two way mirror so we put up towels to cover it. The microwave and fridge didnt work and you only get 10 channels on the tv. There was a hole in the bathroom door.

They gave me a big hassle when the wrong dates were on the reservation. I fixed that on hotels.cm and directly went back in to checkin then they wanted a cash deposit so o had to leave again go to an ATM. When I checked out I received my deposit back and was in the parking lot texting my husband. When a guest honked and o rolled down my window they told me that the property was going to call the police on me for texting in their parking lot. Totally uncalled for. So I left and Will never go back to this property again

Easy walk to the Frost center and convience stores around . Little outdated . It did the job for a 1 night stay. Staff friendly

Even asking for a room and being in the non-smoking area feels the smell of cigarettes. The room looked clean but one of the savannas had a mysterious little spot, it was not known what it was. The shower was rusty and the bathroom light took about 30 seconds to turn on. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.

Gave us a non smoking room. Walked in smelled heavy like smoke. Dirty musty. Fridge and shower rusting but ig u get what u pay for. Stayed 10 min and left to diff hotel

Pool is aweaome accommodation

There was a lot of roaches. Fought for hours to get a refund. Tried changing rooms but roaches in other room too. Along with 2 other ppl having same problem. Avoid staying unless u have no choice or don’t mind all the bugs. Left the room and went n rented a diff room at another place.

it was quiet and comfortable. some of the repairs that have been done,could have been done better. in a way that would be m0re appealing to the eye

There was homeless people sleeping in the parking lot there was stray dogs running around the property. The stench of weed was permanent there was cockroaches crawling out from underneath the bed all night the only thing that was better about this hotel then the first one I left after 15 minutes because I couldn't stay there was that this one didn't have bed bugs that I could see

The room was infested with roaches I couldn't even stay there and no refund I'm upset and want my money back

Usually I get a clean, decent room when I stay here but I got a terrible one this time. The worst part was the roaches crawling everywhere. But also, the outlet behind the bed has one working input with the other busted out. So I had to choose between one of the 2 bedside lights, or charge my phone. There was an ironing board but the clothes iron was missing. Went to use the blow dryer and the plug on it was unusable. minor but very annoying issue , the door was sticking terribly and had to fight with it every time I opened or closed it. Room 154.

Takes forever for my deposit to be returned

The room was dirty, the bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom dirty . There were roaches dead and alive in the room. I cancelled my stay.

They opened my room door after they saw me leaving knowing that i hav dogs and let them out and then lied to me saying they got out on ther own and then kicked us out and we still had one more night there

This place was mildly infested with roaches. Not the worst place i have stayed but in the bottom three. The bedding had cigarette burns. The paint was pealing in areas. It was quiet and cheap. The pool area looked nice. The staff was kind and accomodating. We did end up buying a pack of roach motels at the local HEB and it lessened the roach population to where we didnt see them on the last day.

The room had roaches, the room had a very very bad smell I had to spray Lysol and spray bedbug spray just to make sure, I left all the lights on the ac was old but it cooled, rust spots on the icebox, for the price they advertised it's not worth it oh then after you pay and take your money they say oh there is a 40.00 damage deposit, heck the place is all ready damaged, its just away to take your 40.00 dollars run from this place

Highly recommend staying here the room was a great value and Rocky at the front desk was extremely helpful, clean room and clean linen right next to a bus stop for transportation, great location and accommodation.

Roaches, Broken Toilet, holy burnt linens I'M OUT

Knights inn was my worst experience with a hotel room. As soon as we pulled up I was worried about my car due to high guest traffic at night loitering. The room was infested with roaches. The Burnt curtains and bed comforter looked like the room had just survived a fire. A rusty fridge and a broken toilet was all experienced in the first 5 minutes. Had to check out as soon as we checked in.Now let's see if Hotels.com or the owner of Knight Inn refund me for just having to experience such a gross place for lodging?

Clean and quiet didn’t expect it to be quiet all day and night considering the location

Room smelt terrible with cigarettes and had cockroaches. I left and my clothes reeked of cigarette.

The staff is cool nice young guys just doing their job but the owner needs to get some raid or call the orkin man because their are roaches bad and the wifi sucks

Roach Motel

We scheduled 2 nights but left after one when we found 3 live cockroaches. The front desk was very apologistic but "management" would not refund our second night. There were other signs we should have noticed but I doubt they would have refunded anything. DO NOT GO THERE!

