It was located in the centre part of Bandung, exactly in front of Asia Africa Museum. The street it is situated, Jl. Braga, is full with restaurants and cafe. The room is quite nice, it is a decent size and okay for the price and the location.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. In a city where many things are dulled by pollution, the room was bright and cheerful, although the lobby furniture was a bit dingy. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the curved glass shower space, that let in light and was a clever design to give a small space a bigger feeling. For one person, it was comfortable, for more than one it would have been a bit crowded. The breakfast was ok, although a bit disorganized and random, it fed me every day. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is that they didn't change all of my used towels every day, and there was no shelf to put my toiletries on in the shower.

Cozy hotel near Asia Africa building

The hotel is very near to Asia Africa building and some others places like Masjid Raya (the great mosque), square, and a lot of cafes. So, it is nice to stroll around the hotel. The hotel is quite comfortable and cozy but it would be perfect if there is no mosquitoes.

Nice hotel close to Jln Braga

Hotel is clean & modern but could here people/ tv from room next door. Otherwise quiet even though on a busy street. Staff friendly and helpful

My hotel of choice in Jalan Braga

Stayed for a couple of nights in Ibis Styles Braga, and i must say i was pleasantly surprised with the good service and excellent room (took the Studio room). Very good value for money, and having tried other hotels in Jalan Braga before, to me Ibis Styles is by far the better hotel.

In the heart of Bandung: Asia Afrika and Braga

It’s a convenient place, still in walking distance to Braga Permai. But now Braga street looks rather deserted and not so safe.

Excellent facilities and location

Right outside of the hotel, to the right, there is a walkable mall and night markets. It is pretty foreigner friendly, but most people there are Indonesians. That said, everyone is sweet and helpful. As someone from Singapore, I did not feel any amount of discrimination. Since I am also a pretty avid art collector and appreciator, I particularly enjoyed the many galleries and art stores around the hotel. Prices are extremely reasonable. Too bad my flight back and my apartment in Singapore couldn't accommodate too many art pieces.

Easily accessible

My stay there was very pleasant, there was ample staff to serve the crowd during breakfast. The staff was also very efficient in preparing the room. The place is in town and easily accessible from both the airport and train station. There was also food places nearby to get street food

small comfortable hotel

minimum amenities, but bathroom is clean. Hot water is very good. Breakfast is adequate. Great for short stay. Wifi is okay. Location of the hotel is very convenient as there is a Starbucks Cafe and a minimart around the corner.

Walking distance to places of interest.

Good location, good staff service, excellent response time, nice comfy hotel. Pleasant breakfast spread. Room small though - no more space after luggage. No facial tissue in room & toilet. No place to put toiletries (personal soap/shampoo/conditioner) in shower area.

Nice hotel with food close by

We stayed for 3days 2nights. 1st day breakfast was terrible. They said breakfast close at 10am. We got there at 9am. Plenty of the food were empty. The egg section only had 1 people do all the order even they had 2 cooktop. The scramble eggs getting smaller. Couldn't cope with the order. Told the staff at dining, they said not enough staff for that day. I told them but this is not even close to closing time, so that answer wasnt good enough. We complaint to manager at that night, luckily 2nd day breakfast was full after they got complaint from us. A part from that, everything were good n clean. The staffs were polite n friendly.

Spacious Family Room

We like the spacious family room and the design of the hotel. However, the spread of the breakfast need to be improved. We had the same breakfast for 4 days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location and staff

Amazing staff, great location. It would be even more great if theres more options for breakfast and room service for breakfast. For the room, its child friendly. Only thing is theres no place to put my own toiletries in the shower cubicle, no clock and no tissues (except for toilet rolls). Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Room was great value for money, located in a good location. Room service was good, with good food at a decent price. Hotel was located in a good area near Jalan Braga, where there are plenty of food options at all times of the day.

nothing special, decent value

Great location and clean / functional. Wasn't impressed that we were told to wait for 20 minutes for room, as we were early. Fair enough. After 45 minutes it checked and was told now an hour. Waste of my time. Room clean and comfortable. Not very generous with tea and coffee in room. Safe didn't work. One lift out of order, so took 15 minutes to get from my room to reception.

non profesionalisme during check in.

We stayed at the hotel ibis styles braga for 3 nights. Excellent atmosphere and nice environment because there is dissatisfaction due to non profesionalisme during check in. This is because we have made a booking for 2 rooms (connection room) a week earlier from the date of arrival and reconfirmed one day in advance by telephone regarding our booking. But I am disappointed because when we arrived at hotel to check in we were informed that only one room available and had to wait for another 3 hours to get the second room. That was after we keep asking for the said room. Imagine if we are families with small children. For sure it will be difficult. Breakfast available is basic and acceptable. Clean and well decorated rooms and friendly staff except. If we have not paid the full amount earlier we might looking for other hotels. I suggest that other users hati2 when dealing with this hotel, they did not respect the money you might care for them.

