We had a lovely stay here.

The front desk staff was extremely rude. He had blond hair and was absolutely arrogant. The pool lifeguard was the only person smoking and blowing it on the children. Inconsiderate. He sat on the prime spot and never looked up one to see what was happening with the guest. The food was not labeled, so you had no idea what you are eating. Extremely disappointed.

BEWARE: Worst all inclusive experience ever. This is nothing like the Mexico/Caribbean all Inclusive resorts. Food is disgusting and the main buffet dining room looks worse than a school cafeteria. The experience in the one restaurant is even worse. You are not even handed a menu or asked what you want. You sit down and they just slap the plates of food in the middle of the table, most of it inedible. Service staff is not nice or welcoming. No wifi in the rooms although they say there is. Rooms are similar to motel rooms. Beds and mattresses awful. Got a room for 4 and they squeezed in a cot between the two small beds so there was no room to walk. No lock in bathroom. Very small amount of beds by the pool. Absolutely no value for the high cost. I could go on and on and I never leave a bad review. This was the worst stay we had in all of Spain. If it wasn't costly and non refundable we would have packed our bags and left. Extremely disappointed.

Nice enough all inclusive, food and drinks okay without being exceptionally good. All entertainment in French and the staff didn’t make any effort to speak to us

The only thing good about the resort is the ocean. The food is the worst I've ever eaten, bathroom needs major renovations. It's a shame the location is beautiful but the rooms, food are nothing to write home about. Some of the staff are nice but some are utterly rude. Dont let the picture deceive you. Read the reviews. I had to change my room as the one given had mosquitoes. I will NEVER visit Kinetta Beach again. My friend had ants crawling all over the room. Another has roaches in their room. Please go somewhere else.

The views were awesome - mountains, sea, beach & that’s about it. There’s nothing all inclusive about this resort. Condition of the place can be better improved. Rooms were not very clean, had bugs cockroaches, ants etc. There were no basic tea/coffee items in the rooms. Staff could learn to be friendlier, some were outright rude. Our cleaning lady was nice though. The food was not good, the food at the diner restaurant (where you have to book and it’s limited to 60 something guests maximum) was the only manageable meal, we ate outside of the resort for most of our stay. I was here to celebrate with friends so we made the most of it spending more time in Athens than the resort itself. The price paid for this resort is way too high for the quality of the resort and the quality of service received. Hopefully, they find a way to improve.

Reception staff was friendly and helpful and so was the air transat representative Beyond that found the rest of staff specifically the Lookea staff were not friendly unless you were French. There was little for us to do in the evening unless you were entertained by French staff. Nice resort but they need to accommodate for all

The staff in all areas of the resort were OUTSTANDING! They were very helpful and pleasant.

This was a totally excluding hotel experience the opposite to all-inclusive. • The hotel vicinity and room was nothing like advertised on the website. • The room was very dusty and tattered bed linen. One day the room was not cleaned at all. • The language spoken was French and all entertainment was in French. Only the reception staff spoke minimal English, which made the stay very isolating. • There was no private pool facility at the hotel as depicted. • The hotel was far from an all-inclusive as often there was limited catering or none at all and the food was undercooked. There was no option to enjoy a meal at one of the resort's 2 restaurants as advertised. • The WiFi did not work in all rooms and the small flat-screen TVs only had one channel in English. • There was no tours assistance available as we were told it was only for French guests. I do not feel that I have received value for money consider the large sum that I paid for the accommodation. The stay at this hotel was disappointing which failed my expectations of what was advertised on the website.

Worst Hotel in Greece, would like refund

This was one of the worst experiences I had in a hotel. The staff were rude, the food was average, the room was filthy. We thought a hotel away from Athens would be great at this all inclusive hotel, but thought wrong. Was not all inclusive, food was available at meal times but food most of the time was terrible. Could not even get water, had to pay for bottles. This was pricey so had to buy water from shops outside hotel. Would not recommend if you are not French, this hotel only catering to the French so we left out on all activities. We decided to get away from this hotel and stay at another hotel in the city just so we could get away from this terrible hotel. So was only at the hotel for 2 nights, so wasted a lot of money here. Will never come back here, and I recommend people to stay away from this hotel. The room was disgusting, room was never cleaned, bed sheets never replaced, floor was never cleaned from previous people stay, bed had bed-bugs, so now have rashes all over body. People, stay away!!

The place, property and food was good. I think that an improvement on transfer connection facility from/to Athens airport will be a good choice for any future guests. In the worst case, the guest must paid an expensive taxi to reach the resort.

Beautiful water, in a beautiful country.

