Entrance is a building site

I stayed two nights and that was enough. The entrance is facing a building site with lorries coming and going. On a rainy day it's almost impossible to use the lobby area due to the noise of the machinery. On asking hotels.com to sort it out, I was fobbed off by the hotel manager denying any assistance. The hotel should clearly mention such intrusion of works on their ad page, as it was misrepresentation. Had they been honest nobody would book, as it ruins an holiday wasting time there. Book somewhere else, you will be glad you did.

It's a loud NO!

I hated it. My window faced a concrete wall for starters. The woman is reception was surly, unpleasant and down right rude at times. It's well known that Turkish women dislike female tourists and so are unkind or unhelpful to them therefore. The hotel was sold out to the German market, and in the lobby getting hit on by German and Turkish older men got tiresome as they mistook the "adults only" for meaning a pick up place and not just no small children. The redeeming feature was the restaurant food which was great. The service staff were fabulous and made the hotel easier to tolerate. Without them this place would be unbearable. It's location is good for the beach, but there are many places much better than this grotty one, that's jaded and old.

Well situated hotel near the beach. Staff lovely, rooms comfortable and all was ver6 good. So value for money. Will definitely go again.

Close to the beach, city center etc. food and services was good. Reasonably priced. Despite it is all-inclusive the sauna and steam room is for extra pay and you can not get it unless you pay for a package that includes massage and pealing …

Otelde 3 gece kaldım ve genel olarak memnun kaldım.Ustanın eline sağlık yemekleri gayet lezzetliydi ve çeşit yeterliydi.Odalar temizdi.Personel de gayet ilgili ve çok çalışıyordu.Fiyatına göre de gayet uygun bir otel ,malum diğer oteller kapalı olunca burayı tercih ettim merkezde diye.Otelden çıkınca direk Kleopatra plajına giriyorsun tam karşısında.Tek olumsuz yanı Barda oturma yerinde otel müşterisi olmayan kişiler var ,kendi masalarını kurup içiyorlar.3 gece de aynı kişiler vardı ve aynı masalar kurulmuştu.Bence otel müşterisi haricinde kimsenin oraya alınmaması gerekiyor(otel sahibi veya çalışan farketmez ayrı bir yerde kendi ofislerinde içebilirler )Sadece bir öneri bu yanlış anlaşılma olmasın.Çok teşekkür ederim herşey için

Nice cheap spot for the beach.

Nice all inclusive. Service was good. Quick walk to the beach. Food was good but nothing special. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great stay

For two people for an all inclusive hotel, it was good value. However, you do get what you pay for and the buffet meals were fairly limited as was the alcohol. Location was good, very central and just set back from a good beach. Staff were helpful and cleanliness ok.

4 Night stay in Antalya

We stayed here for 4 nights whilst the place itself is very clean we were disappointed with the availability of the sun beds, people were reserving the beds by placing their towels on the beds beore 0730hrs in the morning and sometimes the night before, The staff did not attempt to stop this even though there are signs placed round the pool telling people not to reserve beds. Only one day were we able to get on a bed and that was late in the afternoon when the sun was going down.

Friendly staff. Everything was nice and clean.. Beach was about 2 minute walk away.

Clean well maintained. Friendly helpful staff, nice quiet location within easy access to the beach and restaurants.

Our stay at the Kleopatra Atlas Hotel

The rooms in the hotel were very nice.They were Clean and comfortable and a decent size. The food was decent quality, although the selection wasn't huge and it was quite similar each day. Biggest disappointment was the staff. The majority of them walked around looking like it was their last day on earth, and the barmen in particular weren’t very welcoming. There was an issue with loud music being played late at night and the night receptionist decided not to confront the culprits as none of the guests actually phoned him to complain. They did receive a number of complaints about it the following morning, however I heard the receptionist having a laugh about it with one of the offenders. Despite the pool being quite small, there was never an issue getting a sun bed if you wanted one. Overall we had a decent stay, but due to the sullenness of the staff, we wouldn’t go again.

