Really pleased with the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly- we are both veggie and didn’t have a problem with the food options but we may have found it repetitive if we had stayed longer. Our only concern was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 22.45 one night I think to give us something but we didn’t feel happy answering the door.

This hotel was great for a family trip away. Nice pool areas and facilities. Staff were very friendly also.

The property needs to be renovated. This is not a 5* hotel. If you go there with the expectation of 3-4 stars you won’t be too disappointed. You have to request basic 5 stars amenities instead of it being provided in the rooms. The food is good and there is a variaty

2nd visit

Our 2nd stay at the kenzi club for some pre Christmas sun. Exceptional value for money. The hotel & grounds are beautiful & kept so clean & tidy. We had a suite & it was amazing. Can not fault any member of staff. They are so friendly and can’t do enough to help. Many of whom remembered us from last year. Would like to especially thank younes, yousef (waiter outdoors lunchtime ), yousef (waiter indoors dinner ) and Mohammed ( waiter in the bar on a night time ) They are a credit to the hotel & made our holiday extra special

My stay was only a short one, and I am very much a foodie, but my thoughts in summary are ; beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms, poor drinks at times eg making a pina colada with vodka because the bar was closing in 30 minutes and they wouldn't open a new bottle of rum !!! Food was heavily vegetarian and the meat options were of poor quantity and quality. Some great sports options which sadly I did not get the time to use.

It’s very run-down for a ‘5 star’ resort. Everything just needed re-vamping. A lot of the sun loungers were broken etc. The food and drink were not good, and the service in the other restaurant, which you have to book, was awful - we left after the first course! The staff however, were so kind and friendly, and the place was clean!

Hotel not 5 stars. Staff and food, excellent. Poolside area in need of some TLC, it looks tired in places with old furniture and sun bed mattresses which are in need of replacement.

Stay Away!!! Mold, smells like sewer

it was terrible terrible service old rooms mold smell like sewage roaches. It is terrible. I mean terrible I don’t know how this hotel is getting 4.4.

The resort was excellent, staff couldn’t be more accommodating. I was worried initially as we saw some mixed reviews online, but our experience was brilliant. On arrival, the receptionist checked us in 3 hours early and gave clear directions as to where to sit while waiting for a buggy ride to our riad. We decided to walk as I just wanted to be in a dark room after going through the airport, and a member of staff came after us and insisted on giving us a ride to the riad. He helped us in with our cases and gave us a tour of the room, with instructions on how to call reception, use the safe and showed us where to find our private bar, get towels and access staff if we needed help. Our room was spacious, with a sliding door veranda onto a private patio with two chairs and a washing line to dry our clothes. There were plugs at each bedside, and a super king bed with the sheets changed daily. There was a mini-fridge (although empty, we got a bottle of water and Coke Zero at each meal time to keep in the fridge). The air conditioning worked from our arrival, and the room was consistently cool - a saving grace in the 40 degree heat. The bathroom was clean with toilet roll and clean towels regularly restocked. There was a rain shower with excellent pressure. Pools and amenities were excellent.

Excellent, people working there made it amazing. We were advised that we would get a bottle of wine as VIP, I told reception that we were non drinkers but we did not receive an alternative. No problem. We were given excellent rooms with access to a private pool, wonderful. Reception staff seemed a bit overwhelmed due to full bookings.Already looking to book for next year

This is a far cry from a 5* hotel - ants in the rooms (which also smell of drains), terrible food/drink and threadbare towels. If you are a couple, don’t book here.. hundreds of children, very loud entertainment and not relaxing at all. It’s cheap, but spend the extra £200 and stay elsewhere!

We spent 7 nights at the Kenzi Club. 2 adults and 3 teens. Lots of activities and all staff were brilliant particularly the entertainment team actively encouraging our teens to participate. Initially thought a buffet restaurant and 2 themed ( Moroccan and Italina) might not be enough variety but the buffet had themed nights and food was great everyday. No faults and will likely return again., in fact we are already recommending it to friends. Thanks to all staff for a great stay!!

What an absolute Gem. From start to finish, i cannot fault our stay. Short 3 night stay with friends. The accommodation was excellent with a nice upgrade to the privileged area which included private pool and bar. Food and drink was above and beyond. The wine for an all inclusive resort was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel for both long and short stays. Marrakech is a fantastic city and the people are kind, respectful and above all, happy and open to Western Tourists. Never felt unsafe, and grabbed many bargains in and around the souks. The hotel offer free shuttle to and from the city which was great. Thank you to everybody at the hotel for a truly memorable and enjoyable mini break.