The room was dirty and infested with roaches. I was asked if I wanted a smoking or nonsmoking area. There was no difference. The nonsmoking area smelled awful. The property is unsafe. Nothing, but prostitutes and gang affiliated people. I highly recommend you pay extra money and stay at a hotel.

Don't do it

I have no problem with hotels being out dated or anything but the room was very dirty. Flies were coming up from the bathtub drain that had tons of stuff embedded in it. The plugs were sunk in so that if I plugged in my charger it fell right out. At about 9pm the room began having roaches. The bed was covered in tiny roaches that began getting all over me. Small, me and large roaches were coming out of the bottom and top of the door and I left at 4 am when an entire wall was swarming with roaches. The coffee pot was broke and so was the blow-dryer. The A/c didn't stay on but 3 min and the door wouldn't lock as it looked as if it had been kicked in and there was piles of dust behind the dresser.

The hotel was a great value but also being used by prostitutes conducting business at the hotel

Towels were completely stained, there was burn holes in the comforter. One light was completely out. Another one was flickering. Had to pay a deposit that was more than the cost of the room. Room was dirty & gross. Everything was stained & smelly. The carpet looks like it came out of a 1960 horror movie. I’ve traveled all over as a travel nurse & this was the worse experience & worse room I’ve ever saw!!!

When entering the lobby front desk staff stated they didn’t have our room and were very rude at check in so due to that we decided to leave but as exiting the lobby they locked us in after being asked to let us out

Good service when I checked in, Hotel says pet friendly but yet I am walking my little dog and I get back to room and receive a call the lady on the other line said for me to go to the front desk to pay $300 for my pet. When I told her your hotel is Pet friendly and there was nothing posted when I arrived or checked in that said where I needed to pay the $300 (granted the room was not worth $30) she said pay the money or check out…just like that. I left. Never will go back and will not refer place to anyone.

The room we stayed in was just plane and simple disgusting and was roach infested

Total flophouse. desk clerk treated me like a criminal. room smelled like old cigarettes. door was loose, secondary lock broken. I woke up at 2, people upstairs had door wide open, lights on, walking around. 34 degrees outside. weird. I checked out and hit the road.

Non smoking rooms had bed covers with smoking holes , microwave looked like it had mold in the bottom of it .. Room 129. 107. 137 has a roach infestation BAD. MANAGER of property refuse to give DEPOSIT back and refuse to give her name or corporates number . Threathen to call the police because she was being questioned about the deposit ... Also she was discriminating against people who were being dropped off to their rooms. For example 3 people in a car dropping off 1 person to their room . Knowing 3 people can fit to a room .. Says it on their website.. She was just giving people a HARD time

This place is straight up dive hotel. The floor was a mess. So.e lightbulbs were missing. The neighbors cable ran through my room lol. But hey, it suited my needs for the night.

After booking on expedia the person checking in demanded a 100 CASH deposit when refusing i told him use my card he told me to go to the atm this place is a scam and more of a rental by the hr not an overnight stay for family

Dirty place, could hear thing running in the walls. It smelled like smoke even in a non smoking room, when we go there to check in they didn’t have the room we reserved online so they tried to give us two doubles instead of the king we paid for and then because the original room wasn’t available and he had to find something else he charged us another $40 that would be “returned” in a week. It was cold late and I was pregnant and tired we decided to just take the room. We go to the room and it’s supposed to be a non smoking but it wreaks of smoke and it’s dingy there’s bugs smashed in the walls as if someone killed them and just left them and not that I would want to but I couldn’t have even taken a shower because the part to turn the shower on was completely broken

Not recommended. Pay the extra money to stay elsewhere. Check in was a hassle, the room was leaking water per my employee, and he just was not comfortable what so ever. I should have known, but tried to give them the benefit of doubt.

I paid for a non smoking room for the reason that I get major headaches with the cigarette smell but my room wreaked of cigarette and the blankets had burned cigarette marks.

Room was trashy. Everything is out dated. Door has a timer alarm if stayed open. Room smelled smokey but supposed to be non-smoking room. Not worth the money. I decided not to sleep there. Room was cheap! So I guess you get what you pay for. Check on and out front desk girl was nice. Everything else sucked.
