Good hotel with very good service. Food and drinks were amazing. no complains at all. if there's anything to be improved I would say the reception staff could be a little more polite. I found the security and a check-in staff were a bit impatient and arrogant. (not everyone though). Beautiful place to stay. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is outdated. The dinner was quantity over quality. The hotel had multi signs of the don’t do and restrictions. Over all did not feel comfortable and left the next morning.

NOT A 5 star hotel

Gone wrong right from the start. Rude receptionist. If there is the worst person to be on reception its at the Evelthon. An older lady shouting at staff and being rude to customers. 5 star???? questionable more like a 3 star 1-FILTHY CARPETS in the corridor 2- Lights broken in the toilet 3-broken shade which was one of the features we chose to pay extra for. 4-Lights on Balcony come on by themselves and cant be turned off. 5-Rusty screws in the bathroom. 6- filthy bathtub and black mold in the shower 7- Falling roof bits everywhere around the hotel 8 -exposed electrics Great location Maybe a 5 star 10 years ago Reception lady not fit for customer service. Amazing hotel with so many amenities even outside of season. Our view from the room was incredible. Food and service 10/10❤️ amazing new year eve party included in all inclusive and sushi that day😍 . Highly recommended!

Amazing stay

Overall very happy with our stay, only a couple of minor points - very poor Internet speed, and as I am a very plain eater, struggled some nights to get something to suit, but breakfast and lunch choices were excellent.

Avoid !

Dirty and uncomfortable. Food and drinks are awful … sun loungers are all taken by 7am and the ones that are available are broken . Uncomfortable beds and the cleaners are noisy at 8am moving the beds and furniture in the rooms above where we were . Scrapping the furniture along the floor making an awful screeching sound . Air con didn’t work , this was reported but nothing was done . Terrible hotel to stay in

This is not a 5 star hotel

Would not go again to this hotel. Dining & bar staff worked very hard & always friendly, room cleaners good, management really poor. We had a serious incident with another guest which the hotel failed to deal with at the time. A complaint form was submitted while in resort but we have had no acknowledgement or feedback even though home now. This is not a 4/5 star hotel as advertised, hotel really tired, carpets dirty, chips out of furniture, and not enough staff to give a 4/5 star service. Pool area lovely, speciality restaurants excellent.

Enjoyed!

Neive (maybe wrong spelling) at reception was professional, friendly and charming, made us feel very welcome. Accommodation comfortable inside and out. Good choice of foodcand good service from restaurant staff.

I like the variety of local meals

Came here for a relaxing holiday/birthday trip and my overall experience was a 7/10. Reasons being. PROS : walkable to Venus beach ( which is sand) great pool size , lovely dinner buffets always had different options, all guest I spoke to were very friendly and friendly staff especially CALLUM from the entertainment team. Good room size, comfy bed. CONS: upon arrival we were given a room with a broken lock and was expected to stay in that room until the next day. Had only one pillow even though usually there are extras in the wardrobe. I also wrote on my special request that this was a birthday surprise and I did assume maybe some fruit or something in the room but nothing. The snacks, well there isn’t any , just hard stiff sandwiches. The entertainment? Well what entertainment. It was the same thing every day, I feel that this was purely aimed at OAPs and not for all ages. There was no newish music playing all older style music which was a huge shame. It was bingo every night which started late always the same time and run by a lady called sally who I felt was very inappropriate when calling out 69 and telling men to call her, bare in mind there are families with children around. I feel her ‘ sense of humour’ was not funny and very provocative. The only person I saw from entertainment who was actually doing their job was Callum. Seeing the reviews below I have no clue who this David guy is it was just Callum everyday by himself.

Great holiday

Room needed repairs and better up keep. Food was middle of the road and cold most of the time. There is no beach.

Definitely not a 5* resort. 2* would be pushing it. The food was bland, oily and soggy and not always hot. Quantity over quality, we were all inclusive and ate out most nights. The a la carte restaurants on offer 1x per stay, we chose Greek which was by the pool bar, just a set menu of Greek themed buffet food. The hotel needs A LOT of TLC. I don't think they've maintained any of it since it was built, falling apart. Fire exit sign just flickers in the corridoor. We had ants in our room one day, we told reception and to be fair they sent cleaners quickly which fixed the issue. The next day we had a 2 inch chunky cockroach swimming in the toilet and ants again on the balcony. Also there is no beach, super rocky and they're quite sharp so you would need to drive to a nicer beach instead. . If you like an elvis impersonator as entertainment and listening to the birdy song every morning for aqua aerobics then you'll peobably have a great time. I certainly won't come back. Only pros were that the drinks were good quality and the bed was super comfy.