We stayed in Riad Rosarrie with a beautiful apartment and secluded pool. The staff were very helpful and hospitable, something that comes as part of Moroccan culture. There are 2 other, larger pools. One designed for families and children. The food caters for European cuisine but was pleased to find some Moroccan based dishes too. The chefs and service team work hard to produce good quality food. We didn’t do many activities - but visited the spa for a massage and a Brahman Bath. Both were lovely and reasonably priced. There is an on-site golf pro I visited one day and he really did help with an hour 1on1 lesson. And it was free! In the evening we stayed around the Bar area next to the restaurant. There was music, mini disco for kids and then a show or some local entertainment. The best evening was the special guests drumline. Was brilliant to watch! Overall we loved it. Spent 7 nights. As far as all inclusive, affordable hotels go this has to be up with the best. Special shout out to Ayisha (our bar attendant at the pool), Mohammed (server in the bar who kept the drinks coming and taught me a little Arabic)!

Great hotel, would recommend. Felt looked after by the staff. Great choice of food, plenty of sports and entertainment to keep you occupied if you need it. Pools are great. Really enjoyable vacation :)

Excellent service from all the teams in this hotel

We've been to 6 continents of the world and we've pretty much stayed in some of the best of the best hotels or accommodations in the world Kenzi is on par in this stage. Kenzi is one of the best places to stay when in Marrakesh so much so that the people working in this hotel are kind, friendly, helpful and always there to accommodate even the little things. The company should give back to all the staff working in Kenzi because their attention to detail is exquisite. We love to come back again and we may not have the names of all the employees we've met but from the housekeeping, animation team, and restaurant teams thank you so much and happy new year. We will definitely come back again.

What can I say? We didn’t really need to leave the hotel as everything we needed was present. From the warm welcome on arrival (after missing our initial flight) and being served delicious Morocco’s tea, to being taken to our room on a caddy with our luggage, to having our room upgraded, every member of staff we came in contact with greeted us with a smile, the list is endless! Our 9 month old baby got most of the love of I’m honest from everyone stopping to play and talk to her at every opportunity. The restaurant where all meals were served felt like we had gone to a fancy dinner each time, food selection was awesome too, even as a picky eater that I am. Staff in the restaurant were polite, pleasant and always on hand for any assistance- you never needed to wait at all to be waited on! Ayman my guy ready supplying the drinks with smiles! Then there’s the O-Spa…. Amazing! Did the Hamman and Massage with Vushe (hope I spelt it right) and I slept like a baby afterwards, with the best glowing skin! The Animation crew at the bar by the swimming pools were very fun and entertaining, got us involved in a Masterchef competition on best Tangine lol Make use of the hotel shuttle service to the market square which is also a bonus. I will not hesitate to rebook here on my return to Marrakech- Thank You to the entire team!

Great option for a stay in Marrakesh. There are a few things that could improve: why have a “cold” pool?, why not have the ability to get small cash denominations at the front desk? Why not have more friendly staff at the front desk? Why not have bars open in the afternoon? (Other than the pool bar)

Communication with staff is terrible. Asked to have two rooms together or on the same floor due to having young babies and a pregnant wife. Had us well away from our family. Changed room the next day and told us the room will be ready at 3pm. Gave them til 4pm. Chased it up - nothing. Didn’t get the room until 6pm after going to reception and being told it will be 5 mins/10mins/15mins continuously for 2 hours. Poor start to holiday. Wine/spirits seem very watered down/weak. Had numerous drinks/cocktails and didn’t feel a thing until I drank some of my own duty free spirits. Beer is the safest option as it’s from tap or bottled.

Nice and friendly hotel.

Had an amazing time in Marrakesh. Kenzi hotel is nice, with lovely staff, always happy and ready to help with anything. The animation staff were amazing. The downfall was the quality of food, however their is a variety of food, so you can find something to eat. Rooms are nice and clean. Overall a pleasant stay.