Best Ibis in indo!!

The hotel should be an example of how other Ibis hotels should be run! It was very clean, well trained staff and great room.The staff spoke English well, was helpful and welcoming. (Revi at front desk). The breakfast options are awesome!...just good place...wish it was in another city! I stayed in other Ibis hotels in Indo...not very giod..not the same! This Ibis is a winner! Compared to another similar priced hotel in the same neighbourhood Ibis Styles Braga was so much better in every aspect. Superior service, clean, bright, comfortable room and excellent internet speed. If you want to stay in Braga, this one is highly recommended.

Nice and comfort Hotel

Clean hotel with very comfort bedding. Only feel that the design for the bathroom not very convenience to putting extra stuffs like my skin care, etc. The breakfast so so. Overall was good.

Hotel facilities are good but sevice was under expectations. We came, but most of our rooms are not ready yet. Last to get into the rooms only after 1500hrs. The swimming pool was not allowed to use. Its only meant for weekend stayer. That the most dissapointed part as we brought our children to have fun in the pool. We were not inform of the event going on, on the 1st of June. The road closed at 0800hrs. Very fortunate that we are not caught stranded there. Thanks to our tour guide.

Clean and comfortable value for money.

Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was limited in selection, but perfectly adequate. Hotel is ideal for a low-cost stopover.

Ibis Style Braga location is very good for couple and family. FAMILY ROOM is spacious and big. It has one queen bed and two single bed in the other room. Not much of facilities around the hotel. It had swimming pools on the 16th floor which operates over the weekend only and also a cafe. Around the hotel there is lots of food around the streets. Overall is good. Location of the hotel is about 15mins from Airport. Will definitely come back

Great hotel!

It was really pleasant. The hotel was really nice and has a mordern vibe to it. I like that there is a free computer and gaming amenity at the lobby. The hotel is at least a 15 minutes walk to the nearest shopping mall. The hotel service was excellent. We had lunch at the restaurant while waiting for our room to be ready and the staff offered to help put our luggages in the room.

Great hotel for Family

3 nights stay with my big family of 13pax. Family room is so spacious. Breakfast good. Swimming pool only open on sat and sun, as i travel on weekdays sadly cant bring the kids for swimming. Feedback swimming pool to operate daily.

Very nice hotel. Well serviced. Fast wifi and good buffet breakfast. Unfortunate smell from drains in bathroom but staff attended quickly when I mentioned it.

An enjoyable family trip

We enjoyed our stay in Ibis Styles Bandung Braga. We were able to enjoy our night strolls in Jln Braga & Jl Asia Afrika. We had good night rest each night we were there. We stayed in one of the family rooms & our daughter enjoyed having her own little room with her own TV. Overall, we were happy with the services & would definitely come back.

Noisy

We spent 1 night at the hotel due to its proximity being near the Gedung Merdeka. Hotel is modern, clean and relatively new. However, please be prepared with the noise from surrounding especially during week-end as there are a lot of people hang out in the front of the hotel.

Great hotel!

This hotel is very close to Jalan Asia Afrika and legendary Savoy Homann Hotel. You should stay here during car free night since you can have some nice sightseeing as you walk by the road. Please contact the hotel first to know car free night schedule. Though this hotel rated as three-four star hotel, I consider the breakfast menu was really good. Beside there are many food including Indonesian and Western, they might change the menu daily. So you will experience different kind of food. Do not worry about the parking lot, you still possible to park a bus :)

Very Frustrating Check-in

Just before I boarded my flight, I received an email from the hotel saying they had not received my booking confirmation from Expedia. Upon arrival, front desk staff told me same thing. They refused to check me in and wanted me to pay walk in rate, even though I had an Expedia booking confirmation which stated I already paid the full room charge. I suggested they verify my credit card then release the amount next day when Expedia confirms. But no, they insisted I will be charged for first night. I suggested they call Expedia but no, they cannnot make international call. So after 30 minutes of waiting, I called Expedia myself on my own mobile phone. It turned out Ibis did not inform Expedia their hotel email has changed and Expedia sent my booking to the old email!

A very new hotel. Everything was new and clean. Reception was able to communicate in English which was very helpful. Room was spacious and bedding used were of superior quality and even has a bolster provided. Breakfast was not too bad considering the price paid. There were many pubs with live bands in the surrounding areas. Hotel was quite centralized and at most 15minutes by taxi to shopping districts like Paris Van Java and some factory outlets. Overall Value for money and will definitely stay there again

Generally, a good and decent stay. Though the hotel lost out on location to amenities and proximity to factory outlet, it's still a memorable stay. Counter staffs during the night wasn't as helpful as the group at the morning shift