The hotels communal areas were very nice but the rooms could definitely do with a re vamp. Our room was definitely tired looking for a superior sea view room. Most of the staff were friendly with the occasional member who totally ignored us especially in the dining area. Also you need to get up early if you want a sunbed by the pool because towels are on the beds by 7am.

Overall stay at this hotel was lovely. The sea view room we had was magic a lot of variety of food and entertainment was great. Value for money. I would stay at this hotel again.

We stayed here as our friends were getting married in the hotel, our stay was incredible. Everything was perfect and the staff were amazing

The all inclusive buffets were regularly replenished and not left out for hours unlike some other establishments. The selection was varied and appetising. Staff were very helpful and accommodating of requests.

We thought this was a great hotel with excellent staff,service and amenities. Not much outside the complex but with everything so good on the inside you don't really need to go out.

Terrible cleanliness

Really disappointed with this hotel, i wanted a nice break with my partner and decided to book a “5 star hotel” but i wouldn’t even give it a 3 star. Room was never cleaned and just had bed done and towels changed. The floors were always dirty and full of bits, the carpets in the corridor was alway dirty and full of insects. The gym floor was dangerous as I nearly fell over the lifted flooring. The worst of all was the corridor next to where I stayed. We parked at the parking closer to our room as we notice a fire door was open so it’s saved us walking through the hotel, little did we know we was walking right into what we believed was the staff quarters. I can’t explain how bad the smell was and how vile the place had been kept, I’ve never seen anything like it never mind in a “5 star resort”. You may think well that’s staff quarters so it shouldn’t affect us. Well that corridor was directly next to ours and we soon realised that this was the reason why our corridor alway had a bad smell to it and made the stay very difficult. They all had the fire door which was in between our corridors bolted shut so no one could get through , I’m guessing due to the horrendous state it was in. The pool and outside was nice and so was the food but other than I hated my time there.

Poor service for a 5*

The hotel was amazing beautiful location by the beach 🏖️ service was very poor for a 5* foods was good especially the restaurants ( Mexican and Italian was my favourite rooms were clean.

Shouldt be 4 Star

For a 5 star was disappointed. Gym floor all ripped, weights had chunks of rubber missing making uneaven weight. Hash browns was like 3 days old. Some food wasn't edible so bad. Canteen staff didn't understand any English. Sun beds broken. Pool towels took 20 minutes to get. Other than that everything was fine. Oh and entertainment is a 2;star

Very poor hotel and never been a 5 star. Had to move hotels on our 2nd day of the holiday as it was that bad and they had no solution to the problems. Cost me £800 more to change hotels and they still charged me for a nights stay.Ruined our holiday and whole experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Dirty, un maintained and staff just not bothered.

Please stay away from this property, I would be respectful to even give it one star. It smells so bad. The food looks like food poisoning on a plate. The rooms are the worst rooms I have ever encountered in my whole life of staying at hotels. Staff are rude. I had to checkout and find elsewhere to stay with my kids and they totally ruined our holiday. It was that bad that I couldn’t stay there any longer. All the reviews don’t lie.

Staff made an extra effort to provide good service

Poor! Not a 5* hotel - staff were sometimes rude and not going the extra mile of a 5*. I would say it’s more like a 3*- area doesn’t have proper beach and the food offer was limited and fairly standard. You cannot book on the three additional outlets because they have limited capacity and only serving 3 hours a day

Entrance to hotel was beautiful and staff were friendly. However, they charged us for water, cold coffee despite being all inclusive. Pool was closed when we arrived due to a child having a poo. I have since been told the pool has been closed twice this week. Indoor pool was so cold and absolutely filthy. A real let down. Drink quality was also very poor and extremely acidic no matter what cocktail you chose. On the plus side, the bar staff were amazing. Rooms were very clean. Cleaners did an amazing job. I definitely wouldn't give a 5 star. Maybe a 3 plus. Entertainment is limited and the same chicken aqua dance daily along with darts and water polo. Would be nice if they offered some variation. The main show is downstairs in the ballroom which means having to leave the fresh air to go into a room with no access to outdoors. Can honestly say that shocked me. Would be great if they could have the acts up where they do the bingo and where the singers are. All in all we had a good time but glad we didn't book longer than 3 nights as we would have been bored