Would not recommend

Spend your money elsewhere. This is not a 5-star property by any stretch of the imagination. We had to change rooms 3 times due to A/C not working as well as a cockroach situation. Property is run down. Protocols for running the place seem completely absent. We spent a week eating all meals in their restaurant without working A/C at 40c temperatures. Their shuttle to the Medina was run down and had no A/C. Routinely ran out of food during meals. Long lines to wait for it to be made. Never enough glasses or spoons. Kids using their fingers to grab buffet food without being addressed by the property. Pools have major deferred maintenance. Pool bar was dirty with bees all around the sweet mixers and dead flies in the Sangria on the countertop. Spoke to GM requesting a refund. He promised to get back to me after speaking to his boss, and of course that never happened, which pretty much sums up the approach to customer concerns at this property. He tried to gaslight me by claiming that all-inclusive clubs are not hotels. Wow! Needless to say, I have extensive experience with all-inclusives and this one is in trouble. My sister and her family also stayed and their bathroom flooded the first night, they were never able to get housekeeping to leave towels for everyone in their party, their door malfunctioned twice where it wouldn’t lock and each time they had to wait for hours for maintenance to show up. Working with hotels.com to address this as I find it completely unacceptable.

Really nice stay. Great pool. Not too deep so great for the kids. Great entertainment. Nice slides. Food was good. They did mix spoons and knifes etc between veg and non veg food but overall no issues.

We asked to upgrade to a bigger room because our 11 son joined us , but the representative lied to us and said there was no other room available. Moreover he charged us extra $330 for the same room cause we had no option :(

Great place to stay and explore Marrakesh. Lovely staff and well maintained resort. Some issues around room facilities as we had to move rooms due to drain smells being overwhelming but understood as we were in Morocco. Food choice looks broad but a bit limited for us.

Overall the property was very pleasant. Food was plentiful and varied but was not hot enough at times. Alcoholic drinks were a disappointment as spirits were watered down, wine was of low quality, beer was fine. Lovely courteous staff. Pleasantly surprised with quality of rooms which were always cleaned to a good standard. All in all a really nice hotel which was let down by the quality of drinks on offer.

The facilities were great, 3 pools, kids club, baby club (chargeable and expensive), courts for sports (even though a bit worn), pool bar, towel changing facilities at the pool, activities all day. The rooms, dependent on the room, were from OK to disappointing. There were a lot of broken items and stains that required fixing for a 5 star hotel. In one of the rooms, the air con was not working and the maintenance guy just changed the setting on the thermostat and he said it's fixed. Clearly it was not! We had to change 4 rooms throughout our stay there, the 1st one was facing the restaurant and all the cooking fumes were coming in, the second one was not meant to have guests, everything was broken, the 3rd one had the air con issue with 33 degrees celcius, the 4th one was 4 out of 5 at least. The reception staff and the porters were super nice, the cleaning staff were bad, they were not replacing used items in the room like shampoos, coffees, water, etc, they were super slow, relaxing outside to come and clean the rooms at 2 or 3pm, at the time you wanted to get some mid-day rest after lunch. The spa had some good facilities and it was nice. We did a massage twice, however, it was very strange; we had a couples massage and we were not given privacy to take off our clothes and put them on again and we were not given disposable underwear. We had to use ours or the swim suits and they, of course, became oily. The kids club was very good and the staff, super nice!

Don’t look too close and you’ll believe this is a 4/5 star hotel. If you have never stayed in a 4/5 star hotel you might also believe this is one. We booked in the “privileged” area with a private pool for that building. Our first room was dirty, my wife took pictures and showed the front desk. On the plus side the front desk was really nice and upgraded us to a suite. The suite was also dirty. The craftsmanship was half-assed like the kind of thing you’d find in a Motel. Corners in the bathroom filled with spider webs, no toilet paper holder just the holes in the wall to show where one was, a patched hole on the side of the bathtub. There was an extra blanket in the closet that smelled like somebody’s B.O, clearly was not washed. The bed was hard as a rock. Plus side - the suite is very big and the a/c worked great. It has 1.5 bathrooms, but the 1/2 bath seemed like they didn’t expect you to use it as it wasn’t stocked with soap or towels. The private pool looked nice until I saw all the mold under the lip of the edge and all the broken tiles at the bottom. Food was decent, lots of choices, just don’t arrive at breakfast right when they open or you’ll miss the omelets and pancakes, they show up ehh whenever, typically about 1/2 hr after they open. No top shelf alcohol, but we weren’t really there to drink. Plus side, they don’t mind if you grab waters and food for your day trips. Oh and get used to stray cats, nice ones but walking around the restaurant just feels gross!

Best hotel in Marrakech

We have traveled to many countries over the last 15 years and stayed in over 100 different hotels but never met staff as friendly as here. Everyone that we met was extremely accommodating and did everything that they could to make our stay pleasant.

