Beautiful home, delicious breakfast, great host
The property is beautiful and inviting, full of antiques but made to feel cozy. . The breakfast was amazing and the bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept on away from home. The room was a great size and the bathroom was as well. The snack and coffe bar was a great added bonus. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again
This is like going to a second home,me and my wife stayed as t the Kennedy Manor on our Honeymoon and it was awesome then but it gets better every year. Very clean and within walking distance from everything.
Wonderful stay at the Kennedy Manor. My girlfriend and I were delighted w the accommodations, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing as well. We will be back!
The home is beautiful. It is near to the town's shopping area and dining options.
Wonderful stay in beautiful historic home. Excellent location, delicious breakfasts, and exceptional hosts!
Anniversary weekend
Kennedy Manor is an amazing Bed and Breakfast. The home itself is beautiful with wonderful period antiques. Tommy and Tracey were the perfect hosts. They told us the history of the home, the town, gave us delicious recommendations on places to eat and answered any questions we may have had. I would highly recommend this wonderful inn. We can’t wait to plan a return trip when it is a little cooler. 😊
This property is stunningly gorgeous! It was at capacity and it was very quiet at night, we never heard anyone. Breakfast was delicious...great little hostess bar upstairs with a stocked refrigerator and coffee in the mornings. The backyard is stunning, we sat outside with a diet coke...and enjoyed the view. We had a balcony off of our room and enjoyed coffee out there each morning. Everything is walkable! The host gives a hilarious and historic tour of the town. Highly recommend the Kennedy Manor. We are already planning another stay in Jefferson at the same place.
Excellent service
Excellent service and accommodation! My mother has a special diet and they were able to prepare a breakfast for us that exceeded our needs!
Well kept and clean! They thought of every convience. Beautiful property. Breakfast was a full breakfast portions hot and fresh biscuits and fresh fruit !
Excellent service and food. Home is beautiful.
The Kennedy Manor was a great place to stay. The house is wonderfully kept but still maintains it's historic character. Room was spacious with a couple of comfy chairs for reading and there was a nice view from the balcony. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was amazing. The historic tour of Jefferson is given by Tommy and he is definitely an expert on the subject. It was great to stay with them and we look forward to future visits.
The house was very charming and was restored very well. The breakfasts were delicious, we had a very nice time. We will definitely book again.
We loved it! You cannot beat the location! Beautiful home! Loved it all and will be back!
What an incredible experience!!!! We will most definitely be back!! The house was beautiful and had so many amenities! We were blown away by breakfast and the patio with fire pit! The owners were wonderful! Looking forward to our next visit!
Convenient to everything
Great Place
This is a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. The location is perfect for walking, strolling or bicycling. We will definitely stay here again.
I loved hearing about the history of the house and the improvements that have been made. It's a beautiful house!
This home has been lovingly restored and made perfect for a quiet get away. The hosts are very knowledgeable of the area and provided all the support and assistance we needed. Great place to enjoy!
Tracy and Tommy, the owners, are a delightful couple who make sure that your every need is taken care of. Tracy is a fabulous cook and the breakfasts are tasty and exactly what you'd expect from a first-class B&B! Tommy runs a local tour that apparently is the talk of the town. We didn't have time to schedule a tour, but it's definitely on our agenda the next time we're in Jefferson. Our room (the Dougherty Room) was well-appointed, cozy and the perfect size for my two sisters and me. with two queen beds, a TV, and good-size bathroom. The home is beautifully decorated with period pieces, and Tracy tells the history of the home during breakfast. If you're looking for a traditional B&B, then look no further.
A M A Z I N G ! ! !
If I could give it more than a 10/10 rating I would. Tommy and Tracey were amazing hosts. They covered every detail. Location was perfect. Property condition was immaculate. Check in could not have been easier. Breakfast was fabulous!!
Wonderful accommodations and the food was delicious. Will definitely refer my friends and hope to return.
We've stayed in a number of B&B properties, but Kennedy Manor is the best! Beautiful home with exceptional hospitality by Tommy and Tracey. Cleanliness was appreciated. Breakfasts were SO delicious. Tommy gives a tour of Jeffersonn in their open air cart that is educational and entertaining. We booked another stay immediately.
The home is amazingly beautiful and wonderfully decorated to classic style of home. The owners, Tommy and Tracey, are so warm and welcoming and such a joy to work with. The breakfast each morning is gourmet quality, different each morning and when you leave the table, you are ready for a nap!
Accommodations were very comfortable and the house is well furnished for its era. The bathroom is upgraded and spotless. The breakfast was very tasty and with generous servings. Tom and Tracey, the owners,
The Kennedy house was built in 1860 beautifully furnished, The beds are comfortable and smell good. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly. Great breakfast and don’t forget to try the chocolate chip cookies.
Beautiful home, impeccably clean, great amenities and attention to guests.
Amazing B & B
The owners are very welcoming, friendly, and kind. Food was amazing. The atmosphere is perfect for a little get away. We will be staying again.