Awful hotel stay elsewhere

Not a good hotel like people say. Staff are rude. Only 1 pillow in the hotel when I checked in and was told I couldn’t have another until the next day. (2 of us in the room) multiple members of family caught food poisoning. A tragic event occurred and no first aid trained staff or any medical equipment. Rooms were not cleaned and toiletries not refreshed as often as you would want. Would not recommend. Half of the facilities are usable. I believe the health inspector is getting involved which is what this hotel needs. I shared my room with my brother which I made them aware of prior to arrival and the shower screen was see through to the room. Bit awkward. Pools weren’t cleaned.

Pool Towels very worn, Food needs improving

The pool towles were very worn and more pillows and hangers needded in the room. The food was overcooked generally and the queue for breakfast omaletes and carvery too long as only one chef, waiting for drinks order took so long had finished food before it arrived!

The staff in reception are stressing, fighting getting angry on each other in front of the customers, I called the reception asking for slippers they told me it will come, it never came. The AC in rooms are really bad, very low, but the foods and breakfast are really good.

Good location.

Hotel much bigger than I expected. Room very comfortable. Daily housekeeping was a bit hit and miss . The food was very good lots to choose from . The entertainment was ok , typical hotel stuff . The sunloungers really good and comfortable. The pools were chilly the indoor no longer heated in May !Some places need a bit of a refurbish . I don’t think I would enjoy it height of season. Too many people.! I certainly can’t complain about our stay .

Amazing experience that we keep going back every year

This property has great potential but unfortunately for an 'all-inclusive resort' it was very limited. The building/rooms were decent and clean. The bed was comfy but the pillows were awful. Unfortunately most of the staff were not friendly and made you feel like you were putting them out to clarify or ask for anything. There was very little entertainment or activities. There is only 1 buffet style eating area - the other 'restaurants' were closed until May - so cannot comment on the food/service. The food was basic at best - cafeteria quality. The salad bar was the best choice by far with lots of options and variety and build your own. Bottled water was limited or you had to pay for it, drinks/cocktails were only offered during specific times and ended early right on the dot - if you were in line at 1 min to midnight and midnight hit, you had to pay. You are not allowed to take food out of the buffet area and absolutely no take away. Some of the serving staff were excellent but they were few and far between. Most of the servicing staff were very surly and it seemed as if you were bothering them to ask for food or cutlery or coffee cups or glasses, which ran out frequently. The chair cushions as well as the lounge cushions around the pool were not clean. Thankfully the weather was good and we were with friends and family for a wedding so we made the best of it.

Location

We had a good-sized room with an amazing view, so we overlooked the fact that the room was a bit tired and needed repair. The carpets in the corridor of the 4th floor needed a good clean. Unfortunately, some of the restaurants and the roof top bar were not open which was disappointing and meant we did not have much variety when it came to food. The food could have been better, but the staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. There were a number of weddings which created a great atmosphere. However, do not book a room on the 4th floor under where they have wedding receptions as the insulation is not great and you will feel as if your room is part of the wedding party. Not great if you want an early night. The facilities downstairs are good, the bar area, balcony, pool and space outside is great. We were told the hotel opens up properly in a week and saw staff painting and working on the building so it might be a different experience then.

A tired hotel

This is not a 5 star hotel . In low season half the restaurants are shut. The room was cleaned once so no clean towels. You have to stay 7 days to be able to use the 3 other restaurants once per stay, and in low season not open. No mini bar no robes and slippers as advertised.Light in bathroom not working so dark taking a shower ,took 4 attempts to fix it Food awful and cold, lots of selection but nothing went together . Can’t have drinks in waterpark when you over there as part of all inclusive not mentioned anywhere in description Won’t be going again

Not so good, took ages to book in.bin in bathroom was dirty and rusty, asked for it to be changed but wasent. We asked for a quieter room as there were loads free but refused.

Nice quiet hotel the staff were great . The food was ok but often cold .