A place to relax, outstanding entertainment, good food and unlimted drinks. This place is a whole package of fun, would definitely comw again.

Staff were all very welcoming, cheerful and helpful.

The property is poorly taken care of, the dining was also unsanitary as they had cats walking all over the kitchen and dining area during dinner and breakfast. When we got to our room not only was the room outdated and poorly taken care of but the the rooms aren’t sound proof and we had people banging on our door at 10:30 pm. We have been in different accommodations for the last 13 days here in Morocco and this has been by far our worst experience. I went to put our luggage in the car before check out and I wasn’t allowed to until I checked out. They also didn’t provide us towels to shower and when we requested them they were very rude. I hope future guest are aware of their options of where to stay before they book here

The property is not maintained to the standards of a 5 star property. Food quantity and choices were extremely poor, drinks were of the poorest quality. Some of the staff were rude. I would not consider recommending this property to anyone!

Stayed 3 nights. Poor welcome with little info other than card. Waited 20 mins for concierge to take us & luggage to room by cart. First night restaurant food horrible. Thereafter breakfasts only which were pleasant. Bedroom was nice, clean, modern but poor small balcony over looking waste ground and trees growing. Noise of barking dogs and wakened by jet engines from airport nearby. No rooms appear to have any significant views. The grounds and pool are nice. The all inclusive is not great. Poor wifi with only reception area proving satisfactory. In door pool and hamman is nice but you pay extra. We were let down both by staff attitude and noise from on going renovations in restaurant, bar and work on bedrooms. I complained to management in writing and on checkout. No reply which sums up service. On viewing and booking this hotel had potential but was a real disappointment to the extent I have for first time in years sought part refund from Expedia. The service did not reflect what we paid. Also be aware you are a distance from city centre and although free shuttle times are limited and not overly practical so factor 50-60 dirhams for local taxi one way. Will not stay again

We only stayed one night and while the resort was lovely, the reception customer service is 0. Our booking included a complimentary bottle of wine which we didn’t receive. We asked for it, didn’t receive it. We asked for it second time, we found a bottle of beer in our room which was quite offending. We are talking 5* hotel. The receptionist then made up 2 different stories, one the manager said they give beer not wine, when we showed her the actual booking, she then changed the story and said that in fact we asked for beer. Very dishonest over just a bottle of wine which cost them nothing and we paid all inclusive on top of that!

We had a lovely few days here this week. The staff are very friendly and work hard. The food was good - especially the grilled meat and salads at lunch and the Moroccan themed night - loads of choice and all delicious. The pools are brilliant and kept clean, one is heated. The grounds are well tended - the rooms are laid out in riads which are spread out and surrounded by olive trees, which made it feel less like a big hotel and was a positive for us. The room itself was a little tired. There was a wall tile missing off the side of the bath and worn out fabric on a chair, which is a shame as it gave a disappointing first impression, but everything worked as it should, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful. We stayed in a family room which had two day beds for the children in a separate living area so we had loads of space for a family of 4. We had an upstairs room overlooking the tennis courts and olive groves which felt private and quiet. The free shuttle into town was great. We totally relaxed here and would return.

Hotel was clean and staff in the main were friendly. Special mention to the Animation team who were excellent and worked tirelessly to ensure guests had a good time. Only negative was pool bar staff who were pretty miserable and there was not any waiter/waitress service around the pool.

Nice hotel

Pleasant place, but not 5 star.

The hotel is good for the price, but it is not a 5 star hotel. The bed is not so comfortable the sheets are not 5 stars level. They could turn on the air conditioning inside the restaurant and other closed ambient too. The food is good, but again not 5 star rate. Other small problem are the flies in the open areas, the hotel should do something about them... But my stay was good, it is a relaxing place, the animation team is excellent and everyone there were very helpful and polite.

Terrible experience!

This is the worst hotel I stayed ever. The reception service was so bad and couldn’t do nothing. I booked the hotel for two rooms and should be provided with two bottles of wines as shown in my booking summary, however, I have made the call to the reception twice. The first time I made in the afternoon after checking in, they said, the wine was coming. The second time I made when I finished my dinner, they said, their restaurant was closed so they can’t provide any wine. And they are five-star hotels, I was told that they don’t provide 24h room services. And I asked for the hotel service complaints numbers, I was told they didn’t know any number about that. And I asked them to look into why they always ignore my requests, they couldn’t tell me when they can give me the reply about that. And their attitude was not good and didn’t want to solve any problems for me. And I stayed here for holidays and wanted to be relaxing and happy. But the service in the hotel ruined all of my good modes. I won’t live in this hotel ever. And I can’t understand why this will be a five-star hotel.