We came there as a family of five. Four adults, and one child that was 11 years old at the time. We took a rental car for the entire time that we were there because the hotel is pretty far from the airport, and we wanted to use it to explore the country while we where there. When we arrived, we were given a map of the complex, and were shown to out rooms. We were also told when the restaurants open, and what time the various meals were at. That was pretty much it on the involvement by the management. We had no information on whether or not we could borrow swimming gear such as goggles, snorkels, and swimming fins. We also had to discover for ourselves as to the restaurant situations. As english speaking individuals, no one wanted to fuss with us. While we were there there was a large amount of French speaking individuals which is great, but the entire time we left like we were second hand citizens there. In regards to the swim gear, we were told that they were all out of it, however a half hour later when a french speaking family came by to use the same gear, they were promptly given what they wanted. If you are an english speaking traveler, then you are on your own for figuring out what is going on at the resort. The beach itself is also a pebble beach, and not a rocky one. It can be quite painful to walk on it in bare feet. You also can't really lay in it as it is not very comfortable. The best part about this was the water. It was beautiful and clear, albeit cold.

Not for English tourists

Hotel very clean and comfortable. There is lots available but only if your French.!!! All is catered for the French.... food, entertainment, signs and notices. Whilst the staff were polite all expected you too be French... we sat in the bar every evening feeling disregarded. It you are English or have kids who don't speak French I would not recommend. However all the French seemed to thoroughly enjoy the stay. Local area is run down and if you leave the grounds there is nothing around...including the lack of an entrance. The big saving grace is the hotel is well presented and we found the beach, whilst pebbles, was lovely and picturesque. I was happy when my stay came to an end.

Amazing resort

The beach is unbelievable, the richness of the Greek food the hospitality and the suit sea view makes the vacation heaven, Just when you open the blind in the morning look at the sea and watch the sunrise behind the mountain and the water reflect the sun light amazing. On the top of that all inclusive no need to any thing through the day any where in the resort.

Great facilities, poor service

Hotel facilities and beach are very nice, but guest service is poor. There's no signage for almost anything. Almost everything is in French and you are kind of ignored if you are not French (they have a partnership with a French tourist organization that brings 85% of their guests). The food is pretty good, but there's only artificially flavored drinks and bad tasting water to drink (aside from wine). Rooms are nice and clean, but the mattresses very hard. If you are ok with figuring things out on your own and just want to enjoy the pool and beach, this place is good.

Nice hotel with beautiful beach

My family and I had a great vacation at this resort. Food was delicious and fresh. Staff was great. Seemed like we were the only Americans or English speaking people staying there that week, everyone else was French. All entertainment was in French, everything. No English entertainment so we couldn't join as we didn't understand. They did however play English music so at least we could understand that. Beach is amazing. I would recommend this hotel. But would ask that they cater to English speakers as well, not only French.

Nice hotel but Cheap based

the hotel is very nice but this could be a 4 or 5 star hotel if they did a few upgrades.. Use glasses in the main bar not cheap plastics, have more choice in alcoholic beverages. I can understand for pool bar and beach bar but not the regular bar. the only time your get a glass if you overpay for their Not Included drinks. Get rid of Looka favoritism or have them be in charge of the whole hotel for entertainment so others do not feel like 2nd class citizen. There is two large pools and the restaurants could improve the variety of the choices but you do have access to the Taverna for lunch and Zen for supper which are very good choices

French resort in Greece

We did not realise that by not speaking French we would be at a huge disadvantage at this resort. All signs in French, mostly only French speaking staff. Branded with wristbands, 6 of us with purple, about 200 with red....we could only decipher that we wee the non French speaking people! We were given no information about the resort or activities, despite asking several times. We were directed to the notice boards -all written in French, and excluded from activities. We felt very discriminated against. Very unusual feeing for a holiday resort! It was assumed that we had booked through an agent & were told with each enquiry that we needed to ask our agent...we actually booked through this site, so no agent for us - annoying that reception staff were not aware of this. Also, we enquired about transfers to & from train & airport - again given no help. We had to drag our heavy bags along a dangerous road for over 1km to get the resort. Were told taxis needed to be booked as they came form another town. Not sure why they cant pick you up at the train station!

This was the worst resort I've ever stayed at.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work. all of the extra's they promised me, were not available. this was by far the most disappointing travel experience I've ever had. The manager of the hotel would not even speak to us. the pillow had makeup all over it. the sheets at hair, the bathroom had hair, but we were told the room was brand new. The swimming pool was a disgusting, filthy pool. there wasn't many food options, there wasn't any drink options. everything was "extra". I made sure of everything being included, it was not the case at this resort.

OK for the price I paid

Great location on the beach front and the sea is perfect. Lovely pools and clean room. Well equipped gym. Food varied between average and good. Staff were all French speakers and assumed we were too. No problem as I wanted a peaceful break and for that the place was perfect. I'd suggest people rent a car as it's too far to pay for a Cab from the main Athens airport and the hotel does not have a shuttle bus. Parking at the hotel and even in Athens is free and plentiful. Having the car made visiting the sights easy.