Me and my boyfriend went to this hotel a second time, the first time was so good. This is why we think this is going to be so good. We booked this hotel, but this time, the food was so ****, and all the cleaning of the rooms was not good. I got injured with the band they give for the inclusive deals. And the management of the hotel is not good. The receptionist was so rude to us. I asked them to give us a bandage. They have no medication to provide to the customers All over I will give 3star to this hotel

My second stay which was as good as my first. Excellent service from the SPA as I enjoyed another treatment from Virginia and relaxed before flying back home. A warm welcome even though it was a very late arrival and the offer of snacks and drinks as I checked in was very welcome. Warm, comfortable beds… plenty of space and just a great experience

Disappointed

Childs bed was not suitable for oyr 11yr old. Room was grubby and needed decorating. When we called to ask foe morw pilliws as we all had 1 thin one each, we were tild no sorry cant help this weekend!

Sorry definitely not a 5 Star!

I had a nice week with my family and the best thing about this hotel was the food and friendly staff. However, there appears to be a lack of overall management, so although the staff were doing what they could, there are many areas that need improvement. It's very tatty for a 5 star. For example, mould in the bathroom, worn and tatty headboard and wardrobe in the bedroom, lifts were damaged inside and not repaired, hand rails fallen off, dirty unwashed windows, dirty carpets in hallways (that would need replacing), chipped cups and plates in the restaurant, air conditioning units leakng in the lobby and restaurant (these were occasionally wiped by staff but I wonder how often the filters are changed), the roof top bar had bird poo down the walls and on the floor and tatty stained furniture, outside there are broken sunbeds and umbrellas.... I could go on. To me this is all basic stuff. I would then add more plants and pictures as the hotel is very big so there are large empty desolate spaces. I feel it needs a LOT more investment and manager/s who raise the standard. It's quite amazing how it's still going.... I would give it about a 3 star at best and would not return....there are plenty of other hotels in Paphos to choose from.

Perfect for a 4 star hotel

Amazing big pool and good food and drinks

The room was big and the bed comfortable. Aircon was working well . The food is beyond expectations. Drinks are served by waiters. Roof bar opened in the evenings. Friday evening entertainment is average, Beach is 100 m of pleasant walk from the hotel Seashore Promenade nearby for walking and jogging. Bus stop 4-5 minutes walk max 15 minutes to the Harbor and about the same in the opposite direction to Coral bay sandy beach

I liked the hotel its good for kids. I would like more food options for kids like hamburger/pizza. Also more information from the desk about what you get in all inclusive (didnt know about the meal between luch and dinner). And the workers of the kitchen are very nice but i think they could inform the kitchen more propertly that every meal i wont need to look for the chef and ask a new food for my allergic daughter. We went to the desk in 1th floor informed the about the allergy in the check in and the day after and still in the kitchen they said that they wasnt informed about it. It took a lot of time for a her to wait for the food

AVOID

Terrible experience which ruined a short get away. Unless you are coming on an all inclusive package looking for cheap food and cheap drinks at a rundown place DONT BOTHER EVEN LOOKING INTO THIS ONE. Stayed here when it first opened. We loved it then, new, clean, excellent hospitality it was very promising. On a last minute booking I was glad to find availability. Upon arrival we realized this holiday would be a disaster. Rooms are falling apart, everything is broken EVEN THE DOOR!!! Wallpaper drifting from walls, leather in beds falling in patches, visible screws temporarily fixing the problems. Requested a room change but the manager refused and was hiding in her office instead of talking to us. Poor guy at reception he was doing everything he could but she wouldn’t allow the change as it was fully booked as they are used to say. Upon persistence and all over sadden a room was available. Not much better condition but at least the door was in place. TV not working but that was the least. No bathrobes, no water no sleepers , we had to request 3 times before they deliver. We were on half board, food at buffet was HORRIBLE, tasteless and cooked like mass production. We ordered burgers which were on a different level, tasty and well cooked. Very bad management , nobody knew what was going on neither they cared.. Choose if you are looking for a loud, cheap, dirty, place with beautiful surroundings and very bad hospitality.

Gorgeous vistas. Lovely choice of food to cater for everyone. Staff friendly overall. Plates were cleared a bit too quickly but overall an excellent holiday.

The lunch was always on point...

Good value for money. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Would return in season when their a la carte restaurants are open although no complaints with the buffet restaurant.