Excellent All Inclusive Stay

I can’t compliment the staff at the Kenzi Andalusia Medina enough. Nothing was too much hassle for them in our week long stay. Housekeeping, The Restaurant staff, Kids Club and The Animation staff deserve a special mention. Any request was carried out with a smile on their face. I would recommend anyone to stay here, especially if you have kids. My only issue is, the rooms could do with a small upgrade, as things like the plugs are coming away from the walls.

i was wrongly charged, for my stay of two nights.. i was with wife and two kids under 5.. my kids were charged as they were adults.. my total was over $ 820 for two nights... expedia did not help fix that either..

Taher the Front Dest Manajer went above & beyond to make it up for our stay. Beautiful suits, walking distance to the pool & restaurant. Mrs Zineb housekeeper manager was great & accommodating. The whole staff from F&B were nice, welcoming. Delicious buffet from breakfast to dinner. Entertainment were excellent. I’m really speechless how they turned my experience great. Never again with my family

We went to kenzi with my wife and 2y and half son , to get some rest and especially for my son to change the environment from home to Marrakech . 2 big dispoints : - kids club not suitable and not equiped for kids below 5y old . And only 1 person to look after the kids , and on top of that , they are asking for 60 $ per day to take care of your kids . - the quality of the food in buffet is absolutely limited , not tasty , not the standard of 4stars hotels .

Shut down started the 1st day of our holiday. Staff were great. Hotels.com have not been great re advice re process when a hotel shuts when you are in it or how we get any of the non stay days refunded. No reply at all. Accept its busy but hotels.com could be giving more advice to those affected rather than sending out surveys

Great & very helpful staff. Amazing food collection in the open buffet.

Food was a lot better than we thought it would be but the staff were unbelievable and really made our trip. They were amazing to us and really looked out for our 3 year old daughter. I can’t praise them enough. It is too difficult to name everyone (and we would as they were all amazing), but in particular Ziner, Ayoub and Moncef were great. They really made our trip and will be the reason we return

Great hotel

Great staff, beautiful resort, good food. I recommend it. Two minor issues. The bed is made out of rocks and this loud music at the pool is very annoying.

Fantastic holiday

Amaxing holiday returning for the 6th time. Loved every second food fantastic plenty of choice, friendly staff, great room we were up graded to a suite !! Highly recommended to anyone. Lovely warm heated pool .drinks were good too.

Staff were excellent and the hotel was very nice. Could do with a repainting in the rooms. Food in the main restaurant was a bit hit and miss at dinner time. Free shuttle service into town is a great incentive this hotel offers, the journey is approximately 15mins and they run on time every hour. Would recommend this hotel for sure.

Brilliant holiday!!

We had a fabulous week here. We were all inclusive and the food was just amazing. So many delicious choices. We used the free shuttle bus to the Medina which picked us up both ways on time. The hotel staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We visited in November and one of the outside pools was heated so we were very happy that we could use this facility.We loved the daily cookery lesson, the staff made it great fun. We also took part in the shooting. We would definitely return to this hotel!

I wouldn't stay again. Better hotels in the area

The staff were not very friendly and could be quite rude at times and tried to help them selves to our cigarettes on several occasions. Receptionist was quite miserable upon checkin. The glasses in the bar were filthy and had signs of the previous cocktails still stuck to the glass. The food was very hit and miss, some nights were good some night were a struggle and we just ate a few pieces of bread (even staying with friends who were not fussy eaters still found it difficult) The rooms were very nice, although the door handle came off in my hand and both the bath plug and sink plugs were broken... We were supposed to have a bottle of wine included with our stay in the room, we had to phone reception 6 times over 2 days for this before it arrived. My friends received theirs but then the cleaners took the glasses out of the room, so we couldn't drink it anyway. We just wanted a few glasses of wine in the room before dinner and a game of cards, fairly simple task was just made difficult... Not the 5* experience we had hoped for. This hotel is more like a 3* at best. The staff in the Spa were very pleasant and the treatments were good, however the spa looks nothing like the photos online or in the room brochures. The pool looked like it needed a good clean, there was a lot of algae on the bottom. We stayed in another 4* hotel a few days before this place and we enjoyed ourselves much more. Personally I wouldn't stay again but we spoke to a few people who said they would.