Dishonest

The hotel manager called Travelocity and told them the Hotel had electrical problems and they were not able to accommodate us because half of the Hotel is closed. I was able to find out the Hotel had a large party from France and they did not want to release the rooms to us. The manager did not say the truth and cancelling four days before our stay it was very stressful. This is a small suburb about 30 kilometers from Athens and they do not have that many Hotels in the area.

La nourriture est basique et ne fait pas penser à des spécialités grecques... L'hébergement est très confortable mais les chambres très vieillissantes. Rapport qualité prix assez correct pour un séjour.

Die neuen Zimmer sind super - die alten etwas sehr „in die Jahre gekommen“. Leider brummt im Haupthaus 24/7 ein Generator o.ä. Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer dort, konnten bei dem Lärm aber nicht schlafen. Die Rezeption hat aber sehr unkompliziert einen Zimmerwechsel veranlasst. Sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!! Ansonsten ist das Resort eher französisch-sprachig. Wenn man Animation wünscht, sollte man französisch verstehen. Das Meer ist sehr klar und sauber. Jegliche Restauration ist direkt am Meer - ein absolutes Plus der Resorts! Das Essen ist OK - sehr große Auswahl an Salaten und auch bei den warmen Speisen findet sich eigentlich immer was. Die Getränke sind wie oft bei All Inclusive „Lokale Marken“. Wenn man etwas Besseres möchte, kann man es gegen Bezahlung bekommen. Gleiches gilt beim Kaffee.

Viele Senioren , Sprache Englisch , Ftanzösisch kein Deutsch . Hotel sehr abgelegen . Shopping möglichkeiten fast keine. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub , Essen ,Strandnähe , Zimmer waren Top.

Nous avons passé de super vacances en famille. Certains endroits de l hôtel auraient besoin d' un rafraîchissement.

Le Kinetta Beach Resort est un complexe agréable, calme, très bien situé pour accéder aux sites (Acropole, Corinthe, Nauplie, Epidaure, Delphes) et est au bord d'une belle plage. Nous recommandons.

Das Hotel liegt ein wenig abseits ohne Auto muss man die gesamte Zeit am / im Hotel bleiben. Tipp ein Auto am Flughafen mieten und dann die Umgebung ansehen

Perfect hotel

Actually i booked the hotel without take a look on the hotels feedback, it was too many negative comments on it. But we decided to go throw it any way if its good or bad. I would recommend all the visitors that do NOT believe all the negative comment on the hotel, it is absolutely on of the best hotels that we have been before, the stuff was incredible and helpful (room cleaning, reception, bar service, waiters and the activity group). The food also too good and they had many things to choose, perfect taste!!!!. The hotel overhead was clean and nice everywhere (pool, restaurant, bar and even the room itself).

Animation tres appréciée

They did not have gluten free options for breakfast. Even when given heads up they did not fix for us. They said "they are only a 4 star hotel". That is not a valid reason for not taking allergies into consideration, since we have statyed at much lower star hotel and had this provided. This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and we had no option than to eat there.

L endroit est bien situé..le service est ordinaire mais acceptable...la nourriture répétitive et limité. Vous avez besoin d un moyen de transport pour déplacer vers Athène parce que vous êtes a 50km du centre-ville.

Kinder wurden aufs herzlichste begrüßt. **** Das Essen war nicht besonders abwechslungsreich, im Grunde jeden Tag das selbe mit kleinen Variationen, aber dafür immer lecker und durch die große Auswahl war auch für jeden etwas dabei. Beispielsweise gab es: Salatbuffett mit angemachten Salaten und welchen zum selbst zusammenstellen, Auberginengemüse, Kartoffelbrei, Pommes, Lammfleisch

Det var et dejligt sted. Søde og hjælpsomme personale. God mad og service. Dog var det meget baseret på det franske publikum.

Emplacement et les piscines sont des plus. La nourriture est fraîche et abondante mais peu variée .Le choix pour les boissons incluses est limité et le café imbuvable.

Πάρα πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό. Αρκετή ησυχία σε ολόκληρο το συγκρότημα. Πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Ο μπουφές σε όλα τα γεύματα ήτανε πληθωρικός με πολλές επιλογές. Καθαρά δωμάτια και εξωτερικοί χώροι. Γήπεδα μπάσκετ, τένις, ποδοσφαίρου, πισίνες ( λόγω της εποχής δεν τις χρησιμοποιησαμε).Οι παιδαγωγοί για τα παιδιά μας παρά πολύ ευγενικοί.Ειμασταν 3 οικογένειας με 10 χρονών παιδιά και ευχαριστηθηκαμε μικροί και μεγάλοι