I know this hotel for many years but never had chance to stay in. the reputation was good so i saved it for my this stay. Unfortunately, compared to other 3-4 stars hotel i stayed in Paphos, this one is lacking a few things. Reception are ok. But not very welcoming. With this low rate of occupying of this winter season, they didn’t give me one to impress me and welcome me back. the window door to veranda has a broken lock and i had problem of falling asleep because of noise and lack of security. the cleaning was bad. The cups had coffee stains. The tooth brushing cups had water stain at bottom. Also the water kettle had thick calcium and dirty. So i never used the. Bathtub shower had problem of switching water from shower head and tap. Was impossible to use. Breakfast and dinner was fine. Managing staff were doing good to keep hospitality. The interior was a cheap turn over or looks like a low budget quick fix of old property. Mattress was 3 out of 5 maybe (personal experience anyway) The overall atmosphere was not so good. I would not go back. Parking was quite ok. Location is good with your own car. Wi-Fi very bad. Not friendly for business and leisure combined travelers.

A GREAT PLACE FOR A CHRISTMAS BREAK!

The WiFi was not working in the room they did eventually fix it after two days but it was the evening xmas eve when I reported it, so no one was available till boxing day , , I was offered another room but declined it. The staff were very attentive and the lady on reception Angela deserves a special mention.The food was nice and was very varied, also lots of it.The bed was extra large and very comfortable, the whole place was kept very clean, it is showing signs of ware and tear in a few places, but that is to be expected when something is in use all the time.

I cane see the reservation on the website said half board, but I couldn't see anywhere where it was written after the reservation, and there is no one to talk to, bad experience

Hell on earth. Unfriendly unhelpful staffs - mainly Russians or east Europeans who most of them don’t even speak neither Greek nor English. Their consistent answer to any request is No. In addition. There is no sandy beach. Impossible to swim in the sea as the rocks are spicy and sharp - very dangerous to walk on. Also, the scavengers mass are drunk, loud, and rowdy. Couldn’t wait to leave this disastrous place.

AMAZING STAY AND HOTEL!!!

Literally the best stay ive ever had! We payed for a standard room however they didnt have any rooms left so they gave us the master suite with a private pool! Had the best time ever! Amazing stay! Would definitely stay here again!

The maintenance of the property has clearly been a struggle. Gym equipment is rusty, dirty, broken. -1Level area of hotel gym spa area smells like a sewer awful. Pool not cleaned and communal areas not tidy cups/glasses left out and tables not wiped. Room had seen better days but was cleaned daily. Food was lovely and plentiful. All inclusive drinks local produce-not great. Staff on the whole were pleasant. It is a shame about the maintenance as hotel was once a 5 star now nearer a 3. Great space and location water park is good. I have pictures of gym equipment & flooded wall ceiling area.

Overall a nice stay. My room was clean, spacious & incredible sea view. Staff were helpful and friendly. Be mindful this is not a luxury 5* stay. Few things I was disappointed with which could easily be fixed. The hairdryer was the worst I’ve ever used, one of those permanent plugged in the wall, have to hold the button/types. Took ages to dry my hair. Come on, invest in something decent! Need to go to the ‘ironing room’ to iron which is in the corner of the luggage room. Again, invest in decent irons and boards - awful! Finally, would be nice to have service of drinks and food by the pool. Little things = luxury.

Never again

On arrival the front desk staff were not friendly, no meet and greet, they just wanted to move us along. I had requested a double bed, the request had been confirmed, when I got to the room it was two singles pushed together. Couldn’t join WiFi in the room, called reception they couldn’t connect me either, they gave me a different room number and password to get connected!! The room (5015) was positioned right next to, or directly under a generator of some kind and the noise it generated was so loud I think I got 3 hours sleep; at 2am my partner was awoken by a cockroach in the bathroom. The website states four restaurants, that’s not really true, there are two actual restaurants which they alternate cuisines between Greek, Italian, Mexican and a buffet. When we arrived only Mexican was available, can’t eat spicy so we were forced to eat out of the hotel. In the pool grounds, the sunbed covers were dirty with one of them splattered with what looked like blood. Several of the umbrellas were faulty so we were forced to use trees for shade, we had arrived at 2.30 pm and all the sunbeds around the pool were taken. This hotel is tired and needs upgrading. I don’t recall meeting any staff in the hotel or grounds who was friendly or happy. On checkout the front desk didn’t even ask us how was our stay! We were bed and breakfast but in the morning we just wanted to get out of there and left without breakfast. This is at best a 2 star hotel masquerading as a 4/5 star hotel. Avoid.