Relaxing and relaxed approach; plenty to do but no pressure applied

I felt like the hotel had a lot of extra fees that wasn’t included in the all inclusive booking. Over all the staff was friendly and welcoming. The bar area was a good time for all adults and children but smelt like farts and dodo. The food was very good in my opinion, I tried to stick to food I was familiar with while trying other things as well. The room was clean but the walls needs to be repainted they are dirty and made me a little uncomfortable. Also the hotel have metal detectors, seeing that was a first for me checking into a hotel. All in all I would stay there again. It’s a good value for the price.

This resort was like any other resort. The food was mediocre at best.

From the time we got there till the time we left! I have no complaints absolutely excellent all round can’t fault this Hotel at all. 💯 especially Mouad he worked in the dining area looked after my sisters and myself...💯 Top worker 💯 credit to the place.

This resort could have been anywhere. I would hate for people to come here only and then think they have been to Morocco. It is a resort like any other resort. The beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious. The dinner buffet was mediocre. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The servers were not very attentive and were often arguing loudly amongst themselves.

All good! Lovely staff, good facilities, as peaceful or as busy as you like.

I had a wonderful time at Kenzi. The staff was so nice and very welcomed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit Marrakesh.

The hotel was fabulous, the staff were very helpful. It was lovely and clean. The food was amazing, plenty of options. The pool was very clean, lots of sun beds. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is fantastic.

Great hotel and location would recommend this hotel

Most of the Staff were very friendly and accommodating, however some of them were very dismissive only looking for tips before serving and assisting !!!! That said I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Property outside is stunning. Inside can do with an update. Wastage was my biggest issue at this property - plastics!!!! You need to find another way to allocate water and soft drinks as guests were very wasteful. Half and quarter left bottles were left at each meal time....not good for the environment. At meals times several guests were very unhygienic. Picking up food and putting it back. Sneezing near food....yuck! It would also be good if you could have some hand sanitizers in the entrance to the restaurant and public facilities will help with those guests who have questionable health and safety habits. Enjoy your trip and leave the hotel to see the Country.

Friendly staff that were happy to help at all times. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept and the cleaners do a fab job. The pool areas are big and clean and there was always a sun bed available even when it was really busy. The cocktails were super strong (which is always good) and the food was delicious. So much choice every night and the staff work really hard to keep everything refilled and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was wonderful for our few days in the sun and I cannot express how hard working and wonderful the staff are.

The hotel provided great service with the kindest staff. Specifically Ilma who would tidy the room and Akbar who was a waiter at the restraunt were amazing.

Extremely friendly stuff nice food all day Fun for everyone

The grounds and facilities are 5-star. The service is 3-star, maybe even 2-star. The hotel itself is stunning and the property superbly maintained. The pool ran out of towels when I was there(!) and the internet service was very spotty. If you don’t speak Arabic or French, you will have difficulty, as I did. At one point I got incorrect directions no less than three times. You have to pay to use the room safe, and our safe did not work. The hotel is about 6km from the city center, but the shuttle buss fills up, so you will need to rely on taxis. The trip is about $10. Agree on the price beforehand. You have to pay to use the gym. Most of the equipment is good, but the free weights are cheap. Some of the equipment needs maintenance. The food is pretty good. It’s a big buffet, but there is a VERY wide variety of food available. Anyone who complains simply didn’t look very hard. This was a pleasant surprise. Pools are quite nice and well-kept, but close at 7pm. You need to deposit EUR 15 to get a “towel card” which you exchange for a towel. The room was large and comfortable. The staff is quite friendly and helpful, except when they don’t understand your question in English or Spanish. There are tours you can book in the lobby, but you need to make sure the person booking the tour speaks your language well or confusion will ensue. The tour we booked was good, but we were taken to places prearranged to provide shopping with favored vendors.

very close to the airport and town. lots of sunbeds near the swimming pool. language spoken in hotel was mainly arabic and french limited . the food was reasonable our only issue was food not labeled if it was suitable for vegetarian. i would say it was just about 4 star. the staff were very nice and polite. if i had to go again i would not hesitate. free shuttle transfers to souks

Let us check in early and upgraded us to a suite which was very nice. Suite was fantastic and so much better than we thought it was going to be. Very spacious and new towels every day. Facilities were fantastic although the gym was £25 for the week which I thought was a bit expensive. Lots of activities to do throughout the day and all the reps were very nice and friendly.