Close to beach and amazing views from cable car

We had a disappointing start to this hotel the reception chap on that evening after a 3 hour delay due to our transfer vehicle getting a puncture on route to the hotel which was an hour 50 minute journey took 5 hours. Then to be greeted by such a rude idiot is the last thing you need when you have been on the road for so many hours from the uk. So from then on he continued to be horrid playing the tv though the night on reception on full blast annoying all of us all night through on his shift which was every other night. Management where to busy standing around in a trans to give any care for the paying guests. No welcome at meal times just a grunt here and there to the holiday maker. So we made the most of our holiday outside with all the stunning views of the beach and castle from the cable cars and sunbathed at the pure white Shelly beach And warm sea at 27degrees. As also we had Russian idiots fighting and antisocial behaviour. Police attended a few times. Shame the hotel is lovely all I can say shame about the management staff. Shame on that reception man. But the hotel is in the ideal position and we loved the resort and the food and the hotel. Rooms lovely and cleaned every day x

Nice hotel close to beach and amenities

A small friendly hotel with courteous and helpful staff, making our stay a pleasant one. Will most like use it again.

Var ett koselig enkelt hotel, god mat og drikke. Litt synd ikkje alt var inkludert i prisen og at enkelte drikkevarer kostet mer. Harde senger og veldig lytt, men fikk no en god nattssøvn. Med prisen tatt i betraktning var det dobbel tommel opp. Lå også rett ved gondol/taubanen opp til Alanya Castle.

Great stay

This hotel way beyond our expectation. The whole staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, from check-in to the restaurant and bar. Meals were plentiful and tasty and the open bar also offered a great range of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. There were premium drinks to be paid extra, but honestly, we did not feel the need to. The whole all-inclusive expecience was a very honest one, especially considering its price. The ambiance was also very comfy and inviting by the pool and the bar. The oom and bathroom were spacious,comfortable and clean.We could find safe street parking right in front of the hotel.The location was excellent to visit Alanya. I would definitely recommend it.

Uima-allas auki vuoden ajasta huolimatta.Tehokas henkilökunta.Huone puhdas.Ilmastointi,jääkaappi ja kuuma suihku löytyy.Huoneessa oli parveke.Ok sänky.Allas Baarin mekkala kantautui huoneeseen,mutta vaikeni aikaisin iltayöstä.Ruoka keskitasoa ja sitä oli runsaasti.Hinta-laatu suhde Ok! Ranta erittäin lähellä.

Veldig sentralt, kun 100 meter til Kleopatrastranden og ligger i en stille gate kun 50 meter fra en av hovedgatene, deilig buffet og svärt hyggelig betjening, mye for pengene

Kommer absolut på besøg igen

Der var på intet tidspunkt noget at beklage sig over 😀 super service af venligt personale. Rengøring hver dag og skift af sengetøj flere gange på en uge.

Top vakantie

Zeer goed hotel, goede variatie van eten, super locatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede kamers (wel aan de kleine kant), elke dag schoonmaak en verse handdoeken.

Die Lautstärke in der Nacht bei den Sitzgelegenheiten bei der Rezeption ist oft zu Laut zu den Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken

Asiallinen siisti hotelli, kaikinpuolin kaikki muut oli hyvin, mutta huoneen suihkukoppi kerää veden lattialle,se ei kulje lattiakaivoon, vaan piti itse lastalla se sinne vetää, jopa kesken suihkun ettei vesi pääse suihkukaapista wc puolelle!! Tämä on suuri miinus noinkin tasokkaaseen hotelliin !!

Tavsiye ediyorum

Gerçekten huzurlu bir konaklamaydı. Yemekler içecekler gayet yeterli. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve odalar temiz. Deniz dibinizde ama kleopatra plajını çok tavsiye etmiyorum. Hemen derinleşiyor ve çok dalgalı.

Mittelmäßiges All-Inclusive Hotel auf den Russischen Gast zugeschnitten. Hauptsächlich Osteuropäische Gäste im Haus. Ich wurde ständig vom Personal in Russisch angesprochen. Zimmer sauber und einfach. Zimmer zum Pool recht laut. Verpflegung sehr einfach mit wenig Geschmack. Getränke Auswahl ok.