Thanksgiving in Jefferson
Great stay-had dinner at McGarrity’s with live music. B&b was able to accommodate my husband’s gluten allergy for breakfast! Great house and loved the hosts too!
We stay in the Kennedy Manor regularly when we are in Jefferson. Its an easy walk downtown and the house and staff are wonderful. So much to do and see in this historic little city.
This has been the absolute best place for us to stay. The owners are so friendly, they literally make you feel like family.
Kennedy Manor was a perfectly charming B&B
This is the best B&B we have ever stayed at. The place is quaint, charming, full of history and have the quality of a 5 star hotel. The bed was very nice, bathroom amenities was great, the bed sheets are so soft (we ended up buying 2 sets from them), the towels are thick, soft and clean. Oh and the wrap around front porch and backyard patio. I can go on and on. No details is missed. Last but not least, the breakfast is definitely decadent! Gourmet breakfast! And the owners, Tracy and Tommy are so warm, nice, perfect host. Tommy knows all the history of the house and the town. I can't wait for an opportunity to stay there again! In fact, one of my friend went right after we told them and they love it as well! This is not just another nice B&B, it's an awesome experience!
The innkeepers are so friendly and accommodating. The decor is tastefully done and OMG the sheets...it was like sleeping on a soft cloud. The home is conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants. The home has a rich history of which the innkeepers were apart. They have a marvelous story of their staying there 20 years ago and the seed was planted to one day own it and continue their BNB experience.
Beautiful house and great hosts. Breakfast was amazing. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in Jefferson.
Amazing!!
It was amazing! We will stay again!!
Great place to stay!
Excellent place to stay. The accommodations, the breakfast, and the atmosphere was amazing. Highly recommend.
Nothing Short of Perfection!!
My wife and I love Jefferson, and decided to try Kennedy Manor on our first post-coronavirus adventure. This was, without a doubt, one of the best B&B experiences we've ever had! The home is immaculate and astonishingly beautiful, complete with fine period antiques. Our room (Pauline's Room) was clean and comfortable, including such extra touches as a spacious private balcony and luxurious claw-foot bathtub. I'm not sure I could imagine a more picturesque setting. Even more importantly, staying with Tommy and Tracey was like staying with family. They are very relaxed/approachable, fun to talk to, and full of knowledge and history. They made sure we had everything we needed and then some. And I haven't even gotten started on the breakfast yet :) Let's put it this way, you would be hard pressed to find a more superb meal anywhere. In short, if you're not sure where to stay and are reading through the reviews then I can save you some time and effort . . . stop reading and book now. We can't wait for our next stay!
A must stay in Jefferson
The place was perfect along with the food. Could not ask for better location
Perfect for location, near downtown walking distance to everything. Never been to bed and breakfast before but I like my bed made when on vacation. Love the nice treats. Over all great trip.
Kennedy Manor
Great Bed & Breakfast
Beautiful house. felt like a big warm home. Best location for my conference. Close to shopping area.
Kennedy Manor
The house was absolutely magnificent. Our room had two queen beds - both were very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and had all the amenities that you could ask for. Tommy and Tami were phenomenal. They shared with us the history of both the town of Jefferson and Kennedy Manor. Breakfast was a delight every morning (we stayed there 3 nights). My favorite was the peach and blueberry crumble. Before we left I booked another stay with them for December this year. I would highly recommend Kennedy Manor!!
I loved almost everything about Kennedy Manorthe property was great the only thing that disappointed me at all was that the owners didnt come forward with any history of the home at all
We really enjoyed our trip. We felt welcome from the time we arrived. The owners as well as everyone else staying here made us feel like family. It was our best experience we have ever had.
This was a wonderful quick get away to celebrate our Anniversary! We will definitely be staying here again!!
Kennedy Manor-The Destination in Jefferson
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kennedy Manor Bed and Breakfast establishment. Our hosts, Tommy and Tracey, welcomed us Texas style with smiles and friendly greetings. They quickly won us over by giving a tour of the B&B replete with the history of the house, previous owners and significant features including the ancestry of the vintage furniture and other collectibles placed in each room. We stayed in Mrs. Kennedy's room, a truly delightful and relaxing hideaway with a good bed, quite spacious bathroom with a huge shower. Breakfasts were served piping hot with huge portions of delicious food including a ramekin of fresh fruit, bacon and/or sausage and Tom and Tracey's special mouthwatering entrees. Coffee, juice, sodas and bottled water were available at all times through the day or night. The B&B is located just a couple of blocks from downtown Jefferson, and it has a huge porch sporting rocking chairs plus plenty of shade trees in the yard. Absolutely do not fail to book a room at the Kennedy Manor B&B as soon as possible, meet owners Tommy and Tracy Engel, and make memories in historic Jefferson, TX. Five stars y'all!
The stay at Kennedy Manor was a very good experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Texas. Tommy and Tracey made us feel right at home. They helped us learn the history of Jefferson. The rooms were beautifully decorated. We're so glad we had that experience!)