Wonderful room, amazing sunsets, very spacious

The service was excellent; breakfast was also excellent. The building was clearly well-built but the maintenance seems not to have been a priority - lampshades that were falling off; bedside cabinets which needed fixing, headboards with tears in the fabric. They have had plenty of time during the pandemic to address these. But by far the worst issue was that of cleanliness. On our arrival, the bath and toilet pan were both dirty; the bedside cabinet had something smeared on that hadn't been cleaned. Out of interest, we waited to see if these were addressed on the second day. They weren't. We were staying for 2 nights, but had we been staying longer, or were there for a holiday, or had children with us, I would have complained (and quite possibly checked out and gone elsewhere).

Location brilliant. Rooms are in need of maintenance as there’s a lot of little things broken/not right.

Great hotel for those that like huge hotels!

The hotel is obviously of a high standard but it’s just too big and impersonal. Checked in and was presented with a manual on how to operate the shower! The room key didn’t work, the wifi didn’t work until I called reception. The buffet breakfast had an excellent choice but boiled eggs were grey, scrambled eggs were not hot and unappetising. The queues for fresh eggs and tea and coffee were long. In the morning at 7am the cleaning staff on the 1st floor terrace were dragging chairs and tables along the floor which made such an unbearable screeching sound! I’ve just completed a 10 day car drive tour of the island and the accommodation has been superb. I shall not be returning to this hotel

Amazing hotel

What a lovely hotel, couldn’t fault it, beautiful area and surroundings, lovely room, comfortable bed, we went B&B and the food was amazing a huge variety to chose from, highly recommended and at a reasonable price too

Wallpaper peeling off in the room. Very bad drinks and service. Breakfast was good , but again bad service .

Disappointed

My expectations of this hotel were far better than the reality unfortunately. I’d been to paphos for a few years in a row and always saw this hotel as looking fabulous. The reality was the staff were rude on check in, the air con was crap in the room and it also smelt like sewerage. Not quite 5* in my opinion

Not my kind of thing

It was OK. Came purely for the sun and pool which we got. I didn’t see a beach that was accessible from the hotel so not sure what they were talking about there. Food was OK, filled a gap but wasn’t anything special. It eas your typical big, little bit soulless all inclusive hotel but it did the job. The evening entertainment was loud and annoying til 11pm each night which you could hear from our room. Having said that there were other people and families who looked like they were thoroughly enjoying themselves, just not moly cup of tea

Wifi was not working properly in the room. One of reception staff guy - Vasilij or similar name was quite rude during check-in. Waterpark is extra cost. Overall hotel is great, breakfast was perfect, except silly small glass juice filler machine

Disaster - NOT a 5 star hotel

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. People are so unprofessional everywhere. - calling the reception you have to qait more than a minute for someone to pick it up, IF you are lucky. - lobby. Noone comes for an order, i had to go to the bar to ask the waiter - pool restaurant, 4 tables and it took them 25 minutes to come for an order! - quality of food, really low quality, disapointing -Internet NOT working! - bed and linen of such a bad quality, for sure you will need to use the.spa on the next day. - the personnel at the reception qas disaster. Didn't remember half of the instructikns to me, and noone asked me how my staying was. Woke up and left on the last night!!! All of the above happen at all times. Stayed at the gotel another 2 times, exactly the same issues! +location is great +lots of parking + tennis fields for activities

Beautiful hotel but understaffed

If get deal cheap then go for this .

No hospitality of 5 star Hotel. I will say good 3to4 star , food was plenty but tasteless or too much flavoured. Disappointed as booked and paid 5 star price but not happy at all for the price. Reception blank when asked any facilities.

The restaurants and bars are used to catering to all inclusive. It limits the quality of food and beverages to the bed and breakfast

Relaxing stay

Just what we wanted. A peaceful relaxing couple of days. The hotel has everything you need (except a morning paper you need to go out for that). WiFi is free for one device only after that you pay.

5 star minus 2

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, especially where food & Service is concerned. The hotel is also in need of a bit of refurbishment. It’s looking a bit tired and shabby.
